Oxides with different cation ratios 2122, 2212, 2213 and 2223 in the Ti-Ca-Ba-Cu-O system exhibit onset of superconductivity in the 110–125 K range with zero-resistance in the 95–105 K range. Electron microscopic studies show dislocations, layered morphology and other interesting features. These oxides absorb electromagnetic radiation (9.11 GHz) in the superconducting phase.  相似文献

Superconductivity in the Lu-Ir alloy system is investigated. Although it has been reported that LuIr2 is superconducting at 2.47 K, it is found that LuIr2 is not superconducting above 1.3 K. However, alloys of composition between LuIr2 and Ir are superconducting. This enhancement of superconductivity is not due to the eutectic structure but to the off-stoichiometry of the C15 Laves phase which has a certain homogeneity range. In the C15 Laves phase, the transition temperature increases and the lattice constant decreases monotonically with increasing Ir concentration.  相似文献

The preliminary results of an investigation of a system of two K S mesons in the mass interval 1600–1950 MeV are reported. The events were obtained on a 6-m magnetic spark spectrometer at ITEP in π p interactions at 40 GeV, using a neutral trigger which suppressed both charged particles and γ rays. A peak of width ≃30 MeV with statistical significance not lower than six standard deviations is observed with momentum transfer selection |tu|0.23 GeV2 near the mass 1775 MeV of the K S K S system. The observed phenomena can be interpreted as the existence of one resonance with the indicated parameters, or two narrower resonances. In the latter case, their masses are 1768±1.5 and 1787±1.5 MeV. The widths of these states are comparable to the mass resolution of the spectrometer (∼5 MeV). The superconducting transition temperature T c of the ZrD0.48 alloy is measured in the pressure range up to 41.5 GPa. The measurements are carried out in a high-pressure chamber with diamond anvils by the inductometric method. It is found that T c(P) increases to 3.1 K at a pressure below 30 GPa, exhibits a sharp increase up to 8 K near 30 GPa, and then smoothly decreases to ~6.5 K at 41.5 GPa. A similar dependence T c(P) is obtained for pure Zr. The similarity of the T c(P) curves suggests that the dependence T c(P) observed for ZrD0.48 is due to the presence of ω-phase in this alloy at pressures P<30 GPa and the ω-β transition at P≈30 GPa, which leads to the establishment of new ratios between the phases in the Zr-D system. In the pressure range studied, no indications are observed for new superconducting phases similar to the phases of intermediate composition in the Ti-H(D) system, which are formed by the hydrogen transfer from tetrahedral to octahedral interstitials.  相似文献

The pressure dependence of the superconducting transition temperature in TiD0.74 has been measured up to 30 GPa in a diamond high-pressure chamber. It is found that the deuteride TiD0.74 becomes a superconductor at pressures corresponding to the transition to the high-pressure ζ phase, with a transition temperature that increases from 4.17 to 4.43 K in the interval P=14–30 GPa. The value extrapolated to atmospheric pressure T c (0)=4.0 K is significantly lower than the superconducting transition temperature (T c =5.0 K) measured earlier in the metastable state obtained by quenching TiD0.74 under pressure. It is assumed that the significant difference of the extrapolated value from the superconducting transition temperature in the metastable state after quenching under pressure is caused by a phase transition on the path from the stability region of the ζ phase under pressure to the region of the metastable state at atmospheric pressure. The Euler-Maclaurin summation equation is used to sum the scattering-amplitude series near 90 ° for high energies. With certain plausible assumptions regarding the behavior of the partial amplitudes the cross section for scattering near 90 ° is described by two parameters which also describe the cross section for scattering near 180 °.
