A novel copper‐catalyzed regiodivergent alkylboration of alkenes with bis(pinacolato)diboron and alkyl halides has been developed. The regioselectivity of the alkylboration was controlled by subtle differences in the ligand structure. The reaction thus enables the practical, regiodivergent synthesis of two different alkyl boronic esters with complex structures from a single alkene.  相似文献

Presented is the first enantioselective copper‐catalyzed 1,6‐conjugate addition of bis(pinacolato)diboron to para‐quinone methides. The reaction proceeds with excellent yields and good to excellent enantioselectivities, and provides an attractive approach to the construction of optically active gem‐diarylmehtine boronic esters. Additionally, the subsequent conversion of the derived potassium trifluoroborates into triarylmethanes with highly enantiospecificity was realized.  相似文献

Reported herein is an unprecedented ligand‐free copper‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of alkyl‐, aryl‐, and alkynylzinc reagents with heteroaryl iodides. The reaction proceeds at room temperature for the coupling of primary, secondary, and tertiary alkylzinc reagents with heteroaryl iodides without rearrangement. An elevated temperature (100 °C) is required for aryl–heteroaryl and alkynyl–heteroaryl couplings.  相似文献

A continuous‐flow method for the regioselective arylation of fluoroarenes and fluoropyridines has been developed. The telescoped procedure reported here consists of a three‐step metalation, zincation, and Negishi cross‐coupling sequence, providing efficient access to a variety of functionalized 2‐fluorobiaryl products. Precise temperature control of the metalation step, made possible by continuous‐flow technology, allowed for the efficient preparation of the arylated products in high yields and short residence times. Additionally, several examples of the regioselective arylation of benzotrifluoride derivatives are also provided.  相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura‐type cross‐coupling and carboboration processes are reported. The cross‐couplings function well with a variety of substituted aryl iodides and aryl boronic esters and allows for orthogonal reactivity compared to palladium‐catalyzed processes. The carboboration method includes both alkynes and allenes and provides access to highly substituted and stereodefined vinyl boronic esters. The alkyne carboboration method is highlighted in the simple one‐pot synthesis of Tamoxifen.  相似文献

A copper‐catalyzed transformation of peptidic thiol esters and boronic acids gives peptidyl ketones and takes place in DMF or DMF/H2O at room temperature in air (see scheme). This aerobic reaction only occurs at a thiol ester group capable of coordinating to Cu through its appendage on the sulfur center and is not hampered by racemization of the reactants or products.

Microreactor technology and continuous flow processing in general are key features in making organic synthesis both more economical and environmentally friendly. When preformed under a high‐temperature/pressure process intensification regime many transformations originally not considered suitable for flow synthesis owing to long reaction times can be converted into high‐speed flow chemistry protocols that can operate at production‐scale quantities. This Focus Review summarizes the state of the art in high‐temperature/pressure microreactor technology and provides a survey of successful applications of this technique from the recent synthetic organic chemistry literature.  相似文献

A simple and efficient protocol for CuI‐catalyzed C? S bond formation of aryl halides with KSCN to symmetrical diaryl sulfides was reported in PEG‐400 without any other additives. A variety of aryl halides were converted to the corresponding diaryl sulfides in good to excellent yields. The present procedure tolerated a variety of functional groups and the steric hindrance of ortho‐substituents on aryl halides did not affect the outcome.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective copper‐catalyzed alkynylation of quinolinium salts is reported. The reaction employs StackPhos, a newly developed imidazole‐based chiral biaryl P,N ligand, and copper bromide to effect a three‐component reaction between a quinoline, a terminal alkyne, and ethyl chloroformate. Under the reaction conditions, the desired products are delivered in high yields with ee values of up to 98 %. The transformation tolerates a wide range of functional groups with respect to both the alkyne and the quinoline starting materials and the products are easily transformed into useful synthons. Efficient, enantioselective syntheses of the tetrahydroquinoline alkaloids (+)‐galipinine, (+)‐angustureine, and (?)‐cuspareine are reported.  相似文献

A novel water‐soluble, phosphine‐free PEG "click" triazole palladacycle has been successfully synthesized. As a precatalyst, the palladacycle exhibited superior catalytic activity towards Suzuki‐Miyaura and copper‐free Sonogashira cross‐coupling in neat water with the turnover numbers (TONs) of up to 9.8×105. In addition, the catalyst could be reused at least 3 times without significant loss of reactivity.  相似文献

Treatment of 1,1‐bis(pinacolatoboryl)ethene with an excess of 1‐bromo‐1‐lithioethene gave 2,3‐bis(pinacolatoboryl)‐1,3‐butadiene in high yield. Palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of the resulting diborylbutadiene with aryl iodides took place smoothly in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2/PPh3 and aqueous KOH to give 2,3‐diaryl‐1,3‐butadienes in good yields. The coupling reaction with commercially available 4‐acetoxyphenylmethyl chloride under the same conditions followed by hydrolysis of the acetyl groups gave anolignan B in a one‐pot manner. A variety of [3]‐ to [6]dendralenes were synthesized by palladium‐catalyzed coupling of the diene or 1,1‐bis(pinacolato)borylethene with alkenyl or dienyl halides, respectively, in good yields.  相似文献

Aromatic and heteroaromatic diazonium salts were efficiently converted into the corresponding trifluoromethylthio‐ or selenoethers by reaction with Me4NSCF3 or Me4NSeCF3, respectively, in the presence of catalytic amounts of copper thiocyanate. These Sandmeyer‐type reactions proceed within one hour at room temperature, are applicable to a wide range of functionalized molecules, and can optionally be combined with the diazotizations into one‐pot protocols.  相似文献

A novel method for convenient access to CF3‐containing azirines has been developed, and involves a copper‐catalyzed trifluoromethylazidation of alkynes and a photocatalyzed rearrangement. Both terminal and internal alkynes are compatible with the mild reaction conditions, thus delivering the CF3‐containing azirines in moderate to good yields. The azirines can be converted into various CF3‐substituted aziridines.  相似文献
