[structures: see text] Three novel C19 homolignans, designated taiwankadsurins A (1), B (2), and C (3), were isolated from the aerial parts of Taiwanese medicinal plant Kadsura philippinensis. The structures of 1-3, which have a 3,4-{1'-[(Z)-2'-methoxy-2'-oxo-ethylidene]}-pentano(2,3-dihydro-benzo[b]furano)-3-(2'-methoxycarbonyl-2'-hydroxy-2',3'-epoxide) skeleton, were determined by spectroscopic analyses, especially 2D NMR techniques (HMBC and NOESY). Compound 2 exhibited mild cytotoxicity against human KB and Hela tumor cells.  相似文献

Seven new oxygenated lignans, kadsuphilins G–M ( 1 – 7 , resp.), were isolated by chromatographic fractionation of an AcOEt extract of the aerial part of Kadsura philippinensis including four compounds with a dibenzocyclooctadiene skeleton, two with a bicyclooctane ring system, and one of 1,4‐biphenyldimethylbutane type. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analyses, particularly 2D‐NMR experiments (HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY). The configuration of the chiral centers and the biphenyl moiety were determined by NOESY as well as CD spectroscopy, respectively.  相似文献

Two new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans, named kadoblongifolins A (1) and B (2), and one new natural product dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan, named kadoblongifolin C (3), were isolated from the stems of Kadsura oblongifolia (K. oblongifolia), together with five known ones, schizanrin F (4), propinquanin C (5), schisantherin G (6), heteroclitin Q (7), kadsurarin (8). The structures of these new lignans were elucidated by a combination of high‐resolution electron ionization mass spectrometry (HR‐EI‐MS), 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY spectra. In vitro anti-allergic screening of medicinal herbal extracts revealed that the chloroform extract of the rhizoma of Kadsura coccinea inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production in a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and recombinant mouse interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) activated murine macrophage like cell line RAW 264.7. Further fractionation of the chloroform extract led to the isolation of three new lignans, including two dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans and one arylnaphthalene lignan, together with other three known dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans. This is the first report of NO production inhibitory activity of Kadsura coccinea and first report about the isolation of arylnaphthalene lignan from K. coccinea.  相似文献

Four new dibenzocyclooctene‐type lignans, named renchangianins A–D ( 1 – 4 ), were isolated from the stems of Kadsura renchangiana. Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D‐NMR techniques. Renchangianin D ( 4 ) possesses a spiro[dibenzocyclooctene‐6,2′‐oxirane] parent structure previously unknown in plants of the Schisandraceae family.  相似文献

Three new lignans, longipedunins A (1), B (2) and C (3), together with three known compounds, benzoyl-binankadsurin A (4), acetyl-binankadsurin A (5) and schisanlactone A (6), were isolated from Kadsura longipedunculata. Their structures and stereochemistry were determined by spectral and single-crystal X-ray analyses. Compounds 1 and 6 showed appreciable inhibitory activity against HIV-1 protease with IC50 values of 50 and 20 microM, respectively.  相似文献

Two new tetrahydrofuran lignans, kadlongirins A and B (1, 2), a new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoid, 2,7-dihydroxy-11,12-dehydrocalamenene (3), together with seven known lignans, grandisin, fragransin B1, vladirol F, kadsuralignan C, otobaphenol, isoanwulignan, and 4-[4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2,3-dimethylbutyl]-2-methoxy-phenol, were isolated from the leaves and stems of Kadsura longipedunculata. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compound 2 exhibited weak anti-human immunodeficiency virus-1 activity with an EC50 value of 16.0 microg/ml, and therapeutic index (TI) value of 6.7.  相似文献

Four new seco-dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans,kadlongilignans A-D(1-4),consisting of a rare 6,7-seco-(1),two 15,16-seco-(2 and 3) and a 9,10-seco-dibenzocyclooctadiene(4) lignans,were isolated from the roots of Kadsura longipedunculata.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including extensive NM R,MS and ECD(electronic circular dichroism) spectra.Compounds 3 and 4 exhibited potent inhibitory activities against NO(nitric oxide) production of LPS(lipopolysaccharide)-induced murine macrophages with the inhibition rates of 36.3% and 26.9%,respectively.  相似文献

A new sesquilignan, 7',8'-didehydroherpetotriol (1), and a new lignan glycoside, (+)-isolariciresinol-9'-O-α-L-rhamnopyra- nosy1-(1→6)-[3-D-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the branches of Dipteronia dyeriana. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical evidence. Compound 1 possessed inhibitory activity against human leukaemia K562 cells with an IC50 value of 39 μmol/L.  相似文献

Two new dibenzylbutyrolactol lignans and three known dibenzylbutyrolactone lignans were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Horsfieldia kingii. The C(18) dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans including three novel schizanrin F (1), G (2), H (3), along with the known kadsurarin (4), were isolated from Kadsura matsudai. A new C(19) homolignan named schiarisanrin E (5), together with the known C(18) lignans, gomisin B (6), G (7) and (+)-gomisin K(3) (8) were obtained from Schizandra arisanensis. Gomisin B, G and (+)-gomisin K(3) showed moderate to strong activity for antihepatitis in anti-HBsAg (human type B hepatitis, surface antigen) and/or anti-HBeAg (human type B hepatitis, e antigen) tests. The structural elucidations of new compounds 1-3 and 5 were based on two-dimensional (2D) NMR techniques including COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY and CD spectra. Preliminary structure-activity relationship studies for these isolated lignans are also discussed.  相似文献

Two new eupodienone lignans, named gymnothelignan T(1) and gymnothelignan U(2) were isolated from the whole plants of endemicmedicinal plant of Gymnotheca chinensis(Saururaceae). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by means of HRMS, 1D and 2D NMR. Compound 1 was tested for cytotoxic activity in HCT15, HCT116, A549, MCF-7 and HepG2 cells and exhibited no appreciable activity against these tested cell lines with IC50 values above 50 mmol/L.  相似文献

Abstract

A new lignan, named oleralignan (1) and three known componds (+)-syringaresinol (2), (+)-lirioresinol A (3) and monomethyl 3,3′,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-δ-truxinate (4) were isolated from the P. oleracea for the first time. The compound (1) were identified by 1D, 2D NMR spectroscopic methods and high resolution electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. In addition, it was found that the four lignans presented the scavenging activities in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radical quenching assay more than that of hydroxyl anisole (BHA).

A new prenylated benzofuran derivative, named flemiphilippinone A, was isolated together with ten known flavonoids from the roots of Flemingia philippinensis. Flemiphilippinone A was identified as (2S,3aS)-5-(1-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-propylidene)-2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-3a,7-bis(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)tetrahydrobenzofuran-4,6(2H,5H)-dione, and its structure was established by a combination of HR EIMS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra data.  相似文献
