研究了一种利用冲击波作用光子晶体产生蓝光的新方法.通过模拟光子晶体受冲击波作用后折射率的变化,对470 nm蓝光,设定光子晶体的参量,研究了冲击波引起光子晶体带隙的变化,计算了需要冲击波的速度,分析了影响蓝光线宽和中心波长的因素.结果表明,变频后的光波线宽随冲击波和固定反射面的距离而变化,距离大时,线宽较小,距离小时,线宽较大,可以利用光子晶体的滤波作用对输出光波线宽进行控制,获得带宽稳定的或变化的输出光波.环境温度变化、光子晶体材料吸收特性影响光子晶体的带隙分布,进而影响蓝光的中心波长.研究结果对研制新的蓝光光源具有重要参考价值,同时也为其他相干光源的产生提供了一种新的技术. 相似文献

为了提升氮化镓(GaN)蓝光发光二极管(LED)光提取效率, 设计了双层光子晶体LED模型. 提出等效折射率近似方法, 简化求解了结构中的介质波导模式分布. 从而对模型中顶层光子晶体刻蚀深度d, 嵌入式光子晶体厚度T及其距有源层距离D等结构参数进行了优化. 同时利用时域有限差分方法对优化结果进行了验证. 相比其他仿真方法, 模式分析极大地减少了对LED建模优化的计算复杂度, 同时从理论上阐明了不同结构参数变化引起LED光提取效率改变的原因. 研究发现, 当顶层光子晶体满足d ≈ λ / nPhCs 时, 结构内大部分高阶导模尚未被截断但源区能量向低阶导模的转化被有效抑制, 光提取效率给出极大值. 嵌入式光子晶体的引入将激发覆盖层模式, 当满足100 nm≤ T ≤ 300 nm且100 nm≤ D ≤ 200 nm 时, 覆盖层模式可以从有源层获得较大能量并有效地与顶层光子晶体耦合, 极大地提升了光提取效率. 本文优化结果使得LED光提取效率提升了4倍, 对高性能GaN蓝光LED的设计制造具有重要意义. 相似文献

We consider the parametric amplification of a light beam in nonlinear photonic crystals (NLPCs) under a high-frequency pump and periodic spatial modulation of the coefficient of nonlinear coupling of the waves. We study the behavior of the intensity of the amplified diffracting beam using the matrix approach. We compare our results with the parametric interaction of beams in homogeneous nonlinear optical crystals. We show that the analysis of diffraction effects at nonlinear optical interaction in NLPCs, taking into account only noncompensated quasi-phase mismatching, is incorrect. 相似文献

The spectroscopic methods with angular resolution are used to perform an integrated experimental study of optical phenomena (Bragg's reflection, transmission, and scattering of light) in photonic crystals based on opal films. Self-phase modulation can efficiently shape the spectrum of an optical pulse propagating along an optical material with Kerr nonlinearity. In this work we show that a one-dimensional Kerr nonlinear photonic crystal can impose anomalous spectrum modulation to a high-power ultrashort light pulse. The spectrum component at the photonic band gap edge can be one order of magnitude enhanced in addition to the ordinary spectrum broadening due to self-phase modulation. The enhancement is strictly pinned at the band gap edge by changing the sample length, the intensity or central wavelength of the incident pulse. The phenomenon is attributed to band gap induced enhancement of light-matter interaction. 相似文献

We report a self-collimating demonstration in planar photonic crystals (PhCs) fabricated in silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafers using 0.18 μm silicon complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) techniques. The emphasis was on demonstrating the self-collimation effect by using the standard CMOS equipment and process development of an optical test chip using a high-volume manufacturing facility. The PhCs are designed on the 230-nm-top-Si layer using a square lattice of air holes 280 nm in diameter. The lattice constant of the PhCs is 380 nm. The experimentally obtained wavelengths for self-collimation are in excellent agreement with theory. 相似文献

建立了一种用维多利亚蓝B(VBB)简便、高灵敏、选择性检测全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)的共振光散射(RLS)分析方法。在pH 6.0的KH2PO4-NaOH缓冲体系下,PFOS通过静电作用与质子化的VBB结合生成离子缔合物,在277 nm处的散射信号有明显的增强,增强的散射值(ΔIRLS)与PFOS在一定浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,其线性方程为ΔIRLS=72.28+336.53c (r=0.996 4),线性范围为0.05~4.0 μmol·L-1,检测限为5.0 nmol·L-1。优化了实验条件,表征了紫外/可见吸收光谱、扫描电镜显微成像(SEM),并探讨了作用机理。在相同实验条件下,考察了全氟辛酸(PFOA)及其他几种全氟化合物(PFCs)与VBB的相互作用,未见散射信号变化,因此,本法可实现对PFOS的选择性检测。该方法成功应用于检测环境水样中的PFOS,样品加标回收率为91.8%~100.6%,相对标准偏差RSD≤1.74%。 相似文献

The optical spectra of Bragg reflection from opal-like photonic crystals under conditions of the resonant enhancement of the multiple diffraction of light have been studied experimentally and theoretically using the photonic crystal structures prepared of monodisperse polystyrene globules. It is shown that the reflection signal registered in mutually orthogonal configurations of the polarizer and analyzer is related to the intrinsic optical anisotropy of the crystals and is a specific manifestation of the multiple Bragg diffraction in three-dimensional photonic crystals. 相似文献
