Purification of seven regio-isomers of O-decanoyl sucrose, 2-O-, 3-O-, 4-O-, 6-O-, 3′-O-, 4′-O- and 6′-O-decanoyl sucrose, were performed by LC followed by preparative RP-HPLC with ELSD. Using an optimized gradient of acetonitrile in water 2-O-, 3-O-, 6-O- and 3′-O-decanoyl sucrose were purified in yields (w/w) of 52.5%, 34.7%, 45.0% and 36.9%, respectively. In the purified preparations of the 2-O- and 3′-O-decanoyl sucrose respectively, acyl migration was observed as a result of the drying process. Lyophilization resulted in the highest purities (w/w) of 96% and 100% for the 2-O- and the 3′-O-decanoyl sucrose, respectively.  相似文献

Microbial oxidation of 2-C-methyl-d-ribitol and 2-C-methyl-d-arabinitol by Gluconobacter thailandicus NBRC 3254 produces 4-C-methyl-l-ribulose and 4-C-methyl-d-ribulose, respectively. Further, 4-C-methyl-l-ribulose and 4-C-methyl-d-ribulose were equilibrated by d-tagatose-3-epimerase (DTE) with 4-C-methyl-l-xylulose and 4-C-methyl-d-xylulose, respectively. These transformations demonstrate that polyol dehydrogenase and DTE act on branched synthetic sugars. The green preparation of all of the stereoisomers of 4-C-methyl pentuloses illustrates the ability of biotechnology to generate novel branched monosaccharides.  相似文献

Synthetic approaches towards new condensed thienopyridine ring systems including furo[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines, bisthieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-e]pyridines, 5H-chromeno[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines, 5H-benzo(f)chromeno[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-e]pyridines have been achieved by application of intramolecular 4+2 cycloaddition reactions of suitably designed thieno[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazines tethered with alkene or alkyne terminals.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed, carbon monoxide-mediated reductive N-heterocyclization of nitro-heteroaromatic compounds having an alkene adjacent to the nitro-group affords bicyclic pyrrolo-fused heteroaromatic molecules. This type of reaction was used to prepare the fused bicyclo[3.3.0] ring-system: thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole, thieno[2,3-b]pyrrole, furo[2,3-b]pyrrole, pyrrolo[3,2-d]thiazole, and pyrrolo[2,3-d]imidazole and the bicyclo[4.3.0] ring-systems: pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine, pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine, pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine, pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridine, pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridazine, and pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine in 32-94% yield.  相似文献

A new 5,7-dihydroxy-3′-methoxy-4′-acetoxyflavone-8-C-β-d-arabinopyranoside-2″-O-(4‴-acetoxy)-glucoside (6) and three known flavone C-glycosides—5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone-6-C-xyloside-8-C-β-d-glucoside (lucenin-1) (7), 5,7,3′-trihydroxyflavone-6-C-glucoside-8-C-β-d-glucoside (vicenin-2) (8), and 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-8-C-α-arabinopyranoside (chrysoeriol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-8-C-α-arabinopyranoside) (9)—were isolated from aerial parts of Scleranthus perennis L. (Caryophyllaceae). Their structures were determined through the use of comprehensive spectroscopic and spectrometric methods, and a method for the quantification of the major constituents of S. perennis and S. annuus L. was developed. Furthermore, the anti-collagenase and antioxidant activities of all isolated compounds obtained from extracts and fractions from both Scleranthus species were evaluated. The highest percentage of collagenase inhibition (at 400 µg/mL) was distinguished for methanolic extracts (22.06%, 32.04%) and ethyl acetate fractions (16.59%, 14.40%) from S. annuus and S. perennis. Compounds 6–9 displayed moderate inhibitory activity, with IC50 values ranging from 39.59–73.86 µM.  相似文献

A cotarnine alkaloid-based synthesis was developed for new heptacyclic condensed diisoquinolines via the double intramolecular pseudosalt bis[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g;4′,5′-g′][1,3,4]oxadiazolo[2,3-a;5,4-a′]diisoquinoline 6. Substitution of the central O atom in 6 by C, S, or N nucleophiles afforded the first representatives of the new ring systems bis[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g:4,5-g′]pyrazolo[3,2-a:5,1-a′]diisoquinoline (7a-d), bis[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g:4,5-g′][1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a:5,4-a′]diisoquinoline (8), and bis[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g:4,5-g′][1,2,4]triazolo[3,2-a:5,1-a′]diisoquinoline (9a-d) under simple reaction conditions.  相似文献

Six secondary metabolites from the methanolic extract of Sweetia panamensis (Fabaceae) bark were isolated and characterised. Along with the pyrones desmethylangonine β-d-O-glucopyranoside and desmethylangonine β-d-O-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, already reported in this species, 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (chlorogenic acid), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid and the isoflavonoid 5-O-methylgenistein 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside were isolated for the first time from S. panamensis. Additionally, an LC-ESI-MS qualitative analysis was performed and an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was developed and validated for the determination of these compounds. The UPLC method was applied to the quantitative analysis of plant samples. Pyrones and caffeoylquinic acids resulted to be the main compounds in the extract; in particular desmethylangonine β-d-O-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside was the most abundant compound.  相似文献

Results of interaction of seven new geometric isomers of retinal (7-cis, 7,9-dicis; 7,11-dicis, 7,13-dicis; 9,11-dicis 7,9,11-tricis 7,9,13-tricis) with bovine opsin are reported. All of them form pigments with absorption maxima varying between 450 and 480 nm. The rates of pigment formation were generally considerably lower than those of 11-cis-retinal and the yields were less than quantitative. Implications of these results for the stereospecificity of the binding site of opsin are discussed.  相似文献

The regioselective syntheses of substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline, pyrido[2,3-b]pyrrolo[2,3-e]pyrazine, pyrido[2,3-b]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrazine and pyrido[3,4-b]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrazine are reported. Differential reactivity between two amino groups in ortho-diaminopyridine can be exploited to obtain new regio-defined unsymmetrical pyridopyrrolopyrazine derivatives. Weak electron-donating methyl or moderately electron-withdrawing carboxylic groups attached to the aromatic ortho-diamines reduce the regioselectivity of obtaining unsymmetrical substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline. The fluorescence properties of the resultant 1-alkyl pyridopyrrolopyrazine and substituted pyrrolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline derivatives are presented.  相似文献

The PdII-catalyzed tandem cyclization of chiral allylic alcohols possessing an internal epoxide and a terminal alcohol provided a contiguous THF–THP and THF–THP ring units stereospecifically. The cyclizations take place via a 5-exo-tet-5-exo-trig mode, however, the cyclization of methyl substituted epoxy diols proceeded via 6-endo-tet-6-exo-trig fashion in a part to construct the oxygen-fused THP–THP ring. The different reaction rates of precursors, which are different stereochemistry at allylic alcohol have been elucidated.  相似文献

Two new examples of a carbon→oxygen ethoxycarbonyl group shift are described. Treatment of 3-ethoxycarbonylnitromethyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-6-O-p-toluenesulfonyl-α-d-allofuranose (4) with Bu4NF leads to a rearrangement to 5-O-ethoxycarbonyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-3-nitromethyl-6-O-p-toluenesulfonyl-α-d-allofuranose (8). Similar treatment of ethyl-3-O-benzyl-6-deoxy-6-nitro-d,l-glycero-d-glucoheptofuronate (12) gives 3-O-benzyl-4-O-ethoxycarbonyl-6-deoxy-6-nitro-d-glucopyranose (16).  相似文献

Naphtho[1,2-b]furans 1a-f, naphtho[2,1-b]furans 2a-f, benzo[1,2-b:5,4-b′]difurans 3a-b, benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]difurans 4a-b, and benzo[1,2-b:4,3-b′]difurans 5a-b were synthesized by base-catalyzed cyclization reaction of the corresponding o-alkoxybenzoylarene derivatives. The o-alkoxybenzoylarenes were obtained from the etherification reaction of the o-hydroxybenzoylarenes, which were prepared either by the reaction of methoxyarenes with benzoyl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride or by photo-Fries rearrangement of aryl benzoates.  相似文献

2-[Allyl(propargyl)sulfanyl]pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones at heating in polyphosphoric acid undergo an intramolecular cyclization with the formation of pyrido[4,3-e]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones of angular structure. Under similar conditions the cyclization of 2-(cinnamylsulfanyl)pyrido[3,4-d]-pyrimidin-4-one results in a linear pyrido[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido-[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one. The iodocyclization of the same substrates affords the corresponding 9-(iodomethyl)(iodomethylidene)pyrido[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-ones and 3-iodopyrido[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-one of angular structure. 9-(Iodomethyl)-8,9-dihydro-5H-pyrido[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one treated with sodium azide gave 9-(azidomethyl) derivative whose cyclization with substituted alkynes in the presence of copper compounds provided pyrido [4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidinylmethyltriazoles.  相似文献

Saccharinic acids, branched 2-C-methyl-aldonic acids, may be accessed via a green procedure from aldoses by sequential conversion to an Amadori ketose and treatment with calcium hydroxide; d-galactose and d-glucose are converted to 2-C-methyl-d-lyxono-1,4-lactone (with a small amount of 2-C-methyl-d-xylono-1,4-lactone) and 2-C-methyl-d-ribono-1,4-lactone. Inversion of configuration at C-4 of the branched lactones allows access to 2-C-methyl-l-ribono-1,4-lactone and 2-C-methyl-l-lyxono-1,4-lactone, respectively. d-Xylose affords 2-C-methyl-d-threono-1,4-lactone and 2-C-methyl-d-erythrono-1,4-lactone, whereas l-arabinose, under similar conditions, gave the enantiomers 2-C-methyl-l-threono-1,4-lactone and 2-C-methyl-l-erythrono-1,4-lactone.  相似文献

Double alkylation of enantiopure N,N-acetal pyrimidinone (S)-1, a masked chiral derivative of β-alanine prepared from (S)-asparagine, proceeds with high stereoselectivity to give C(5) disubstituted adducts (2S,5R)-6, (2S,5S)-6, (2S,5R)-7, and (2S,5S)-7. A series of pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidines were prepared via oxidative cyclization of aldehyde N-(1,3-diphenylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)hydrazones. Dimroth rearrangement of such a series yielded pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines.  相似文献

(S)-1-Phenyl-2-(p-tolyl)ethylamine (S)-1, used for the industrial scale resolution of chrysanthemic acids, was obtained via resolution of the racemate with the hemiphthalate of (S)-isopropylidene glycerol (R)-2. The maximum experimental efficiency [69% yield and >99% e.e. of (S)-1] was achieved by a simple precipitation of (S)-1·(R)-2 from the solution of the 1:1 diastereomeric salt mixture in 93/7 isopropanol/water at saturation of the more soluble (R)-1·(R)-2 salt. Such an experimental efficiency was consistent with 0.79 maximum theoretical resolvability, derived from the solubilities of the two diastereomeric salts, and with DSC data, which indicated that the (S)-1·(R)-2/(R)-1·(R)-2 system is a binary mixture exhibiting an eutectic with composition approximately corresponding to a 0.2 molar ratio of (S)-1·(R)-2.  相似文献
