This paper determines the capacitance, inductance, and characteristic impedance of rectangular lines by the method of conformal transformation. In practical applications, such lines may be used as transmission links of RF energy, as impedance-transforming sections, or as components in electron tubes. Formulas are given for the calculation of the parameters of rectangular lines having the following characteristics: 1) The inner conductor may have varying thickness compared with the depth of the outer conductor. 2) The axes of the conductors may coincide or may be displaced with respect to each other. 3) The edges of the inner conductor may be rounded to lessen the electrical stress occurring at sharp corners. Excellent agreement has been obtained between the calculated results and those found by use of the relaxation method, by direct measurement of models, and by electrolytic tank measurement. 相似文献

根据Ruehli的PEEC(Partial (Partial Element Equivalent Circuit)模型[5],矩形截面互连线(Interconnect)的部分电感定义为一个六重积分解析式,由于使用该式计算自感时,被积函数会存在奇异点,因此需要研究准确简便的自感计算方法.文中首次使用泰勒级数展开法计算得到了矩形互连线自感公式.该方法从自感公式出发,先计算二重解析积分,然后把被积函数中的复杂函数展开成泰勒级数,从而转化为幂级数的逐项积分,推得自感计算公式是以导体尺寸为变量的简单显式函数.计算结果表明,该公式与直接积分方法具有同样的计算精度,并且比其它自感计算公式更加准确有效. 相似文献

In this paper we present a unified variational approach to determine the capacitance and inductance matices of generalized multistrip systems embedded in a multilayered iso/anisotropic dielectric lossless medium. The analysis is earned out in the spectral domain to take advantage of previously obtained recurrence relations which calculate the Green's function in the spectral domain. The method leads to a low-order system of linear equations, which is shown explicitly. Examples and comparison with previously published results have been included. 相似文献

A numerically efficient and accurate method for the derivation of line capacitance and characteristic impedance of a thin microstrip line is discussed. Galerkin's method is found to give highly accurate results when only one or two basis functions are used. We use three methods to derive approximate formulas for microstrip line capacitance and characteristic impedance. Asymptotic lower bounds derived through the variational method and matched asymptotic expansion methods give expressions which reveal the functional forms of these approximate formulas. Seminumerical approximation gives rise to formulas usable on a desk calculator. It is found that there is excellent agreement between the seminumerical formulas, the asymptotic formula derived through matched asymptotic expansions and numerically derived results. 相似文献

根据压电方程和材料力学方程推导出机电耦合情况下压电元件表面电荷计算公式,以此为优化目标,对压电分流阻尼抑振系统中的压电元件形状和位置/布局进行了优化分析。在考虑了压电元件附加质量和附加刚度的影响下,采用ANASYS的APDL语言对四边固支弹性薄铝板进行参数化建模,根据压电元件的模态应变来计算电荷数量。使用拓扑优化方法得到对应于各阶模态的压电元件最优形状,并针对采用单片和多片压电元件的情况,进行了对应于结构各阶振型的布局优化。根据分析结果,提出了压电分流阻尼系统的压电元件形状和位置/布局优化的基本原则。将分析结果应用于一四边固支薄板的振动响应抑制实验,取得了良好的抑振效果,分流电路闭合后第1阶和第5阶模态响应的幅值分别降低了52.9%与62.6%,验证了压电元件形状和位置/布局优化的有效性。 相似文献

电荷泵中浮置电容是影响输出特性的关键因素,针对大容量浮置电容难以集成的问题,提出利用电流传输器构成有源电容倍增器代替浮置电容的方法,可使等效的浮置电容容量提高1~3个数量级.利用PSPICE软件对反压及倍压电荷泵分别在采用有源电容倍增器和理想电容的情况下进行仿真,对比分析的结果说明采用有源电容倍增器的电荷泵电路仅需要很小的电容就能得到与外加大容量浮置电容电荷泵电路相同的输出特性(实例中100pF可等效50nF),从而基于有源电容倍增器的电荷泵将更易于全单片集成. 相似文献

A quantitative comparison is made of the importance of mutual inductance and mutual capacitance in the leakage of transient signals through the braid of a coaxial cable. The difference between mutual inductance and mutual capacitance coupling is vividly exhibited in the transient predictions.
