In this work, a new Cd(II) dimeric compound, [Cd(Cl)2(L)(H2O)]2(1, L = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), has been achieved under hydrothermal conditions. The structure of compound 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.944(2), b = 18.781(5), c = 10.904(3), β = 91.392(4)°, V = 1831.2(8) 3, Z = 2, C38H26Cd2F2Cl4Cl4N8O2, Mr = 1031.27, Dc = 1.870 g/cm3, F(000) = 1016, μ(Mo Ka) = 1.513 mm-1, R = 0.0532 and w R = 0.1407. Each Cd(II) atom is in an octahedral coordination sphere, completed by two nitrogen atoms from one L ligand, two chlorine anions, and one water oxygen atom. Two chlorine anions bridge two Cd(II) atoms to give a dimer [Cd(Cl)2(L)(H2O)]2. Adjacent dimers are stacked by one type of π-π interactions among L ligands to generate a 1D supramolecular chain. Further, the 1D supramolecular chains are stacked by another type of π-π interactions among L ligands to give a 2D supramolecular layer. Finally, the luminescent property of 1 has been studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In this work, we synthesized a new Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(L)(cmb)H_2O]· H_2O(1), by using mixed 2-(carboxymethoxy)benzoic acid(H2 cmb) and typical chelating N-donor ligands 2-(2-fluoro-6-fluorophenyl)-1 H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline ligand(L). 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 17.6150(8), b = 9.7811(4), c = 18.1603(8) ?, β = 118.9150(10)o, V = 2738.9(2) ?~3, Z = 4, C28 H20 CdF2 N4 O7, Mr = 674.88, Dc = 1.637 g/cm3, F(000) = 1352, μ(Mo Ka) = 0.865 mm–1, R = 0.0643 and w R = 0.1976. In 1, the cmb2– anions link neighboring Cd(Ⅱ) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the b axis. The L ligands are attached on one side of the chain through chelating the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms, and are stacked with those of an adjacent chain through π-π interactions to generate a one-dimensional double-chain structure. Furthermore, the one-dimensional double-chains are stacked by C–H???π interactions between the carbon atom of L ligand and the benzene ring of cmb2–ligand to give a layer structure. Moreover, the solid state luminescent property of 1 was also investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

A new porous Cd(Ⅱ) coordination compound, namely, [Cd(bpdc)(L)2]·3H2O(1, L = 11-fluoro-dipyrido[3,2-a:2,3-c]phenazine and bpdc = 1,1-biphenyl-2,2-dicarboxylate) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in tetragonal, space group P4122 with a = 9.8486(4), b = 9.8486(4), c = 45.925(4)A, V = 4454.5(5) 3, Z = 4, C50H29 Cd F2N8O7, Mr = 1004.21, Dc = 1.497 g/cm3, F(000) = 2028, μ(Mo Ka) = 0.562 mm-1, R = 0.0566 and w R = 0.1585. Each Cd(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by one bpdc anion and two L ligands to give a discrete molecule. Neighboring discrete molecules are stacked by π-π interactions among L ligands, resulting in an interesting 1D supramolecular chain. Moreover, the 1D supramolecular chains are packed with each other to give a porous structure, in which an infinite channel is filled with water molecules. In addition, the thermal behavior and luminescent property of 1 have also been studied.  相似文献

A supramolecular framework, 1.5Zn(phen)3·L·3NO3 (C63H48Zn1.5N16O9S), has been synthesized. The ligand L was synthesized by the condensation of p-aminoacetophenone with thiosemicarbazide. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 31.005(2), b = 15.114(2), c = 24.887(3) A, β = 94.260(2)° Z = 8, V = 11630(2)A^3 Dc = 1.489 g/cm^3, Mr = 1303.29,λ(MoKa) = 0.71069 A,μ= 0.735 mm^-1, F(000) = 5368, Rint = 0.0699, R= 0.0505 and wR= 0.0707. Two independent Zn atoms are both coordinated by six N atoms from three phen ligands. π-π and C-H…π interactions among the L ligands and Zn(phen)3 cations, π-π and C-H...π interactions among the Zn(phen)3 cations and N-H...O hydrogen bonds among the L ligands and nitrate anions connect the whole structure into a 3-D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A novel supramolecular mixed ligand complex of formula [Cu(PTS)2(Him)2(H2O)2] (C20H26CuN4O8S2,PTS=p-toluenesulfonate,Him=imidazole) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n,Z=2,a=5.650(2),b=14.671(3),c=14.638(3),β=100.10(3)°,V=1194.60(4)3,Dc=1.607 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.143 mm-1,F(000)=598,R=0.0615 and wR=0.1503 for 1752 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).The copper(II) ion in the complex adopts a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry and is six-coordinated with N2O4 donor set consisting of two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms provided by the ligands of two imidazole molecules,two water molecules and two p-toluenesulfonate ions.The sulfonate group of the PTS ligand remains weak-coordinated and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with water molecules and imidazole ligands.X-ray structural analysis reveals that the coordination molecules are connected to form a 3-D supramolecular framework by electrostatic interaction,weak van der Waals forces,hydrogen bonding and π-π interaction.The thermal behaviour of the title complex was investigated by using DSC and TG-DTG techniques.  相似文献

Two new mononuclear complexes, namely [Co(L)_2](1) and [Mn(L)_2](2)(HL = N-(3-methylsalicylidene)tryptamine), have been synthesized by the reactions of the ligand with cobalt acetate or manganese acetate in anhydrous ethanol. The crystal structures of the complexes were characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis, PXRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 23.146(2), b = 9.4864(10), c = 13.9261(15) ?, β = 102.898(2)°, V = 2980.6(5) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.367 g/cm3, F(000) = 1284 and μ = 0.616 mm-1. Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 14.807(11), b = 13.118(10), c = 16.663(13) ?, β = 111.237(14)°, V = 3017(4) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.342 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1276 and μ = 0.477 mm-1. The units of complex 1 are linked by intermolecular N–H···π hydrogen bonds into infinite 1D chains, which are further extended into a 3D supramolecular structure by a series of π···π stacking interactions. The units of complex 2 are linked by intermolecular N–H···π hydrogen bonds and C–H···π hydrogen bonds into an infinite 3D supramolecular structure. Meanwhile, the antibacterial activities of the ligand and its complexes have been tested against four kinds of bacteria. The results show that the three compounds all have excellent antibacterial activities and that 1 and 2 possess stronger inhibiting effects against the bacteria than the Schiff base.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Zn(p-pdoa)4(bbp)]n 1 (p-pdoa = p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion and bbp = 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.8383(2), b = 12.6610(4), c = 13.1792(5)A, a = 84.433(2),β = 74.2980(1), γ = 87.4290(1)°, V = 1252.93(7)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm^3,/z = 1.038 mm^-1, F(000) = 616, the final R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1139. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving two carboxyl O atoms from two different p-pdoa ligands and three N atoms from the bbp ligand. The Zn(Ⅱ) atom is alternately interlinked by p-pdoa ligands in a bismonodentate mode into a helical chain with a long pitch of 12.661 A and the adjacent Zn…Zn distance of 11.056 and 12.245 A. There exists a 2D supramolecular framework linked by π-π stacking (3.312 A) between adjacent benzimidazoles of bbp ligands and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms (O(2), 0(5)) and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N atoms (N…O distances 2.706 and 2.786 A). There also exist two interlayer π-π stacking interactions of 3.299 A between adjacent central pyridines of bbp ligand and 3.176 A between the phenyl groups of p-pdoa ligand. Such π-π stacking interactions extend the two-dimensional layers into a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

Three new Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymers based on 2-mercaptonicotinic acid (H2mna) with 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene (dpe) introduced as a bridging ligand have been synthesized via hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as elemental analysis and IR. As reported in this paper, [Zn2(dpe)0.5(mna)2] (1) can be classified as a two-dimensional layer structure in which the 1D chain composed of Zn(Ⅱ) and mna ligands is bridged by dpe ligands, while the complex named [Zn4(dpe)4(mna)4] (2) is a tetra-nuclear cluster compound. These two compounds are further extended to three-dimensional structures by hydrogen bonds along with C-H…π and π…π interactions. Compound 3 with general formular [Cd2(dpe)0.5(mna)2]·H2O belongs to a three-dimensional porous structure in which the 2D metal layers formed by the coordination of Cd(Ⅱ) and mna ligands are connected with the bridging of dpe ligands.  相似文献

A new luminescent compound, {[Eu3(L)4(H2 O)8]·(NO3)·4 H2 O}n(1, H2 L = 2-(pyridine-3-yl)-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.0183(19), b = 9.5227(6), c = 28.227(3) ?, β = 106.885(5)o, V = 5406.1(8) ?~3, Dc = 2.038 g/cm~3, μ = 3.358 mm~(-1), Mr = 1658.76, F(000) = 3247, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0488, wR = 0.1195 and S = 1.075. The deprotonated L ligand employs a μ4-bridge to coordinate with three Eu(Ⅲ) ion, forming a wave-like(3,4)-connected 2 D structure. The existence of π···π interaction between the pyridine rings of L ligands leads to an infinite 3 D network. Furthermore, the thermal analysis, powder diffraction and solid-state photoluminescent properties of compound 1 have also been investigated.  相似文献

One compound with N-(4-pyridylmethyl)imidazole liand, [Co(pyim)2(N3)2]n 1(pyim = N-(4-pyridylmethyl)imidazole), was synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.090(3), b = 16.109(3), c = 8.590(3), B= 117.800(12)o, V = 990.3(5) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 461.37, Dc = 1.547 g/cm3, F(000) = 474, μ = 0.901 mm-1, the final R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.0950 for 1581 observed reflections with I 2A(I). In this compound, the unique Co(Ⅱ) resides at a crystallographic inversion center and exhibits an octahedral coordination geometry. The adjacent Co(Ⅱ) ions are connected by the pyim ligands to form a 2D layer structure. The layers are stacked in an ABAB mode and reinforced by the weak interlayer C–H···N hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking to give a 3D architecture. The thermal property and electrochemical property of compound 1 have also been studied.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Cd_2(NIPH)(L)_2(H_2O)]n(1, HL = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole and H_2NIPH = 5-nitroisophthalic acid), has been synthesized. The structure of complex 1 has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectrum analysis. Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.9539(6), b = 11.6252(8), c = 12.2472(8) ?, α = 80.011(2), β = 80.3850(10), γ = 86.773(2)°, V = 1237.37(14) ?~3, Z = 2, D_c = 1.987 g/cm~3, μ = 1.780 mm~(-1), M_r = 740.25, F(000) = 724, the final R = 0.0295 and wR = 0.1015 with I 2σ(I). Two H_2NIPH as monodentate and bidentate ligands and two L ligands link four Cd(Ⅱ) ions to form a tetranuclear subunit. Each pair of the tetranuclear subunits is bridged by NIPH ligands to yield a one-dimensional double-chain structure. Furthermore, the 1D chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular framework with hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. In addition, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) in using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results indicated the obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

1-Picolyl-3-propylbenzimidazolium bromide (LBr) was prepared from benzimida- zole by alkylation with 2-chloromethyl-pyridine in the presence of NaH, followed by quaternization with 1-bromopropane. Ligand LBr was treated with AgBr in CH2Cl2 to afford a dinuclear silver(I) complex L2Ag2Br4 (1). In complex 1, a 2-D supramolecular layer is formed through two types of π-π stacking interactions. Fluorescent emission spectra of ligand LBr and complex 1 are described.  相似文献

ABSTRAC Two new complexes [Cd(2,4?-bpdc)(DPPZ)]_(2n)·n H_2O(1) and [Zn(2,4?-Hbpdc)_2(DPPZ)]· H_2O(DPPZ = dipyrido[3,2-a:2?,3?-c]phenazine, 2,4?-H_2bpdc = 2,4?-biphenyldicarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized. The structure of complex 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 has 1D chains, which are further connected by π-π stacking interactions of neighbouring chains, generating a steady 3D supramolecular structure. Complex 2 shows the isolated mononuclear units, which are further extended to a 2D supramolecular layered structure through π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, complexes 1 and 2 exhibit green photoluminescent properties at room temperature.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.671(5), b = 22.547(5), c = 13.741(3), β = 123.47(3)o, V = 6118(2) 3, Z = 4, C66H44Cl2F2N8O12Zn2, Mr = 1380.73, Dc = 1.499 g/cm3, F(000) = 2816, μ(MoKa) = 0.949 mm-1, R = 0.0572 and wR = 0.1620. In 1, Zn1 and the symmetry formed Zn1 ions are connected by four bridging bidentate carboxylate groups from two independent bpdc anions to yield a binuclear unit with the Zn···Zn separation by bpdc anions of 4.168. Two L ligands are located on both sides of the dimer in chelating bidentate modes. The lateral L ligands from neighboring dimers are paired through strong π-π interactions to result in a fascinating 1D ladder-like supramolecular array. In addition, neighboring supramolecular ladders are packed each other to yield a 3D supramolecular architecture with a 1D channel.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 9.4760(3), b = 24.0408(8), c = 16.5871(5) A, β = 99.832(3)°, V = 3723.2(2) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.348 g/cm3, F(000) = 1576, the final R = 0.0486 and w R = 0.0936 for 2938 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) for the complex. Structural analysis shows that the coordination polymer possesses a 2D(4,4) layer structure which is composed of Ni(II) centers bridged by L ligand with two kinds of conformations and further assembled into a 3D supramolecular network via π-π stacking interactions. In addition, the fluorescence and catalytic properties, for the degradation of Congo red, of the complex were investigated.  相似文献

A new square-planar platinum(Ⅱ) complex, [Pt(Me3SiC≡Cphen)(C≡CC6H4Cl-3)2](1), was synthesized by using 3-trimethylsilylethynyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Me3SiC≡Cphen) and 3-chlorophenylacetylene ligands, and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 6.9524(5), b = 12.7796(11), c = 17.5846(10) ?, α = 78.484(5), β = 88.700(5), γ = 75.600(6)°, V = 1482.23(19) ?3, Z = 2, C33H24Cl2N2 PtSi, Mr = 742.62, Dc = 1.664 g/cm3, F(000) = 724, μ(Mo Ka) = 4.979 mm-1, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0786. In 1, adjacent molecules along the a axis are stacked in a columnar structure through π···π interactions, and such neighboring columnar structures are connected with each other by C–H···π hydrogen bonds to form a 2D supramolecular network. 1 exhibits reversible luminescence mechanochromic property with the luminescence red shift in a range of ca. 146~182 nm. Extremely large red-shifts of luminescence spectra suggest that luminescent mechanochromic property of 1 is due to the formation of aggregate via Pt–Pt interaction during the mechanical grinding. Based on this property, a simple device was developed and used for rewritable data storage.  相似文献

One new coordination polymer based on 4-[(8-hydroxy-5-quinolinyl)azo]-benzoic acid(H2L), { [CdL(H20)]·H2O}n(1) was solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffrac- tion, infrared spectrometry, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In compound 1, L2- ligands link Cd(II) to form a sinusoidal ruffling layer, in which the carboxylic groups connect Cd(II) into an infinite Cd--O chain. And the layers are further stabilized by hydrogen bonding and π-π in- teractions, forming a three-dimensional(3D) supramolecular network. In addition, the fluorescent property of compound 1 was also investigated.  相似文献
