利用量级分析和风洞实验研究了可压缩混合层流动第二发展阶段气动光学效应的规律性.理论分析主要针对二维大尺度结构存在时视线误差(boresight error,BSE)与混合层流场及其特征参数之间的关系进行了讨论.研究结果表明:在混合层发展的第二阶段,时均BSE与对流马赫数呈现出复杂的非线性关系;同时还发现流场中的湍动能和混合层界面处的雷诺应力分布也是影响时均BSE的重要因素;采用细光束穿越混合层流场的风洞试验结果主要证实了时均BSE与对流马赫数之间的非线性关系.  相似文献

借助Maple符号计算软件,利用Pdccati方程(ζ′=a_0+a_1ζ+a_2ζ~2)展开法和变量分离法,得到了(2+1)维Korteweg-de Vries方程(KdV)包含q=C_1x+C_2y+C_3t+R(x,y,t)的复合波解,根据得到的孤立波解,构造出KdV方程新颖的复合波裂变和复合波湮灭等局域激发结构。  相似文献

By means of variable separation approach, quite a general excitation of the new (2 + 1)-dimensional long dispersive wave system: λqt + qxx - 2q ∫ (qr)xdy = 0, λrt - rxx + 2r ∫(qr)xdy = 0, is derived. Some types of the usual localized excitations such as dromions, lumps, rings, and oscillating soliton excitations can be easily constructed by selecting the arbitrary functions appropriately. Besides these usual localized structures, some new localized excitations like fractal-dromion, farctal-lump, and multi-peakon excitations of this new system are found by selecting appropriate functions.  相似文献

Nonlinear excitations in a one-dimensional Heisen berg ferromagnet are studied by a quasidiscreteness approach. The result is valid in the whole Brillourin zone of con tin u um magnon spectrum. We show that the system can support gap solitons at q = 0 and resonant kinks at q = π/d0, where q is the wave number of the carrier wave and do is the lattice spacing.  相似文献

用中子相干非弹性散射测量了Fe3Si在14K的自旋波色散关系。从自旋波二次方色散关系得到低温下自旋波劲度系数D0=270meV·?2。用Heisenberg模型可进一步导出Fe3Si的有效交换积分Jeff。从磁化强度的温度依赖关系也获得了一个自旋波劲度系数Dm(O)。从两种不同方法获得的劲度系数的比较中发现在Fe3Si中可能存在着Stoner激发,与早先工作相联系,本文还给出了从14K直到居里温度自旋波劲度系数D的温度依赖关系。 关键词:  相似文献

In this work, we study the elementary excitations and magnetic properties of the [M/Cu] super-lattices with: M=Fe, Co and Ni, represented by a Heisenberg ferromagnetic system with N atomic planes. The nearest neighbour (NN), next nearest neighbour (NNN) exchange, dipolar interactions and surface anisotropy effects are taken into account and the Hamiltonian is studied in the framework of the linear spin wave theory. In the presence of the exchange alone, the excitation spectrum E(k) and the magnetization 〈Sz〉/S analytical expressions are obtained using the Green's function formalism. The obtained relaxation time of the magnon populations is nearly the same in the Fe and Co-based super-lattices, while these magnetic excitations would last much longer in the Ni-based super lattice. A numerical study of the surface anisotropy and long-ranged dipolar interaction combined effects are also reported. The exchange integral values deduced from a comparison with experience for the three super-lattices are coherent.  相似文献

高分辨率电子能量损失谱仪利用单色平行电子束入射样品表面,与表面吸附基团的化学键振动、表面声子、电子及其集体激发模式等相互作用而被散射,通过分析散射电子的能量和动量,可以测量表面化学键、晶格动力学、电子态占据以及表面等离激元等的精确信息,是表面科学研究的有力工具.最近,能够对电子能量、动量做二维成像探测分析的半球形电子能量分析器被引入电子能量损失谱仪,实现了高能量、动量分辨率的高效率测量.在对FeSe/SrTiO_3界面超导增强物理机制的研究中,不同厚度的FeSe膜表面的电子能量损失谱表明衬底光学声子产生的偶极电场能够穿透到薄膜内部,诱导较强的电子-声子耦合作用,从而增强薄膜中电子的配对作用,进而使超导转变温度显著提高.三维拓扑绝缘体Bi_2Se_3表面大动量范围的电子能量损失谱还显示出一支奇异的电子集体激发模式,其色散特征不受晶格周期性的限制,而且其寿命和强度几乎不随动量的增加而衰减.这说明在拓扑绝缘体表面,不仅是狄拉克电子态本身,其集体激发也受到拓扑保护.充分发挥新型电子能量损失谱仪观测表面元激发分辨率高、动态范围大的优势,将有力地推动表面界面凝聚态物理问题研究的深入和发展.  相似文献

研究了(1+1)维的变系数Gross-Pitaevskii方程, 获得了该方程的精确畸形波解. 基于该精确畸形波解, 深入研究了非自治物质畸形波在随时间指数变化的相互作用下的传播动力学行为, 发现非自治畸形波除具有“来无影、去无踪”的不可预测特性外, 也可实现完全激发、抑制激发以及维持激发等操控. 研究表明, 畸形波操控的关键是对累积时间的最大值Tmax 与峰值位置T0 (或TI,TII)值大小关系的调节. 当Tmax > T0 (或TI,TII)时畸形波被快速地完全激发, 热原子团中的原子增加到凝聚体中. 当Tmax = T0 (或TI,TII) 时畸形波激发到最大振幅, 可以维持相当长的时间而不消失, 热原子团中的原子增加到凝聚体中. 当Tmax < T0 (或TI,TII)时畸形波没有充足的时间来激发而被抑制甚至消失, 凝聚体中的原子减少. 这些结果在理论和实际应用上具有启迪意义.  相似文献

Surface effect of magnetization of nanosized magnetic clusters   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Based on the Monte Carlo method, magnetizations and spin-wave excitations at the surface, in the core for the clusters with different surface interaction, surface thickness and atom number are studied. It is found that, for the pure cluster, the Bloch T3/2 law is well satisfied at low temperature (T<0.5TC), Bs=3Bbulk and B increases drastically with the reducing atom number N; the magnetization and spin-wave excitations at the surfaces coated different exchange interaction are quite different from ones in the core. The simulated results are consistent with experimental facts, and are well discussed by the Bloch exponent law in the approximate crystalline approximation.  相似文献

The microscopic theory of density and spin response of surface systems and its application to elementary excitations is discussed. Particular emphasis is placed on semiconductor surfaces, for which the often-used jellium approximation is not valid. The discussion is based on a solution of Maxwell's equations or, formally, of the Bethe-Salpeter equation for the two-particle Green's function of the surface system. This solution is achieved in a local wave function representation and takes density fluctuations on a microscopic scale (surface profile and local-field effects parallel to the surface) into account. Many-body effects of random-phase (RPA) and electron-hole type are included. The resulting spin and density response functions present a practical scheme for a microscopic calculation of surface elementary excitations in conducting as well as non-conducting solids. As examples, the conditions for the appearance of an electronic (charge- and spin-density) instability at the surface and the coupling of the resulting charge-density wave to the lattice are studied in detail.Results of quantitative calculations of the charge- and spin-density-response function of the Si(111) surface establish the importance of including both excitonic (electron-hole) and (RPA) local-field many-body interactions. In particular, they lead to an instability of the ideal paramagnetic surface with respect to spin-density waves (SDW) with wavelength corresponding to the observed (2 × 1) and (7 × 7) superstructures. Another example deals with an a-priori calculation of the phonons and the electron-phonon interaction of the same surface system. Various results of the theory such as phonon softening due to the coupling of the charge-density fluctuations to the lattice are summarized and general aspects of the importance of many-body effects for the a-priori determination of surface structures via elementary excitations are discussed.  相似文献

Monte Carlo methods have been employed to evaluate trial wave-functions for quantized Hall states and excitations using up to 92 electrons on a sphere. Results are presented for the energy of quasiparticle and quasihole excitations at filling factorv=1/3. These are consistent with extrapolations of exact small system calculations and earlier Monte Carlo results. A trial wavefunction for neutral excitations atv=1/m (m odd integer) is proposed. Results for its excitation energy in the long wavelength limit, atv=1/3, are consistent with those based on the single mode approximation. We have also studied a trial wavefunction representing a quasiparticle excitation involving an electron with reversed spin. Results are presented for the effects on excitation energies of the finite extent of the electron wave function perpendicular to the surface. Studies of the interaction of a Bose-Einstein condensate of two-dimensional spatially indirect excitons with the static fields of impurities, surface acoustic waves, and elementary excitations of a degenerate electron gas have been reviewed. The effects of screening of charged impurities and absorption of a Bleustein-Gulyaev surface acoustic wave by an exciton condensate have been considered. Friedel oscillations of the exciton density in a hybrid electron-exciton system, which consists of spatially separated layers of condensed exciton gas and degenerate electron gas, have been studied. The lifetimes of quasiparticle excitations (electrons, plasmons, and bogolons) in the hybrid system have been calculated. The contributions to the effects under study from condensate and above-condensate particles have been determined. The properties of an excitonic insulator have been analyzed within the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer model with a built-in dissipation-free current.  相似文献

The relation between the stability of icosahedral clusters and the range of interaction potential is discussed. We found that the stability of icosahedral clusters may decrease with decreasing range of interaction potential. A simple formula about the critical number of icosahedral clusters and the range of interaction potential (Mc1/3=A1+A2reff2) was proposed. The calculation of the stability of icosahedral fullerence molecular clusters shows that our idea is right.  相似文献

With the rapid development of communication technology,optical fiber communication has become a key research area in communications.When there are two signals in the optical fiber,the transmission of them can be abstracted as a high-order coupled nonlinear Schr¨odinger system.In this paper,by using the Hirota’s method,we construct the bilinear forms,and study the analytical solution of three solitons in the case of focusing interactions.In addition,by adjusting different wave numbers for phase control,we further discuss the influence of wave numbers on soliton transmissions.It is verified that wave numbers k11,k21,k31,k22,and k32can control the fusion and fission of solitons.The results are beneficial to the study of all-optical switches and fiber lasers in nonlinear optics.  相似文献

The photochemical mechanisms leading to the desorption and fragmentation of Si2H6 adsorbed on a hydrogen terminated Si(100) surface have been explored by recording the time-of-flight distributions of products escaping from the surface and by using electron energy loss spectroscopy to probe possible electronic excitations. Photodesorption of intact Si2H6 involves hot electrons that lose energy and move to the conduction band edge before initiating desorption. When the wavelength of the incident light is 193 nm, Si2H6 fragments give mostly Si, SiH2, H2 and SiH4, but this pathway is quenched at longer wavelengths. This is consistent with direct excitation, but we also show that a negative ion resonance is accessible to substrate electrons that have been excited by 193 nm light.  相似文献

本文对本研究组主要的研究领域——利用中子散射研究铁基超导体系Fe1+yTe1-xSex中磁性与超导的相互作用进行简要综述. Fe1+yTe1-xSex具有和其他铁基、铜基超导体相似的相图——母相Fe1+yTe是反铁磁体, 随着Se掺杂的增加, 母相的反铁磁序受到抑制, 随后在x~30%处体超导出现, 在x~50%处达到最佳掺杂, 此时超导转变温度Tc~ 15 K, 达到整个体系在常压下的Tc最大值. 它们的相图又存在着差别: 在相图末端, 即当Se掺杂达100%时, Fe1+ySe 仍然超导, Tc~8 K. 该体系母相磁有序的面内波矢大致为(0.5,0) (采用每个原胞含2个铁原子的四方结构), 随着Se含量的增加, 在超导逐渐发展的同时, 磁激发谱的谱重被逐渐转移到波矢为(0.5,0.5) 处. (0.5,0.5) 处在温度低于Tc 时出现中子-自旋共振峰. 施加外磁场后, 超导受到抑制, 该共振峰也被压制. 从这些实验结果我们得到以下的结论: 在这个体系中磁性和超导紧密耦合在一起——(0.5,0) 处的静态磁有序与超导互相竞争, (0.5,0.5) 附近的自旋激发则可能对超导电性的形成具有重要的促进作用. 本文还将简要讨论磁性的来源和3d 过渡金属的替代效应.  相似文献

使用 ANSYS FLUENT 软件和 RNG k-ε 湍流模型分别研究了十字形、内十字形和花形结构的螺旋喷 嘴内部流动特性和耦合面换热特性。模拟结果研究表明,螺旋角 θ 越小喷嘴出口速度越高,喷出的水流更集中, 水流运动轨迹越清晰且规律越明显。同一工况下,θ=30°的花形喷嘴的换热效率和换热均匀性均优于其余两种喷嘴的值;耦合面努塞尔数 Nu 最大值会随着雷诺数 Re 不断增加而逐渐远离射流中心处(r/dj=0,dj 为喷嘴当量直径); 随着靶距 H 逐渐增大,Nu 逐渐减小,旋流效果逐渐减弱。当 H=2dj、4dj 时,Nu 最大值位于 r/dj=1 处;当 H=6dj 时,Nu 最大值位于射流中心处。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the influence of the surface free energy upon the propagation of the eigenmodes of structures, by studying successively (a) the Rayleigh wave for an elastic half-space, (b) the Lamb waves for an elastic layer, and (c) the guided modes for a tri-layer structure (e.g., metal/adhesive/metal). The surface free energy is a parameter which appears in the jump conditions of stresses and displacements at each interface, and which consequently modifies the eigenmodes, solutions of the boundary conditions system. As expected, the Rayleigh wave is dispersive and its velocity increases when the surface free energy increases. In the same way, the velocity of Lamb waves also increases except at normal angle of propagation where the surface free energy does not arise. Moreover, near the Rayleigh angle, the behaviour of the A0 and S0 Lamb modes varies strongly according to the surface free energy. Similar results are observed for the tri-layer structure.  相似文献
