双模纠缠态是量子信息领域一种重要的量子资源,本文基于四波混频过程从理论上提出了对双模纠缠态的单个模式(单模放大方案)和对双模纠缠态的两个模式(双模放大方案)的放大.利用光学分束器模型来模拟在光学传输过程中损耗引入的真空场噪声,利用部分转置正定判据分析了两种不同的放大方案中四波混频过程的增益对初始双模纠缠态的纠缠程度的影响.结果表明,在特定的损耗情况下,两个方案中初始双模纠缠态的纠缠度都随增益的增大而减小,直至消失,且双模放大方案中初始双模纠缠态纠缠消失得比单模放大方案中更快.本文的理论结果为实验上实现基于四波混频过程的双模纠缠态的放大奠定了理论基础.  相似文献

We propose a feasible optical setup allowing for a loophole-free Bell test with efficient homodyne detection. A non-Gaussian entangled state is generated from a two-mode squeezed vacuum by subtracting a single photon from each mode, using beam splitters and standard low-efficiency single-photon detectors. A Bell violation exceeding 1% is achievable with 6 dB squeezed light and a homodyne efficiency around 95%. A detailed feasibility analysis, based upon the recent experimental generation of single-mode non-Gaussian states, suggests that this method opens a promising avenue towards a complete experimental Bell test.  相似文献

通过分析光学分束器对压缩真空态光场的作用,发现如果分束器的输入光是两束具有同样振幅和相位的单模压缩真空态光场,则输出光为双模压缩真空态光场;若分束器的输入光是两束具有同样振幅但有π相位差的单模压缩真空态光场,则输出光仍为两束单模压缩真空态光场.对于双模压缩真空态光场,每个模中容纳的光子数可以是基数或偶数.而对于单模压缩真空态光场,每个模中只能包含偶数个光子.根据这些结果,提出了一个纠缠转移的方案.在这个方案中,两个纠缠压缩真空态光场被用作量子信道,通过利用光学分束器作用和光子数探测的方法,并在经典通讯的帮助下,实现了三个通讯伙伴之间的纠缠转移.  相似文献

我们利用平衡零拍探测系统和数据采集系统直接测量了EPR纠缠光束信号光场与闲置光场正交分量之间的时域量子起伏,验证了其量子关联.通过对EPR纠缠光束中的一束光场进行延迟,验证了信号光与闲置光不同步时将导致量子关联减弱乃至消失.我们的实验结果为开展连续变量量子密钥分发、非高斯态的实验制备和纠缠纯化奠定了实验基础.  相似文献

We study a scheme for Mach-Zehnder(MZ) interferometer as a quantum linear device by injecting two-mode squeezed input states into two ports of interferometer.Two-mode squeezed states can be changed into two types of inputs for MZ interferometer:two squeezed states and Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR) entangled states.The interference patterns of the MZ interferometer vary periodically as the relative phase of the two arms of the interferometer is scanned,and are measured by the balanced homodyne detection system.Our experiments show that there are different interference patterns and periodicity of the output quantum states for two cases which depend on the relative phase of input optical fields.Since MZ interferometer can be used to realize some quantum operations,this work will have the important applications in quantum information and metrology.  相似文献

A HeNe laser beam is split into four component beams which are subsequently transmitted through four polarization-preserving monomode fibres. At the end of the fibres the emerging beams are coherently recombined in pairs in two steps using inverse beamsplitter cubes. The unavoidable phase differences within each pair of beams, which are caused by temperature and pressure fluctuations in the fibre environment, are detected interferometrically at the fibre ends. Using homodyne techniques, these differences are measured and compensated for by lengthening the optical path in the individual fibres with piezo-electric stretching. With appropriate adjustment of the relative phases the emerging beams can be superimposed onto each other so as to re-form one single coherent beam.  相似文献

Continuous variable entanglement between two modes of a radiation field is usually studied at optical frequencies. Here we demonstrate experiments that show the entanglement between microwave photons of different energy in a broadband squeezed beam. We use a Josephson parametric amplifier to generate the two-mode correlated state and detect all four quadrature components simultaneously in a two-channel heterodyne setup using amplitude detectors. Analyzing two-dimensional phase space histograms for all possible pairs of quadratures allows us to determine the full covariance matrix, which is in good agreement with the one expected for a two-mode squeezed state.  相似文献

We propose a novel quantum switch teleportation with a continuous variable, which can teleport a quantum state to two different receivers alternatively, using a pair of two-mode squeezed lights as the quantum switching to manipulate the transmission route. In this scheme, the EPR entangled beams shared by sender and receivers are produced by mixing a pair of two-mode squeezed lights on one beamsplitter and separating them by using a polarizing beam splitter. The teleportation capability of this system is examined by the criteria proposed by Ralph and Lam [#!ralph!#] from a small signal quantum optical point of view. A scheme is proposed for generating a photon-number entangled cluster state among four modes. The scheme only uses Kerr medium and homodyne measurement on probe coherent light fields, which can be efficiently made in quantum optical laboratories. The photon in the signal mode is prepared in a superposition state of the vacuum state and one-photon state while the probe beam is initially set in a intense coherent state superposition. It is shown that under certain conditions, the four-photon cluster state can be generated effectively with high success probability and homodyne detection required only once, and the scheme is feasible by current experimental technology.  相似文献

We have experimentally demonstrated how two beams of light separated by an octave in frequency can become entangled after their interaction in a chi;{(2)} nonlinear medium. The entangler was a nonlinear optical resonator that was strongly driven by coherent light at the fundamental and second-harmonic wavelengths. An interconversion between the fields created quantum correlations in the amplitude and phase quadratures, which were measured by two independent homodyne detectors. Analysis of the resulting correlation matrix revealed a wave function inseparability of 0.74(1)<1, thereby satisfying the criterion of entanglement.  相似文献

A 5050 beam splitter disentangles a two-mode squeezed vacuum state into two single-mode squeezed vacuum states. With the proper choice of parameters these two single-mode states will be identical. If one is passed through a device which shifts its phase, then the phases of the shifted and reference (unshifted) modes can be determined by the Vogel-Schleich technique [Phys. Rev. A44 (1991) 7642]. In this way the phase difference, i.e. the phase shift, can be measured to an accuracy of 1/N, whereN is the total number of photons coming into the beam splitter. We also propose an improved scheme involving the disentanglement of a shifted two-mode squeezed vacuum state. This leads to two shifted squeezed vacaum states at the output of the beam splitter. If one of these is passed through the phase shifter, then by performing homodyne measurements on the shifted and unshifted modes the phase shift can again be determined to an accuracy of 1/N.This research was supported by the National Science Foundation under grants INT-9221716 and PHY-9201912.  相似文献

We propose an optical scheme for the generation of the cluster-type entangled coherent states in free travelling optical fields via cross-Kerr nonlinearity. The required resources for the generation are coherent state source, beam splitters, photodetectors, and Kerr media. 平衡零拍探测是测量量子光场的重要方法之一. 通过对相位灵敏光学参量放大器注入的信号进行位相调制, 然后利用平衡零拍探测系统测量光学参量放大器输出的压缩光. 将相位灵敏光学参量分别运转在参量放大和参量缩小, 通过观察噪声谱中的调制信号就可确定测量的量子光场是正交振幅或位相分量. 通过解调位相调制信号可获得误差信号, 实现锁定平衡零拍探测系统本底光与待测光场相对位相为零(对应于待测光场振幅噪声分量). 关键词: 平衡零拍探测 位相锁定  相似文献

We designed the experimental generation system of the optical GHZ-like and cluster-like quadripartite entangled states for continuous variables. We theoretically demonstrated that the two different types of quadripartite entangled states can be obtained by the linearly optical transformation of four amplitude-quadrature and phase-quadrature squeezed states produced from a pair of nondegenerate optical parametric amplifiers under appropriate phase relations. The criteria for full inseparability of quadripartite cluster-like state were deduced, and the dependency of the quadripartite entanglement on the initial squeezing degree, the transmission efficiencies of the system and the detection efficiency of homodyne detection were numerically calculated. 低频压缩态光场可用于提高引力波探测器灵敏度, 近年来受到人们的广泛关注. 相对于高频段而言, 低频压缩态的产生更容易受到外界环境噪声的干扰而不易被观察到. 本文采用全固化单频倍频Nd: YVO4/KTP激光器作为光源, 利用双波长共振的光学参量振荡器实现参量过程, 以1064 nm波长的红外作为基频光, 激光器腔内倍频产生的532 nm绿光作为抽运光, 通过调节周期性极化磷酸氧钛钾晶体温度使光学参量振荡器达到双波长同时共振, 采用真空注入的方式, 利用Pound-Drever-Hall锁腔技术锁定抽运场. 输出压缩光通过平衡零拍探测, 最终在实验上获得了频率低至3 kHz的真空压缩, 所直接观察到的压缩度为2 dB.  相似文献

We report on the preparation of entangled two mode squeezed states of yet unseen quality. Based on a measurement of the covariance matrix we found a violation of the Reid and Drummond EPR-criterion at a value of only 0.36 ± 0.03 compared to the threshold of 1. Furthermore, quantum state tomography was used to extract a single photon Fock state solely based on homodyne detection, demonstrating the strong quantum features of this pair of laser-beams. The probability for a single photon in this ensemble measurement exceeded 2/3.  相似文献

连续变量纠缠态由于其确定性产生、高效率的特点而被广泛应用于连续变量量子信息处理.在量子信息处理过程中纠缠态与量子信道发生相互作用而退相干,这是限制长距离量子信息发展的重要因素之一.光纤信道作为理想的量子信道,是目前连续变量量子信息研究关注的热点.本文利用Ⅱ类匹配的楔角极化磷酸氧钛钾晶体构成了三共振的非简并光学参量放大器,获得了8.3 dB的光通信波段1.5μm连续变量纠缠态光场.将产生的纠缠态光场注入单模光纤,其量子特性在传输距离达50 km后仍得到保持,纠缠度为0.21dB.该研究可为基于光纤的长距离连续变量量子信息研究提供有效的依据.  相似文献

超纠缠近年来受到人们广泛的关注,其在量子信息和量子通信领域具有非常重要的作用.在Liu等(2014 Phys. Rev. Lett. 113 170501)的工作中,他们利用二类相位匹配的非简并光学参量放大器获得了约1.00 dB的同时具有轨道角动量和自旋角动量纠缠的连续变量超纠缠态.在此基础上,本文通过进一步分析抽运模式与下转换模式间的纠缠关系,优化了抽运空间构造.实验结果表明,相比Liu等利用高斯基模做抽运场,使用优化的抽运模式时轨道角动量纠缠和自旋角动量纠缠的不可分度分别提高了96.2%和96.3%,最终将超纠缠态的纠缠度提高到了(4.00±0.02) dB,为连续变量超纠缠态的进一步应用奠定了基础.  相似文献
