3-Amino-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-ones were converted into 2-aryl-5H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones on treatment with carboxylic acids and POCl3. 3-Arylmethylidenamino-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-ones also cyclized to 2-aryl-5H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones when oxidized with potassium chlorate in acetic acid, but on heating they were deaminated to give 2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-one and aryl nitriles. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geteotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, 787–791, May, 2006.  相似文献

3-Methyl-6H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′: 4,5] [1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-6-one (6) has been synthesized by the condensation of isatoic anhydride (1) with 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-methyl-[1,2,4]triazole (2) and final cyclisation of the intermediate3 with POCl3 and PCl3. Alternatively6 could also be synthesized by the condensation of 3-amino-2-mercapto-3H-quinazolin-4-one (7) withN-carbethoxy hydrazine in presence of hydrochloric acid and final cyclisation of the intermediate8 with acetic acid. The structures have been confirmed on the basis of IR, PMR and analytical results.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of 3,4-methylenedioxycinnamic acid (1) with thionyl chloride resulted in the formation of 7-chlorothieno[2,3-f]-1,3-benzodioxole-6-carbonyl chloride (2) and cinnamoyl chloride (3). Subsequent reaction of the former withp-substituted anilines led to the formation of 7-chloro-N-(p-substituted phenyl)-thieno[2,3-f]-1,3-benzodioxole-6-carboxamides (4a–c) which on photocyclization afforded 2-substituted [1,3]dioxolo[5,6][1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinolin-6(5H)-ones (5a–c) in fairly good yields and high purity. Thiation of [1,2,4]triazino[3,2-b]quinazoline-3,10-dione 1 proceeds selectively to give the 3-thioxo-analog 3 . The latter was converted to the corresponding 3-methylthio derivative 4 which was reacted with aniline and hydrazine to give the corresponding anilino- and hydrazino derivatives 5 and 7 . Compound 7 was converted to the hydrazones 8a,b and into the novel heterocyclic ring systems [1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:4,5][1,2,4]triazino-[3,2-b]quinazolin-7-ones 9, 10a,b and tetrazolo[1′,5′:4,5][1,2,4]triazino[3,2-b]quinazolin-7-one 11 .  相似文献

By the condensation of 2,6-bis(4-amino-5-mercapto-[1,2,4]-triazoles-2)pyridine with aromatic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Compounds of 2,6-bis(6-aryl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]-thiadiazole-3-yl)pyridines were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. Their electrochemical behavior and cyclic voltammogram also were be studied. The results showed that they have high ionization potentials and good affinity.  相似文献

Condensation of 2,3-diaminopyridine ( 1 ) with ethyl o-, m- and p-substituted benzoylpyruvates 2–9 gave two isomeric products. The preferential formation of one or the other isomer has been achieved by different reaction conditions. All the products appear to exist in the enamine form as evidenced by their 1H nmr and ir spectra.  相似文献

Iodide-catalyzed ring expansion of 2-[(1-aziridinylcarbonyl)amino]benzoic acid methyl ester (2) gave 2,3-dihydro-5H-oxazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-one (3) in quantitative yield. Treatment of the dimethyl analog of 2 (9) with sodium iodide in acetone gave a mixture of the 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl- (10) and 2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-5H-oxazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones (11). However, rearrangement of 9 with sulfuric acid produced only 10. Synthesis of 11 by another route for comparison is described, and the known syntheses of 2,3-dihydro-5H-oxazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones are reviewed.  相似文献

2,3-Dihydro-5H-oxazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-one 5a was synthesized from anthranilamide 1 and 2-chloro-ethyl isocyanate either by a direct reflux in methanol, or by stirring at room temperature in acetonitrile leading to the intermediate, 2-(2-chloroethyl ureido)benzamide 6a which was subsequently cyclized on heating with an organic base. However, when compound 6a was refluxed with concentrated hydrochloric acid, it furnished 3-(2-chloroethyl)-2,4-dioxo-1H,3H-quinazoline 2a in good yields. 3,4-Dihydro-2H,6.H-[1,3]-oxazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-6-one 5b , 3-(3-chloropropyl)-2,4-dioxo-1H,3.H-quinazoline 2b and 2-(3-chloropropyl ureido)benzamide 6b were obtained similarly from 1 and 3-chloropropyl isocyanate.  相似文献

A series of novel quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives (6a6y) containing a 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole moiety were designed and synthesized, and their structures were fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS and IR spectra. Among them, the structure of compound 6u was unambiguously confirmed via single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The obtained bioassay results showed that compounds 6h, 6k, 6l and 6y had the EC50 (half-maximal effective concentration) values of 34.8, 28.2, 41.5 and 42.5 μg/mL against the phytopathogenic bacterium Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), respectively, which were significantly better than commercial bactericide Bismerthiazol (EC50 = 95.8 μg/mL). Additionally, compounds 6a and 6b exhibited the strong inhibition activity against the pathogen Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac).  相似文献

(1)H and (13)C spectroscopic data for 5H-[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-one and 12H-[1,3]benzothiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-12-one derivatives were fully assigned by combination of one- and two-dimensional experiments (DEPT, HMBC and HMQC). 5,11-Dihydro-6H-pyrido[2,3-6][1,4]benzodiazepin-6-one (1), a basic intermediate in the preparation of 11-α-aminoacetyl derivatives with important biological activities, has been obtained by a three-step synthesis starting from easily available isatoic anhydride and anhydro ornithine. Some model cyclisation reactions leading to 5-member ring derivatives 10 and 12 instead of 7-member ring analogues of 1 , are reported. Easy transformations of the tetrahydro congener of 1 , i.e., compound 4 into 19 , which actually represents a tetrahedral intermediate in the transformation of 5 into 4 , is noticed. Further rearrangement of 19 into spiro compound 20 , and return of the latter into 5 is described.  相似文献

The unexpected formation of 11H-pyrido[2,1-b]quinazolin-11-one derivative 6 from 5,11-dihydro-6H-pyrido[2,3-b]-1,4-benzodiazepin-6-one (2) has been observed. Its structure 6 was determined by X-ray crystallography. Detailed nmr study provided a complete set of proton and carbon-13 nmr parameters of compound 6 in solution.  相似文献
