The novel pyrrole alkaloid alhagifoline A (1) together with the two known analogs pyrrolezanthine (2) and pyrrolezanthine-6-methyl ether (3) were isolated from the aerial part of Alhagi sparsifolia. Their structures were established based on spectral (HR-ESI-MS, 1 H and 13C NMR, 1 H–1 H COSY, HSQC, HMBC) data. Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from the genus Alhagi for the first time.  相似文献

Lipids of seeds with pericarp and an admixture of the air-dried aerial part (AP) of Heliotropium lasiocarpum Fisch. et Mey. (Boraginaceae) were studied. The contents and component and fatty-acid compositions of neutral lipids, glycolipids, phospholipids, and strongly bound lipids were established. It was found that part of the alkaloids was extracted together with the lipids from these plant organs. The chromatographic mobility of the heliotrope alkaloids was determined under the lipid separation conditions.  相似文献

Chemical examination of the needles and young stems of the European yew Taxus baccata L. growing in Iran resulted in the isolation of one new taxane diterpenoid, 5α-cinnamoyloxy-2α,9α-dihydroxy-10β, 13α-diacetoxy-4(20),11-diene. The five known lactones matricarin, austricin, canin, and achillin guaianolides and argolide germacranolide and the two flavonoids eupatilin and its 7-O-methyl ester were isolated for the first time from the aerial part of Artemisia albida Willd. The amount of water-soluble proteins in bud meristem of Larix sibirica L., Picea obovata L., and Abies sibirica L. was shown to increase by 2-3 times in autumn during development of low-temperature resistance. The fractional composition of water-soluble proteins of the studied species and the amino-acid composition of groups of water-soluble proteins with different molecular weight (MW) were similar. Nitrogen accumulated as aspartic acid, glycine, and alanine in high- and medium-molecular-weight proteins. The peptides (MW < 5 kDa) typically had a high content of hydrophobic proline and hydrophilic tyrosine.  相似文献

A new tetrasubstituted xanthone (6,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylic acid), together with four known compounds, was isolated from the EtOAc extract of Penicillium oxalicum.
