Abstract

The reactions of a variety of electrophiles with the N-silyl-P-trifluoroethoxyphosphoranimine anion Me3Sin°P(Me)(OCH2CF3)CH? 2 (1a), prepared by the deprotonation of the dimethyl precursor Me3SiN[dbnd]P(OCH2CF3)Me2 (1) with n-BuLi in Et2O at-78°C, were studied. Thus, treatment of 1a with alkyl halides, ethyl chloroformate, or bromine afforded the new N-silylphosphoranimine derivatives Me3SiN[dbnd]P(Me)(OCH2CF3)CH2R [2: R = Me, 3: R = CH2Ph, 4: R = CH[sbnd]CH2, 5: R = C(O)OEt, and 6: R = Br]. In another series, when 1a was allowed to react with various carbonyl compounds, 1,2-addition of the anion to the carbonyl group was observed. Quenching with Me3SiCl gave the O-silylated products Me3SiN[dbnd]P(Me)(OCH2CF3)CH2°C(OSiMe3)R1R2 [7: R 1 = R 2 = Me; 8: R 1 = Me, R 2 = Ph; 9: R1 = Me, R 2 = CH[sbnd]CH2; and 10: R 1 = H, R 2 = Ph]. Compounds 2–10 were obtained as distillable, thermally stable liquids and were characterized by NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, and 31P) and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) catalysts containing phenyl and chiral sec‐phenethyl groups, {[(4‐R1‐2‐R2C6H2N?C)2Nap]NiBr2} (Nap: 1,8‐naphthdiyl, R1 = Me, R2 = Ph ( 3a ); R1 = Me, R2 = sec‐phenethyl ( 3b ); R1 = Cl, R2 = sec‐phenethyl ( 3c ); R1 = Me, R2 = Me ( 3d ) were synthesized and characterized. All organic compounds were fully characterized by FT‐IR and NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The single crystal for X‐ray crystallography was isolated from 3a in CH2Cl2/n‐hexane under air; the crystal structure showed a binuclear complex 3a ′, in which each nickel atom was six‐coordinate. The two nickel atoms together with two bromine atoms form a planar four‐membered ring, with a bromine and H2O axial ligands. These complexes, activated by diethylaluminum chloride and chiral nickel pre‐catalysts rac‐ 3c , exhibited good activities (up to 2.85 × 106 g PE (mol Ni h bar)?1) for ethylene polymerization, and produced polyethylene products with a high degree of branching (up to 117 branched per 1000 carbons) at high temperature. The type and amount of branches of the polyethylenes obtained were determined by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Cyanogen isocyanate (NC–NCO) has been prepared and studied using a combined experimental and theoretical approach. A crystalline film of the interpseudohalogen species was stabilized by vapor deposition on a cold substrate (T = –100 °C). From IR spectroscopy on the “free” molecule, trapped in a matrix of solid argon, the connectivity and geometry of this unstable interpseudohalogen was deduced and substantiated by theoretical calculations. With this information, the crystal structure of NCNCO in the solid state could be analysed using powder X‐ray diffraction [Pbca (No. 61), a = 7.63(1) Å, b = 6.50(2) Å, c = 6.03(6) Å; V = 299.5(1) Å3]. The compound transforms into amorphous polymeric C2N2O at T > –68 °C. The results obtained were compared with recent findings and further discussed in the general context of C–N–(O) chemistry.  相似文献

An iminoalane‐silazane polymer (ISP), an Al? Si? N? C precursor, has been synthesized via Pt‐catalyzed hydrosilylation between poly(allyl iminoalane‐co‐ethyl iminoalane) {[HAlN(allyl)]m[HAlN (ethyl)]n, AE‐alane} and 1,3,5,7‐tetrahydro‐1,3,5,7‐tetramethylcyclotetrasilazane {[Me(H)SiNH]4, TCS}. The IR and 1H NMR spectra of ISP indicate that the relative amounts of the allyl groups decrease slightly in comparison with those of AE‐alane, suggesting that hydrosilylation occurs partially. TG analysis up to 900 °C reveals that the ceramic yield of ISP is 83.1 mass%. It is suggested that the high ceramic yield can be ascribed to cross‐linking reactions occurring during pyrolysis. Possible reactions during pyrolysis are hydrosilylation, polymerization of the C?C bonds in the allyl groups and dehydrocoupling among the SiH groups, NH groups and AlH groups in ISP. The pyrolyzed residue at 1700 °C contains crystalline AlN, 2H‐SiC, β‐SiC and β‐Si3N4 and amorphous carbon, as revealed by solid‐state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Diacetone Alcohol as Complex Ligand. Crystal Structures of [MnBr2{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me)2OH}2] and [M{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me)2OH}2][MCl4] with M = Fe, Co, and Zn The metal halides MnBr2 and MCl2 (M = Fe, Co, Zn) react with diacetone alcohol (4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanon) forming the title compounds, which are characterized by IR spectroscopy and crystal structure analyses. [MnBr2{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me2)OH}2] ( 1 ): Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 293 K: a = 1189.2(4), b = 1317.2(3), c = 1200.0(3) pm, β = 102.25(3)°, R1 = 0.0256. In 1 the manganese atom is coordinated in a distorted octahedral fashion by the two cis bromine atoms and by the four oxygen atoms of the two diacetone alcohol chelating molecules. The distances Mn–[OH] (223.8 pm) and Mn–[O=C] (222.1 pm) are only slightly different. [M{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me)2OH}2][MCl4] [M = Fe ( 2 ), Co ( 3 ), Zn ( 4 )]: 2 and 3 crystallize isotypically with each other in the space group Pc, Z = 4. Lattice dimensions for 2 at 293 K: a = 865.8(3), b = 926.3(2), c = 1401.5(1) pm, β = 104.19(2)°, R1 = 0.0421. Lattice dimensions for 3 at 293 K: a = 872.3(1), b = 925.7(1), c = 1394.2(3) pm, β = 104.79(2)°, R1 = 0.0481. As in 1 , the metal atoms of the [M{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me)2OH}2]2+ ions in 2 and 3 are chelated in a distorted octahedral fashion by two diacetone alcohol molecules and associated cis via two μ-Cl atoms of the [MCl4]2– anions to form strands. [Zn{O=C(Me)CH2–C(Me)2OH}2][ZnCl4] ( 4 ): Space group C2/c, Z = 4. Lattice dimensions at 213 K: a = 1582.27(13), b = 1356.15(13), c = 941.93(7) pm, β = 107.283(10)°, R1 = 0.0328. The zinc atom of the dication in 4 is associated in a distorted octahedral fashion by the two diacetone alcohol chelating molecules in the equatorial positions and trans by two μ-Cl atoms of the [ZnCl4]2– ions to form strands.  相似文献

Treatment of N,N‐chelated germylene [(iPr)2NB(N‐2,6‐Me2C6H3)2]Ge ( 1 ) with ferrocenyl alkynes containing carbonyl functionalities, FcC≡CC(O)R, resulted in [2+2+2] cyclization and formation of the respective ferrocenylated 3‐Fc‐4‐C(O)R‐1,2‐digermacyclobut‐3‐enes 2 – 4 [R = Me ( 2 ), OEt ( 3 ) and NMe2 ( 4 )] bearing intact carbonyl substituents. In contrast, the reaction between 1 and PhC(O)C≡CC(O)Ph led to activation of both C≡C and C=O bonds producing bicyclic compound containing two five‐membered 1‐germa‐2‐oxacyclopent‐3‐ene rings sharing one C–C bond, 4,8‐diphenyl‐3,7‐dioxa‐2,6‐digermabicyclo[3.3.0]octa‐4,8‐diene ( 5 ). With N‐methylmaleimide containing an analogous C(O)CH=CHC(O) fragment, germylene 1 reacted under [2+2+2] cyclization involving the C=C double bond, producing 1,2‐digermacyclobutane 6 with unchanged carbonyl moieties. Finally, 1 selectively added to the terminal double bond in allenes CH2=C=CRR′ giving rise to 3‐(=CRR′)‐1,2‐digermacyclobutanes [R/R′ = Me/Me ( 7 ), H/OMe ( 8 )] bearing an exo‐C=C double bond. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C{1H} NMR, IR and Raman spectroscopy and the molecular structures of 3 , 4 , 5 , and 8 were established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The redox behavior of ferrocenylated derivatives 2 – 4 was studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Six new arenetelluronic triorganotin esters, namely (R3Sn)4[ArTe(μ‐O)(OH)O2)]2 (Ar = Ph, R = Me: 1 , R = Ph: 2 ; Ar = 3‐Me‐Ph, R = Me: 3 , R = Ph: 4 , Ar = 3‐Cl‐Ph, R = Me: 5 , R = Ph: 6 ), were prepared by treating arenetelluronic acids with the corresponding R3SnCl (R = Me, Ph) with potassium hydroxide in methanol. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography. The structural analyses indicate that these complexes are isostructural as Sn4Te2 moiety, in which the Te22‐O)2 units are situated in the center and each Te atom is coordinated with two OSnR3 groups on the side. Complexes 1 , 3 , and 5 show one‐dimensional chain and two‐dimensional network supramolecular structures by intermolecular C H···O or C H···Cl interactions. The antitumor activities of these complexes reveal that most arenetelluronic triorganotin esters have powerful antitumor activities with certain regularity.  相似文献

Organotin(IV) carboxylates R2LNCSnOC(O)CH2P(E)Ph2, where LNC is an N‐chelating 2‐(dimethylamino)phenyl group, and R/E = Ph/void (1a), Ph/O (1b), Ph/S (1c), Me/void (2a), Me/O (2b) and Me/S (2c), were synthesized, characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P and 119Sn NMR, IR and MS spectra, and the solid‐state structures of 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Spectral and structural data showed that the compounds are monomeric in CDCl3 solution and the solid state, with the organophosphorus groups in the α‐position of the monodentate carboxylate ligands not interacting with the tin atom. Stereoregular polymerization involving asymmetry at phosphorus has been obtained from ethylene methyl or phenyl phosphorothioate with R2Mg? NH3 catalysts, or, in some cases, with R2Mg alone. The methyl ester gave two types of polymer: an amorphous rubber and a low-melting (75°C) crystalline polymer. The phenyl ester gave mainly a low-melting (68°C) crystalline polymer of 2.2 inherent viscosity. Proton and 31P NMR and infrared spectra of these polymers are in accord with the expected chain unit, ? CH2CH2? O? P(S)(OR)? O? . The polymerization mechanism probably involves an anionic ring-opening step with P? O cleavage. Ring opening with C? O cleavage appears to be largely excluded. This conclusion is based on the expectation that anionic ring opening with C? O cleavage should lead to a rearranged chain unit, ? CH2CH2? O? P(O)? (OR)? S? , because of the high nucleophilicity of sulfur as compared with oxygen. Proton and 31P NMR spectra give no evidence for the rearranged unit within the limit of detection (ca. 3%). However, on aging, the methyl ester polymer changes drastically to form up to 40% CH2SP groups. Presumably, the polymer undergoes the well-known thiono-thiolo rearrangement characteristic of simple phosphorothioate esters to form ? CH2CH2? O? P(O)(SCH3)? O? chain units. The phenyl ester polymer is stable under the same aging conditions.  相似文献

The structure and thermal behavior of new types of bacterial copolyester, poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate); P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=2.5, 3.4, and 12 mol %) have been explored by means of wide-angle x-ray diffraction (WAXD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The WAXD pattern of P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=12 mol %) copolymer measured at room temperature has revealed that it has an orthorhombic system (α=β=γ=90°) with a=5.76Å, b=13.20Å, c=5.96Å (fiber repeat), which is identical to that of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB). It has been found from the temperature-dependent variations of the WAXD pattern that only the a lattice parameter shows the thermal expansion, while the b lattice parameter changes little with temperature in the crystalline P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=12 mol %). This observation suggests that there are inter and intramolecular interactions between C=O groups and alkyl groups along the a axis and that interactions are broken little by little with temperature. IR spectra were measured for the four kinds of polymers over a temperature range from 30°C to high temperatures (200°C; PHB, 180°C; P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=2.5 mol %), 180°C; P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=3.4 mol %), 150°C; P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=12 mol %)). Temperature-dependent IR spectral variations were analyzed for the CH, C=O, and C-O-C stretching band regions, and bands characteristic of crystalline and amorphous parts were identified in each region. It has been found from the IR study that the strength of interaction between the C=O group and the CH3 (or CH2) group is similar among the four polymers and that the population of C=O groups that are not involved in the interaction becomes higher with the increase in HHx. Both WAXD and IR studies have revealed that the crystallinity of P(HB-co-HHx) (HHx=12 mol %) decreases gradually starting from relatively low temperature (about 60°C) while that of PHB remains high up to 170°C.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene naphthalene‐2,6‐dicarboxylate) has been uniaxially stretched at different draw ratios and at two different temperatures below and above its glass transition (Tg ~ 120 °C) respectively, at 100 and 160 °C. Crystallinity has been evaluated from calorimetric analyses and compared to the values deduced by FTIR spectroscopic data. As expected, the obtained results are quite similar and show that films stretched at lower temperature (100 °C) are more crystalline than those stretched at 160 °C. Optical anisotropy associated with orientation has been evaluated by birefringence and show that films stretched at 100 °C are more birefringent than those stretched at 160 °C as a result of a higher chain relaxation above Tg. Polarized FTIR was also performed to evaluate the individual orientation of amorphous and crystalline phases by calculating dichroic ratios R and orientation functions 〈P2(cos θ)〉 and also show that amorphous and crystalline phases are more oriented in the case of films stretched below Tg. Nevertheless, the orientation of the amorphous phase is always weaker than that of the crystalline phase. Films stretched at 100 °C show a rapid increase in orientation (and crystallinity) with draw ratio and 〈P2(cos θ)〉 reaches a limit value when draw ratio becomes higher than 3.5. Films drawn at 160 °C are less oriented and their orientation is increasing progressively with draw ratio without showing a plateau. A careful measurement of the IR absorbance was necessary to evaluate the structural angles of the transition moments to the molecular chain axis. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two series of 5-trichloromethylisoxazoles were synthesized from the cyclocondensation of 1,1,1-trichloro-4-methoxy-3-alken-2-ones [Cl3CC(O)C(R2) = C(R1)OMe, where R1 = H, Me, Et, Pr, iso-Pr, cyclo-Pr, Bu, terc-Bu, CH2Br, CHBr2, CH(Me)SMe, (CH2)2Ph, and Ph, and R2 = H; R1 = H and R2 = Me and Et; R1 and R2 = -(CH2)4- and -(CH2)5-; and R1 = Et and Ph and R2 = Me] with hydroxylamine hydrochloride through a rapid one-pot reaction in water. The 5-trichloromethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles were aromatized by reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain the respective 5-trichloromethylisoxazoles. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H/13C nuclear magnetic resonance, and electron impact mass spectroscopy. Crystal structure analysis for 5-triclhoromethyl-5-hydroxy-3-propyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole (2d) and 5-trichloromethyl-5-hydroxy-3,4-hexamethylene-4,5-dihydroisoxazole (2o) is presented. The antimicrobial activities of the 5-trichloromethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole derivatives were examined using the standard twofold dilution method against Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus), Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), and yeasts (Candida spp. and Cryptococcus neoformans). All of the tested 5-trichloromethyldihydroisoxazoles exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities at the tested concentrations.

Dehydration products of precipitated amorphous calcium-magnesium monophosphates (orthophosphates) with the atomic ratio Mg/(Mg + Ca) of 0.3 doped with copper were studied by the UV and IR Fourier spectroscopy. The substances retain the amorphous nature even on heating up to 550–600°C. Cations Cu2+ in them are in an octahedral surrounding of oxygen atoms and are linked with PO 4 3? groups and, possiblly, with CO 3 2? anions. The OH groups characteristic of hydroxyapatite are not found in the structure. Above 600°C the phosphates crystallize, therewith copper passes in the composition forming crystalline phases, retaining the octahedral surrounding of Cu2+ ions.  相似文献
