N‐(3‐Ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide ethyl esters 1–4 and N‐(6‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide ethyl esters 5–8 were prepared by coupling either 3‐ferrocenylnaphthalene‐2‐carboxylic acid or 6‐ferrocenylnaphthalene‐2‐carboxylic acid to the dipeptide ethyl esters GlyGly(OEt) (1, 5), AlaGly(OEt) (2, 6), GlyPhe(OEt) (3, 7) and GlyLeu(OEt) (4, 8), using the standard N‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐N'‐ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, 1‐hydroxybenzotriazole protocol. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS) and laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (LDI‐MS) were employed in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry in the analysis of N‐(3‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide ethyl esters 1–4 and N‐(6‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide ethyl esters 5–8. Radical cations, [M]+? and [M + H]+ species were both observed in the mass spectra. Intense sodium [M + Na]+ and potassium [M + K]+ adducts were also present. An important diagnostic ion at m/z [M–65]+ was observed in both the MS and MS/MS spectra of the N‐(3‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide derivatives. Sequence‐specific ions were generally not observed in the MS/MS spectra of the N‐(3‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) series due to formation of the diagnostic [M–65]+ ion. Sequence‐specific ions were observed in the MS/MS spectra of the N‐(6‐ferrocenyl‐2‐naphthoyl) dipeptide esters with charge retention on the derivatized N‐terminal of the dipeptide. Both series of compounds could be successfully analyzed by MALDI without the use of a matrix (LDI). Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

We have synthesized complex compounds of Co(2+) chloride with hydrochlorides of N-(1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)benzamidine and N-(tetrazol-5-yl)benzamidine. Homopolymer and copolymer of N-(2-(thiophen-3-yl)methylcarbonyloxyethyl) maleimide (NMThi) with thiophene [P(NMThi-co-Th)] were synthesized electrochemically in acetonitrile/borontrifluoride ethylether solvent mixture (1:1, v/v). Spectroelectrochemical analysis of the resulting copolymer reflected electronic transitions at 488 and 718 nm revealing π to π1 transition and polaron formation, respectively. Switching ability was evaluated by a kinetic study via measuring the transmittance (%T) at the maximum contrast. Dual-type polymer electrochromic devices (ECDs) based on homopolymer (P(NMThi) and copolymer P(NMThi-co-Th) were constructed with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Condensation of chlorocarbonylsulfenyl chloride 1 with 1-(5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,2-oxazol-3-yl)-3-methylurea 4a has been found to give isomeric 2,4-disubstituted-1,2,4-thiazolidine-3,5-diones 5 and 6 . Assignments are confirmed by the X-ray structure data of 6 . Sulfenylation with alkoxycarbonylsulfenyl chlorides 7 and trichloromethylsulfenyl chloride 10 of 4 occurs exclusively on N-1 rather than N-3 of the urea moiety. With the isomeric 1-[3-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,2-oxazol-5-yl]-3-methylurea 14 and ethoxycarbonylsulfenyl chloride 7b , C-sulfenylated derivatives 15 and 16 are formed in low yield. 相似文献

Many different approaches for synthesis of branched chain sugars have beenestablished,1 because they are very useful intermediates for synthesis of other non-sugar chiralmolecules, and usually occur in nature. Branched chain glycosidulose can be used for construction offive- and six-membered carbocyclic rings to which two chiral carbons of sugar are incorporated byintramolecular aldol condensation and Robinson annulation,2 Therefore they are useful in thesynthesis of natural products which consist of annulated carbohydrates or where a highlyfunctionalised enantiomerically pure cyclopentane or cyclohexane is required. Also, this type ofbranched chain sugar can be considered as the synthons of monoterpenoid natural products of theiridoid class which have the cyclopentan-(c)-pyran structure. In view of the importance of branchedchain glycosiduloses, it is desirable to have a general, convenient methodology to their synthesis.However, none of the literature methods was reported on their synthesis by a nuclephilic addition toa partially protected glycosidulose, due to the fact that these glycosiduloses are very difficult tosynthesize selectively and unstable;3 and what is more, one-step synthesis branched chainglycosidulose using this method is almost impossible.In this paper, we report on a general, convenient method for stereoselective syntheses of2,2-bis(C-branched-chain)glucopyranosid-3-uloses by the new reaction of 1 with various activemethylene compounds. The generality of this method was examined in detail. The optimumtemperature was 18-25℃. The solvent DMF was better than the others. In all cases he yields werehigher than 60%.All the 2,2-bis(C-branched-chain)glucopyranosid-3-uloses were characterized by X-raycrystallographic analyses. In addition, the important iintermediate in this reaction was isolated,which is the product of autoxidation of 1 at C-3 position. Thus the reaction mechanism for thesynthesis of 2,2-bis(C-branched-chain) glucopyranosid-3-uloses can be rationalized by autoxidationof 1 followed by 1,4-Michael addition of various carbanions as the main steps. 相似文献

利用活性结构拼接原理,将高效杀螨剂吡螨胺分子的吡唑环部分引入酰基(硫)脲化合物中,以1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯-5-甲酸基吡唑和2-氨基-4,6-二取代嘧啶为起始原料,通过多步反应合成了5种N-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2-基)-N’-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-氯吡唑-5-基)甲酰基脲和5个N-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2.基)-N’-(1.甲基-3-乙基-4-氯吡唑-5-基)甲酰基硫脲化合物,其化合物结构经IR、^1HNMR及元素分析测试技术确证。初步生物活性试验表明,在50mg/L质量浓度下目标化合物的杀螨活性不太理想,但有些化合物具有较好的除草活性,其中化合物Ib、Ic和Ie对稗草主根的生长抑制率大于60%。 相似文献

为了寻求新颖的氨基噻唑类先导化合物,以含各种取代基的2-氨基噻唑在其氨基位置与拟除虫菊酯类农药的活性基团——菊酸采用亚结构对接的方法合成了35个N-(取代噻唑-2-基)-菊酰胺类化合物,经1HNMR,ESI-MS和元素分析对化合物的结构进行了表征.初步生物活性测定表明,化合物3d,6a,6d,4a,4b,4c和4e在600mg/L下对小菜蛾具有100%的杀虫活性,化合物3d和7c在50mg/L下对多种常见病原菌具有显著的杀菌活性,全部化合物没有明显的除草活性. 相似文献
