New disilver(I) methanedisulphonate complexes [CH(2)(SO(3))(2)Ag(2)·L(n)] (L = PPh(3); n=2, 2a; n=3, 2b; n=4, 2c; n=5, 2d; n=6, 2e; L=P(OEt)(3); n=2, 2f; n=4, 2g; n=6, 2h) were prepared by the reaction of [CH(2)(SO(3))(2)Ag(2)], which could be synthesized from methanedisulphonic acid and Ag(2)CO(3) in water, with triphenylphosphine or triethylphosphite in dichloromethane under a nitrogen atmosphere. The solid state structures of three complexes 2c, 2d and 2f were determined by single X-ray structure analysis. Hot-wall metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) experiments were carried out at 395 °C, 420 °C and 450 °C using 2g as precursor for the deposition of silver films, respectively. The silver film with high purity obtained at 420 °C is dense and homogeneous, which is composed of many well isolated, granular particulates spreading all over the substrate surface.  相似文献

Six organophosphine/phosphite‐stabilized silver(I) N‐hydroxysuccinimide complexes of type [C4H4NO3Ag?Ln] (L = PPh3; n = 1, 2a; n = 2, 2b; L = P(OEt)3; n = 1, 2c; n = 2, 2 d; L = P(OMe)3; n = 1, 2e; n = 2, 2f) were prepared. These complexes were obtained in high yields and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13 C{1H} NMR and IR spectroscopy, respectively. The molecular structure of 2b has been determined by X‐ray single‐crystal analysis in which the silver atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. An interstitial methanol solvent molecule is hydrogen bonded to the oxygen atom of N‐hydroxysuccinimide molecule. Complex 2f was used to deposit silver films by metal‐organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) for the first time. The silver film obtained at 480 °C is dense and homogeneous, which is composed of many well‐isolated, granular particulates spreading all over the substrate surface. The complexes, [Cu{EC(5)H(3)(R-3)N}](4) (E/R = Se/Me or Te/R; R = H or Me) were isolated by the reaction between CuCl and NaEC(5)H(3)(R-3)N and were characterized by elemental analyses, uv-vis and NMR ((1)H, (13)C) spectroscopy. The crystal structures of [Cu{SeC(5)H(3)(Me-3)N}](4) and [Cu(TeC(5)H(4)N)](4) revealed that the molecules are tetrameric in which each copper atom lies at the vertex of the tetrahedron and each face of the tetrahedron is capped by the bridging pyridylchalcogenolate ligand. Thermal behavior of these complexes was studied by thermogravimetric analysis. Depending on reaction conditions, thermolysis gave both stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric copper chalcogenides, which were characterized by XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM and SAED techniques. These precursors were used for the preparation of nanocrystals and for deposition of thin films of copper chalcogenides by AACVD (Aerosol Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition).  相似文献

Treatment of P(X)(X')Cl with KC8 gave the crystalline diphosphine [P(X)X']2 (1) which dissociated reversibly into the phosphinyl radical *P(X)X' (2), a plausible intermediate in the reaction of with [Cr(CO)6], [Co(NO)(CO)3] or P4, yielding [Cr[P(X)X']2(CO)3] (3), [Co[P(X)X'](CO)3] (4), or 1,4-P4[P(X)X']2 (5); the P(X)X' substituent is pyramidal at P in but planar in [X = N(SiMe3)2, X'= NPri2].  相似文献

The tris(triphenylphosphine)copper(I) complexes [(PPh3)3CuX] for X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), ClO4 (4), BF4 (5), [(PPh3)3CuCl].CH3CN (1a), [Cu(PPh3)3(CH3CN)]X for X = ClO4 (6), BF4 (7), and [Cu(PPh3)3(CH3CN)]X.CH3CN for X = SiF5 (8), PF6 (9) have been studied by solid state 31P CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy together with single crystal X-ray diffraction for compounds (6)-(9), the latter completing the availability of crystal structure data for the series. Compounds (1)-(5) form an isomorphous series in space group P3 (a approximately 19, c approximately 11 A) with three independent molecules in the unit cell, all disposed about 3-fold symmetry axes. Average values (with estimated standard deviations) for the P-Cu-P, P-Cu-X bond angles and Cu-P bond lengths in compounds (1)-(3) are 110.1(6) degrees, 108.8(6) degrees and 2.354(8)A and 115.2(6) degrees, 102.8(9) degrees and 2.306(9)A for compounds (4) and (5). For the acetonitrile solvated compound (1a), the corresponding parameters are 115(4) degrees, 103(3) degrees and 2.309(3)A. The solid state 31P CP/MAS NMR quadrupole distortion parameters, dnu Cu, for (1)-(3) and (1a) are all less than 1 x 10(9) Hz2, despite the changes in donor properties of the halide in (1)-(3), and the coordination geometry of the P3CuX core in (1a). Change of anion to ClO4- and BF4- in compounds (4) and (5) results in a significant increase of dnu Cu to 4.4-5.2 10(9) Hz2 and 5.2-6.0 x 10(9) Hz2, respectively. Compounds (6) and (7) crystallise as isomorphous [Cu(PPh3)3(CH3CN)]X salts in space group Pbca, (a approximately 17.6, b approximately 22.3, c approximately 24.2 A), while compounds (8) and (9) crystallize as isomorphous acetonitrile solvated salts [Cu(PPh3)3(CH3CN)]X.CH3CN in space group P1(a approximately 10.5, b approximately 13.0, c approximately 19.5 A, alpha approximately 104, beta approximately 104, gamma approximately 94 degrees). The P3CuN angular geometries in all four compounds are distorted from tetrahedral symmetry with average P-Cu-P, P-Cu-N angles and Cu-P bond lengths of 115(4) degrees, 103(4) degrees and 2.32(1)A, with dnu Cu ranging between 1.3 and 2.5 x 10(9) Hz2. The solid state 29Si CP/MAS NMR spectrum of the pentafluorosilicate anion in compound (8) is also reported, affording 1J(29Si, 19F) = 146 Hz.  相似文献

An improved synthetic route to the linear phosphazene salt [Cl3P=N=PCl3]Cl is reported. This species is a useful precursor to higher linear homologues and also to heterocycles such as the 16-membered carbophosphazene macrocycle [NCCl(NPCl2)3]2.  相似文献

Three novel Zn(II) complexes containing either 2,2',2"-tripyridylamine (2,2',2"-tpa) or 2,2',3"-tripyridylamine (2,2',3"-tpa) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1, Zn(2,2',2"-tpa)Cl2, has a tetrahedral geometry while compounds 2, Zn(2,2',2"-tpa)2(O2CCF3)2, and 3, Zn(2,2',3"-tpa)4(O2CCF3)2, have an octahedral geometry. The 2,2',2"-tpa ligand in 1 and 2 functions as a bidentate ligand, chelating to the zinc center, while the 2,2",3"-tpa ligand in 3 functions as a terminal ligand, binding to the zinc center through the 3-pyridyl nitrogen atom. All three compounds emit a blue color in solution and in the solid state. The emission maxima for the three compounds in solution are at lambda = 422, 426, and 432 nm, respectively. The blue luminescence of the complexes is due to a pi *-->pi transition of the tpa ligand as established by an ab initio calculation on the free ligand 2,2',2"-tpa and complex 1. Compounds 1 and 2 are fluxional in solution owing to an exchange process between the coordinate and noncoordinate 2-pyridyl rings of the 2,2',2"-tpa ligand. Compound 2 is also fluxional owing to a cis-trans isomerization process, as determined by variable-temperature 1H NMR spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

Extensive ab inito computations have been carried out to study the equilibrium structure, infrared spectra, and bonding characteristics of a variety of hydrated NpO2(CO3)m(q-) complexes by considering the solvent as a polarizable dielectric continuum as well as the corresponding anhydrate complexes in the gas phase. The computed structural parameters and vibrational results at the MP2 level in aqueous solution are in good agreement with Clark et al.'s experiments and provide realistic pictures of the neptunyl complexes in an aqueous environment. Our computed hydration energies reveal that the complex with water molecules directly bound to it yields the best results. Our analysis of the nature of the bonding of neptunyl complexes provides insight into the nature of 6d and 5f bonding in actinide complexes.  相似文献

The CX3(+) salts [CCl(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)1, [CCl(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)2, [CBr(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)3, [CBr(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)4 (R(F) = C(CF(3))(3)) were prepared in 56 to 85% yield from CX(4) (X = Cl, Br) and the corresponding silver salts (weight balance, NMR, IR, X-ray structure of 1). The most convenient solvent for the preparation of 1 and 2 is SO(2)ClF but for 3 and 4 it is SO(2). The reactions are complete after about three days stirring at -30 to -40 °C. The salts are stable for weeks in solution at -40 °C and stable for a few hours at RT in the solid state. In SO(2)ClF (1, 2) or SO(2) (3, 4) solution they decompose slowly at -20 °C and within several hours at RT; in general the CBr3(+) salts are more stable than the CCl3(+) homologues. The decomposition products were assigned as CCl(3)F and primarily CBr(2)F(2) (which likely forms as a Lewis acid induced disproportionation product of the initial CBr(3)F). The C-X vibrations of the salts were found in the expected range and the assignments were made based on experimental and calculated data. The IR spectrum of a CBr3(+) salt is for the first time reported here.  相似文献

Reaction of TlCl and [LiN(Me)Ar(Mes)2](2) [Ar(Mes)2 = C(6)H(3)-2,6-(C(6)H(2)-2,4,6-Me(3))(2)] in Et(2)O generated the thallium amide, TlN(Me)Ar(Mes)2 (1). X-ray data showed that it has a monomeric structure with an average Tl-N distance of 2.364(3) Angstroms. There was also a Tl-arene approach [Tl-centroid = 3.026(2) Angstroms (avg)] to a flanking mesityl ring from the terphenyl substituent. DFT calculations showed that this interaction is weak and supported essentially one coordination for thallium. The electronic spectrum of 1 is hypsochromically shifted in comparison to the monomeric TlAr(Trip)2 (Trip = C(6)H(2)-2,4,6-Pr(i)(3)).  相似文献

New molecular charge-transfer complexes of bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene (ET), (ET)Cu(2)Br(4) (1), (ET)(2)Cu(6)Br(10) (2), (ET)(2)[Cu(4)Br(6)ET] (3), (ET)(2)Cu(2)Br(4) (4), (ET)(2)Cu(3)Br(7)(H(2)O) (5), and (ET)(2)Cu(6)Br(10)(H(2)O)(2) (6), have been synthesized by diffusing reaction of ET and Cu(II)Br(2). Their crystal structures and physical properties have been investigated. X-ray analyses revealed that ET molecules coordinated to the copper ions with the sulfur atoms of the ethylenedithio groups in all compounds. The Cu-S distances are found in the range 2.268(5)-2.417(8) A, being close to the typical Cu(I)-S coordination bond distances. Strong d-pi interactions between d-electrons of the copper ions and pi-electrons of the ET molecules can be expected through the Cu-S coordination bonds. ET molecules behave as trans-bidentate ligands bonding to two different copper ions in 1 and 3, as cis-bidentate ligands in 2, 5, and 6, and as monodentate ligands in 4. In the crystal structure of 3, there are two types of ET molecules in the crystal structure, where the first type is a trans-bidentate ligand and the second forms a stacking structure by itself. Compounds 1, 2, 4, and 6 show semiconducting behavior down to low temperature (sigma(RT) = 1.6 x 10(-2) S cm(-1) and E(a) = 122 meV for 1, sigma(RT) = 2.1 S cm(-1) and E(a) = 21 meV for 2, sigma(RT) = 5.4 x 10(-4) S cm(-1) and E(a) = 239 meV for 4, and sigma(RT) = 5.1 x 10(-2) S cm(-1) and E(a) = 207 meV for 6). On the other hand, in 3, a metal-like region is observed along the b-axis and c-axis, due to the contribution of stacked ET molecules, and a metal-semiconductor transition occurs at 280 and 270 K, respectively. Also, 5 exhibits metallic conductivity in the temperature ranges 240-300 and 200-300 K along the b-axis and c-axis, respectively, despite the oxidation state of ET with 2+.  相似文献

Paramagnetic diruthenium(III) complexes (acac)(2)Ru(III)(mu-OC(2)H(5))(2)Ru(III)(acac)(2) (6) and [(acac)(2)Ru(III)(mu-L)Ru(III)(acac)(2)](ClO(4))(2), [7](ClO(4))(2), were obtained via the reaction of binucleating bridging ligand, N,N,N',N'-tetra(2-pyridyl)-1,4-phenylenediamine [(NC(5)H(4))(2)-N-C(6)H(4)-N-(NC(5)H(4))(2), L] with the monomeric metal precursor unit (acac)(2)Ru(II)(CH(3)CN)(2) in ethanol under aerobic conditions. However, the reaction of L with the metal fragment Ru(II)(bpy)(2)(EtOH)(2)(2+) resulted in the corresponding [(bpy)(2)Ru(II) (mu-L) Ru(II)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4))(4), [8](ClO(4))(4). Crystal structures of L and 6 show that, in each case, the asymmetric unit consists of two independent half-molecules. The Ru-Ru distances in the two crystallographically independent molecules (F and G) of 6 are found to be 2.6448(8) and 2.6515(8) A, respectively. Variable-temperature magnetic studies suggest that the ruthenium(III) centers in 6 and [7](ClO(4))(2) are very weakly antiferromagnetically coupled, having J = -0.45 and -0.63 cm(-)(1), respectively. The g value calculated for 6 by using the van Vleck equation turned out to be only 1.11, whereas for [7](ClO(4))(2), the g value is 2.4, as expected for paramagnetic Ru(III) complexes. The paramagnetic complexes 6 and [7](2+) exhibit rhombic EPR spectra at 77 K in CHCl(3) (g(1) = 2.420, g(2) = 2.192, g(3) = 1.710 for 6 and g(1) = 2.385, g(2) = 2.177, g(3) = 1.753 for [7](2+)). This indicates that 6 must have an intermolecular magnetic interaction, in fact, an antiferromagnetic interaction, along at least one of the crystal axes. This conclusion was supported by ZINDO/1-level calculations. The complexes 6, [7](2+), and [8](4+) display closely spaced Ru(III)/Ru(II) couples with 70, 110, and 80 mV separations in potentials between the successive couples, respectively, implying weak intermetallic electrochemical coupling in their mixed-valent states. The electrochemical stability of the Ru(II) state follows the order: [7](2+) < 6 < [8](4+). The bipyridine derivative [8](4+) exhibits a strong luminescence [quantum yield (phi) = 0.18] at 600 nm in EtOH/MeOH (4:1) glass (at 77 K), with an estimated excited-state lifetime of approximately 10 micros.  相似文献

Small clusters consisting of a carbon diatom or triatom and several aluminum atoms are investigated ab initio, at an MP2 level of theory. The mainly ionic character of C-Al bonding predominantly leads to structures different from corresponding hydrocarbons (also if starting from analogous initial geometries), while still producing closed-shell ground states. It is found that in many cases stable geometries correspond to flat CAl(3) units. These include unique metal-framed dicarbon and tricarbon all-flat species with unusual planar tetra-coordination. Another frequent feature is a hyper-coordination of carbon atoms, supported by their high negative charges and critically examined via atom-in-molecule calculations. Also characterized are anionic states, electronic excitation and ionization, electron attachment and detachment, and charge distributions.  相似文献

The infrared photodissociation spectra of [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-) (n=1-4, m=1, 2) are measured in the 3000-3800 cm(-1) range. The [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(1)](-) spectra are characterized by a sharp band around 3570 cm(-1) except for n=1; [(CO(2))(1)(H(2)O)(1)](-) does not photodissociate in the spectral range studied. The [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(2)](-) (n=1, 2) species have similar spectral features with a broadband at approximately 3340 cm(-1). A drastic change in the spectral features is observed for [(CO(2))(3)(H(2)O)(2)](-), where sharp bands appear at 3224, 3321, 3364, 3438, and 3572 cm(-1). Ab initio calculations are performed at the MP2/6-311++G(**) level to provide structural information such as optimized structures, stabilization energies, and vibrational frequencies of the [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-) species. Comparison between the experimental and theoretical results reveals rather size- and composition-specific hydration manner in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-): (1) the incorporated H(2)O is bonded to either CO(2) (-) or C(2)O(4) (-) through two equivalent OH...O hydrogen bonds to form a ring structure in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(1)](-); (2) two H(2)O molecules are independently bound to the O atoms of CO(2) (-) in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(2)](-) (n=1, 2); (3) a cyclic structure composed of CO(2) (-) and two H(2)O molecules is formed in [(CO(2))(3)(H(2)O)(2)](-).  相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salts of N-thiophosphorylated thioureas of common formula RC(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)(2) [R = morpholin-N-yl (HL(a)), piperidin-N-yl (HL(b)), NH(2) (HL(c)), PhCH(2)NH (HL(d))] with Cu(PPh(3))(3)I in aqueous EtOH/CH(2)Cl(2) leads to mononuclear [Cu(PPh(3))(2)L-S,S'] complexes. Using copper(i) iodide instead of Cu(PPh(3))(3)I, polynuclear complexes [Cu(n)(L-S,S')(n)] were obtained. The structures of these compounds were investigated by ES-MS, elemental analyses, 1H and 31P NMR in solution, IR and 31P solid-state MAS NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of [Cu(3)L(3)(a)] and [Cu(PPh(3))(2)L(b)] were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
