Reaction of 2,4,6-trimethylaniline with acrylic and itaconic acids gives the corresponding N-substituted =alanines which can be converted to derivatives of tetrahydropyridone, dihydropyrimidinedione, and 4-carboxy-2-pyrrolidinone. 5-氨基-N,N'-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(2)在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中可直接与乙酰氧基乙酰氯反应,产物再经碱性水解得5-羟乙酰氨基-N,N'-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(3),后者再与氯乙醇反应生成5-(N-2-羟乙基)羟乙酰胺基-N,N'-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(1),经乙二醇甲醚/正丁醇重结晶,纯度高于99%(HPLC),反应总收率由39.3%(文献值)提高到55.1%. 相似文献

研究了F-掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ ) ,2 ,4,6 三 (2′ 吡啶基 ) 1 ,3 ,5 三嗪 (TPTZ)作显色剂测定Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )的适宜条件。实验结果显示 :在 0~ 2 .0 μg mLFe(Ⅱ )范围内符合比耳定律 ,RSD≤ 2 .4% ,回收率范围 95 .6 %~ 1 0 3 .5 % ,吸光度至少稳定 1 2h ,ε593 =2 .2 7×1 0 4L·mol-1 ·cm-1 ,灵敏度是邻菲口罗啉法的 2倍。适用于同时测定水中Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )。 相似文献
