In order to describe Kaon-Nucleon scattering data, the mixing of scalar meson $\sigma_{0}$ and $\sigma_{8}$ must be introduced in the chiral SU(3) quark model. Inspired by this, now the mixing of scalar meson is further considered to study some interesting dibaryons in the chiral SU(3) quark model. The results show that the mixing of scalar meson has different effects on these dibaryons.  相似文献

In this article,we study the vector meson transitions among the charmonium and bottomonium states with the heavy quark effective theory in a systematic way,and make predictions for the ratios among the vector meson decay widths of a special multiplet to another multiplet.The predictions can be confronted with the experimental data in the future.  相似文献

We investigate the role of the t-channel meson exchange in various photoproduction processes to discuss features of the respective production mechanism. For the less model-dependent analysis we work with the t-channel meson pole reggeized in the Born approximation amplitude. With the meson–baryon coupling constants chosen consistently with symmetry prediction we show that the Reggeized pole model could reproduce the experimental data to a good degree in the lower energy region. Numerical consequences show the significance of the tensor meson exchange in the γ pK +Λ, the dominance of the pseudoscalar meson exchange in the πΔ (and KΣ*) processes, and the sizable role of the vector-meson magnetic moment in the charged ρ (and K*) photoproductions, respectively. These new features from the present analyses could provide a useful guide for future study of the N* resonances in the low energy region.  相似文献

By considering the retardation effect of gluon propagation and a general Lorents structure of the confinement, a retarded and off-shell one-gluon exchange potential and a harmonic oscillator-dominant confining potential with a certain relativistic corrections are derived based on the relativistic Pauli-Schr6dinger equation for quark-an tiquark bound states. Use of these potentiale to caJculate meson spectra leads to the results which are in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

Based on the understanding of nonleptonic decays of charmed meson, the relative ratio Br(Ds+→f0(975)π+/Br(Ds+→фπ+) is calculated. We argue that only (ss) component of f0(975) contributes to it dominantly. The numerical result proves f0(975) to be almost a pure (ss) state if the newly measured resultant value of the decay is trustable, and the conclusion is very usefulinformation as a clue for clarifying up the puzzle of 0++ meson f0(975).  相似文献

We estimate the mass of the pentaquark state with QCD sum rules and find that pentaquark states with isospin I=0,1,2 lie close to each other around (1.55+/-0.15) GeV. The experimentally observed baryon resonance Theta(+)(1540) with S=+1 can be consistently identified as a pentaquark state if its J(P)=1 / 2(-). Such a state is expected in QCD. If its parity is positive, this pentaquark state is really exotic. The outstanding issue now is to determine its quantum numbers experimentally.  相似文献

Meson spectrum     
Using the Klein-Gordon equation with a box potential, a mass formula describing the family of nonflavored meson states withI=1 is derived. The energy levels calculated agree with those observed within an accuracy of 5%. In the model discussed quarks behave like tachyons.  相似文献

The mixing between qq̄ meson and qq̄qq̄ tetra-quark states is examined within an effective QCD Coulomb gauge Hamiltonian model. Mixing matrix elements of the Hamiltonian are computed and then diagonalized yielding an improved prediction for the low-lying JPC=0±+,1 isoscalar spectra. Mixing effects were found significant for the scalar hadrons but not for the 1 states, which is consistent with the ideal mixing of vector mesons. We estimate the decay widths of the 0±-glueballs by taking account of the mixings with η and η′ through their anomalous coupling. We find a pseudoscalar glueball with a broad decay width, if its mass is larger than mδ(980) + mπ. On the other hand, a scalar glueball has a narrow decay width. Assuming E(1440) to be the pseudoscalar glueball, we predict Γδ(980)ππ≈ 40 MeV.  相似文献

It is shown that in the framework of an analytical confinement, when quark and gluon propagators are induced by a vacuum self-dual gluon field with constant strength, the masses of mesons with quantum numbers Q = (J P ,n), where n is the radial quantum number, and quark constituents m 1, m 2 are described with reasonable accuracy by the formula The positive parameter A Q is unique for all mesons with a fixed quantum number Q. Sets of mesons J P = 1, 0+, 1+, 2+, 3 for n = 0 and 1 , 2+ for n > 0 and different flavor constituent quarks (u = d, s, c, b) are considered.  相似文献

In this article we give a review of certain aspects of the present understanding of spectroscopy of heavy mesons and constituent quark masses in the light of non-relativistic potential model approach motivated by quantum chromodynamics. We find that the one gluon exchange at short distance and colour-confining interaction at large distance which is pure scalar (or scalarvector admixture with dominant scalar interaction) under the Lorentz transformation, can explain only partially the present data on 1 P states of bb and bb states. The S-wave data, that are available at present, however can be understood with both scalar confinement or scalar-vector admixture with scalar-dominant interaction.  相似文献

Whether the mixing of scalar meson exists or not is an interesting question. We consider the mixing of scalar meson and further study the nucleon-nucleon interaction in the chiral SU(3) quark model by solving the resonating group method equation. The results are analyzed and compared with no mixing, ideal mixing and general mixing. It seems that the nucleon-nucleon interaction and binding energy of deuteron can be reasonably described with the different mixing of scalar meson.  相似文献

The 3S-1S mass separations of the bound quark-antiquark systems, as arising from one-gluon exchange, in the charm color quartet scheme, are discussed for the ground mesons and their first radial excitations expecially in connection to leptonic decay rates. Overall consistency requires large modifications for the positronium-like formulae for annihilation and the possible role in this direction of an outstanding gluon radiative correction to the leptonic width is pointed out.  相似文献

The pure annihilation type decays Dd^0→Фγand Bs→ργ receive only colour suppressed penguin contributions with a very small branching ratio in the standard model. When we include the previously neglected electromagnetic dipole operator, the branching ratios can be enhanced to R(^-Bd^0→Фγ)≈ 1×10^-11 and R(^-Bs→ργ)~(6 - 16) ×10^-10, which are one order magnitude larger than previous study using the QCD factorization approach. The new effect can also give a large contribution, of order 10^-9, to transverse polarization of B→Фρ and B →ωФ, which is comparable to the longitudinal part. These effects can be detected in the LHCb experiment and the super-B factories.  相似文献
