Synthesis of 2-Aminochromene Derivatives Catalyzed by KF／Al2O3

A series of 2-aminochromene derivatives including 2-amino-ben-zo[ h ] chromene, 2-amino-benzo [ f ] chromene and 2-amino-pyrano [3,2-h ]quinolin derivatives was synthesized from aryl-aldehyde, malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate and 1-naphthol or 2-naphthoi or 8-hydroxyquinoline in refluxing ethyl alcohol cat-alyzed by KF-Al2O3. The structures were confirmed by X-ray analysis.     

Michael Additiion of Alkyl Amine to α,β-Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds Catalyzed by KF／Al2O3

The β-aminocarboxylic acid derivatives were synthesized by Michael addition reaction ofalkyl amine and α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in the presence of potassium fluoride onalumina.

Conjugate Addition of Indoles to α, β-Unsaturated Ketones （Chalcones） Catalyzed by KHSO4 under Ultrasonic Conditions

Conjugate addition of indoles to a variety of α,β-unsaturated ketones （chalcones） mediated by a catalytic amount of KHSO4 at room temperature under ultrasonic conditions to afford the corresponding Michael adducts in good to excellent yields was reported.     

KF/K2CO3/Al2O3催化合成香豆素

以Al2O3负载KF/K2CO3催化合成香豆素,水杨醛100 mmol,n(水杨醛)∶n(乙酸酐)∶n(KF/K2CO3/Al2O3)=1.0∶3.0∶0.3,于165℃反应2 h,香豆素产率高达89.8%。     

Yb（OTf）3 Catalyzed Nucleophilic Conjugate Addition of Pyrrole to α，β-Unsaturated Ketones and Nitro-compounds

Under the catalysis of Yb(OTf)3, nucleophilic conjugate addition of pyrrole to electron deficient olefins in CH2Cl2 at ambient temperature gives corresponding 2-alkylated pyrrole derivatives in good yields with high selectivity.     

经过氧化预处理的Ru／Al2O3催化剂的表征

对由Ru_3(CO)_(12)和RuCl_2制备的Ru/Al_2O_3催化剂进行的氧化预处理,显著地改变了催化剂在CO加氢反应中的选择性.在未经过氧化预处理或氧化预处理温度低于200℃时,主产物是C_2以上的烃类;而当氧化预处理温度在300℃或300℃以上时,主产物是甲烷.用H_2化学吸附法、TEM和XRD对y—Al_2O_3 载体上Ru粒子表征的结果表明:在H_2还原之后,载体上的Ru是一些粒径为10(?)左右的超微粒子或者这种超微粒子的聚集体,而在经过300℃或者更高温度下的氧化预处理及随后的还原之后,这些超微粒子或其聚集体转变成大的单晶.Ru粒子的这一微观形态的变化是引起催化剂选择性显著改变的根本原因.这—结果表明,对于负载型金属催化剂,不仅载体上金属粒子的分散度,而且这些金属粒子的微观形态也是决定催化剂在某些反应中的选择性的一个重要因素.     

KF-蒙脱土催化下丙二腈与α,β-不饱和酮的迈克尔加成反应

本论文研究了KF-蒙脱土催化下丙二腈与α,β-不饱和酮的迈克尔加成反应,研究发现在不同的反应温度下可以得到加成和环化两种不同的产物。该方法和现有的方法相比具有产率高、反应条件温和、操作简单、试剂易得等优点。

A Novel Approach to Synthesis of α，β－Unsaturated Ketones

A new approach to the synthesis of α，β-unsaturated ketones from 1,2,3-trimethyl benzimidazolium salt via the condensation reaction with aldehydes followed by the addition reaction of Grignard reagents with quaternary C=N bond was provided.     

A Mild Isomerization Reaction for β,γ‐Unsaturated Ketone to α,β‐Unsaturated Ketone

A series of β,γ‐unsaturated ketones were isomerized to their corresponding α,β‐unsaturated ketones by the introduction of DABCO in iPrOH at room temperature. The endo‐cyclic double bond (β,γ‐position) on ketone was rearranged to exo‐cyclic double bond (α,β‐position) under the reaction conditions.     

Direct Conjugate Addition of Alkynes with α,β‐Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds Catalyzed by NCN‐Pincer Ru Complexes

NCN‐pincer Ru‐complexes containing bis(oxazolinyl)phenyl ligands serve as suitable catalysts in the direct conjugate additions of α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds, including ketones, esters, and amides, as well as vinylphosphonates, giving various β‐alkynyl carbonyl and phosphonate compounds. A bis(oxazolinyl)phenyl (phebox)–Ru complex also catalyzes the asymmetric conjugate addition of an alkyne with a β‐substituted, α,β‐unsaturated ketone to produce a chiral β‐alkynyl ketone.

Stereocontrolled Synthesis of (E)-β,γ-Unsaturated Esters via Palladium-Catalyzed Cross-Coupling of (E)-Alkenylboronic Acids with α-Bromoacetic Esters

The cross-coupling reaction of trans-alkenylboronic acids with a-bromoacetic esters was firstly studied. It was found that using Pd(OAc)2 as catalyst, a bulky electron-rich phospine, (2-dicyclohexylphospino-biphenyl) as ligand, the reaction can be readily accomplished to give specific (E)-b,g-unsaturated esters in high yields.     

5-雄烯-3β, 7α, 17β-三醇和5-雄烯-3β, 7β, 17β-三醇的合成

过无溶剂、无催化的aza-Michael加成反应合成b氨基酸衍生物

本文报道一种安全,环境有好,经济实用的合成b氨基酸衍生物的新方法。利用α,β不饱和化合物和脂肪族胺,通过无溶剂、无催化的aza-Michael加成反应,高产率的合成b氨基酸衍生物。
