涟漪效应还是空间互动——基于空间面板联立方程模型的房价与地价关系研究

本文通过构建包含房价和地价在内的空间面板联立方程模型,利用2009～2016年中国286个地市的数据,构建空间面板联立方程模型,以研究房价和地价的空间自相关性和空间溢出效应。实证结果表明：房价与地价之间的空间互动作用明显,房价不但受到当地地价的影响还会受到周边城市房价的影响;而城市地价也会受到当地房价引起的引致需求影响,并且受到周边城市地价的影响。分区域来看,地价对房价的作用强度在东、中、西部地区依次下降,房价对地价作用强度呈现出相反的趋势。而从价格的溢出效应来看,无论是房价还是地价,西部地区的价格溢出效应都最为明显,表明相对于东、中部地区,西部地区城市在房价和地价上都更会受到周围城市的影响。     

Asymptotics of a Class of Singularly Perturbed Weak Nonlinear Boundary Value Problem with a Multiple Root of the Degenerate Equation

A singularly perturbed boundary value problem with weak nonlinearity in the case when the degenerate equation has a multiple root is studied. The asymptotic approximation of the solution is constructed by the modified boundary layer function method. Based on the comparison principle, there exist multizonal boundary layers in the neighborhood of the endpoints. The existence of a solution is proved by using the method of asymptotic differential inequalities.     

Approximating Nash equilibrium for production control with sticky price

We study a mean field game problem arising from the production control for multiple firms with price stickiness in the commodity market. The price dynamics for each firm is described as a (controlled) jump-diffusion process with mean-field interaction. Each firm aims to maximize her expectation of cumulative net profit coupled with each other through price processes. By solving the limiting control problem and a fixed-point problem, we construct an explicit approximating Nash equilibrium when the number of firms grows large.     

Multiple Axially Asymmetric Solutions to a Mean Field Equation on $\mathbb{S}^{2}$

We study the following mean field equation$$\Delta_{g}u+\rho\left(\frac{e^{u}}{\int_{\mathbb{S}^{2}}e^{u}d\mu}-\frac{1}{4\pi}\right)=0\ \ \mbox{in}\ \ \mathbb{S}^{2},$$where $\rho$ is a real parameter. We obtain the existence of multiple axially asymmetric solutions bifurcating from $u=0$ at the values $\rho=4n(n+1)\pi$ for any odd integer $n\geq3$.

Global Existence and Exponential Decay for a Nonlinear Viscoelastic Equation with Nonlinear Damping

In this paper we investigate a nonlinear viscoelastic equation with nonlinear damping. Global existence of weak solutions and uniform decay of the energy have been established. The Faedo-Galerkin method and the perturbed energy method are employed to obtain the results.

带非局部阻尼项的粘弹性方程解的衰减估计

In this paper,we consider the following viscoelastic equation u tt- △u +∫t 0 g(t-s)△u(s)ds + a(x)u t + u |u|r = 0 with initial condition and Dirichlet boundary condition.The decay property of the energy function closely depends on the properties of the relaxation function g(t) at infinity.In the previous works of [3,7,11],it was required that the relaxation function g(t) decay exponentially or polynomially as t → +∞.In the recent work of Messaoudi [12,13],it was shown that the energy decays at a similar rate of decay of the relaxation function,which is not necessarily dacaying in a polynomial or exponential fashion.Motivated by [12,13],under some assumptions on g(x),a(x) and r,and by introducing a new perturbed energy,we also prove the similar results for the above equation.     

中国房价形成机制的实证研究

构建了房地产市场的供求模型和均衡价格模型,引入商品房销售价格、销售面积、施工面积等9个变量,建立相应的联立方程组,对房地产价格形成机制进行了研究.研究结果表明：房地产的价格很大程度上受到居民收入、利率、以及土地价格的影响,相对而言居民收入和利率的影响最为明显.同时,居民对房地产的潜在需求和有效需求间的差距较大.目前相关部门应更加关注房地产市场有效需求的规模,并适当调整利率、土地供给等,从而保证房地产市场的稳定发展.     

Long Time Asymptotic Behavior of Solution of Difference Scheme for a Semilinear Parabolic Equation

In this paper we prove that the solution of implicit difference scheme for a semilinear parabolic equation converges to the solution of difference scheme for the corresponding nonlinear stationary problem as $t\rightarrow\infty$. For the discrete solution of nonlinear parabolic problem, we get its long time asymptotic behavior which is similar to that of the continuous solution. For simplicity, we consider one-dimensional problem.
