The boundedness of the every solution and the asymptotic behavior of all solutions of the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation [x(t) - P(t)x(t - t)]' Q1 (t)f(x{t-σ1))-Q2(t)f(x(t -σ2))=0,t≥t0 are investigated, whereτ,σ1,σ2∈(0,∞), P∈C([t0,∞),R), and Q1,Q2∈C([t0,∞),R), f∈C(R,R). The sufficient conditions obtained improve the existing results in the literatures.  相似文献

Several oscillation criteria are given for the second order nonlinear differential equation with damped term of the form [α(t)(y'(t))σ]' p(t)(y'(t))σ q(t)f(y(t)) = 0, where α∈C(R, (0,∞)), p(t) and q(t) are allowed to change sign on [t0, ∞), and f∈C1 (R, R) such that xf(x) > 0 for x ≠0. Our results improve and extend some known oscillation criteria. Examples are inserted to illustrate our results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the existence of e-positive mild solutions(see Definition 1)for the initial value problem of impulsive evolution equation with noncompact semigroup u(t)+ Au(t)= f(t,u(t)),t ∈ [0,+∞),t = tk,u-t=tk = Ik(u(tk)),k = 1,2,...,u(0)= x0 in an ordered Banach space E.By using operator semigroup theory and monotonic iterative technique,without any hypothesis on the impulsive functions,an existence result of e-positive mild solutions is obtained under weaker measure of noncompactness condition on nonlinearity of f.Particularly,an existence result without using measure of noncompaceness condition is presented in ordered and weakly sequentially complete Banach spaces,which is very convenient for application.An example is given to illustrate that our results are more valuable.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence of monotone positive solution for the following secondorder three-point boundary value problem is studied:

where η ∈ (0, 1), δ∈ [0, ∞), f ∈ C([0, 1] × [0, ∞), [0, ∞)). Under certain growth conditions on the nonlinear term f and by using a fixed point theorem of cone expansion and compression of functional type due to Avery, Anderson and Krueger, sufficient conditions for the existence of monotone positive solution are obtained and the bounds of solution are given. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of determining the limits of multivariate rational functions.It is essential to decide whether or not limxˉ→0f g=0 for two non-zero polynomials f,g∈R[x1,...,xn]with f(0,...,0)=g(0,...,0)=0.For two such polynomials f and g,we establish two necessary and sufcient conditions for the rational functionf g to have its limit 0 at the origin.Based on these theoretic results,we present an algorithm for deciding whether or not lim(x1,...,xn)→(0,...,0)f g=0,where f,g∈R[x1,...,xn]are two non-zero polynomials.The design of our algorithm involves two existing algorithms:one for computing the rational univariate representations of a complete chain of polynomials,another for catching strictly critical points in a real algebraic variety.The two algorithms are based on the well-known Wu’s method.With the aid of the computer algebraic system Maple,our algorithm has been made into a general program.In the final section of this paper,several examples are given to illustrate the efectiveness of our algorithm.  相似文献

The paper presents the conditions which guarantee that for some positive value of μ there are positive solutions of the differential equation (Ф(x'))'+μQ(t, x, x') = 0 satisfying the Dirichlet boundary conditions x(0) = x(T) = 0. We consider the multidimensional abstract linear integral equation of Volterra type x(t) (*)∫Rtα(s)x(s)ds=f(t),t∈R,(1)as the limit of discrete Stieltjes-type systems and we prove results on the existence of continuous solutions. The functions x, α and f are Bauach space-valued defined on a compact interval R of R^n Rt is a subinterval of R depending on t ∈ R and (*) f denotes either the Bochner-Lebesgue integral or the Henstock integral. The results presented here generalize those in [1] and are in the spirit of [3]. As a consequence of our approach, it is possible to study the properties of (1) by transferring the properties of the discrete systems, The Henstock integral setting enables us to consider highly oscillating functions.  相似文献

该文讨论了二阶三点边值问题$-u'(t)=b(t)f(u(t))$满足$u'(0)=0$, $u(1)={\alpha}u({\eta})$ 正解的存在性与多重性, 其中常数$\alpha, \eta\in(0,1)$, $f\in C ([0,\infty),[0,\infty) )$, $b\in C ([0,1],[0,\infty) )$且存在$t_0\in[0,1]$使$b(t_0)>0$. 利用该问题相应的Green函数, 将其转化为Hammerstein型积分方程, 借助于锥上的不动点指数理论,给出了该问题单个正解和多个正解存在的与其相应线性问题的第一特征值有关的最佳充分性条件.  相似文献

本文研究一类二阶脉冲微分方程:■的正解存在性.其中,0<η<1,0<α<1,f:[0,1]×[0,∞)×R→[0,∞),I_i:[0,∞)×R→R,J_i:[0,∞)×R→R,(i=1,2,…,k)均为连续函数.本文所用方法是文献[5]推广的Krasnoselskii不动点定理,此定理为解决依赖于一阶导数的边值问题提供了理论依据.基于此定理,获得了问题正解存在性定理.特别地,我们获得此类问题的Green函数,使问题的解决更直观和简单.  相似文献

本文利用Schauder不动点理论证明了微分积分方程组行波解u(x,t)=U(z),w(x,t)=W(z),z=xγ-ct的存在性.这个方程组描述了一类在植物上繁殖,且靠飞行在空中扩散的生物种群扩散过程.特别当时滞项,中积分核K(t)(反映种群繁殖模式)属于L1(0,∞)时,本文得到极限值W(-∞)(表示最终植物上种群密度)小于M.这个结论较符合生物实际.  相似文献

Some oscillation criteria are established by the averaging technique for the second order neutral delay differential equation of Emden-Fowler type where x(t) = y(t) + p(t)y(t − τ), τ, σ1 and σ2 are nonnegative constants, α > 0, β > 0, and a, p, q 1, . The results of this paper extend and improve some known results. In particular, two interesting examples that point out the importance of our theorems are also included.  相似文献
