A new gedunin, three new mexicanolides and three new phragmalin-type limonoids named Andirolides A (1), B (2), C (3), D (4), E (5), F (6), and G (7) were isolated from oil of the flower of Carapa guianensis Aublet (Meliaceae). Their absolute stereostructures were determined by 2D NMR and CD spectra, and single-crystal X-ray analysis, and all compounds were confirmed to have the C-17βH configuration. Considering the similarity in CD spectra between Andirolide G (7) and the xyloccensins reported by Wu, we concluded that the structures of xyloccensins should be revised so as to have the absolute configuration of 17R.  相似文献

Three new norcembrane-based diterpenoids, leptocladolides A (1), B (4) and C (5), along with five known metabolites 6-10, have been isolated from the dichloromethane extract of a Taiwanese soft coral Sinularia leptoclados. Furthermore, a chemical investigation on the dichloromethane extract of S. parva has resulted in the isolation of two new related isomers, 1-epi-leptocladolide A (2) and 7E-leptocladolide A (3), in addition to 1 and 7. The structures of new metabolites 1-5 were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses and their relative stereochemistries were determined by NOESY experiments. The new metabolites 1 and 3 have been shown to exhibit significant cytotoxic activity against KB and Hepa59T/VGH cancer cell lines.  相似文献

A detailed chemical investigation of the minor metabolites produced by the endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis sp. isolated from the Chinese mangrove Rhizophora mucronata afforded sixteen new compounds of polyketide origin, including pestalotiopyrones A-H (1-8), pestalotiopisorin A (10), pestalotiollides A-B (11-12), pestalotiopin A (13), and four amides pestalotiopamides A-D (14-17), along with three known compounds, nigrosporapyrone D (9), 2-anhydromevalonic acid (18), and p-hydroxy benzaldehyde (19). The structures of all compounds were unambiguously established from their spectroscopic data that included HR-ESIMS and 1- and 2-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, and by comparison with the literature.  相似文献

Six new Daphniphyllum alkaloids, calyciphyllines H-M (1-6), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Daphniphyllum calycinum (Daphniphyllaceae). The structures and relative stereochemistry of 1-6 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, and the absolute stereochemistry of 3 was assigned by PGME method.  相似文献

Two new bisnortriterpenoids with 18-norschiartane skeleton, wuweizidilactones G (1) and H (2), four new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids based on a schisanartane skeleton, schindilactones D-G (3-6), a pre-schisanartane skeleton, pre-schisanartanin B (7), and a novel 3,4-seco-21,26-olide-artane triterpenoid wuweizilactone acid (8), along with 24 known terpenoids with different carbon frameworks, have been isolated from the acetone extract of the stems and leaves of Schisandra chinensis. The terpenoids produced by this plant have chemical diversity. The structures of new compounds 1-8 have been characterized by spectroscopic data interpretation. The cytotoxicity and anti-HIV-1 activity of all the Schisandra nortriterpenoids were evaluated.  相似文献

Nine new steroids, sclerosteroids A-I (1, 5, 6, 8-13), along with 18 known metabolites (2-4, 7, 14-27), were isolated from the soft coral Scleronephthya gracillimum. These structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. The absolute configurations of sugar moieties in steroidal glycosides 10-13 were determined by HPLC analysis of the o-tolylthiocarbamate derivatives of the liberated sugars from hydrolysis of these steroidal giycosides. Cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds were measured in vitro.  相似文献

Three new sesquiterpenes (1-3), along with five known (5-9), were isolated from the organic extract of the red alga Laurencia obtusa, collected from the coastal rocks of Serifos in the Aegean Sea. A new dimeric sesquiterpene of the cyclolaurane-type (4) along with four previously reported (7, 10-12) metabolites, were isolated from the extract of Laurencia microcladia, collected at Chios island in the North Aegean Sea. The structures and the relative stereochemistry of the compounds are proposed on the basis of their spectral data. The cytotoxicity of the isolated metabolites was evaluated against several cell lines including human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

Six new cyclohexadepsipeptides, beauvenniatins A-E (1-5), and beauvericin J (6), together with the known beauvericin (7) and enniatin B (8), were isolated from the fungus Acremonium sp. BCC 28424. The productions of minor derivatives 3-6, possessing an N-methyl-l-tyrosine, were enhanced by feeding l-tyrosine in the liquid fermentation medium. Four new 8-hydroxybriarane diterpenoids, including junceols A-C (1-3) and fragilide D (4), have been isolated from the gorgonian corals Junceella juncea and Junceella fragilis, respectively. The structures of briaranes 1-4 were elucidated by the interpretations of spectral data analysis. Trypanocidal constituents of Dracocephalum komarovi were investigated. Under guidance of the in vitro trypanocidal activity against epimastigotes of Trypanosoma cruzi, the causative agent of Chagas' disease, two new diterpenes, dracocequinones A (1) and B (2), and two known triterpene acids, ursonic acid and ursolic acid, were isolated as trypanocidal constituents, in addition to previously reported diterpenes, cyclocoulterone (4), komaroviquinone (5), dracocephalone A (6) and komarovispirone (7). Furthermore a new diterpene, komarovinone A (3), was isolated, together with four known terpenes. Among these compounds, komaroviquinone (5) showed the most potent activity with minimum lethal concentration of 0.4 μM. Structure elucidation of the new diterpenes 1-3 was described.  相似文献

Ten new compounds (1-10), pruniflorone A-J, together with 21 known compounds (11-31) were isolated from the roots and barks of Cratoxylum formosum ssp. pruniflorum. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 11 were also confirmed by X-ray diffraction data. Synthesis of 6,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrrole-8(6H),10(9H)-diones 7a-g was accomplished by ring opening and ring closure sequences of 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8,10(9H)-dione derivatives induced by several amines. Furthermore, alternative synthetic methodology for compounds 7a-e was also accomplished by single-step reaction of 2-chlorotropone with 6-aminouracil derivatives under mild conditions. X-ray crystal analysis of 7a was carried out to clarify the structural characteristics. The properties of 7a-e were studied by the UV-vis spectra and reduction potentials (−1.24 to −1.39 V vs Ag/AgNO3). Novel photo-induced oxidation reaction of 7a-d toward some amines under aerobic conditions was carried out to give the corresponding imines in more than 100% yield [based on compounds 7a-d], suggesting the oxidation reaction occurs in an autorecycling process.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the stems of Trigonostemon flavidus resulted in the isolation of five new 3,4-seco-diterpenoids, trigoflavidones A-E (1-5), structurally related to the main co-occurring known 3,4-seco-sonderianic acid (6) and 3,4-seco-sonderianol (7). Compound 4 possesses new 3,4-seco rearranged ent-pimarane skeletal type, characteristic of a vinyl group at C-8, while 5 features a unique five-membered ring (C1) fused with a cyclopropane ring (C2). The structures of the new compounds were established by a combination of spectroscopic data and computational methods. Compounds 1-7 were tested for their cytotoxicities on HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, and SW480 human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Three dimeric γ-lactones (1-3), one dihydronaphthalene-2,6-dione (4), one hexahydroindenofuran (5), one cyclopentanone (6), and one lasiodiplodin (7) were isolated from the endophytic fungi Botryosphaeria rhodina PSU-M35 and PSU-M114 along with twelve known metabolites. The structures and the proposed stereochemistry of the new metabolites were established by spectral data analysis. Four new Stemona alkaloids, sessilifoliamides A-D (1-4), were isolated from the roots of Stemona sessilifolia, along with five known alkaloids, stenine (5), 2-oxostenine (6), stemoninoamide (7), tuberostemonone (8), and neotuberostemonol (9). The structures and absolute configurations of the new alkaloids were determined by the spectral studies (HRMS, IR, 1H, 13C, and 2D NMR), single-crystal X-ray analyses, and chemical correlations. Compounds 1-3 are novel structures having an oxolane, oxane, and oxepane moiety. Their overall structures and configurations were determined by spectral and chemical methods. Tabularisins A-D (1-4), a new class of phragmalins incorporating a cyclopropanyl ring, were isolated from Chukrasia tabularis. Compounds 1 and 2 are also the first examples of phragmalins with an 8,9,11-ortho ester. The structures of 1 and 3 were confirmed by single crystal X-ray studies. The absolute configuration of 2 was determined by CD exciton chirality method on its benzoate (2a), and those of 1, 3, and 4 were proposed by correlating with 2 chemically and biogenetically.  相似文献
