by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal of K2[EuIII(dtpa)(H2O)]·5H2O belongs to triclinic crystal system and $

The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.3540(17), b = 10.147(2), c = 15.059(3) α = 84.63(3)?, β = 82.02(3)°, γ = 83.96(3)°, V = 1253.1(4)?3, Z = 2, R = 0.0325 and wR = 0.1013 for 4407 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The [EuIII(dtpa)(H2O)]2− has a nine-coordinate pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure, in which the nine coordinate atoms, three N and six
O are from one dtpa ligand and one water molecule. The crystal of the Na2[TbIII(Httha)]·6H2O belongs to monoclinic system and P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 10.3976(10), b = 12.7908(13), c = 23.199(2) ? = 90.914(2)°, V = 3084.9(5)?3, Z = 4, R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0704 for 5429 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In the [TbIII(Httha)]2−, the Tb3+ ion is nine-coordinated yielding a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic conformation, in which the ttha ligand coordinates

为了探索缺电子B-H键作为质子供体形成双氢键复合物的溶剂化效应,分别采用DFT-B3LYP/6-311++G**和CCSD(T)/6-311++G**方法对NCBBH…HNa和CNBBH…HNa及其水合物NCBBH…HNa(H2O)n和CNBBH…HNa(H2O)n(n=1~5)进行了结构优化和相互作用能计算,并利用AIM(atom in molecule)方法分析了H…H键特征,借助前线分子轨道理论探讨了水合物中双氢键形成H-H共价键的本质。结果表明:随着H2O分子数的增加,B-H键拉长,H…H距离缩短,双氢键由离子型向共价型过渡;当H2O分子数达到4时,双氢键相互作用能和NCBBH…HNa与水分子间的相互作用能分别达到-374.21和-306.50 kJ.mol-1,形成了H-H共价键;缺电子B-H键作为质子供体形成双氢键复合物的水合物析出H2的能力比FH…HLi(H2O)n弱。 相似文献

A novel coordination ploymer [{Zn(3-SBA)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)2}·H2O]n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of 3-Na2SBA, ZnSO4·7H2O and 2,2′-bipy. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title coordination ploymer crystallized in monoclinic with space group P21, a=0.803 42(18) nm, b=1.501 8(3) nm, c=0.821 13(19) nm, β=109.350(4)°. 一维链状配位聚合物{[Cu(H2bttc)(H2O)3]·3H2O}n的非等温反应动力学和晶体结构 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为研究配位聚合物{[Cu(H2bttc)(H2O)3]·3H2O}n(H2bttc=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate)的热分解机理和非等温反应动力学进行了DSC和TG-DTG热分析。由热分析结果和FTIR光谱推测了其热分解机理;将Kissinger法、Ozawa法、积分法和微分法得到的动力学参数进行比较确定了第一个失重过程最可能的动力学模型函数。配位聚合物的X射线单晶结构分析表明它由 [Cu(H2bttc)(H2O)3]n分子链组成,并有客体水分子通过分子间氢键附着在分子链上。这一结构特点与热分析结果相一致。还有一种氢键将分子链连接起来形成二维框架,这一框架在失去配位水和结晶水后到553 K开始分解。 相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cu3(H2O)8(4,4′-bipy)2(smbdc)2]·6H2O}n, Cu1 and Cu2 have different coordination environment. The 5-sulfo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (smbdc3-) ligands form one-dimensional zigzag chains linked by Cu atoms. The two adjacent zigzag chains extend into one-dimensional ladder frameworks bridged by a secondary building unit [Cu(H2O)4(4,4′-bipy)2]2+.
