Two new glycosides, gomphotin (1) and gomphotoxin (13), and also the known gomphoside (9) have been isolated from the leaves ofGomophocarpus fruticosus. Compounds (1) and (9) contain a 4,6-dideoxyhexosulose residue as the sugar component, and (13) a 6-deoxyhexosulose, which are attached to glycolic OH groups of the aglycons by 3-O-1,2-O-2 (9, 13) and 3-O-1,4-O-2 (1) acetal-ketal bonds. The structures of the new compounds are represented by the names (3-O-1,4-O-2)-(2,3-dihydroxy-4, 6dideoxyhexulosido)-14-hydroxy-5-card-20(22)-enolide* (1) and (3-O-1,2-O-2)-(2,3,4-trihydroxy-6-deoxyhexulosido)-14-hydroxy-5-card-20(22)-enolide* (13).State Scientific Center for Drugs of the Ministry of Health and the National Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine, Kharkov, fax 441118. Conclusions 1. By separating the mixture of bases obtained from the fresh epigeal part ofKorolkowia sewerzowii Rgl. with respect to solubility in different solvents, the alkaloids korseverine, korsinine, korsine, korseveriline, korseveridine, korseveramine, and korseverinine have been been isolated.2. Summary The synthesis of racemates of the 2-methyl, 4-methyl, 17-methyl, and 2, 17-dimethyl derivatives of 19-nor-D-homotestosterone has been described. Biological tests have shown that the introduction of a CH3 group into positions 2 and 17 totally suppresses both androgenic and anabolic activity. Zusammenfassung Aus den entsprechenden -Bromestern werden durch Umsetzung mit Natriumnitrit die -Oximinodicarbonsäuredimethylester C7 und C9 und der , -Dioximinoazelainsäuredimethylester erhalten. -Methyladipinsäure wird zum Gemisch aus -Bromund -Bromester umgesetzt. Mit Natriumnitrit wird -Nitro-und -Oximino--methyladipinsäuredimethylester erhalten.
The -oximino dicarboxylic dimethyl esters of C7 and C9 and the , -dioximino azelaic acid dimethyl ester are received from the corresponding -bromo esters by reaction with sodium nitrite. -Methyladipic acid is reacted with bromine to a mixture of the -bromo and -bromo ester. Reaction with sodium nitrite gives the -nitro ester and the -oximino ester of -methyl adipic acid.

A novel set of dimers derived from 9-amino acridine was prepared and characterized by1H and13CNMR. These derivatives are bridged at several different positions of the heterocyclic moieties, by the way of ,-diamido or ,-diamino side-chains. Additionally the preparation of some bi-bridged compounds was achieved.

A simple and convenient method is proposed for determining the configuration of E,Z-isomers of 2-, 3-, and 4-benzoylpyridines. The difference in chemical shifts (, ppm) in the system CCl4-DMSO-D6 and CCl4-DMSO-CF3COOD for the -H atoms or the , -C atoms of the pyridine ring can be used to determine the configuration. The shift () of the -H signals to weak field is greater for the Z-isomers than for the E-isomers due to protonation of the pyridine nitrogen atom. The reverse dependence is seen in the 13C NMR for the E,Z-isomers. The reaction of hydrazides of adenylyl- or hypoxanthinyl-9-alkylcarboxylic acids with sodium nitrite in acid media gives reactive azides of purinyl-9-alkylcarboxylic acids which condense with ()-aminocarboxylic and ,-diaminocarboxylic acids to give N(N)-(adenylyl-9-alkanoyl) aminocarboxylic, N-(adenylyl-9-)- and N-(hypoxanthinyl-9-alkanoyl)-,-diaminocarboxylic acids. 1-(-Furyl)pentan-1-ol-3-one and 1-(-thienyl)pentan-1-o1-3-one were synthesized by the reaction of furfural and -formylthiophene with methyl ethyl ketone. The products were used to synthesize secondary-tertiary -glycols with -furyl and -thienyl groups attached to the secondary carbinol carbon. The synthesis of the following neutral plasmalogens has been effected: -O-(octadec-1-enyl)-, distearoylglycerol, -O-(octadec-1-enyl)-, -dipalmitoylglycerol, -O-(hexadec-1-enyl)-, -distearoylglycerol, and -O-(pentadec-1-enyl)-, -dipalmitoylglycerol.2. Conclusions An efficient method for the synthesis of ,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl chlorophosphates is by reacting ,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl dichlorophosphites and bis-(,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl) phosphites with sulfuryl chloride. Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von der KL-Ionisation wurden die K -Satelliten(, , 3, 3, 4) der Elemente Z=8 bis Z=12 den entsprechenden Übergängen zugeordnet. Die Berechnung der Übergänge wurde nach der Z-Dependence-Theorie bis einschließlich zweiter Näherung durchgeführt.
Interpretation of the K -satellites of the light elements
Starting from the KL-ionisation the K -satellites(, , 3, 3, 4) of the elements Z=8 to Z=12 have been assigned to the corresponding transitions. The transitions have been calculated by the Z-dependence-theory including the second approximation.

Six polyhydroxylated steroids and their derivatives were isolated from the starfish Lysastrosoma anthosticta collected in the Posyet Bay, Sea of Japan. These include a new glycoside of the steroid polyol, lysastroside A (1), which was identified as (25S)-26-O--d-xylopyranosyl-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol, and the previously known pycnopodioside C monoglycoside (2), marthasterone sulfate (3), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol (4), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (5), and (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (6). The reaction of alkoxy bromides with N1-(-tetrahydrofuryl) derivatives of pyrimidine bases has given a series of 6-alkoxy-5-bromo-1-(-tetrahydrofuryl)-5, 6-dihydrouracils. The hydrogenation of the 1-(-tetrahydrofuryl) derivatives of uracil and of 5-fluorouracil has been studied. It has been shown that in both cases 1-(-tetrahydrofuryl)-5, 6-dihydrouracil is formed.  相似文献
