A series of Schiff bases containing four to six coordination sites N2S2 X2(X = O,N) 2-(2-(2-(aryl)methyleneamino)phenylthio)ethylthio)-N-((aryl)methylene)benzeneamine (2c–f) were prepared from the reaction of 1,2-di(2-aminophenylthio)ethane (1) with aromatic aldehydes. All compounds were characterized by means IR, mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, and in the case of 2b with a single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray crystal structure of 2b showed that the resonance occurs between aromatic rings, through the C=N bonds of the molecule. Supplemental materials are available for this article. Abstract A spectrophotometric study of the Pd(II) complex of a reagent 2-(5-Bromo-2-Pyridylazo)-5-(diethylamino)-Phenol (5-Br-PADAP) is presented. A violet complex is formed at pH 3.53, and shows maximal absorbance at 585 nm with molar absorptivity of 3.86 × 104 1. mol?1 cm?1. Beer's law is obeyed up to 50 μ of Pd(II). The method offers the advantages of simplicity, high precision, requires no extraction and is very selective, where 5.0 mg Pt(VI) and 0.3 mg Au(III) ions do not interfere. 相似文献

N,N′-1,2-phenylenebis(2-thienylideneimine) (PTI) can be obtained via the condensation of o-phenylenediamine and thiophene-2-carboxaldhyde in cyclohexane. It isomerized to its cyclic form 1-(2-thienylmethyl)-2-(2-thienyl)benzimidazole (TMTBI) readily in the presence of Fe2(CO)9. Coordination reactions of PTI with cuprous iodide and silver nitrate in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of [Cu(TMTBI)I]2 and [Ag(TMTBI)2]NO3, respectively, in which the PTI ligand had been isomerized to TMTBI. Both PTI, TMTBI, and complexes were characterized by NMR, IR, and Mass spectroscopies as well as elemental analysis. The crystal structures of TMTBI and [Cu(TMTBI)I]2 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic details for X-ray structures are as follows. TMTBI is crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 8.953(3), b = 9.150(1), c = 17.436(2) Å, β = 93.73(2)°, and Z = 4. The final R factor was 0.050 (Rw = 0.066) for 1337 observed reflections. Complex [Cu(TMTBI)I]2 is crystallized in the triclinic space group $ {\rm P}\bar 1 $ with a = 9.961 (2), b = 10.825(2), c = 9.184(2) Å, α = 112.98(2), β = 110.78(2), γ = 88.71 (2)°, and Z = 2. The final R factor was 0.056 (Rw = 0.057) for 2363 observed reflections. 相似文献

Unlike 1-aminobenzimidazoles, 1-alkylaminobenzimidazoles are thiolated on fusing with sulfur without elimination of theN-amino group, yielding the previously unknown 1-(alkylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones. These compounds can be more conveniently obtained on a preparative scale by thiolation of 1-alkylacetamidobenzimidazoles with subsequent hydrolytic elimination of the acetyl group. When 1-(dialkylamino)benzimidazoles are fused with sulfur, they are converted into 1-(dialkylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones. By alkylation of 1-(methylamino)- and 1-(diethylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones with methyl iodide in alkaline media the corresponding 2-(methylthio)benzimidazoles were prepared.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Spectral-luminescent properties of the newly synthesized 2-(3′-coumarinyl)-5-(2′-(R-amino)-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles has been investigated in solvents of various polarity and hydrogen-bonding ability. It has been found that for all the studied compounds no excited state intramolecular proton transfer occurs despite the presence of coumarinyl fragment - electron acceptor effect of the coumarinyl fragment is not sufficient to increase the excited state acidity of the amino group. It has been found that the absorption spectra of the studied compounds shift to higher energy with increase in solvent polarity, whereas corresponding fluorescence spectra shift to lower energy with solvent polarity increase. It has been suggested that long-wavelength shifts of the fluorescence spectra of the studied compounds with increase in solvent polarity is caused by the solvent relaxation. The observed solvent relaxation effect allow us to propose some of the studied compounds as potential probes to monitor changes in solvent relaxation in low-polar media and as potential probes for rigidochromic effect. 相似文献

The new title compound 4-chloro-N-(2-(2-nitrophenyl)acetoxy)-N-(m-tolyl)benzamide(C22H17ClN2O5, Mr = 424.82) has been synthesized via the reaction of 4-chloro-N-hydroxy-N-(m-tolyl)benzamide with 2-(2-nitrophenyl)acetyl chloride. The structure of the product was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR, HRMS(ESI) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.0269(10), b = 6.7251(6), c = 23.9313(16) , β = 99.931(6)o, V = 2065.1(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.366 g/cm3, F(000) = 880, μ = 0.221 mm-1, the final R = 0.0600 and wR = 0.1754 for 1981 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis indicates that the chloro-phenyl ring(C(10)~C(15)) and the methyl-substituted benzene ring(C(16)~C(21)) are not coplanar with the nitro-substituted benzene ring(C(1)~C(6)), with the dihedral angle to be 70.78° and 63.72°, respectively. Preparation and Characterization of Chromium of Chromium(V)- and Manganese(V)- nitridophthalocyanines(1-) and -(2-): [MNPc(1-)]+ and [MNPc(2-)] (M=Cr, Mn) Nitridophthalocyaninatochromium(V), [CrNPc(2-)], is prepared by oxidation of [Cr(OH)2PC(2-)] with chlorine in the presence of excess ammonia as a paramagnetic (μeff = 1,99 B.M.), Microcrystalline blue powder. Through chemically very stable it reacts as well as the isostructural nitridophthalocyaninatomanganese(V) with bromine or concentrated nitric acid giving ring- oxidized darkblue nitridophthalocyaninatomental(poly)bromides or -nitrates, [MNPc(1-)]X (M=Cr, Mn; X=Bry, NO3; y≈?2). The nitrido-metal stretching vibration (ν(N?M)) is independent of the oxidation state of the Pc-ligands at ca. 1017 cm?1 for the chromium and at ca. 1055 cm?1 for the manganesenitridophthalocyanines. ν(N?Mn) is resonance Raman (r.r.) enhanced, ν(N?Cr) not. The characteristic differences in the u.v. -vis., f.i.r./m.i.r. and r.r. spectra of [MNPc(2-)] and [MNPc(1-)+ and the influence of aggregation of phthalocyanine-radicals are discussed. 相似文献

An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole. 相似文献
