Molecular and crystal structure of 2-methyl-3-(2-nitro-phenyl)-4-phenyl-[1,2,4]oxadiazolidin-5-one, C15H13N3O4, have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The title compound is monoclinic, with a = 10.0313(8) Å, b = 9.0372(5) Å, c = 15.5964(14) Å, β = 96.926(7), Z = 4, Dx = 1.42 g/cm3, μ (Mo-Kα) = 0.105 mm−1, and space group is P 21/c. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R = 0.036 for 1894 reflections with I > 4σ (I). The crystal structure is stabilized by C–H⋅sO type inter-molecular, C–H⋅sN and C–H⋅sO type intra-molecular, π–π stacking and edge to face (C–H⋅s π-ring) interactions. To enlighten conformational flexibility of the title molecule, selected two torsion angles are varied from −180 to +180 in every 10 separetely and then molecular energy profile is calculated and construed.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of pindolol, 1-(1H indol-4-yloxy)-3-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-2-propanol, has been determined by direct methods. Crystals are tetragonal, ,a=b=15.809(4),c=11.246(2) Å,Z=8,D c=1.174 mg m–3. The finalR-factor for 2271 reflections withI>2(I) is 0.038. Refinement by full-matrix least-squares on F2 also enabled the absolute configuration of the structure to be established. The molecule is essentially planar, including much of the side-chain which is stabilized by the existence of two intramolecular H-bonds, between the ethyl oxygen and OH group, and between the OH and side-chain amide groups, respectively. The crystal structure is formed by three intermolecular hydrogen bonds including two side-chain-side-chain interactions, between ethyl oxygen to amide and OH to amide, and an interaction between the side-chain OH to indole NH.  相似文献

X-ray crystallographic studies of the two title compounds have shown that the molecules crystallize in the same triclinic space group, , with very similar cell dimensions. For C21H21BrO4,a=12.056(5),b=13.206(5),c=7.595(3)Å, =90.38(3), =106.07(3) and =124.42(3)° and for C21H23BrO3,a=12.076(6),b=13.090(5),c=7.490(3)Å, =92.65(5), =104.90(5) and =124.55(5)°. Both compounds possess the oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane bridged ring system and differ only at the carbon to the ring oxygen where the Csp3 in the ether is replaced by Csp2=O in the lactone. Both cyclohexane rings adopt distorted chair conformations and the lactone and ether rings approximate closely to the envelope conformation. The bromine substituent at C(4) results in distortion of the naphthalene ring. Both molecules pack with the naphthalene rings parallel to each other with interplanar spacings of 3.71 Å in the ether and 3.66Å in the lactone.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two new-adrenergic antagonists, derivatives of propranolol, are reported in this paper. The space groups and unit-cell parameters are: compound1 (C18H24NO4Cl), monoclinic,P21,a=7.215(1),b=8.591(1),c=15.017(1)Å,=95.64(1)°; compound2 (C18H24N2O3), monoclinic,P21/c,a=10.218(3),b=21.616(5),c=8.124(2)Å,=101.28(2)°. The structures were solved with direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques toR indices of 0.036 and 0.066, respectively. The molecule of compound1 has an extended external chain, and thus its structure is linear, whereas the molecule of compound2 is compact, and its external chain is twisted in a characteristic way, as is the case of peptides.  相似文献

Abstract

The title compound, C23H20N2O3S, (I), crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, Pna 2 1 , with cell parameters a = 18.7975(6), b = 12.5173(4), c = 8.4804(3) Å, Z = 4. The molecular structure consists of a central pyrimidine ring which is significantly puckered to assume a screw-boat conformation fused to a thiazole ring with benzyl, carboxylate, methyl, phenyl and oxy groups bonded around this fused-ring moiety. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of the thiazole, benzyl and phenyl groups and the mean plane of the pyrimidine ring is 6.1(4)°, 83.8(7)° and 6.8(4)°, respectively. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of the benzyl and phenyl rings is 88.3(5)° while between the mean planes of the phenyl and thiazole groups measures 12.6(6)°. In the absence of expected hydrogen bonding interactions, the crystal packing is influenced by a collective action of strong intramolecular C–H···S hydrogen bond interactions, close C–H···O intramolecular contacts and O–Cg π-ring interactions. A DFT molecular orbital calculation gives support to these observations.  相似文献

The compounds 3-(1-Benzenesulfonyl-3-phenylsulfanyl-1H-indol-2-yl)-1-[4-methyl (I)/methoxy (II)phenyl)]-2-phenyl-propane-1-one crystallize in triclinic space group P . The details are: compound I a = 11.941(6) ?, b = 12.154(7) ?, c = 13.006(7) ?, α = 63.124(8)°, β = 84.464(9)°, γ = 64.810(8)°, V = 1519.7(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.284 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0382 (wR = 0.0978); compound II a = 11.897(6) ?, b = 12.268(6) ?, c = 13.001(7) ?, α = 61.919(8)°, β = 83.480(8)°, γ = 64.676(7)°, V = 1504.0(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.333 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0422 (wR = 0.1049). The indole ring system in both the molecules I and II are not strictly planar and the dihedral angles formed by the pyrrole and benzo planes are 4.0(7)° and 3.5(8)°, respectively. The C–HO, C–Hπ and ππ types of interactions stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waal's forces in I and II.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound C14H12N4OS was determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group $P\bar 1$ with Z = 2. The molecule is not planar: the dihedral angle between the triazole and thiophene rings is 73.98(2)°, and that between the triazole and benzene rings is 4.05(2)°. The thiophene ring is disordered over two positions, which are approximately parallel and oppositely oriented. The major component refined to a site-occupancy factor of 0.573(3). An intramolecular C-H...O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, molecules are linked together by two pairs of N-H...O interactions (to the same O atom as acceptor), forming inversion dimers. The crystal packing is also stabilized by π-π interactions [centroid-centroid distance is 3.978 Å].  相似文献

4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-ylmethyl) perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reac- tion of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) does not adopt a folded conformation, unlike previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is no indication of -stacking in the crystal packing. The dominant interaction between molecules is the van der Waal's attraction between cyclohexane rings. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-imidazolidinylmethyl)imidazolidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[4.4.1]undecane derivative. Crystal data: 1 C29H34N10, orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 17.946(1), b = 13.106(1), c = 24.108(1) Å, V = 5670.6(3) Å3, for Z = 8.  相似文献

The intensities were measured with an automatic diffractometer. There are two molecules in the unit cell. The substance is not tridentat in potentially coordination behaviour; coordination takes place (twodentat) on the oxine group.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel five-coordinate Zn(II) complex of 1,3-bis[2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)phenoxy]propan-2-ol (BHBAPP), namely [Zn2(BHBAPP)2](Pic)2 · C2H5OH (Pic = picrate) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P−1 with cell constants a = 9.8145(9), b = 13.2398(12), c = 14.5058(13) ?; α = 86.4560(10), β = 82.7260(10), γ = 73.0570(10)°, Mr = 1596.08, V = 1,788.0(3) ?3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.482 g/cm3, F(000) = 822, μ = 0.760 mm−1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0390 (wR 2 = 0.0996). Examination of the structure shows the Zn atoms are coordinated to four oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from BHBAPP ligand to form a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Further, in the crystal structure [Zn(BHBAPP)]+1 cations and picrate anions are linked together via hydrogen bonding interactions tightly forming a three-dimensional supramolecular. It must be pointed out that the picrate anions play a special role in increasing the dimensionality of the supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Abstract

The title compound, C18H20N2O2, a potential pharmaceutical agent, crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group with unit cell parameters a = 11.157 (7) ?, b = 8.776 (6) ?, c = 16.460 (11) ?, β = 103.08 (3)°. The tetrahydroquinoline ring system formed by the fusion of the benzene ring and the piperidine ring via two carbon atoms is coplanar, with the later adopting a sofa conformation. The pyrrolidine group in position 4 adopts an envelope conformation. Dimers related by inversion centers and linked by hydrogen bonds of the type N–H···O form cycles described by the graph set R22(16). Additionally, the dimers connect through weak hydrogen bonds of the type C–H···O with graph set C(10) to form chains extending along [001].  相似文献
