Syntheses of d- and l-ononitol, d- and l-laminitol, mytilitol and scyllo-inositol methyl ether starting from myo-inositol are described. One or two of the myo-inositol 1,3,5-orthoformate hydroxyl groups were protected as tosylates. These mono or ditosylates served as key intermediates for the preparation of O- and C-methyl inositols. Racemic 2,4-di-O-tosyl-myo-inositol 1,3,5-orthoformate was resolved as its diastereomeric camphanates. Use of sulfonate groups for the protection of inositol hydroxyl groups resulted in substantial improvement in the overall yield of O- and C-methyl inositols.  相似文献

myo-Inositol derived crown-4-ethers in which two of the oxygen atoms in the crown ether moiety have different relative orientations were prepared. Metal picrate binding studies revealed that the crown ether having 1,3-diaxial orientation shows the highest selectivity for binding to lithium although the crown ether having 1,2-diequatorial orientation exhibited the highest binding constant for lithium picrate. These results suggest that relative binding affinity of metal ions to crown ethers can be tuned by varying the relative orientation of crown ether oxygen atoms. The relevance of these results to the previously observed regioselectivity during the O-substitution of myo-inositol orthoesters is discussed.  相似文献

Benzyl ethers, ketals and orthoformates were cleaved with Pd(OH)2/C in methanol, to generate the corresponding alcohol; carboxylic acid esters were stable under these reaction conditions. Pd(OH)2/C in methanol was used for the deprotection of hydroxyl groups during the preparation of sequoyitol via myo-inositol orthobenzoate. This method of deprotection has the potential to be useful in the synthesis of different classes of organic compounds since the reaction conditions do not involve strong acids, bases or hydrogen.  相似文献

Amine- and copper salt-free palladium-catalyzed homo-coupling reaction of terminal alkynes proceeded efficiently in the presence of silver(I) oxide, which served as both activator and oxidant, in tetrahydrofuran at 60 °C to achieve satisfactory yields of 1,3-diyne compounds. It was demonstrated for the first time by means of XPS analysis that Pd(0) species can be oxidated to Pd(II) by silver(I) oxide.  相似文献

In the present study we have analyzed the nature of palladium complexes in the catalytic system for selective carbon-sulfur bond formation via the addition of S-S and S-H bonds to alkynes. For the first time the mononuclear and dinuclear palladium complexes were clearly detected by DOSY NMR under the catalytic conditions. It was demonstrated that the concentration of these palladium complexes strongly depends on the amount of phosphine ligand available under reaction conditions.  相似文献

In addition to well-known dinuclear phenylselenolato palladium complexes, the reaction of [PdCl2(PPh3)2] and NaSePh affords small amounts of novel trinuclear and hexanuclear complexes [Pd3Se(SePh)3(PPh3)3]Cl (1) and [Pd6Cl2Se4(SePh)2(PPh3)6] (2). Complex 1 is triclinic, P1?, a=13.6310(2), b=16.2596(2), c=16.9899(3) Å, α=83.1738(5), β=78.9882(5), γ=78.7635(5)°. Complex 2 is monoclinic, C2/c, a=25.7165(9), b=17.6426(8), c=27.9151(14) Å, β=110.513(2)°. There are no structural forerunners for 1, but the hexanuclear complex 2 is isostructural with [Pd6Cl2Te4(TeR)2(PPh3)6] (R=Ph, C4H3S) that have been observed as one of the products in the oxidative addition of R2Te2 to [Pd(PPh3)4]. Mononuclear palladium complexes may play a significant role as building blocks in the formation of the polynuclear complexes.  相似文献

Addition of 1,4-dithiols to dichloromethane solutions of [PtCl2(P-P)] (P-P = (PPh3)2, Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2, Phd2P(CH2)4PPh2; 1,4-dithiols = HS(CH2)4SH, (−)DIOSH2 (2,3-O-isopropylidene-1,4-dithiol-l-threitol), BINASH2 (1,1′-dinaphthalene-2,2′-dithiol)) in the presence of NEt3 yielded the mononuclear complexes [Pt(1,4-dithiolato)(P-P)]. Related palladium(II) complexes [Pd(dithiolato)(P-P)] (P-P=Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2, Ph2P(CH2)4PPh2; dithiolato = S(CH2)4S, (−)-DIOS) were prepared by the same method. The structure of [Pt((−)DIOS)(PPh3)2] and [Pd(S(CH2)4S)(Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2)] complexes was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. Pt—dithiolato—SnC12 systems are active in the hydroformylation of styrene. At 100 atm and 125°C [Pt(dithiolate)(P-P)]/SnCl2 (Pt:Sn = 20) systems provided aldehyde conversion up to 80%.  相似文献

THF proved to be the favoured solvent for the direct synthesis of phenylcalcium iodide. However, ether degradation is the major side reaction in this solvent. Zinc-mediated degradation of THF leads to the formation of the cage compound [{(thf)Ca(O-CHCH2)2}4 · CaO · CaI2] (1) besides the zincate [(thf)6Ca] [ZnEt2Ph2]. The structure of 1 shows an oxygen-centered Ca6 octahedron with iodine atoms bound to two opposite corners. Heating of phenylcalcium iodide in THF solution for several hours yields [(CaO)4 · 4 (thf)3CaI2] (2) with a central Ca4O4 heterocubane unit. NMR monitoring of the reaction shows that the phenyl groups are converted to benzene due to α-deprotonation of THF.  相似文献

When the polycyclic alumosiloxane [Ph2SiO]8[AlO(OH)]4 is allowed to react with either cyclopentadienyl sodium in tetrahydrofuran or with dimethyl zinc in diethyl ether the organic ligands on the metal elements are eliminated as cyclopentadiene or methane and the metals are bonded to oxygen atoms in the alumosiloxane forming [Ph2SiO]8[AlO2(Na)]4 · 5(THF) or [Ph2SiO]8[AlO(OH)]2[AlO2]2[Zn(OH)]2 · 2(OEt2), respectively. X-ray structure determinations reveal that in the sodium derivative the original polycycle rests almost unchanged while in the zinc derivative the inner skeleton is rearranged.  相似文献

Non-toxic K4[Fe(CN)6] was demonstrated to be effective as a green cyanating agent for the cyanation of alkyl halides using PPh3/Pd(OAc)2 as a catalyst system. The presented method allowed a series of benzyl chlorides to be smoothly cyanated in up to 88% yield. In order to avoid or suppress the deactivation of the catalyst, the reaction was required to be performed in a stringent inert ambiance.  相似文献

New hexa-coordinated Ru(II) complexes of the type [RuCl2(DMSO)2(diamine)] (diamine = o-phenylenediamine and ethylenediamine) have been prepared by reacting cis-[RuCl2(DMSO)4] with Schiff bases (H2sal-en, 1; H2nap-en, 2; H2sal-o-pdn, 3; H2nap-o-pdn, 4) in a 1:1 ratio. The ligands, which were expected to act as tetradentate (N2O2) chelates under the normal reaction conditions, were found to undergo hydrolytic cleavage to form the diamine and the corresponding aldehyde. All the complexes have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic (IR, electronic and1H NMR) data. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of the complex [RuCl2(DMSO)2(o-pndn)] revealed that the coordination environment around the ruthenium metal consists of a N2S2Cl2 octahedron.  相似文献

Amberlyst A-21, a kind of well-known and cheap polymeric material, was treated with palladium perfluorooctanesulfonate [Pd(OPf)2] giving a reagent with a palladium loading of 1.94 (wt%). The polymer-supported fluorous palladium catalyzes the highly efficient Sonogashira coupling reaction in water. The reactions can be performed under copper- and ligand-free conditions in an air atmosphere. The palladium catalyst is easily separated and can be reused several times without a significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene with 2-propylresorcinol in Et3N/CH3CN produces a mixture of syn and anti conformers of the cyclic tetramer and the cyclic hexamer with a kinetically controlled product distribution. Moreover, the reaction in DMF was catalyzed by CsF to also produce a mixture of these cyclic oligomers. In this case, however, the C-O bond is cleaved by the fluoride ion and the cyclization reaction is reversible; therefore, in the presence of excess CsF, the thermodynamically favored product (syn-isomer of cyclic tetramer) is obtained as the major product. The structures of the two conformational isomers of cyclic tetramers were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

All the steps of the proposed technique, from the synthesis of single-source precursors to the preparation of CoPd and CoPt nanoalloys, are described. The double complex salts (DCS) [M(NH3)4][Co(C2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (M = Pd, Pt), which were synthesized by mixing solutions containing [M(NH3)4]2+ cations and [Co(C2O4)2(H2O)2]2− anions, have been used as precursors. The salts obtained were characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, XRD and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The prepared compounds crystallize in the monoclinic (space group I2/m, M = Pd) and orthorhombic (space group I222, M = Pt) crystal systems. Thermal decomposition of the salts in helium or hydrogen atmosphere at 200-600 °C results in the formation of nanoalloys powders (random solid solution Co0.50Pd0.50 and chemically ordered CoPt). The size of the bimetallic particles varied from 5 to 20 nm. Order-disorder structural transformations in Co0.50Pt0.50 nanoalloys were studied. The magnetic properties of both chemically disordered Co0.50Pd0.50 and ordered CoPt clusters have also been measured.  相似文献

Raman and FTIR spectra of guanidinium zinc sulphate [C(NH2)3]2Zn(SO4)2 are recorded and the spectral bands assignment is carried out in terms of the fundamental modes of vibration of the guanidinium cations and sulphate anions. The analysis of the spectrum reveals distorted SO42− tetrahedra with distinct S–O bonds. The distortion of the sulphate tetrahedra is attributed to Zn–O–S–O–Zn bridging in the structure as well as hydrogen bonding. The CN3 group is planar which is expressed in the twofold symmetry along the C–N (1) vector. Spectral studies also reveal the presence of hydrogen bonds in the sample. The vibrational frequencies of [C(NH2)3]2 and HC(NH2)3 are computed using Gaussian 03 with HF/6-31G* as basis set.  相似文献

The reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(P-P)2] (P-P=2PPh3, 2PMe2Ph, dppf) [dppf=1,1-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene] with cis-[M(C6F5)2(PhCN)2] (M=Ni, Pd) or cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(THF)2] (THF=tetrahydrofuran) afforded sulfide aggregates of the type [{Pt23-S)2(P-P)2}M(C6F5)2] (M=Ni, Pd, Pt). X-ray crystal analysis revealed that [{Pt23-S)2(dppf)2}Pd(C6F5)2], [{Pt23-S)2(PPh3)2}Ni(C6F5)2], [{Pt23-S)2(PPh3)2}Pd(C6F5)2] and [{Pt23-S)2(PMe2Ph)2}Pt(C6F5)2] have triangular M3S2 core structures capped on both sides by μ3-sulfido ligands. The structural features of these polymetallic complexes are described. Some of them display short metal-metal contacts.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional open-framework gallophosphate: [H3N(CH2)2NH3]1/2·[Ga5 (PO4)4(OH)4] has been prepared by hydro(solvo)thermal synthesis in presence of ethylenediamine (en) as structure-directing agent. Its structure was determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis with the following crystal data: monoclinic space group C2/m, a=10.1604(9) Å, b=12.0085(15) Å, c=7.1892(7) Å, β=90.797(6)°, V=877.08(16) Å3, Z=2, R1=0.0264, wR2=0.0764. The total numbers of measured reflections and unique reflections were 3508 and 1300, respectively. It is built up from a new secondary building unit (SBU) Ga4P4O20(OH)4, in which Ga atoms exhibit distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination and P atoms are in tetrahedral coordination. The SBU Ga4P4O20(OH)4 are linked into a layer by bridge oxygen atoms. The GaO4(OH)2 octahedra link the layers into a three-dimentional framework. Diprotonated ethylenediamine was found in the channel of the framework. The material was characterized by IR spectroscopy, 1H NMR spectra, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A new 1,6-hexyldiamine heptaborate, [H3N(CH2)6NH3][B7O10(OH)3] (1), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=8.042(2) Å, b=20.004(4) Å, c=10.103(2) Å, and β=90.42(3)°. The anionic [B7O10(OH)3]n2n layers are interlinked via hydrogen bonding to form a 3D supramolecular network containing large channels, in which the templated [H3N(CH2)6NH3]2+ cations are located.  相似文献

Two new main group metal sulphides, [C10N4H26]0.5[InS2] (1) and [C10N4H26]0.5[GaS2] (2) have been prepared solvothermally in the presence of 1,4-bis(3-aminopropyl)piperazine and their crystal structures determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both compounds are isostructural and crystallise in the monoclinic space group P21/n (Z=4), with a=6.5628(5), b=11.2008(9), c=12.6611(9) Å and β=94.410(4)° (wR=0.035) for compound (1) and a=6.1094(5), b=11.2469(9), c=12.7064(10) Å and β=94.313(4)° (wR=0.021) for compound (2). The structure of [C10N4H26]0.5[MS2] (M=In,Ga) consists of one-dimensional [MS2] chains which run parallel to the crystallographic a axis and are separated by diprotonated amine molecules. These materials represent the first example of solvothermally prepared one-dimensional gallium and indium sulphides.  相似文献
