In this paper, we attempt to obtain the nature of the external field such that the Dirac equation with external electro-magnetic
field is invariant. The Poincaré group, which is the maximal symmetry group for field free case, is constrained by the presence
of the external field. Introducing infinitesimal transformation ofx and ψ, we apply Lie’s extended group method to obtain the class of external field which admit of the invariance of the equation.
It is important to note that the constraints for the existence of invariance are explicity on the electric and magnetic field,
though only potentials explicity appears in the equation.

In this paper, using the exponential function transformation approach along with an approximation for the centrifugal potential,
the radial Klein-Gordon equation with the vector and scalar Hulthén potential is transformed to a hypergeometric differential
equation. The approximate analytical solutions of t-waves scattering states are presented. The normalized wave functions expressed in terms of hypergeometric functions of scattering
states on the “k/2π scale” and the calculation formula of phase shifts are given. The physical meaning of the approximate analytical solution
is discussed.

We apply the Asymptotic Iteration Method to obtain the bound-state energy spectrum for the d-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation with scalar S(r) and vector potentials V(r). When S(r) and V(r) are both Coulombic, we obtain all the exact solutions; when the potentials are both of Kratzer type, we obtain all the exact
solutions for S(r) = V(r); if S(r) > V(r) we obtain exact solutions under certain constraints on the potential parameters: in this case, a possible general solution
is found in terms of a monic polynomial, whose coefficients form a set of elementary symmetric polynomials.

Quantum matrix elements of the coordinate, momentum and the velocity operator for a spin-1/2 particle moving in a scalar-like
potential are calculated. In the large quantum number limit, these matrix elements give classical quantities for a relativistic
system with a position-dependent mass. Meanwhile, the Klein-Gordon equation for the spin-0 particle is discussed too. Though
the Heisenberg equations for both the spin-0 and spin-1/2 particles are unlike the classical equations of motion, they go

We study the effects of the perpendicular magnetic and Aharonov-Bohm(AB) flux fields on the energy levels of a two-dimensional(2D) Klein-Gordon(KG) particle subjected to an equal scalar and vector pseudo-harmonic oscillator(PHO).We calculate the exact energy eigenvalues and normalized wave functions in terms of chemical potential parameter,magnetic field strength,AB flux field,and magnetic quantum number by means of the Nikiforov-Uvarov(NU) method.The non-relativistic limit,PHO,and harmonic oscillator solutions in the existence and absence of external fields are also obtained. 相似文献
