为了突破传统Mo/8YSZ双层热障涂层高温易剥离的技术瓶颈,研究喷涂轨迹对等离子喷涂功能梯度热障涂层温度场的影响规律,利用ANSYS有限元仿真模拟软件,基于"生死单元"的方法,建立了等离子喷涂功能梯度热障涂层的有限元模型,模型中考虑了材料的相变潜热及不同温度下的热物性参数,分析了不同喷涂轨迹下喷涂构件温度及温度梯度的分布情况。结果表明:当喷涂粘结层和过渡层材料时,采用同向的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件的温度最高;采用同种材料同向喷涂,异种材料喷涂方向相反的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件的温度次之;采用"S"型的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件温度最低。当喷涂陶瓷层材料时,采用"S"型的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件的温度最高;采用同向的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件的温度次之;而采用同种材料同向喷涂,异种材料喷涂方向相反的喷涂轨迹时,喷涂构件的温度最低。采用"S"型喷涂轨迹进行喷涂作业时,喷涂构件左右两端面温度分布的均匀性优于另外两种喷涂方式;采用同向的喷涂轨迹进行喷涂作业时,基体温度的波动幅度较另外两种喷涂方式小。通过设计梯度结构,并调控喷涂轨迹,可减小构件厚度方向的温度梯度,从而提升基体与涂层的结合强度。  相似文献

以氧化镥、钨、聚乙烯为主要原料,运用偶联剂处理的机械共混法、酸碱反应法、原位反应法制备出一种新型梯度防核辐射材料,测试结果表明:制得的新型梯度防核辐射材料,具有良好的拉伸性能,对口射线、7射线均有很好的屏蔽效果,无铅毒、屏蔽效能持久,综合性能良好。这种梯度材料能根据具体辐射环境灵活调整组成材料的种类与顺序,具有良好的应用价值与使用前景。  相似文献

Adsorption refrigerators are a particular type of refrigerator in which compression is avoided, and in a sense replaced by adsorption. No mobile parts are needed; the energy input, instead of being mechanical, is thermal and is used to achieve desorption. Such machines have a cyclic operation, made of successive adsorption/evaporation and of desorption/condensation steps.The transient operation of adsorption refrigerators is a relatively recent subject of research. The modeling of the adsorber is the key point of such studies, because of the complex coupled heat and mass transfer phenomena that occur during the cycle. The present work therefore presents a study of an annular type adsorber which is intended to account for transient temperatures observed experimentally. The equipment in which the experiments were performed and which uses alcohol adsorption on activated carbon is briefly described, and its operating cycle described, along with typical experimental observations of pressure and temperature transients. A model of the adsorber unit is proposed which accounts for the coupling of adsorption and heat transfer, and describes mass-transfer in the annular adsorbent layer as a global diffusional mechanism with temperature dependent parameters. This model correctly predicts, qualitatively and semi-quantitatively, the observed trends of the temperature changes. Finally, various aspects of the performances are discussed.  相似文献

In a search for new storable high performance propellants for the European Space Agency (ESA), the solid oxidiser hydrazinium nitroformate (HNF) has been identified as a very promising ingredient for a new storable composite propellant. The purity and stability of HNF after production are very important indicators for the quality of HNF. In order to characterise HNF,many thermal analysis techniques as DSC and TG/DTA were performed to obtain more information about its stability and its (in)compatibility with other materials. Also some less familiar techniques such as the vacuum stability test and microcalorimetry have been performed. In relation to the safety, a relation between the friction and impact sensitivity and the physical-chemical properties is made. 采用无溶剂二氧化碳固态发泡技术,在2.5、3.5、4.0和5.0 MPa饱和压力下制备了泡孔孔径为350-20μm的聚乳酸支架材料.利用热重分析技术、动态热机械分析技术和扫描电子显微镜技术,测定了材料的起始分解温度、分解速率、储存/损耗模量和损耗因子等参数,并利用Kissinger、Ozawa-Doyle和Vyazovkin方程进行了热分解动力学计算,推算了氮气环境下材料的降解时间和使用寿命.结果表明,随着发泡压力的减小,支架材料的泡孔孔径增大,材料的柔韧性增强,表观活化能降低,降解时间缩短.  相似文献

The conductivity of thermally reduced graphene oxide (GO) measured at various reduction stages shows that the samples demonstrate transition to the conducting state within a narrow range of annealing temperatures (150-170 °С). The conductivity in this temperature region increases by about five orders of magnitude to indicate that the percolation mechanism is responsible for this transition. According to this mechanism, the above temperature range is associated with formation of a certain number of conductive channels composed of GO fragments reduced to the conducting state. Thus, it is a new type of percolation transition, since increased conductivity is a result of increased conductivity of the particles due to thermal treatment rather than a result of increased concentration of conducting particles. A further temperature growth is associated with increased number of conducting GO fragments and the number of conducting channels, and some smoother conductivity increase. The XPS spectra of partially reduced GO samples indicate correlation between increased conductivity of GO fragments and plasmon oscillations revealed as XPS peaks. The current-voltage characteristics measured for the samples of partially reduced GO indicate a non-ohmic conductivity which manifests as increased conductivity versus voltage dependence. This is due to the fact that electrical resistance of the percolation channels is the sum of resistances of conductive GO fragments and contact resistances which depend on the voltage drop at the contact and, therefore, on the voltage applied.  相似文献

This study concerns the effect of thermal aging on mechanical properties of polyurethane. Polyurethane samples were exposed at 85° and 120°C under inert atmosphere. Mechanical tests were carried out on these samples the aging period. Tensile tests were performed to see the effect of aging on elastic modulus (E), stress (σr), and strain (?r) at break. It was shown that there are two distinct periods. Due to aging, E and σr increase in the first period, then they decrease in the second period. ?r decreases first and then increases. Fatigue tests were performed on unaged and aged samples. It was shown that the fatigue behavior of polyurethane (PU) is improved the same way during the first stage of aging. In the second step, the number of cycles to failure increases due to aging. The results show that aging has an important effect on mechanical properties of PU. The strain at break decreases during the first step of aging due to post-cross-linking and then increases due to chain scission in the network. Based on these results, the effect of cross-linking and chain scission on the mechanical properties of PU was discussed.  相似文献

本文通过监测添加不同类型和不同比例的抗氧剂的紫外光固化材料在热老化过程中黄变因数的变化,来考察抗氧剂对紫外光固化材料热老化黄变的影响和不同的抗黄变能力.利用紫外-可见光谱仪表征老化过程试样的透光率,结果表明,抗氧剂能很好地减小紫外光固化材料的热老化黄变,抗氧剂中的羟基的抗黄变能力存在差异,决定了抗氧剂的抗黄变能力.Irgafos-168分别与Ir-ganox-1010和Irganox-1076复配时,表现出较好的协同效应,从而使复配抗氧剂的抗黄变能力比单组分抗氧剂的抗黄变能力强.  相似文献

采用差示扫描量热法研究了含能材料1,3,5,7-四硝基-1,3,5,7-四氮杂环辛烷-环三甲撑三硝胺(HMX-RDX)的热行为。结果表明,当m(HMX)∶m(RDX)=25∶75时HMX和RDX达到了共熔。随着RDX含量的增加,HMX-RDX的晶型转变温度有所升高,晶型转化的热焓逐渐减少,共熔热焓却随之增加,共熔温度基本保持不变。  相似文献

The conventional approach to the measurement of peak capacity of reserved-phase columns under gradient elution assumes that all peaks have constant peak width, but this assumption can lead to inaccurate measurement of peak capacity. An integration approach employing a series of alkylphenones as model compounds was employed to more accurately measure the peak capacity for small molecule compounds under gradient elution. The base peak width of alkylphenones was plotted against retention time and a peak width function over retention time was established by polynomial regression. The peak capacity was then calculated by integrating the inverse of the peak width function over a gradient window. Compared to the conventional method, the integration method is not based on the assumption of equal peak width, thus providing a more accurate measurement of the peak capacity of reserved-phase columns, especially shorter ones packed with sub-2 μm particles under gradient elution.  相似文献
