Two novel rhodamine derivatives were designed and synthesized. They were successfully characterized by HR-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. They were found to exhibit a reversible colorimetric response and exhibit high selectivity and sensitivity for Hg(II) ion over other commonly coexistent metal ions. Their selectivity is excellent, and the detection of Hg(II) at ppb level is possible. The colorimetric and fluorescent response to Hg(II) can be conveniently detected even by the naked eye, which provides a facile method for visual detection of Hg(II).  相似文献

A Fluorescent chemosensor based on pyrene scaffold, 5-diethylamino-2-(pyren-1-yliminomethyl)-phenol (PDS) is synthesized using condensation method. It displays novel aggregation-induced emission (AIE) phenomena in its aggregated/solid state. The AIE characteristic of PDS is studied in CH3CN/H2O mixtures at different volume percentage of water and morphology of the aggregated particles are investigated by DLS and optical fluorescence microscopic study. The probe is aggregated into ordered one-dimensional (1-D) rod like microcrystals and exhibit high efficiency of solid-state emission with green colour. By taking advantage of its interesting AIE feature, the aggregated hydrosol has been utilized as ‘off–on’ type fluorescence switching chemosensor with superb selectivity and sensitivity towards Cu2+ions and the limit of detection (LOD) was calculated as low as 6.3 µM. A high Stern–Volmer quenching constant was estimated to be 2.88?×?105 M?1. The proposed chemosensor with AIE feature reveals a prospective view for the on-site visual recognition of Cu2+ ions in fluorescent paper strips and the synthesized probe is also exploited to find out the concentration of Cu2+ions in real water samples.

Solvent free synthesis of 6,7-dihydroxy-3-(3-chlorophenyl) coumarin (CFHC) was designed and obtained by the interaction of 2-(2,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)acrylonitrile with pyridinium hydrochloride in the presence of silica gel by using microwave irradiation. The characterization of CFHC was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H, 13C, 13C–APT and 2D HETCOR spectroscopy methods. The optical behavior of CFHC towards metal ions was investigated by UV-visible and fluorescence spectroscopy. CFHC showed “on–off” type fluorescence response towards Cu2+ with high selectivity in aqueous solution (CH3CN/H2O, 9/1, v/v). Once binding with Cu2+, CFHC-Cu2+ complex also displayed high selectivity for sulfide, resulting in “off–on” type sensing of sulfide anion.

The chiral recognition phenomenon was observed in enantioselective and excited-state energy transfer processes. Based on bimolecular luminescence quenching kinetics for a system containing chiral molecules, the quenching efficiency was evaluated by Stern-Volmer equation for a system containing a chiral R(+) and S(−) resolved quencher species. The utility of this methodology is confirmed by examining the enantio-selective excited-state quenching between Eu(dpa)3 complex (where dpa = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) acting as the energy donor to R(+)-1,1-Bi(2-Naphthol) and S(−)-1,1-Bi(2-naphthol) as the energy acceptor was studied in solution. The results of this study confirm the utility of luminescence measurements as a probe of chiral discriminatory behavior.  相似文献

A new probe (Z)-3-((naphthalen-1-ylmethylene)amino)phenol has been synthesized by condensation reaction between 1-naphthaldehyde and 3-aminophenol for the fluorescent sensing of Ce3+ by “on” mode and dichromate (Cr2O72?) by “off” mode. Metal ions—Ag+, Al3+, As3+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Ce4+, Co2+, Cr3+, Cr6+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Hg2+, K+, La+, Li+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Na+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Zn2+and anions Br?, C2O42?, CH3COO?, Cl?, CO32?, F?, H2PO4?, HCO3?, HF2?, HPO42?, I?, MnO4?, NO3?, OH?, S2?, S2O32?, SCN?, SO42? do not interfere. The limit of detection (LOD) for sensing Ce3+ and Cr2O72? ions are 1.286?×?10–7 M and 6.425?×?10–6 M, respectively.

A simple, rapid, and efficient method of dispersive micro solid phase extraction (D-μ-SPE) combined with UV–Vis spectrophotometry via ultrasound-assisted (UA) was applied for the determination and preconcentration of quercetin in extract of watercress (Nasturtium officinale), fruit juice and water samples. The sorbent in this method was synthesized by doping copper and sulfide into the tetragonal structure of SnO2-nanoparticles (Cu- and S- @SnO2-NPs) and subsequently loading it on activated carbon (AC). The D-μ-SPE parameters with direct effect on the extraction efficiency of the targeted analyte, such as sample pH, volume of eluent, sorbent mass and ultrasound time were optimized using central composite design method. Under optimized conditions, the calibration graph for quercetin was linear in the range of 20–4000 ng mL−1; the limit of detection and quantitation were 4.35 and 14.97 ng mL−1, respectively and the enrichment factor was 95.24. Application of this method to analyze spiked extract, fruit juice and water samples resulted in acceptable recovery values ranging from 90.3% to 97.28% with intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviation values lower than 6.0% in all cases. Among the equilibrium isotherms tested, Langmuir was found to be the best fitted model with maximum sorption capacity of 39.37 mg g−1, suggesting a homogeneous mode of sorption for quercetin.  相似文献
