研究黏弹性胶粘涂层/基底结构中激光激发类瑞利波的传播特性。考虑涂层及基底的黏弹性,在频域中建立环氧树脂涂层/铝基底、环氧树脂涂层/铜基底、环氧树脂涂层/泡沫基底等结构中激光激发类瑞利波的有限元数值模型,研究类瑞利波的波形及传播特性,并分析环氧树脂涂层的透明性、厚度、黏性与基底的黏性对类瑞利波传播特性的影响,在此基础上,结合理论计算的色散与衰减曲线进行验证。研究结果表明,涂层的黏性引起类瑞利波高频成分的衰减,而对低频成分没有影响;基底的黏性对类瑞利波的高频与低频成分的衰减均有影响,其中对低频成分影响较大,此外,类瑞利波的模式及频散特性与基底材料密切相关。本研究为反演黏弹性胶粘涂层/基底结构的力学参数及评估结构的粘接质量提供理论指导。   相似文献

随着裂缝性储集层的地位越来越重要,黏弹性各向异性介质中地震波传播理论的研究也越来越受到重视.在弱黏滞性条件下,针对标准线性黏弹性体模型,采用时间增量法,在每一个时间步长确定黏弹性变形及载荷,并在计算下一个时间步长的黏弹性变形时把它加载进去,建立类似于解弹性问题的黏弹性方位各向异性介质波动方程的有限元递推公式.数值模拟给出了黏弹性波在地球介质中的波场传播特征. 关键词: 黏弹性 方位各向异性 有限元 时间增量法  相似文献

研究了导波在正交各向异性黏弹性复合板中传播的色散特性、波结构及功率流密度。基于二维平面运动方程,采用谱有限元方法得到了导波色散的特征方程。分析了正交各向异性黏弹性板中各向异性和黏性对能量速度和波结构的影响,以及基底对导波功率流密度的影响。数值研究结果表明:导波沿纤维方向传播的能量速度大,材料的黏性对速度影响较小,但会减小波结构的幅度;在高频时,基底的存在使两个基本模态的功率流密度分别集中到波导的上下表面,形成弱色散、高衰减及无色散、零衰减的表面波。数值模拟结果为导波用于复合材料定量无损检测和性能评价提供理论依据。   相似文献

研究激光激发瑞利波检测样品的表面倾斜缺陷。基于频域热弹耦合方程,采用有限元方法建立激光激发瑞利波检测倾斜缺陷的数值模型,研究倾斜缺陷的检测机理。数值计算含不同的长度及倾斜角度缺陷的样品中瞬态位移波形,分析瑞利波在倾斜缺陷处模式转换的过程,研究各种瑞利波的传播路径。在此基础上,研究缺陷宽度与材料黏性对瑞利波传播及缺陷检测的影响。结果表明:瑞利波在缺陷处产生的反射及透射瑞利波的到达观测点的时间可以检测缺陷位置和长度,瑞利波在缺陷的底部发生模式转换产生的切变波可以检测缺陷倾斜角度。数值结果和已有的实验结果一致,从而为表面倾斜缺陷的检测提供有效的理论依据。   相似文献

研究了半无界层状介质自由表面任意形状的面源产生的弹性波场。首先,我们将层状介质中的传递矩阵理论从二维推向三维空间,在频率域研究了任意面源激发的三维弹性波理论问题。然后,深入研究了Rayleigh波和Love波的激发与传播特性,发现Rayleigh波和Love波的传播速度在与自由表面平行的平面内与传播方位角θ无关,但其激发强度却强烈地依赖于传播方位角θ。最后,我们具体研究了矩形源、无穷长条形源和圆盘激励出的弹性波场,并通过数值计算给出了Rayleigh波和Love波的位移指向性分布图。  相似文献

提出了利用直接激发Rayleigh表面波的方法测量材料的声学非线性系数.采用专门的信号源,将压电传感器安装在试件边缘直接激发Rayleigh表面波,利用激光干涉仪测量系统采集试件表面的Rayleigh波信号.对采集到的Rayleigh波信号进行FFT变换,得到Rayleigh波信号中所包含的基频和高频成分,并据此进一步确定材料的声学非线性系数.对铝合金材料AA2024和AA6061的试验测量与分析结果表明,这种利用将压电传感器直接安装在试件边缘激发Rayleigh表面波的方法能够有效、准确地测量材料的声学非线性系数,可以为材料和结构早期力学性能退化的无损检测和评价提供一种有效的途径.  相似文献

In order to understand the viscoelasticity of material, this research has been conducted to study the propagation characteristics of viscoelastic Rayleigh wave theoretically. A model is presented for the pulsed laser generation of ultrasound on viscoelastic medium surface. Referred to the Kelvin model, the frequency equation and the normal displacement of viscoelastic Rayleigh wave were derived, the influence of the viscoelastic modulus on dispersion and attenuation was discussed. From the theoretical calculation, it is shown that the effect of viscoelasticity on the attenuation of Rayleigh wave is more than that on its dispersion. In the case of a weak viscosity, the attenuation of viscoelastic Rayleigh wave is directly proportional to viscosity modulus; the effect of shear viscosity on the attenuation is much more than that of bulk viscosity. The transient response of viscoelastic Rayleigh wave was also simulated using Laplace and Hankel inversion transform, which are showed in good agreement with the theoretic predictions. The model provides a useful tool for the determination of viscoelastic parameters of medium.  相似文献

The propagation characteristics of laser-generated Lamb waves in thin composite plates are theoretically studied. Taking the anisotropic and viscoelastic properties of the composite material into account, the finite element models for simulating laser-generated Lamb waves in the composite material are established in the frequency domain. Numerical results are calculated in purely elastic and viscoelastic transversely isotropic plates, respectively. The effects of the anisotropic and viscoelastic properties on the propagation of Lamb waves are analyzed in detail. The numerical results exhibit that the features of the laser-generated Lamb wave, including attenuation, velocity, frequency, and the dispersive nature, have a close relationship with the anisotropic and viscoelastic properties of the material.  相似文献

Taking into account the effects of thermal diffusion and optical penetration, as well as the finite width and duration of the laser source, the laser-generated ultrasonic force source at surface vicinity is presented. The full acoustic fields of laser-generated ultrasonic bulk wave are obtained and displayed in transversely isotropic plate. The features of laser-generated ultrasound bulk waves are analyzed. The features of laser-generated ultrasonic bulk wave are in good agreement with the theoretical results (the phase velocity surfaces), demonstrating the validity of this simulation. The numerical results indicate that the features of laser-generated ultrasound waveforms in anisotropic specimen, different from the case in isotropic materials, have a close relation with the propagating plane and propagation direction. This method can provide insight to the generation and propagation of laser-generated ultrasonic bulk wave in transversely isotropic material.  相似文献

Previous studies of the first author and others have focused on low audible frequency (<1 kHz) shear and surface wave motion in and on a viscoelastic material comprised of or representative of soft biological tissue. A specific case considered has been surface (Rayleigh) wave motion caused by a circular disk located on the surface and oscillating normal to it. Different approaches to identifying the type and coefficients of a viscoelastic model of the material based on these measurements have been proposed. One approach has been to optimize coefficients in an assumed viscoelastic model type to match measurements of the frequency-dependent Rayleigh wave speed. Another approach has been to optimize coefficients in an assumed viscoelastic model type to match the complex-valued frequency response function (FRF) between the excitation location and points at known radial distances from it. In the present article, the relative merits of these approaches are explored theoretically, computationally, and experimentally. It is concluded that matching the complex-valued FRF may provide a better estimate of the viscoelastic model type and parameter values; though, as the studies herein show, there are inherent limitations to identifying viscoelastic properties based on surface wave measurements.  相似文献

The propagation characteristics of laser-generated like-Rayleigh waves in viscoelastic adhesive coating/substrate structures were studied.Considering the viscoelasticity of the coating and substrate,we have established the finite element models in frequency domain for the laser-generated like-Rayleigh waves in the epoxy coating/aluminum substrate,epoxy coating/brass substrate,and epoxy coating/foam substrate structures,respectively.In addition,we have investigated the waveform and propagation characteristics of the like-Rayleigh waves and studied the influences of the coating transparency,coating thickness,coating viscoelasticity,and substrate viscoelasticity on the propagation characteristics of the like-Rayleigh waves.Moreover,we have verified the results by the theoretical phase velocity and attenuation curves.The results show that the coating viscoelasticity induces the attenuation characteristics of the higher frequencies of the like-Rayleigh waves,but has little effect on the lower frequencies,and the substrate viscoelasticity has the influences on both the higher and lower frequencies of the like-Rayleigh waves,especially the lower frequencies.Furthermore,the mode and dispersive characteristics of the like-Rayleigh waves are closely related to the substrates.This study provides a useful theoretical basis for inverting mechanical parameters and evaluating the adhesive quality of the viscoelastic adhesive coating/substrate structures.  相似文献

A numerical model is established to investigate the influence of transparent coating thickness on the laser-generated thermoelastic force source and ultrasound waves in the coating-substrate system by using the finite element method (FEM). Taking into account the effects of thermal diffusion, the finite width and duration of the laser source, as well as the temperature dependence of material properties, the transient temperature distributions are obtained firstly. Applying this temperature field to structure analyses as thermal loading, the thermoelastic stress field and laser-generated ultrasound wave in the specimen are obtained. The generation and propagation of the laser thermoelastically induced stress field and ultrasonic waves in coating-substrate system are presented in detail. The influence of transparent coating thickness on the transient temperature distribution, thermoelastic force source and the laser-generated ultrasound waveforms is investigated. The numerical results indicate that the thermoelastic force source and laser-generated ultrasound waveform are strongly affected by the coating thickness due to the constraint of coating. This method can provide insight into the generation and propagation of the laser-generated stress field in coating-substrate system consisting of a transparent coating and an opaque metallic substrate. It provides theoretical basics to optimize ultrasonic signal generation in particular applications and invert the physical and geometrical parameter of the coating-substrate system more accurately in the experiment.  相似文献

激光超声技术能够在材料表面形成超声波,是实现材料缺陷无损检测的重要环节。借助Abaqus有限元分析工具,基于激光超声热弹机制建立了轴对称铝板的表面缺陷模型,模拟了激光激发产生的表面波在材料中的传播特性及其与铝板缺陷的相互作用过程。数值模拟实验表明,铝板表面缺陷的分布深度值越大,反射波越强,并且当缺陷深度达到一定程度时,反射波的幅值趋于稳定;但缺陷的分布宽度对于反射波的影响则十分有限。所得结论为基于激光超声的材料缺陷的定量检测及识别提供有效的理论依据。  相似文献

An analytical model of acoustic field excited by a pulsed-laser line source on a coated cylinder is presented. Surface wave dispersive behaviours for a cylinder with a slow coating are analysed and compared with that of a bare cylinder. Based on this analysis, the laser-generated transient response of the perturbed Rayleigh wave and the higher modes of steel cylinder with a zinc coating are calculated from the model using residue theory and FFT technique. The theoretical result from the superposed waveform of the perturbed Rayleigh wave and higher modes agree well with the waveform obtained in experiment. The results show that the model and numerical method provide a useful technique for quantitatively characterizing coating parameters of coated cylinder by the laser generated surface waves.  相似文献
