A general model that relates road traffic accidents to the number of vehicles involved, and the number of primary causes of such accidents, is presented. The model considers traffic accidents as failures of a road traffic network system to meet social and economic constraints, and therefore as a measure of the unreliability of such a system. The equations apply to accidents in the real time domain as well as to mean values per unit of vehicle exposure time or vehicle distance. They also apply to single vehicles and drivers, groups of drivers and fleets of vehicles, and the entire vehicle and driving population. They can be used for sections of a network or for a whole network.The equations used have a large number of terms, hence bias errors are common in road accident investigations.  相似文献

由于受形态变化、光照变化、视觉碰撞和视觉模糊的影响,基于监控视频的车辆分类和计数一直都是待解决的复杂问题。为了更好地解决这个问题,本文提出新的模型来更好的提取前景。详细来讲,在初次前景提取中,建立模型判断是否存在车辆碰撞,对存在碰撞的车辆通过灰度空间双阀值和YCbCr图像空间处理后,对前景进行更准确的再提取。并在此基础上针对碰撞车辆,定义间隙特征向量将车辆分割问题转换为寻找分割点的优化问题,从而给出高效的车辆分割算法,对发生碰撞的车辆进行准确分割。之后利用神经网络对车辆分类,并设计一种基于已正确对碰撞车辆分割的算法对车辆计数。实验结果表明,本文提出的模型在视频车辆的分类和计数中取得优异的表现,并且数据处理速度能够满足及时性。比起人为计算车流量或建立三维模型等进行分析车辆碰撞情况下的车辆分类与计数,此方法兼顾了准确性与时效性,效率提高,成本减少。  相似文献

道路交通事故鉴定对于交通事故责任认定和法庭举证具有重要作用.采集某市近三年125起交通事故案例数据,建立机动车、自行车、人体总计73个调查变量,运用SPSS软件开展骑推行事故鉴定研究.通过相关性分析发现车座、机动车类型等6个变量与鉴定结论相关.开展线性判别分析研究,结果表明直接对相关变量进行判别分析可以快速获得最佳判别效果.当函数选入的自变量为车座时,交叉验证准确率最高可达72.8%,说明采用数据挖掘的方法来鉴别交通事故中的行为方式具有一定可行性.  相似文献

Pressure to remain internationally competitive has forced Australian sugar mills to reduce capital and operational costs. Improved scheduling of road transport vehicles provides one such opportunity, as it would reduce vehicle queue and mill idle times and hence the number of vehicles needed. It is difficult for mill traffic officers to produce good transport schedules manually due to the need to service a large number of harvesters in different locations. To address this issue, research was undertaken participatively with a sugar milling company in Australia to produce and implement a mixed integer programming model that represents the road transport operations. Two meta-heuristics were applied to find a solution to the model, leading to potential cost savings of AU$240,000 per year versus schedules produced manually by the mill traffic officer. The model was also applied to explore regional planning options for a more integrated harvesting and transport system.  相似文献

In this work, an emission-minimizing vehicle routing problem with heterogeneous vehicles and a heterogeneous road and traffic network is considered as it is typical in urban areas. Depending on the load of the vehicle, there exist multiple emission-minimal arcs for traveling between two locations. To solve the vehicle routing problem efficiently, a column generation approach is presented. At the core of the procedure an emission-oriented elementary shortest path problem on a multigraph is solved by a backward labeling algorithm. It is shown that the labeling algorithm can be sped up by adjusting the dual master program and by restricting the number of labels propagated in the sub-problem. The column generation technique is used to setup a fast heuristic as well as a branch-and-price algorithm. Both procedures are evaluated based on test instances with up to 100 customers. It turns out that the heuristic approach is very effective and generates near-optimal solutions with gaps below 0.1% on average while only requiring a fraction of the runtime of the exact approach.  相似文献

当今道路交通状态对城市管理和人们出行愈加重要,影响着人类生活的方方面面.以深圳交通为研究对象,由基础车辆数据和道路坐标构建了路网系统,从车辆速度和密度两个方面导出了交通流状态评价指数TSI.利用深度学习长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)对车辆速度和密度两个指标进行预测,并通过对比极限学习机(ELM),时间序列(ARMA)和BP神经网络,进行仿真实验,结果表明相对于传统预测模型,所采用的LSTM网络具有更优的预测精确度和对远期预测的稳定性.最后利用预测结果计算出更能直观反映出道路交通拥堵情况的TSI指数,为人们提供了准确的交通状态预测.  相似文献

In the management and control of a vehicle fleet on a road network, the problem arises of finding the best route in relation to the mission of the fleet and to the typology of freight or users. Sometimes the route has to be adapted not only to current traffic conditions, but also to the physical, geometric and functional attributes of the roads, related to their urban location and environmental characteristics. This problem is approached here through an extension of the classic Shortest Path problem, named Resource Constrained Shortest Path problem (RCSP), where the resources are related to the road link attributes, assumed as relevant to the specific planning problem. A classification scheme of these attributes is first proposed and RCSP is described and reviewed. Next, a General Resource Constrained Shortest Path problem (GRCSP) is defined, which can be found in all cases where it is necessary to plan, statically or dynamically, the path of a vehicle and to respect a set of constraints expressed in terms of parameters and indices associated with the roads on the network. For this general problem a model has been formulated and a Branch and Cut solution approach is proposed. Computational results obtained on test and real networks during the experimentation of a fleet with low emission vehicles are also given. 随着中国城市化建设步伐的不断加快,交通拥堵在不断地加剧。同时,因机动车污染物的排放,每年将产生大量的NOx,从而又会引起严重的大气污染(如“雾霾”污染)。针对这些问题,本文从环境和社会的角度出发,采用系统动力学与灰色系统相结合的方法(SD-GM),构建了城市交通拥堵收费模型,并对模型中主要变量进行动态仿真和决策分析,以此来寻找缓解交通拥堵和减少机动车尾气排放的可行策略。通过现实性测试和敏感性测试,得到拥堵收费的范围不超过100元/天*辆。通过进一步的仿真和结果分析可得到以下结论:(1)在区间[25,40] 内,随着拥堵收费的提高,NOx存量,机动车出行吸引度和交通拥堵程度都呈下降趋势,而车均道路面积呈上升趋势。(2)但并非拥堵收费越高越好, 超过40 元/天*辆,会产生相反的效果。最后,通过比较分析,得到NOx存量,机动车出行量,机动车出行吸引度和交通拥堵程度分别下降了约33.76%,39.64%,43.26%,82.25%,而车均道路面积提高了大约65.68%,进而验证了模型的有效性和实用性。  相似文献

Car following models seek to describe the interactions between individual vehicles as they move along a stretch of road where the behaviour of each vehicle is dependent on the motion of the vehicle directly in front and overtaking is typically not permitted. In this work we study a modified version of the traditional car following model in which the vehicles are travelling on a closed loop and the ‘no overtaking’ restriction has been removed. The resulting model is described firstly in terms of a set of coupled continuous time delay differential equations and then in terms of their discrete time equivalents and both forms of the model are then solved numerically to analyse their post transient behaviour under a periodic perturbation. For certain parameter choices both the continuous and discrete forms of the model can exhibit chaotic behaviour but a comparison of the behaviour of the two models over a wide range of parameter values shows that the discretization can dramatically affect the type of post transient behaviour exhibited. This becomes increasingly evident as the time step used in the discrete time model is increased.  相似文献

Highway capacity is defined as maximum volume of traffic flow through the particular highway section under given traffic conditions,road conditions and so on.Highway construction and management is judged by capacity standard.The reasonable scale and time of highway construction,rational network structure and optimal management mode of highway network can be determined by analyzing the fitness between capacity and traffic volume.All over the world,highway capacity is studied to different extent in different country. Based on the gap acceptance theory,the mixed traffic flow composed of two representative vehicle types heavy and light vehicles is analyzed with probability theory.Capacity model of the minor mixed traffic flows crossing m major lanes,on which the traffic flows fix in with M3 distributed headway,on the unsignalized intersection is set up,and it is an extension of minor lane capacity theory for one vehicle-type and one major-lane traffic flow.  相似文献

A four-state, ergodic Markov chain is used to model a T-junction on a narrow, two-lane, major road. The states are defined more realistically than by previous authors. A formula is obtained for the proportion of traffic configurations in which cars travelling one way are brought to a halt by those turning left onto the minor road. This formula is obtained as a function of four parameters: the mean traffic flows in each direction, the probability that a car on the major road will turn left at the junction and the minimum time gap, in the oncoming flow of traffic, which that manouevre requires. If this proportion is higher than is deemed acceptable, then a left-turn is needed.  相似文献

It has been widely reported in literature that a small perturbation in traffic flow such as a sudden deceleration of a vehicle could lead to the formation of traffic jams without a clear bottleneck. These traffic jams are usually related to instabilities in traffic flow. The applications of intelligent traffic systems are a potential solution to reduce the amplitude or to eliminate the formation of such traffic instabilities. A lot of research has been conducted to theoretically study the effect of intelligent vehicles, for example adaptive cruise control vehicles, using either computer simulation or analytical method. However, most current analytical research has only applied to single class traffic flow. To this end, the main topic of this paper is to perform a linear stability analysis to find the stability threshold of heterogeneous traffic flow using microscopic models, particularly the effect of intelligent vehicles on heterogeneous (or multi-class) traffic flow instabilities. The analytical results will show how intelligent vehicle percentages affect the stability of multi-class traffic flow.  相似文献

This paper proposes a macroscopic model to describe the operations of cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) traffic flow, which is an extension of adaptive cruise control (ACC) traffic flow. In CACC traffic flow a vehicle can exchange information with many preceding vehicles through wireless communication. Due to such communication the CACC vehicle can follow its leader at a closer distance than the ACC vehicle. The stability diagrams are constructed from the developed model based on the linear and nonlinear stability method for a certain model parameter set. It is found analytically that CACC vehicles enhance the stabilization of traffic flow with respect to both small and large perturbations compared to ACC vehicles. Numerical simulation is carried out to support our analytical findings. Based on the nonlinear stability analysis, we will show analytically and numerically that the CACC system better improves the dynamic equilibrium capacity over the ACC system. We have argued that in parallel to microscopic models for CACC traffic flow, the newly developed macroscopic will provide a complete insight into the dynamics of intelligent traffic flow.  相似文献

We consider a strongly coupled PDE–ODE system that describes the influence of a slow and large vehicle on road traffic. The model consists of a scalar conservation law accounting for the main traffic evolution, while the trajectory of the slower vehicle is given by an ODE depending on the downstream traffic density. The moving constraint is expressed by an inequality on the flux, which models the bottleneck created in the road by the presence of the slower vehicle. We prove the existence of solutions to the Cauchy problem for initial data of bounded variation.  相似文献

在实际路网情境下结合车道数、车道宽度、路口信号灯设置等路网物理特性,构建了考虑综合交通阻抗的多车型车辆调度模型,提出了两阶段求解策略:第1阶段设计了改进A-star精确解算法用于计算客户时间距离矩阵;第2阶段针对实际路网的特征设计了混合模拟退火算法求解调度方案。以大连市某配送中心运营实例进行路网情境仿真试验,结果表明:改进A-star算法较改进Dijkstra算法具有更短的路径搜索时间;混合模拟退火算法求解结果较实际调度方案优化了13.1% 的综合成本;路网增流、区域拥堵和路段禁行三类路网情境均能对配送方案的车辆配置、路径选择、客户服务次序、作业时间和违约费用等5方面内容产生干扰,调度计划的制定需要详细考虑这些因素的变化。  相似文献

Strong crosswind gusts have great influence on the stability of railway and road vehicles. They may lead to accidents and also to a discomfort for the road vehicle driver. Risk assessment for overturning of railway and road vehicles is usually calculated based on the stationary situation or at least on wind-tunnel experiments that are mostly carried out with a static vehicle model. Nonstationary excitation due to wind turbulence occurs if the vehicle accelerates or decelerates. Increasing vehicle speed relative to wind speed will move the energy content of the spectrum to a higher frequency range. It has been realized that nonstationary wind has a great influence on vehicle stability especially when the vehicle speed is high. Thus in order to assess the overturning risk in a more realistic way, a nonstationary wind model together with its interaction with the vehicle should be taken into consideration.This paper proposes a nonstationary wind turbulence model for the investigation of crosswind stability of ground vehicles. A wind model with nonstationary turbulence as well as the wind effects to the moving vehicle in a nonstationary situation (acceleration/deceleration) is described. Nonstationary aerodynamic forces are considered together with the interaction between the moving vehicle system and the wind turbulence. 为实现城市交通电力耦合系统在城市道路、充电设施、输电线路阻塞环境下的优化运行,提出了计及多重阻塞的动态交通电力流联合优化方法。首先,基于时空网络模型,提出了计及电动汽车移动、静止、充电、排队模式的队列时空网络模型,构建了适用于电动汽车的车辆调度模型,进而形成动态交通分配模型,以减少交通出行损失。其次,通过优化发电机组、储能等的出力和备用计划,计及城市电网安全、备用约束,构建了安全约束动态经济调度模型,以降低碳排放及发电成本。随后,形成多目标动态优化模型,并将其转换为混合整数凸二次规划问题。最后,在耦合IEEE-30、Sioux Falls系统中验证了所提模型的有效性。  相似文献

The importance of dynamic interactions between cable-stayed bridges and heavy moving vehicles, such as trucks and locomotives, has been recognised by bridge engineers for a long time. A structural impedance algorithm is developed for analysing the dynamic response of cable-stayed bridges subjected to traversing vehicles. The bridge deck is modelled as an elastic plate, and the cables are idealised as springs for simplicity. The vehicles are modelled as a series of masses with suspension systems moving with different speeds and accelerations. A comprehensive computer program, CABLESIM, is developed for the static and dynamic analyses of a cable-stayed bridge. The accuracy of the numerical procedure and its computer implementation is verified with the available analytical and experimental results. A parametric study is conducted to investigate the effects of vehicle velocity, girder depth, different types of cable arrangements, and traffic load on the dynamic response of the deck. The numerical results are expected to be important in assessing the dynamics of cable-stayed bridge components and in determining the safety and allowable traffic conditions.  相似文献

根据基于支持向量回归机的交通状态短时预测方法建立了数学模型,考虑以交通检测器收集到所要预测时刻前几个时段及被测路段上下游前几时段的交通流量、车道占有率、平均线速度等交通参数为输入,以对应时段的平均线速度为输出.选取核函数,对支持向量回归机进行训练.应用训练完成的支持向量回归机,利用输入参数预测下时段的交通线速度.最后,以北京市北四环某路段的实时监测数据来对模型进行检测,预测结果表明了模型的有效性.  相似文献
