In this study a kind of poly(azomethine-urethane); (E)-4-((2 hydroxyphenylimino) methyl)-2-methoxyphenyl 6-acetamidohexylcarbamate (HDI-co-3-DHB-2-AP) was prepared as in the literature and employed as a new fluorescent probe for detection of Cd(II) concentration. The photoluminescence (PL) measurements were carried out in the presence of several kinds of heavy metals. HDI-co-3-DHB-2-AP gave a linearly and highly stable response against Cd(II) as decreasing a new emission peak at 562 nm. Possible interferences of other ions were found too low. Detection limit of the sensor was found as 8.86?×?10?4?mol?L?1. Resultantly, HDI-co-3- DHB-2-AP could be effectively used as an optical Cd(II) sensor.  相似文献

The surface of the silicon nanowire was covalently modified with silane derivative of acenaphthene to form a ‘turn-on’ fluorescence sensor for Zn(II). The fluorescent intensities of the sensor were linearly increased with the increment of the Zn(II) concentration in the range of 0.0-20 μM, and a good selectivity and sensitivity to Zn(II) were obtained. Differently from conventional Zn(II) ion fluorescence sensor, the present sensor could be repeatedly used and exhibit a facilitation in practical application.  相似文献

利用丝网印刷技术制备了基于Ru(bpy)23 (钌联吡啶)的印刷电极电致化学发光传感器,这种传感器具有制作简单、成本低、重现性好、对草酸盐的响应范围宽、检测限低等优点。详细研究了电极的制作方法以及发光试剂的固定化。在最优条件下,在pH 6.0的0.2 mol.L-1磷酸盐缓冲液中,利用所研制的ECL传感器测定C2O24-,线性响应范围为3.0×10-7~1.0×0-5mol.L-1,检测限为1.2×10-7mol.L-1(S/N=3)。根据同样的原理也可以用来测定其他的成分,如氨基酸,TprA(三丙胺),NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)等物质。同时应该指出的是如果使用丝网印刷机器进行印刷的话,电极的重现性和稳定性还可以进一步提高。  相似文献

In this study the researcher reports a novel, one step synthesized rod-like nanoparticles of cerium (III)—tetraphenylporphyrin sandwich complex as a spectrofluorometric sensor to measure trace amount of Hg (II) and Cu (II) metal ions. Moreover, the synthesized fluorescent probe was able to detect higher amounts (>10?4 M) of Hg (II) in aqueous media by changing the color which can also be used as a selective mercury naked-eye sensor. The selectivity and sensitivity of the sensor based on its fluorescence quenching in the presence of Hg (II) and Cu (II) were studied according to the Stern-Volmer equation. The detection limit of the sensor was 16 nM for Hg (II) and about 2.34 μM for Cu (II) ions.

A fluorescence sensor for selective detection of Cu(II) is realized by covalently immobilizing derivatives of rhodamine6G (R6G) on the surface of silicon nanowires (SiNWs). It features the release of R6G from the SiNWs in the presence of Cu(II), which causes a significant enhancement of the fluorescence over other metal ions. The present Cu(II) sensor has good selectivity and sensitivity, and exhibits a linear response in the range of 0.0-7.0 μM Cu(II). Different from conventional Cu(II) sensor with fluorescence quenching, the present sensor based on fluorescence enhancement facilitates the practical application. Especially, the release of the R6G from SiNWs could be utilized as fluorescent labeling for Cu(II) in microenvironment.  相似文献

In this paper, we report on the results of spectrofluorimetric study of new fluorescent sensor based on [Zn2L2] doped in ethyl cellulose. The sensor optical signal is based on the rapid fluorescence quenching in the presence of acetone vapor. The acetone vapor detection limit in a gas mixture by means of sensor based on [Zn2L2] doped in ethyl cellulose is 1.68 ppb. Being highly sensitive to the acetone acetone presence, instant in response and easy to use, the sensor can find an application for the noninvasive diagnostics of diabetes as well as for the monitoring of the content of acetone acetone in the air at industrial and laboratory facilities.

介绍了一种新型一维光子晶体非完整表面缺陷模式折射率传感器的原理及方法,并构建了高分辨率、高Q值传感器探测实验系统,利用二甲基砜溶液验证了这种传感器.实验结果表明,该折射率传感器的灵敏度为3 025 nm·RIU-1(Refractive index LJnit),当光谱仪的分辨率为0.01 mn时,传感器的分辨率为3.3×10-6RIU.该传感器的Q值为260,并且在1.4~1.42范围内具有良好的线性度(线性度为0.991 27).文章分析了传感器Q值与光子晶体周期数及被探测液体厚度之间的关系.理论和实验证明这种全反射型光子晶体表面波传感器具有与SPR相似的无标、实时生物检测的特点且可获得更高的探测灵敏度、Q值和分辨率.  相似文献

采用旋转甩涂法在钾离子(K+)交换玻璃光波导表面制备了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)-环糊精复合薄膜,研制了PVP-环糊精薄膜/K+交换玻璃光波导传感元件,并对挥发性有机气体进行了检测。该气敏元件对苯乙烯和二甲苯具有较好的响应,并能够检测到体积比为1×10-6的苯乙烯和1×10-5的二甲苯。还具有响应及恢复速度快、容易制备等特点。  相似文献

We evaluated the electrostatic discharge (ESD) hardness of capacitive fingerprint sensor large scaled integrated circuits (LSIs) with two kinds of ESD test methods.We used three kinds of fingerprint sensor LSIs, i.e., a conventional planar sensor LSI, a sensor LSI with a grounded wall (GND wall) structure where each sensor plate was surrounded by a lattice-like wall, and a sensor where some of the sensor plates had been replaced with GNDs. In human body model (HBM)-based contact discharge tests, the sensor LSI with the GND wall structure and the one with the GNDs demonstrated a high ESD hardness compared with the planar sensor LSI. An air discharge test was also carried out in accordance with IEC61000-4-2 specifications because other ESD tests cannot be used to estimate over ±8 kV. The ESD hardness of the GND wall structure was ±20 kV, whereas that of the other sensor with the GND structure was below ±12 kV. It was evident from our findings that the ESD hardness of sensor LSIs obviously depends on the number of GNDs in the sensor region, their arrangement, and the GND structure, and that the sensor LSI with the GND wall had the highest ESD hardness.  相似文献

In order to control the working wavelength range of the fiber surface plasmon resonance(SPR) temperature sensor and realize the wavelength division multiplexing type multi-channel fiber SPR temperature sensor, by comprehensively investigating the influence of liquids with different thermal-optical coefficients and solid packaging materials on the performance of fiber SPR temperature sensor, a dual-channel fiber SPR temperature sensor based on liquid–solid cascade encapsulation was designed and fabricated. The liquid temperature sensing stage encapsulated in capillary worked in 616.03 nm–639.05 nm band, the solid sensing stage coated with pouring sealant worked in 719.37 nm–825.27 nm band, and the two stages were cascaded to form a fiber dual-channel temperature sensor. The testing results indicated that when the temperature range was 35℃–95℃, the sensitivity of two-stage temperature detection was -0.384 nm/℃and -1.765 nm/℃ respectively. The proposed fiber sensor has simple fabrication and excellent performance which can be widely used in various fields of dual-channel temperature measurement and temperature compensation.  相似文献

The use of fluorescent solid films of a 1-(p-butyloxyphenyl)-4-(p-cyanophenyl)buta-1E, 3E-diene as an efficient temperature sensor is described. The fluorescence changes in these films are proposed to occur due to a reversible temperature-dependent variation in its monomer-aggregate ratio. Photoisomerization of the butadiene chromophore in solid films was observed to occur only at elevated temperatures (> 120C), making the material also useful for reversible photochemical generation of fluorescence patterns with nondestructive readout properties.  相似文献

In this paper we present an interferometer based on photonic crystal fiber (PCF) tip ended with a solid silica-sphere for refractive index sensing. The sensor is fabricated by splicing one end of the holey PCF to a single mode fiber (SMF) and applying arc at the other end to form a solid sphere. The sensor has been experimentally tested for refractive index and temperature sensing by monitoring its wavelength shift. Measurement results show that the sensor has the resolution of the order of 8.7×10(-4) over the refractive index range of 1.33-1.40, and temperature sensitivity of the order of 10 pm/°C in the range of 20-100 °C.  相似文献

提出了一种基于石英晶体温度频率特性的石英音叉微谐振式温度传感器。通过理论分析的方法对传感器进行设计,并采用有限元仿真对传感器的结构参数进行优化。采用光刻和蚀刻微加工技术制造石英音叉谐振器,对石英音叉温度传感器样机的频率温度特性进行实验研究。实验结果表明:石英音叉温度传感器的标准谐振频率为36.545 kHz,灵敏度为-1.9 Hz/℃,在-20到100 ℃的温度范围内,其非线性误差小于0.18%,迟滞为0.02%,与理论研究相吻合。该传感器具有高精度、高灵敏度、低功耗和低成本的特点,为高性能温度测量提供较好的解决方案。  相似文献

The novel long-period fiber grating (LPFG) film sensor is composed of the long-period grating coated with solgel-derived sensitive films. The characteristics of the transmissivity of the LPFG film sensor are studied. By analyzing the relation among the sensitivity Sn, the thin film optical parameters, and the fiber grating parameters, the optimal design parameters of the LPFG film sensor are obtained. Data simulation shows that the resolution of the refractive index of this LPFG film sensor is predicted to be 10(-8). Experimentally, a LPFG film sensor for detection of C(2)H(5)OH was fabricated, and a preliminary gas-sensing test was performed.  相似文献

In this paper, an improved touch probe sensor device for higher sensitivity and low contact force is reported. In order to improve the resolution, we have evaluated the sensitivity and fabricated a miniaturized sensor. The sensor transducer was 3 mm long and had higher resonance frequency. The resonance frequency of the vibrator was 937 kHz. Evaluated sensitivity was 1.0 x 10(-1) mV/nm. This value equals five times larger than that of a previous sensor. Miniaturization of the sensor device carried smaller vibration operation and higher sensitivity.  相似文献
