采用ANSYS有限元方法分析了光学平台的自由模态,并以有限元结果作为参考,完成了实际工况下的模态实验,识别了平台整体结构的模态参数,得到了平台在垂向和横向的一阶频率,频率值分别为126.77Hz和361.427Hz。根据分析,该平台的刚度满足光学试验的要求。 相似文献

为考察ITER真空室中子屏蔽结构组件对选址地法国Cadarache地震加速度频谱的单点响应情况,根据ITER真空室中子屏蔽组件的设计概念和结构特点,建立了组件结构的有限元分析模型。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对组件进行了结构模态分析,并基于其结果进行了模态叠加。分析发现,组件结构的低阶振型与高阶振型有差异,且结构与低阶频率发生响应,但引起的位移与应力在允许的范围之内。结果表明,装配体结构更能适应结构抗震性的设计要求。仿真计算的结果为组件结构的优化设计和下一步的工程实现提供了可靠的依据。 相似文献

转板是光电雷达稳定平台的关键元件之一。为了更好地设计和分析某光电雷达稳定平台的转板,运用Pro E软件对其进行三维实体建模,合理简化后,进入Ansys软件界面建立有限元模型。应用有限元理论和Ansys软件对其进行动态特性分析,得到了转板前八阶模态的固有频率和振型,以及要求范围内的谐响应。对比了不同方法划分网格的网格质量,采取不同材料得到了不同模态。分析结果表明:设计的转板在关心的频段0~50 Hz,2 000 Hz~8 000 Hz内不发生共振,符合设计要求。 相似文献

为解决某型飞机武器控制系统计算机检测仪检测技术老旧且故障频发,不能满足作战和训练要求的问题,本文设计了一种新型的检测仪。基于该型飞机武器控制系统计算机的功能结构和维护保障规程,首先分析了该型计算机检测仪的功能需求;然后提出了基于Compact RIO平台和触摸屏式计算机的检测仪总体结构;最后设计了检测仪的硬件结构和匹配的软件设计思路。检测仪的硬件主要包括四个模块:控制模块、测量模块、显示模块和电源模块;软件实现采用LabVIEW图形化系统设计软件,设计过程分成开发模式和运行模式两阶段。该检测仪能够对武器控制系统中机载计算机的输入输出信号进行精确测量和分析,技术先进,且显示直观,能较好地提高维修保障效率。 相似文献

基于驰豫超前变换中的超前展开、求和近似和延时近似技术,提出了流水线并行自适应CMA盲均衡算法。利用基于迭代短卷积的并行FIR滤波算法分析了提出的并行自适应盲均衡算法的滤波部分的高效实现结构;再利用基于组合短卷积的并行自适应系数更新算法分析了提出的并行均衡算法的系数更新部分的高效实现结构,从而得到了基于短卷积的流水线并行自适应盲均衡的完整实现框图,并分析了各模块的流水线延时需满足的关系。最后对该并行自适应盲均衡算法进行了FPGA量化实现,并通过MATLAB仿真及实际FPGA实现结果的对比,验证了本并行均衡算法的正确性和有效性。 相似文献

介绍了自主研发的强电磁脉冲多物理效应并行计算程序JEMS-CDS-System的情况,该程序采用时域有限元方法,基于JAUMIN并行自适应结构网格支撑框架研制,并行效能高,可扩展性强,且支持动态负载平衡。通过算例测试表明,该程序对于键合线的电-热-应力失效过程的最高温度与范式等效应力计算结果与COMSOL软件计算结果吻合较好;SiP功率放大模块的热-应力耦合天河2高性能计算平台并行计算结果表明,该程序在CPU1024核时,具有38.1%并行效率。 相似文献

针对光腔镜盒的真空变形和振动对精密光学系统的影响,分析了传统刚性连接的光学调整架平台以及球关节连接结构在减振降噪设计的不足,从支撑和柔性密封连接的角度,设计了隔离振动和光腔镜盒真空变形的精密光学调整架平台,对应用于大型折叠腔的双层光学调整架平台的动力学特性进行ANSYS仿真,并完成了光斑抖动验证实验。结果显示框架式双层光学调整架平台的第一阶弹性体频率可达到126.5,172.3Hz,很好地满足折叠腔光学调整架平台的使用要求;应用在大型折叠腔,抽真空试验前后He-Ne导引光输出光斑位置无变化,形状变化很小,出光过程中输出抖动角均方根值为3.73″,隔离振动传递效果明显。 相似文献

The performance of the independent modal space control (IMSC) algorithm for structural vibration control is examined in this paper. Both the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that, for a multi-degree-of-freedom system, the modal control forces may increase the contributions of the vibration of higher modes (uncontrolled modes) to the system response if the IMSC algorithm is used to design a structural control system. Therefore, the responses of the controlled structure may be underestimated if the effects of control forces on the higher modes are not considered in the response analysis. A new control algorithm—modified independent modal space control (MIMSC) algorithm is proposed in this paper for eliminating the effect of modal control force on the uncontrolled modes. Numerical example shows that the structural responses can be effectively reduced when control system design is carried out based on the proposed algorithm. By comparing the simulated results obtained by the IMSC and MIMSC algorithms, it is found that, in order to achieve the same control objective, the proposed algorithm is more effective than IMSC since the modal control forces do not have any effect on the uncontrolled modes. For theoretical evaluation of the response of a structure under random acoustic excitation a complete understanding is required of the various modes of vibration and the modal damping associated with each mode. In order to evaluate these parameters for plates with unconstrained layer damping treatment, some of the theoretical approaches applicable are used. Experimentally observed modal frequencies and associated loss factors are compared with those estimated by different theories for all edges simply supported and all edges clamped boundaries, after accounting for the damping at supports. The modes of vibration used in the theoretical analysis for these boundaries are compared with those observed in the experiments. These results are made use of in Part II for the evaluation of response under random acoustic excitation. 相似文献

This work aims to develop the algorithm for modal analysis by free vibration response only (MAFVRO), in particular for the general or non-proportional viscous damping system model. If the structural displacement or acceleration response due to free vibration can be measured, the system response matrices, including the displacement, velocity and acceleration, can be obtained through numerical differential or integration methods. These response matrices can then be applied to the developed MAFVRO method to determine the structural modal parameters. The numerical differential and integration methods are introduced and adopted to establish the modal parameter prediction program for the non-proportional damping model of MAFVRO. This work also shows the applications of MAFVRO to the multiple degree-of-freedom (mdof) systems and the cantilever beam, respectively. Both the discrete and continuous systems are demonstrated for the feasibility of the MAFVRO algorithm. One of the problems encountered in performing modal analysis is the identification of different modes occurring at close natural frequencies. This paper proposes to face such a problem by an original application of the modal assurance criterion (MAC) that is typically used to verify the reliability of numerical structural models by evaluating the correspondence between numerical and experimental mode shapes. To properly apply the MAC, experimental mode shapes must be retrieved acquiring data at a high number of experimental points suitably distributed on the surface of the structure. Using usual modal analysis techniques based on pointwise transducers, difficulties can be encountered to retrieve mode shapes with the required spatial resolution. In order to overcome such difficulties, Speckle interferometry techniques can be used. This paperproposes a procedure based on the application of a highly reliable MAC evaluated by time average Speckle interferometry for recognising the modes contributing to the stationary vibration patterns. The results obtained from the modal analysis of a thin square plate have shown that the proposed procedure is capable of pointing out the component modes. 相似文献
