Reaction of 2-(2-oxoethylidene)furan-3(2H)-ones with isopropylidenehydrazides of aromatic carboxylic acids: Synthesis of 3-hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones

3-Hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-6-phenyl-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones were obtained by the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ylideneacetate or 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethylidene]-5-phenylfuran-3(2H)-one with benzoic or p-nitrobenzoic isopropylidenehydrazides. 3-(2-Quinolyl)- and 3-(5-carbethoxyfuryl-2)coumarins

Synthesis of Conjugated Systems Based on 3-(5-Methylfur-2-yl)-2-(3-oxobutyl)benzofurans

Methods were developed for the synthesis of 3-butyl-2-(3-oxobutenyl)benzofurans and 3-(3-furylbenzofuran-2-yl)acrylic acids on the basis of 3-furyl-2-(3-oxobutyl)benzofurans.     

2-Polyfluoroalkylchromones. 14. Synthesis of 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles

3-Chloro-2-polyfluoroalkyl- and 3-chloro-6-nitro-2-polyfluoroalkylchromones were synthesized. These compounds react with N₂H₄·2HCl on boiling in ethanol to form 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles.     

Reactions of 3-(4-Aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-Benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-Nucleophiles

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.     

Solid phase extraction of trace Hg(II) on silica gel modified with 2-(2-oxoethyl)hydrazine carbothioamide and determination by ICP-AES

In this work, a new 2-(2-oxoethyl)hydrazine carbothioamide modified silica gel (SG-OHC) sorbent was prepared and applied for preconcentration of trace mercury(II) prior to the measurement by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The optimization of some analytical parameters affecting the adsorption of the analyte such as acidity, shaking time, sample flow rate and volume, eluent condition, and interfering substances were investigated. At pH 3, the maximum static adsorption capacity of Hg(II) onto the SG-OHC was 37.5 mg g⁻¹. The quantitative recovery (>95%) of Hg(II) could be obtained using 2 mL of 0.5 mol L⁻¹ HCl and 1% CS(NH₂)₂ solution as eluent. Common coexisting substances did not interfere with the separation of mercury(II) under optimal conditions. The detection limit of present method was 0.10 ng mL⁻¹, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was lower than 4.0% (n = 8). The prepared sorbent was successfully applied for the preconcentration of trace Hg(II) in certified and water samples with satisfactory results.     

Pd-catalyzed synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles

An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. A one-pot sequence involving intermolecular carbopalladation C-H activation/C-C bond formation efficiently afforded the oxindole derivatives.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy- and 4-Amino-2-Methyl-3-(2-Methylindol-3-Yl)methylquinolines and Their 6- and 8-Substituted Derivatives

A method has been developed for the synthesis of substituted 4-hydroxy- and 4-amino-2-methyl-3-(2-methylindol-3-yl)methylquinolines by treating the corresponding 4-hydroxy(chloro)-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride. It was found that nucleophilic substitution occurred in the case of the 4-chloroquinolines together with subsequent rearrangement to give the 4-amino derivatives. The thiosemicarbazones of the corresponding 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines were also obtained.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 554–557, April, 2005.

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。

1-(8-喹啉)-3-(2-苯并噻唑)三氮烯的合成及其与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应

合成了新的三氮烯试剂:1 (8 喹啉) 3 (2 苯并噻唑) 三氮烯(QBTT),并研究了该试剂与Cu2 的显色反应,建立了测定铜的灵敏度较高、选择性较好的光度分析新方法。在选定的实验条件下,Cu2 与QBTT在室温下迅速生成络合比为1∶1的紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.48×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2 的质量浓度在0～1.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,该方法可用于测定食品中的微量铜。     

Uncatalyzed addition of indoles and N-methylpyrrole to 3-formylchromones: synthesis and some reactions of (chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes and E-2-hydroxy-3-(1-methylpyrrol-2-ylmethylene)chroman-4-ones

(Chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes and E-2-hydroxy-3-(1-methylpyrrol-2-ylmethylene)chroman-4-ones have been obtained in good yields from 3-formylchromones on reaction with indoles and N-methylpyrrole under solvent-free conditions. Reactions of (chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes with guanidine carbonate and hydrazine hydrate proceed with the participation of the chromone ring system and lead to the formation of the corresponding pyrimidines and pyrazoles bearing the bis(indol-3-yl)methyl moiety.     

(E)-N-芳基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑的合成、抗氧化活性及促进鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖的研究

设计合成了3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲苯基咔唑(8)和3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲氧苯基咔唑(9)两个新的化合物, 用IR, MS, 1H NMR和元素分析确认其结构. 并利用DPPH•方法, 超氧阴离子自由基( )法, 羟基自由基HO•法和噻唑蓝比色法(MTT法)分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性和调控鼠骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)的作用. 结果表明, 这两种化合物对DPPH•自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有较强的抗氧化活性, 化合物9在低浓度时对鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖有很好的促进作用.     

2-溴甲基-3-(二溴甲基)喹喔啉的合成研究

以2，3－二（溴甲基）喹喔啉为原料，以N－溴琥珀酰亚胺为溴化试剂合成了2－溴甲基－3－（二溴甲基）喹喔啉（1），1是Diels-Alder环加成反应中形成含杂原子环的C60衍生物的一种重要中间体。通过IR，^1H NMR,^13C NMR,DEPT谱和MS对其进行了结构表征。

1-(2-苯并噻唑基)-3-苯基吡唑啉类化合物的合成

有机荧光化合物有多种结构类型,其中含氮唑系杂环类化合物可作为一些合成纤维和塑料制品的增白剂^[1～4]。据此,我们合成了一系列新的具有不同取代基的苯并噻唑基吡唑啉化合物,并观察了其荧光性质。

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (Z)-Ethyl 5-(phenylamino)-3-(phenylimino)-3H-1,2-dithiole-4-carboxylate

The compound (Z)-ethyl 5-(phenylamino)-3-(phenylimino)-3H-1,2-dithiole-4-carboxylate 3 has been synthesized by the reaction of ethylacetoacetate 1 and phenylisothiocyanate 2. Its structure has been established by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, infrared, mass spectra, and x-ray crystallography.
