4-苯基-2-苯偶氮基-1-硫代-3,4-二氮唑硫酮-5(C14H10N4S2)是双硫腙与二硫化碳发生加成闭环反应时获得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定,标题化合物是单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a = 25.169(5), b = 3.9690(8), c = 30.130(6) ?,β= 113.79(3)°, V = 2754.0(1)?3, Mr =298.38, Dc =1.439 g/cm3 , Z = 8, μ(MoKα)=3.80cm-1, F(000)=1232 。最终偏差因子为R = 0.0335, wR = 0.0861。分子结构中硫代二氮唑五员杂环显示出共平面结构,最大偏差0.010(1)?。C=S键长1.634(2)  相似文献

The reaction of aromatic amines with maleic acid or its diethyl ester with subsequent hydrolysis gave N-arylaspartic acids, which were converted to 1-aryl- and 1-aryl-2-thio-5-carboxymethylhydantoins by the action of urea, cyanates, or thiocyanates in an acidic medium. Esterification of the acid products with methanol gave the corresponding carbomethoxymethylhydantoins, which were converted by reduction to tetrahydroimidazole derivatives and by acetylation to acetyl derivatives. Alkylation of the carboxymethylhydantoins with dimethyl sulfate gave 3-methyl derivatives of hydantoins, while alkylation with formaldehyde gave 3-hydroxymethyl derivatives of hydantoins. Heterocyclic compounds of four 5-methyl-3-phenyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones have been synthesized by the reaction of N-2-hydroxyethyl- or N-2-hydroxypropylanilines with phosgene in the presence of pyridine. From the spectral behavior, the title compounds are found to exist in the trans and cis forms.  相似文献

The 1H, 13C{1H}, and 31P NMR spectral parameters of some pyrophosphates were determined in CDCl3. The most complicated 1H spectrum can be solved fully only as (A3MN)R6XX′R6′(MNA3)′, where R6 (= ―N(CH3)2) is coupled only to phosphorus (X). Second‐order coupling between phosphorus was found and solved with iterative analysis. A signal shape of one of the carbon resonance cannot be explained only with couplings. Conclusions The reaction of bis(hydroxymethyl)phenylphosphine with orthoformic ester gave 5-phenyl-2-ethoxy-1, 3, 5-dioxaphosphorinane, representing a mixture of two stereoisomers. The preferred conformations of these differ in the orientation of the phenyl residue on the phosphorus atom. Several pyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized starting from alkyl furans using oxidation with singlet oxygen to give 4-methoxy or 4-hydroxybutenolides, key intermediates of the synthetic strategy followed. For all pyridazinones reported, a complete assignment of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic methods, which included NOE, DEPT, COSY, HSQC and HMBC experiments, was accomplished. Correlations between the chemical shifts of the heterocyclic ring atoms and substituents at N-2 and C-6 were analyzed.  相似文献

A straightforward synthesis toward 2-fluorinated aziridines was developed via ring closure of beta-fluorinated beta-chloroamines, which were obtained via reduction of the corresponding alpha-fluorinated amides by borane. When 1-benzyl-2-fluoroaziridine was treated with methanol, reaction occurred at the 2-position, giving rise to N-benzyl-2,2-dimethoxyethylamine, while in the case of 1-benzyl-2,2-difluoroaziridine the 3-position was attacked, giving rise to N-benzyl-2-methoxyacetamide. These reactions point to the divergent reactive behavior of monofluoro- and difluoroaziridines.  相似文献

3,3-Disubstituted 2-iminoindolines and the corresponding 10,10-disubstituted tetrahydropyrimido-[1,2-a] indoles, including compounds with spiran structures, were synthesized by reaction of 1-phenyl-2-acylhydrazines and l-phenyl-2-acylpyrazolidines geminally substituted at the-carbon atom of the acyl residue with phosphorus oxychloride. A novel synthetic method for 2,5-disubstituted dihydropyrimidines was developed. The cyclization of 1,3-diaza-4-dimethylamino-1,3-butadienes having a N-protecting group (N-Boc, N-Cbz, N-n-C4H9, N-Bn or N-Ph) with electron-deficient olefins, such as α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, phenyl vinyl sulfone, and acrylonitrile was studied in detail. The cyclization smoothly proceeded to afford 4-dimethylamino-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidines or 1,6-dihydropyrimidines in good yields. The isolated 4-dimethylamino-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidines were converted to 2,5-disubstituted-1,6-dihydropyrimidines through the β-elimination of the dimethylamino group. 2,5-Disubstituted-1,4(6)-dihydropyrimidines were obtained after removal of the N-Boc or N-Cbz group. Independent tautomers of the resulting dihydropyrimidines were observed.  相似文献

13C and 31P chemical shift data for eight 2-methoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes are reported. Examination of pairs of geometrical isomers, which differ only in the orientation of the OMe substituent on PIII, have shown that both the 31P and the 13C signals of C4,6 atoms appear 3–4 ppm at higher field when the OMe is axial compared with the equatorial isomer. This observation can be associated with the 1–3 syn diaxial interaction between the phosphorus axial substituent and the axial hydrogens on C4,6 and should thus constitute, in the future, a supplementary tool for the structural analysis of this kind of compound. Important long range δ effects were observed both on 13C and especially on 31P chemical shifts. It is suggested that the high field δe effects could reflect a direct stereoelectronic interaction between the P atom and the cyclic C-5 atom. This interpretation is supported by a study of the 31P…13C coupling constants and their stereochemical dependence.  相似文献

Proton and phosphorus magnetic resonance spectra of substituted methylphosphonic acids have been determined as a function of pH. A method has been developed for measuring the 31P shift indirectly by optimal heteronuclear decoupling of the 1H spectra of samples and standards. Control experiments have demonstrated the broad applicability of this technique to the characterization of low milligram samples of N-phosphonomethylglycine and potential metabolites.  相似文献
