In this paper,Neale’S generalized variational principle aboutincremental boundarg-value problems is utilized to study theeffect of initial imperfections in geometry on tbe criticalloads of elasticoplastic buckling of thin annular plates.Thecalculations show that.if the effect of initial imperfectionsin geometrg is taken into account in the solutions by J_2 in-cremental theorg.the results are very close to the bifurca-tional buckling loads of the perfect annular Plates accordingto the plastic deformation theorg.  相似文献

U型波纹管是现代管道系统中最常见的一种位移补偿器 ,它由环板和具有正、负Gauss曲率的半圆环壳组成 ,在管道所传输的介质的压力作用下会发生屈曲。其中环向屈曲最为复杂 ,精确的理论分析非常困难 ,有限元分析也不多见。作者在分析前人工作的基础上 ,以圆环壳段为单元 (特定的旋转壳段单元 ,能自动退化成环板单元 ) ,限于弹性范围和线性化特征值问题 ,对介质压力作用下U型波纹管及其相关结构 (圆环板、圆环壳、半圆环壳 )的环向屈曲问题进行了分析。考虑了结构屈曲前的弯曲 ,计及压力的二次势能 ,导出的应力刚度矩阵和载荷刚度矩阵是非对称的。全部工作分为三部分 :(Ⅰ )基本方程 ,环板的屈曲 ;(Ⅱ )圆环壳、半圆环壳的屈曲 ;(Ⅲ )波纹管平面失稳的机理。本文为第一部分 ,除推导公式外 ,对不同边界和不同内外径之比的环板在径向均匀压力作用下的环向屈曲进行了计算 (轴对称的径向屈曲作为特例得到 ) ,给出了前屈曲应力分布、临界载荷及相应的屈曲模态 ,并将临界压力的值与前人基于vonK偄rm偄n大挠度板的精确解进行了比较 ,吻合良好。  相似文献

In this article, post-buckling and non-linear bending analysis of functionally graded annular sector plates based on three dimensional theory of elasticity in conjunction with non-linear Green strain tensor is considered. In-plane normal compressive loads have been applied to either radial, circumferential, or all edges of annular sector plates. Material properties are graded in the thickness direction according to a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of constituents while Poisson׳s ratio is assumed to be constant. The governing equations are developed based on the principle of minimum total potential energy and solved based on graded finite element method. Non-linear equilibrium equations are solved based on iterative Newton–Raphson method. The effects of material gradient exponent, different sector angles, thickness ratio, loading condition and two different boundary conditions on the post-buckling behavior of FGM annular sector plates have been investigated. Results denote that due to the stretching–bending coupling effects of the FGMs, the post-buckling behavior of movable simply supported FGM plates is not of the bifurcation-type buckling. Moreover, FGM annular sector plates subjected to uniaxial compression at radial edges show a non-linear bending behavior with unique and stable equilibrium paths following a flattening feature.  相似文献

环形薄板的大挠度计算因为边界条件复杂,仅有少数特殊情形的数值解答。均布边缘径向力作用下环形薄板非线性屈曲迄今尚未有研究成果。作者以三次B样条函数为试函数,用配点法计算环形薄板的大挠度。在12种不同的边界条件下,首次计算了环形薄板的压曲临界荷载及超临界荷载作用的变形。在所有的算例中均取得了收敛的数值结果。结果表明样条配点法具有收敛范围大、精度高和计算时间少的优点。  相似文献

This paper presents a general solution of the three-dimensional governing equations for the axisymmetric buckling problem of transversely isotropic media. The solution is expressed by a displacement function that satisfies a homogeneous fourth-order partial differential equation. Using this general solution, the axisymmetric buckling of circular and annular plates is investigated and exact solutions are obtained for appropriate boundary conditions. Numerical results are considered for clamped and simply supported circular and annular plates in comparison with existent results.  相似文献

A dynamic method is described for determining the linear buckling loads of elastic, perfectly flat, rectangular plates. The proposed method does not require the application of in-plane loads; it requires only vibrational excitation of the plate. The buckling load is determined from the measured normal modes of vibration. The method is applicable to isotropic as well as anisotropic plates with any type of edge support. The accuracy of the dynamic method was evaluated by tests in which buckling loads of aluminum and graphite fiber-reinforced-epoxy composite plates were determined both by the dynamic method and by imposing static in-plane loads on the plates. In this article, an analytical solution for buckling of moderately thick functionally graded (FG) sectorial plates is presented. It is assumed that the material properties of the FG plate vary through the thickness of the plate as a power function. The stability equations are derived according to the Mindlin plate theory. By introducing four new functions, the stability equations are decoupled. The decoupled stability equations are solved analytically for both sector and annular sector plates with two simply supported radial edges. Satisfying the edges conditions along the circular edges of the plate, an eigenvalue problem for finding the critical buckling load is obtained. Solving the eigenvalue problem, the numerical results for the critical buckling load and mode shapes are obtained for both sector and annular sector plates. Finally, the effects of boundary conditions, volume fraction, inner to outer radius ratio (annularity) and plate thickness are studied. The results for critical buckling load of functionally graded sectorial plates are reported for the first time and can be used as benchmark.  相似文献

利用线性黏弹性力学的Boltzmann叠加原理,在考察位移单值性条件的基础上,给出黏弹性环形板非线性动力学分析的初边值问题。通过Galerkin方法和引进新的状态变量,将其化归为四维非线性非自治常微分方程组,从而得到黏弹性环形板的四种临界载荷,同时考察了几何缺陷对黏弹性薄板临界载荷的影响。根据Floquet理论,得出黏弹性形板在周期激励下的线性动力稳定性判据。综合使用非线性动力学中的数值分析方法,研究了参数对黏弹性环形板非线性动力稳定性的影响。  相似文献

In this paper, the conclusion that the experimental results coincide with theoretical analysis has been got through buckling test of 283 composite rectangular plates. It is confirmed that the critical loads of composite plates calculated by buckling theoretical formula of anisotropic plate are reliable. The selections of optimal content of matrix and optimal off-axis which make fiber reinforced composite plates reach biggest critical loads are also discussed in this paper. Critical buckling load is important in investigation of behaviors of thin plates or shells. The presence of cracks in these structures can affects their safety factor with respect to the common modes of failure such as buckling. Some analytical solutions were obtained for un-cracked plates with different boundary conditions. Their numerical results have good agreement with these solutions. In this paper, we also studied the effects of lateral loads and constraints on the critical buckling load of cracked plates under axial compression, experimentally and numerically. Effects of length and orientation of cracks are investigated in presence of the lateral loads. Finally, tests data are compared with the results of numerical calculations.  相似文献

An analysis of buckling/snapping and bending behaviors of magneto-elastic-plastic interaction and coupling for cantilever rectangular soft ferromagnetic plates is presented.Based on the expression of magnetic force from the variational principle of ferromagnetic plates,the buckling and bending theory of thin plates,the Mises yield criterion and the increment theory for plastic deformation,we establish a numerical code to quantitatively simulate the behaviors of the nonlinearly multi-fields coupling problems by the finite element method.Along with the phenom- ena of buckling/snapping and bending,or the characteristic curve of deflection versus magnitude of applied magnetic fields being numerically displayed,the critical loads of buckling/snapping, and the influences of plastic deformation and the width of plate on these critical loads,the plastic regions expanding with the magnitude of applied magnetic field,as well as the evolvement of deflection configuration of the plate are numerically obtained in a case study.  相似文献

本文利用栅线投影测量方法研究了蜂窝夹层板、工字型及T型加筋板三种不同结构形式复合材料襟翼壁板在压缩载荷下的屈曲失稳行为,得到了不同形式结构件屈曲的全场离面位移分布规律,分析了各自的屈曲失稳模式.研究结果表明,栅线投影测量方法在大尺度复合材料结构失稳变形测试中具有可行性;在相同面板尺寸条件下,工字型加筋复合材料襟翼壁板屈曲临界载荷最大,承载能力最强.本文结果可为飞机复合材料结构设计提供实验依据.  相似文献

The stability of cantilever rectangular plates under the symmetrical edge loading will be studied in this paper by lite varialional calculus. We are going to find out the minimum critical loading for cantilever rectangular plates subjected to various edge loadings symmetrically on a pair of opposite free edges. We’ll discuss the least critical loadings when the buckling of rectangular plates acted on bv a pair of concentrated forces, uniformly distributed loads, locally uniform distributed loads, distributed loads in the form of triangle and a pair of concentrated couples occur respectively.  相似文献

In Part 1, a theoretical analysis was used to study the secondary buckling of a simply supported plate. In Part 2, a clamped plate is analysed by the finite element method. The stability criterion for a non-linear post-buckling equilibrium state is evaluated by the sign of the determinant of the stiffness matrix. It should be noted that the secondary buckling loads of clamped plates are unexpectedly smaller than those of simply supported plates and are only one and a half times the primary buckling loads. In previous analyses, only a quarter segment of the plate was considered by assuming a stable equilibrium state with symmetrical mode. However, instability can also be predicted by considering the unsymmetrical mode over the whole plate. Results of experimental analysis of secondary instability of clamped square plates under uniaxial compression agreed with the numerical results.  相似文献

A higher-order global–local theory is proposed based on the double-superposition concept for free vibration and dynamic buckling analyses of viscoelastic composite/sandwich plates subjected to thermomechanical loads. In contrast to all theories proposed so far for analysis of the viscoelastic plates, the continuity conditions of the transverse shear and normal stresses at the layer interfaces and the nonzero traction conditions at the top and bottom surfaces of the sandwich plates are satisfied. Another novelty is that these conditions may be satisfied for viscoelastic plates with temperature-dependent material properties and nonlinear behaviors subjected to thermomechanical loads. Furthermore, transverse flexibility is also taken into account. Some dynamic buckling/wrinkling analyses of the viscoelastic plates are performed in the present paper, for the first time. Comparisons made between results of the paper and results reported by well-known references confirm the accuracy and the efficiency of the proposed theory and the relevant solution algorithm.  相似文献
