The template synthesis of ethylenediamine ( 1 ) with 2-acetylcyclopentanone ( 2 ) and [Cu(OAc)2 · H2O] ( 5 ) produced [Cu(1-(2-cC5H6(O))C(Me)NCH2)2)] ( 6 ) in 82 % yield. Reaction of 5 with bis(benzoylacetone)diethylenetriamine ( 7 , = L H)[1] gave [Cu(μ-OAc)( L )(H2O)]2 ( 8 ). The solid-state structures of 6 and 8 were determined confirming that 8 possesses intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds resulting in a dimer formation. The thermal behavior of 6 – 8 was studied by TG and TG-MS. Under oxygen CuO was formed, whereas under Ar Cu/Cu2O ( 6 ) or Cu ( 8 ) was obtained. Complex 6 was used as CVD precursor for Cu and Cu-oxide deposition (substrate temp., 400–500 °C, N2, 60 mL · min–1; O2, 60 mL · min–1; pressure, 0.87–1.5 mbar). The as-obtained deposits show separated particles of different appearance at the substrate surface as evidenced by SEM. Non-volatile 8 was applied as spin-coating precursor for Cu and CuO formation [conc. 0.25 mol · L–1; volume 0.2 mL; 3000 rpm; depos. time 2 min; heating rate 50 K · min–1; holding time 60 min (Ar), 120 min (air) at 800 °C]. The samples on silicon consist of granulated particles (Ar) or are non-dense with a grainy topography (air). EDX and XPS measurements confirmed the formation of Cu (Ar) or CuO (O2) with up to 13 mol-% C impurity.  相似文献

Two novel L-amino alcohol coordination cobalt and copper complexes I and Ⅱ were obtained separately from the direct reaction of L-plenylglycinol with Co(Ⅱ) acetate tetrahydrate in anhydrous ethanol and L-leucinol with Cu(Ⅱ) chloride dihydrate in anhydrous methanol. The structures of I and Ⅱ were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis and IR. For I: [Co3(C51H66N3O16)]2(OAc), monoclinic, space group P21, a = 15.022(3), b = 14.242(3), c = 28.922(6) , β = 98.944(4)o, V = 6112(2) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.339 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0860 for 21906 observed reflections with I 2(I). For Ⅱ: Cu2[C24H58N4O7Cl]Cl, orthorhombic, space group P212121, a = 6.1861(13), b = 20.838(4), c = 28.274(6) , V = 3644.6(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.310 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0642 for 11106 observed reflections with I 2(I). The complexes were then used to catalyze the Henry reaction and catalytic activity determined by 1H NMR.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) complexes of the type [Ru(PPh3)( 5-C5Me5)L] have been synthesized by the reactions of [RuCl(PPh3)2( 5-C5Me5)] with Schiff bases having the (N, O) donor atoms. The Schiff bases used in this study were prepared by condensing the appropriate aniline with salicylaldehyde or 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde in a 1:2 molar ratio respectively. The complexes were characterized by analytical, spectral (i.r., electronic and 1H-n.m.r.) data. The new complexes have been used as catalysts in aryl–aryl coupling reactions.  相似文献

Two new Cu(Ⅰ) complexes [CuCl(3-PyOH)(PPh_3)_2](1) and [Cu_2(μ-Cl)_2(4-Stpy)(Ph_3P)_3](2)(PyOH = hydroxypyridine; stpy = styrylpyridine) with triphenylphosphine and pyridine derivatives have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 9.8945(7), b = 37.266(2), c = 10.9461(7) ?, β = 116.0750(10)°, V = 3625.3(4) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.350 Mg/cm~(-3), μ = 0.801 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1528, the final R = 0.0320 and w R = 0.0729 for 18568 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), R(all data) = 0.0413, wR(all data) = 0.0769, completeness to theta of 25.01 is 99.9% and GOF = 1.037. Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 11.290(3), b = 20.388(5), c = 24.092(6) ?, β = 102.028(4)°, V = 5424(2) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.428 Mg/cm~(-3), μ = 1.016 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2408, the final R = 0.0568 and w R = 0.1486 for 27644 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), R(all data) = 0.0716, wR(all data) = 0.1592, completeness to theta of 25.01 is 99.9% and GOF = 1.056. Two new Cu(I) complexes have been utilized as catalysts for N-arylation of imidazole and both showed good catalytic activity.  相似文献

Polynuclear mixed-metal complexes are of current interest in chemistry and are of potential application in material science. We report herewith the synthesis and crystal structures of two dinuclear copper(Ⅱ)-lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes containing pyridinioacetate (pyb, C5H5N+CH2CO2-) or N-Methyl-2-imizazolemethanol(imoh), namely[CuLa(pyb)5(H2O)(C1O4)5·2H2O (1) and[CuLa(imoh)2(NO3)3(H2O)2] (2). Complexes 1 features a dinuclear CuLa cation, in which the Cu and La atoms are bridged by a tetrakis(μ2-carboxylate) bridge, the Cu atom is coordinated in a square-pyramidal geometry with the apical position being occupied by an aqua ligan, the La atom is coordinated in a distorted square-antiprism. Complex 2 also features a dinuclear CuLa molecule, with Cu and La atoms are bridged by a di(μ2-imidazolemethanol) bridge, the Cu atom is coordinated in plane square geometry with two N and two O atoms from two imoh, besides the two O atoms from the di(μ2-imidazolemethanol) bridge, the La atom is complied by three chelating nitrates and two aqua ligans, to form bicapped square-antiprism geometry.  相似文献

Two macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(II) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.  相似文献

Seven novel platinum (Ⅱ) complexes [Pt (Ⅱ) (NH3) (CH3NH2) X2] (Ⅰ -Ⅶ) (X: CH3COO- ,CH2 ClCOO - , CHCl2COO -, C6H5-COO - , p-CH3O-C6H4 -COO - , p-NH2-C6 H4 -COO - , p-NO2 -C6 H4 -COO-) were prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, molar conductivity, thermal analysis,IR, UV, and 1 H NMR spectrometries. The cytotoxicity against HCT-8, BGC-823, MCF-7, EJ, and HL-60 cell lines increases in the following sequence: cisplatin >Ⅳ>Ⅴ>Ⅵ>Ⅶ>Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ. Moreover, the complexes(Ⅰ -Ⅶ) display substantially greater activities against EJ and HL-60 cell lines than those against the cell lines from other carcinomas. They can induce a concentration-dependent accumulation of HL-60 cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle as cisplatin. There is no significant correlation between total DNA platination levels and cytotoxicity of the complexes.  相似文献

Six nonionic oligomeric manganese(Ⅱ) complexes with oligomeric phosphate-polyglycol-EDTA ester ligands were synthesized and characterized. The longitudinal relaxivities of these complexes were measured. One of these complexes, which showed the highest relaxivity, was chosen to be used in the acute toxicity test and the Τ1-weighted imaging experiment. It has been found that compared to Gd-DTPA, this nonionic oligomeric Mn(Ⅱ) complex exhibits no acute toxicity, generates highly enhanced MRI signals and increases the intention time in the rat liver tissue.  相似文献

A series of copper (Ⅱ) complexes with pyridine N- oxide- 2- ylmethylidened-ithiocarbazates as ligands were synthesized and characterized by IR spectra, electronic spectra and magnetic moments measurement at room temperature. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibilites (3-300K) of four complexs were measured and fitted with the Bleaney-Bowers dimer equation by considering the magnetic interaction between molecules. The fitting results show the existence of intramolecular ferromagnetic interactions and intermolecu-lar anti-ferromagnetic interactions in these copper( Ⅱ) complexes.  相似文献

Six different arylhydrazone derivatives of p-aminobenzoic hydrazide of vic-dioximes were synthesized by reaction of chloroglyoxime and dichloroglyoxime with N'-p-aminobenzoyl benzaldehyde, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-methoxybenzaldehyde hydrazones, respectively. Metal-ligand (1 : 2) complexes of vic-dioxime derivatives with Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) were prepared from corresponding metal acetates. The ligands and their complexes were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses and spectral data. The complexing abilities of these new vic-dioximes toward transition metals of Co(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅲ) were determined by solid-liquid extraction studies.  相似文献

The two new compounds (NH4)2[Cu5(H2O)10(DCTA)2] [β-Mo8O26]·4H2O (1) and Cu2[Cu3K2(H2O)10(DCTA)2(HBW12O40)]·14H2O (2) (DCTA = 1,2-diaminocyclohexanetetraacetate anion) were synthesized in aqueous solutions and characterized by elemental analyses, TGA, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Single-crystal structure analyses indicate they are constructed by the complexes with different nuclearity and polyoxometalates. In 1 DCTA chelates Cu2 ion and bridges Cu1 and Cu3 ions, forming a tetra-nuclear-ring cation chain extending along [110] direction. In 2 DCTA chelates Cu2/Cu1 and combines Cu3 and K ions, leading to a cyclic ten-heteronuclear complex cation; the K2 ions combine the complex cations and BW12O40 5? anions, forming a complex cation-BW12 layer extending on ab-plane. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of newly prepared crystalline sample of 1 were measured and 1 exhibits a weak antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献

A flexible double betaine 1,4-bis(pyridinil-4-carboxylato)-1,4-dimethylbenzene L has been used to generate two Cu(II)-containing metal complexes that exhibit different polymeric structures: [Cu(H2O)2 L]·2NO3 1 and [Cu(H2O)3 L]·2Cl·H2O 2. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. Three heterobinuclear complexes were synthesized, namely [Cu (oxpn) Co (L)2] (ClO4)2·xH2O(L= 2,2'-bipyridyl(bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) , and 5-nitro-1, 10-phenanthroline (NO2-phen)), where oxpn represents N, N'-bis(3-aminopropyl) oxam-ido. Based on 1R, elemental analysis, conductivity measurement and electronic spectra, these complexes were characterized by an extended oxamido-bridged structure with Cu(Ⅱ) in a planar environment and Co(Ⅱ) in a octahedral environment. The symmetry of the cation is very close to C2v.The complexes were also characterized with variable temperature (4~300K) magnetic susceptibility, and the data were fit for the susceptibility equation derived from spin Hamilton, H= -2JS1.S2-DSx12 by least square strategy. The exchange integral, J, was found to be -22.36 cm-1 (for bpy);-15.45 cm-1 (for phen); -19. 10cm-1(for NO2-phen), indicating that there is a weak antiferromagnetic spin-exchange interaction between the metal ions.  相似文献
