云南药用菊科植物微量元素含量聚类分析   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5  
论述了云南31种药用菊科植物微量元素含量的特征,含量变化为Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Pb〉Cr和Fe〉Mn〉Cu〉Pb〉Ni。31种植物中Fe、Mn含量相对较高,Cr含量相对较低。用系统聚类法,根据欧氏距离,以3.018为分类阈值,被分为4组。叶下花、臭灵丹、狭叶免耳风各成一类,余下28种植物为一类。若以1.477为阀值分类,亚组Ⅳ可分为8组,其中组1-山紫苑、滇川还阳参、夏田菊、牛蒡;组2-双股箭、马兰  相似文献

本文研究了一个简便,快速的用ICP-AESBi(Pb)SrCaCuPbO,Bi(Pb,Sb)Sr-CaCuO,Bi(Pb,Y)SrCaCuO超导体块材及薄膜中Bi,Pb,Sb,Y,Sr,Ca,Cu含量的方法。样品溶解在50%HCl及50%HNO3的混合酸中,直接引入等离子体光谱中进行测定。对共存元素的相互干扰及基片成分的干扰进行了研究。分析了大量样品,给出了各组分的挥发情况及Pb的挥发量与烧结温度  相似文献

为了探讨儿童多动症与微量元素的关系,测定了72例多动症患儿头发中的六种元素Zn、Cu、Pb、Cr、Fe、Ca含量,并将其与正常儿童进行比较,结果表明:多动症组Cu显著低于正常组,P〈0.01,多动症组Zn显著低于正常组,P〈0.05,多动症组Pb显著高于正常组,P〈0.05。提示调整患儿体内微量元素平衡可作为治疗儿童多动症的辅助方法。  相似文献

采用硫酸沉淀分离基本元素铅后,ICP-AES直接测定铅锭中Te、Cr、Co、Ni杂质元素。试验证明在本文提供的条件下Se会以PbSeO3的形式与PhSO4共沉淀,而Te、Cr、Co、Ni等待测元素则保留在溶液中。待测元素加标回收率在86.4% ̄108.4%之间。  相似文献

采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定了大庆市四座生活污水处理厂污泥中重金属元素含量,平行测定的相对标准偏差在1.6%~4.6%,加标回收率在93.6%~102.1%,表明方法的精密度和准确度都较好,四个污水处理厂污泥中重金属总量大小依次为ZnCuCrPbNiCd,锌的含量高可能与城市排水管道大多采用镀锌材料以及锌的理化性质有关。将其含量水平与标准比较发现:大庆城市污泥中重金属含量水平不高,完全符合《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》的重金属标准,为城市污泥处理、处置和环境管理提供可靠的数据支持。  相似文献

The current BCR procedure for metal fractionation recommended by the Standard Measurement and Testing Programme requires rather time-consuming sample pretreatment. Ultrasonic energy seems to be an attractive alternative for leaching metal from solid samples into a liquid extractant phase. This study aims at optimizing ultrasonic extraction in order to replace the BCR method of leaching using acetic acid and to apply the procedure of assessing element mobility in bottom sediment rich in moderately soluble carbonate minerals. The application of ICP-MS allowed the determination of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Ni, Tl and Zn in extracts, in a wide range of concentration without any special treatment. Finally, 40’min extraction in an ultrasonic bath was proposed for evaluation of the mobile fraction of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn as an assessment of environmental risk. The recovery of the ultrasound-assisted extraction in comparison to the shake-filter method, as applied in the common BCR procedure, was slightly higher than 100% for As, Cr and Pb, reasonably high (about 70%) for Cd, Zn and Cd, but did not exceed 21% for Tl. Also, the mobility and extractability (relative mobility) of the studied elements from sediment collected over one year were compares. According to the results obtained after 40’min of ultrasound-assisted extraction it can be concluded that mobility did not change over one year for Cr, Cu, As, Cd, Ni and Tl, but noticeable differences for Zn and Pb were observed. The total content of all studied elements was almost the same in samples taken in the years 2003 and 2004, respectively.  相似文献

Bulgaria is a famous world producer of essential oils. Quality control of the lavender oils produced is an important analytical task in view of their wide use in perfumery and cosmetics, the food industry and aromatherapy. The present paper studies the relationship between the trace elements content in lavender inflorescence (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) and in lavender oil derived from this inflorescence. Three model regions were investigated: two of them are situated far from industrial areas — the village of Zelenikovo and the town of Pavel Banya, and one region is located near the Plovdiv Non-Ferrous Metallurgical Plant. The content of the elements Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn and Pb in plants was determined after acid digestion by flame and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). Lavender oils were analyzed directly by ETAAS. The results undoubtedly show that there is no strong correlation between the trace elements content in inflorescence and in essential oils. It might be assumed that the trace elements present and accumulated in the inflorescence do not pass in lavender oil during the production by steam distillation.  相似文献

分析了祁连山中部冰缘区16种高山植物9种必需元素含量。结果表明,研究区域内的植物与一般的陆生植物相比大量富集Ca和Fe,但是K,Mg,Cu含量小于陆生植物元素含量平均值,而Na、P、Mn、Zn与陆生植物元素含量平均值相当,这与土壤中相应元素的含量关系不大,主要是植物生命活动过程中主动吸收的。  相似文献

利用微波消解-高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱法测定锁阳、韭菜籽两种中药材中铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)和汞(Hg)的含量.采用微波消解进行样品前处理,火焰原子吸收法测定其中的Cu含量,石墨炉原子吸收法测定Pb、Cd和Cr含量,氢化物发生原子吸收法测定As、Hg含量.方法线性关系良好,相关系数R^2大于0.999,加标回收率为95.61%~100.1%,RSD为0.8%~3.3%,测得锁阳和韭菜籽中Cu、Pb、Cd、Cr、As和Hg的含量值均低于《药用植物及制剂进口绿色行业标准》和食品安全国家标准《食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2012)中规定的限量指标.方法分析速率快、干扰少、精密度高,适用于中药材中重金属含量的测定.  相似文献

为了对信宜市教育城幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养进行评估,共采集了教育城幼儿园幼儿239例头发,其中男165例,女74例,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定头发中的钙、锌、铁、铜、锰和铅的含量,其结果分别为:钙584.844-178.76μg/g,锌178.10±83.38μg/g,铁61.67±17.49μg/g,铜14.03±8.92μg/g,锰2.86±1.73μg/g,铅7.13±2.83μg/g。按照世界卫生组织的四级评估标准进行评估,钙、锌和锰等元素没有发现中度以上的营养缺乏现象,其中铁只有0.4%重度营养缺乏,铜只有8.0%中度营养缺乏,有害元素铅没有发现中度以上超标现象。比对结果,信宜市教育城幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养水平,远优于当地及周边城市的幼儿园幼儿。幼儿园幼儿微量元素营养是否均衡,应作为幼儿园总体评估指标之一。  相似文献

The electrodes of solid-oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) must be characterized by high conductivity to decrease ohmic losses and sufficient porosity to provide high gas diffusion rate. In the cases, when the SOFC electrodes are substrates, they must be synthesized at the temperature above the temperature of formation of their solid-electrolyte coating. Herewith, manufacturing of supporting electrodes with the required micro-structure is rather complicated. The present paper studies the effect of the method of manufacturing of the initial La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 (LSM) powders, their degree of dispersion, introduction of sintering additives and pore agents on their microstructure, conductivity, and possibility of adjusting the temperature of SOFC cathodic substrate formation at which the required characteristics are reached. It is shown that sintering of cathodic substrates to the relative density of 65–70% can be carried out at the temperatures from 1050 to 1350–1400°C, which would allow obtaining electrolyte films of powders with different sintering ability on such substrates. The average pore size in cathodic substrates can be varied in the range of 0.4 to 2.5 μm by using the initial LSM powder with different dispersion degree and by employing graphite as a pore agent. At 900°C, conductivity of cathodic substrates of LSM grows at an increase in their relative density from 50% to 70% approximately from 50 to 100 S/cm and weakly depends on the dispersion degree of the initial powders.  相似文献

Instrumental neutron activation analysis using relative and k 0-based internal monostandard methods were employed for determination of concentrations of 12 elements in soil and tea plants collected from three different tea producing regions in India namely Assam, Darjeeling and Kangra. A total of 17 tea leaf samples along with corresponding soil samples were analyzed for elemental content. The obtained concentration data was used for the soil–plant elemental correlation studies. Positive correlation was observed between elemental concentrations of tea plants and the associated soil with Pearson correlation coefficient values in the range 0.6–0.9 for ten elements. Variations in transfer factor values were also observed according to the geo-chemical variation.  相似文献

The Pb and Br content of plants growing along roads has been determined. It has been stated that the Pb-content of rye grass is proportional to the level of public road traffic. The Pb-content of plants cannot be removed by washing. The Pb, Cu and Zn-concentration of plants grown in the vicinity of smeltery may reach the 10–1000 times value of the normal level.  相似文献
