The potential energy surface (PES) of CH3SO radical with NO reaction has been studied at MP2/6-311G(2df, p) and QCISD/6-311G(2df, p) levels. Geometries of the reactants, transition states (TS) and products were optimized at B3LYP/6-311G (d,p) level. The geometries of the transition states were found for the first time. The calculated results show that the reaction can proceed via singlet-state or triplet-state PES. Because of the high energy barrier of triplet surface, the singlet surface reactions are dominant. The topological analysis of electron density shows that there are two kinds of structaral transition states (the bifurcation-type ring structure transition state and the T-shaped conflict structure transition state) in the titled reaction. The total electronic density of the reactants, TS and products and the spin electronic density on the triplet surface were also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

The potential energy surface for the CH3S NO2 reaction has been studied using the ab initio G3(MP2) method. A variety of possible complexes and saddle points along the minimum energy reaction paths have been characterized at UMP2 (full)/6-31G(d) level. The calculations reveal dominating reaction mechanisms of the title reaction: CH3S NO2 firstly produce intermediate CH3SONO,then break up into CH3SO NO. The results are valuable to understand the atmospheric sulfur compounds oxidation mechanism.  相似文献

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.  相似文献

The rate coefficients for the capture process CH + H(2)→ CH(3) and the reactions CH + H(2)→ CH(2) + H (abstraction), CH + H(2) (exchange) have been calculated in the 200-800 K temperature range, using the quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) method and the most recent global potential energy surface. The reactions, which are of interest in combustion and in astrochemistry, proceed via the formation of long-lived CH(3) collision complexes, and the three H atoms become equivalent. QCT rate coefficients for capture are in quite good agreement with experiments. However, an important zero point energy (ZPE) leakage problem occurs in the QCT calculations for the abstraction, exchange and inelastic exit channels. To account for this issue, a pragmatic but accurate approach has been applied, leading to a good agreement with experimental abstraction rate coefficients. Exchange rate coefficients have also been calculated using this approach. Finally, calculations employing QCT capture/phase space theory (PST) models have been carried out, leading to similar values for the abstraction rate coefficients as the QCT and previous quantum mechanical capture/PST methods. This suggests that QCT capture/PST models are a good alternative to the QCT method for this and similar systems.  相似文献

The bimolecular single collision reaction potential energy surface of an isocyanate NCO radical with a ketene CH2CO molecule was investigated by means of B3LYP and QCISD(T) methods. The computed results indicate that two possible reaction channels exist on the surface. One is an addition-elimination reaction process, in which the CH2CO molecule is attacked by the nitrogen atom at its methylene carbon atom to lead to the formation of the intermediate OCNCH2CO followed by a C-C rupture channel to the products CH2NCO+CO. The other is a direct hydrogen abstraction channel from CHzCO by the NCO radical to afford the products HCCO+HNCO. Because of a higher barrier in the hydrogen abstraction reaction than in the addition-elimination reaction, the direct hydrogen abstraction pathway can only be considered as a secondary reaction channel in the reaction kinetics of NCO+ CH2CO. The predicted results are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical investigations.  相似文献

The reagent rotational excitation effect on the stereodynamics of H+LiF→HF+Li is calcu-lated by means of the quasi-classical trajectory method on the Aguado-Paniagua2-potential energy surface (AP2-PES) constructed by Aguado et al. [J. Chem. Phys. 106, 1013 (1997)]. The angular distributions of vector correlations between products and reactants, P(?r) and P(Φr) are presented. Meanwhile, the four polarization-dependent generalized differential cross sections are computed. The results indicate that the reagent rotational quantum num-bers have impact on the vector properties of the title reaction. The reaction mechanisms of HNCS with NH(X^3∑ ) were theoretically investigated. The minimum energy paths (MEP) of the reaction were calculated by using the density functional theory(DFT) at the B3LYP/6-311 + + G^** level. The equilibrium structural parameters, the harmonic vibrational frequencies, the total energies, and the zeropoint energies(ZPE) of all the species were calculated. The single-point energies along the MEP were further refined at the QCISD(T)/6-311 + + G^* * level. It was found that the mechanisms of the HNCS + NH(X^3∑) reaction involve two channels producing the HNC + HNS and the N2H2 + CS products. Channel 1 plays a dominant role and the HNC + HNS are the main preduets. The reaction is exothermie.  相似文献

A new full-dimensional potential energy surface for the title reaction has been constructed using the modified Shepard interpolation scheme. Energies and derivatives were calculated using the UCCSD(T) method with aug-cc-pVTZ and 6-311++G(3df,2pd) basis sets, respectively. A total number of 30,000 data points were selected from a huge number of molecular configurations sampled by trajectory method. Quantum dynamical calculations showed that the potential energy surface is well converged for the number of data points for collision energy up to 2.5 eV. Total reaction probabilities and integral cross sections were calculated on the present surface, as well as on the ZBB3 and EG-2008 surfaces for the title reaction. Satisfactory agreements were achieved between the present and the ZBB3 potential energy surfaces, indicating we are approaching the final stage to obtain a global potential energy surface of quantitative accuracy for this benchmark polyatomic system. Our calculations also showed that the EG-2008 surface is less accurate than the present and ZBB3 surfaces, particularly in high energy region.  相似文献

Using the MRD CI method and large basis sets the vertical spectrum of silyl radical (SiH3) has been calculated. The lowest excited state is the 4s Rydberg state, 41000 cm−1 (5.2 eV) above the ground state. Only one excited valence state (22E) was encountered, all other states are of Rydberg type. From potential curves for the inversion mode (symmetric bending motion) it was inferred that all Rydberg states are planar, whereas the valence excited state is highly pyramidalized. The investigation of the dissociation reaction SiH3 → SiH2 + H leads to the conclusion that the first excited state is dissociative.  相似文献
