A Landau–Devonshire theory in combination with Landau–Khalatnikov dynamic equation has been firstly used to study the dynamic hysteresis loop of a ferroelectric heterostructure consisting of two different films. The surface transition layer within each component film and an antiferroelectric coupling at the interface between two films are considered. A parameter β is introduced to describe the differences of physical properties between two constituent films. The influence of parameterβ, surface transition layer, antiferroelectric coupling and electric field frequency on the dynamic hysteresis loop of the ferroelectric heterostructure is discussed in detail. The results show that the system can exhibit antiferroelectriclike behavior (i.e., multi-loop hysteresis) through tuning some critical factors.  相似文献

Material parameters in an anisotropic plate are determined using two non-destructive measuring techniques: real-time phase-stepped electronic speckle pattern interferometry and dual-reference-beam pulsed holographic interferometry. The first technique is used to measure the lower modes of vibration of the plate with free-free boundary conditions. Finite element analysis is then used to determine two effective Young's moduli and the in-plane shear modulus. The second technique is used to detect transient bending waves propagating in the plate and acoustic waves propagating in the surrounding air. A double-pulsed laser is used both to generate the waves and to make holographic recordings of the wave fields. The stiffness of the plate is estimated using the measured deformation field and an analytical solution to the plate impact problem.  相似文献

Based on the mean-field treatment and Monte Carlo simulation, we studied the nature of the dynamic phase transition of two and three-dimensional magnetic films in Heisenberg model. The time averaged magnetization components ( mx , my, mz),the average hysteresis-loop area components A for magnetic films with different thickness have been calculated. The dynamic transition phase diagrams from to Q=0 for the 2D and 3D cases have been obtained. The relaxation times for different values of magnetic field, temperature, thickness of the films and the orientation number of spin have been simulated. It is found that the loop area follows the scaling relation, A-A0H0 T-, and the exponents and increase with increasing thickness, while the exponent decreases with increasing thickness. It was observed that the phase boundary line shrinks inward in the H0-T plane with decreasing value of the frequency of the magnetic field and thickness of multilayer film. The phase diagrams were explained by the competition between the relaxation time and the period of the external magnetic field. Moreover, it has been indicated that the dynamical behaviors for 2D and 3D cases derived by both mean-field method and Monte Carlo method in this work are consistent.  相似文献

The scaling form of the normalized ZFC and FC susceptibility of superparamagnets (SPMs) is presented as a function of the normalized temperature y(=kBT/KuV〉), normalized magnetic field h (=H/HK), and the width σ of the log-normal distribution of the volumes of nanoparticles, based on the superparamagnetic blocking model with no interaction between the nanoparticles. Here 〈V〉 is the average volume, Ku is the anisotropy energy, and HK is the anisotropy field. Main features of the experimental results reported in many SPMs can be well explained in terms of the present model. The normalized FC susceptibility monotonically increases as the normalized temperature y decreases. The normalized ZFC susceptibility exhibits a peak at the normalized blocking temperature yb(=kBTb/KuV〉), forming the yb vs h diagram. For large , yb starts to increase with increasing h, showing a peak at h=hb, and decreases with further increasing h. The maximum of yb at h=hb is due to the nonlinearity of the Langevin function. For small σ, yb monotonically decreases with increasing h. The derivative of the normalized FC magnetization with respect to h shows a peak at h=0 for small y. This is closely related to the pinched form of MFC vs H curve around H=0 observed in SPMs.  相似文献

We investigate the dynamic hysteresis of nanoscale magnetic aggregates by employing Monte Carlo simulation, based on Ising model in non-integer dimensional space. The diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) model with adjustable sticking probability is used to generate magnetic aggregates with different fractal dimension D. It is revealed that the exponential scaling law A(H0, ω)∼H0α·ωβ, where A is the hysteresis area, H0 and ω the amplitude and frequency of external magnetic field, applies to both the low-ω and high-ω regimes, while exponents α and β decrease with increasing D in the low-ω regime and keep invariant in the high-ω regime. A mean-field approach is developed to explain the simulated results.  相似文献

A Monte Carlo algorithm for dynamic hysteresis simulation in ferroelectric spin systems is developed based on a DIFFOUR model in which the local spontaneous polarization is defined by the double-well potential energy and the nearest-neighbor spin interaction as well as an external electrical field of variable amplitude and frequency. A direct measurement of the hysteresis loop for ferroelectric Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 thin film capacitors using the Sawyer–Tower technique is performed. Significant dependence of the hysteresis shape and pattern on the external field is revealed. Direct imaging of the simulated domain pattern indicates serious suppression of the domain switching over the high-frequency range. The evaluated scaling relations from the simulation for remanence, coercivity, and the area of the hysteresis over the low-frequency range are supported by theoretical predictions and experiments, but the high-frequency scaling behaviors as derived are different from one and another. We studied dynamic hysteresis behaviors of the spin-1 Blume-Capel (BC) model in a triangular lattice by means of the effective-field theory (EFT) with correlations and using Glauber-type stochastic dynamics. The effects of the exchange interaction (J), crystal field (D), temperature (T) and oscillating frequency (w) on the hysteresis behaviors of the BC model in a triangular lattice are investigated in detail. Results are compared with some other dynamic studies and quantitatively good agreement is found.  相似文献

A model of a two-sublattice collinear ferrimagnet with direct exchange interaction and unequal values of the partial magnetization has been investigated. The condition of existence of the compensation point is determined from material parameters of the system at low temperatures. The excitation spectra are obtained. Based on the mean-field theory and Glauber-type stochastic dynamics, the dynamic hysteresis loops (DHLs) of the spin-2 Ising model are studied on the bilayer square lattice. The DHLs are given for different values of temperature, crystal-field, exchange interaction and oscillating field frequency. It is found that the physical parameters have a strong effect on the shape and number of the DHLs. The results are compared with some theoretical and experimental works and found in a qualitatively good agreement.  相似文献

A hierarchy of dynamic plate equations is derived for a fully anisotropic elastic plate. Using power series expansions in the thickness coordinate for the displacement components, recursion relations are obtained among the expansion functions. Adopting these in the boundary conditions on the plate surfaces and along the edges, a set of dynamic equations with pertinent edge boundary conditions are derived on implicit form. These can be truncated to any order and are believed to be asymptotically correct. For the special case of an orthotropic plate, explicit plate equations are presented and compared analytically and numerically to other approximate theories given in the literature. These results show that the present theory capture the plate behavior accurately concerning dispersion curves, eigenfrequencies as well as stress and displacement distributions.  相似文献

Below the critical temperature of structural phase transitions dynamic behavior is studied along the longitudinal excitation branch in slightly anisotropic systems with an =3 component order parameter field. Exploiting the consequences of small deviations from isotropy and of the relatively high frequencies involved, it is found that a proportionality between the longitudinal excitation frequency and the order parameter can be expected to hold also beyond the static mean field temperature region.
