基于弹塑性力学和损伤理论,建立了一个与应力球张量有关的正交各向异性材料的混合硬化屈服准则,该准则无量纲化后与各向同性材料的Mises准则同构,在此基础上,进而建立了混合硬化正交各向异性材料的增量型弹塑性损伤本构方程,并以具局部损伤的正交各向异性矩形薄板为例,采用Galerkin法和迭代法,对其弹塑性屈曲问题进行了分析,讨论了局部损伤对正交各向异性矩形薄板弹塑性屈曲临界应力的影响.   相似文献

基于板的一阶剪切理论和V on-K arm an大挠度理论,分别推导了复合材料层合板和层合梁的几何非线性有限元列式,提出了含嵌入分层的复合材料加筋层合板在受压缩载荷作用下的后屈曲有限元分析方法,对在板厚方向具有不同分层位置的加筋板结构进行了有限元数值分析,研究了不同的加筋方式及筋的分布对具有分层损伤的复合材料加筋层合板的后屈曲性态的影响,所得结果对确定在压缩载荷作用下含损伤复合材料加筋层合板的剩余承载能力具有参考价值。  相似文献

Full-range analysis for the buckling and postbuckling of rectangular plates under in-plane compression has been made by perturbation technique which takes deflection as itsperturbation parameter.In this paper the effects of initial geometric imperfection on the postbuckling behaviorof plates have been discussed.It is seen that the effect of initial imperfection on the inelasticpostbuckling of plates is sensitive.By comparison,it is found that the theoretical results ofthis paper are in good agreement with experiments.  相似文献

The fundamental solutions of the orthotropic thick plates taking into account the transverse shear deformation are derived by means of Hörmander's operator method and a plane-wave decomposition of the Dirac δ-function in this papey. The boundary integral equations of the thick plates have been formulated which are adapted to arbitrary boundary conditions and plane forms. The numerical calculation of the fundamental solutions is discussed in detail. Some numerical examples are analyzed with BEM.  相似文献

In the current paper we present the tensile force, the edge moment and edge transverse force acting on the single-lap joint and get the moment reduction factork for orthotropic plates. We use the variational method based on the principle of complementary energy. Considering Hooke's law for orthotropic materials, carrying out the variationV=0 and using the Euler-Poisson's equation we establish all the expressions of stresses in the joint for orthotropic plates. 基于Schapery三维黏弹性损伤本构关系,引入沈为和Kachanov损伤演化方程,建立了基体横向损伤的纤维单一方向铺设黏弹性板的损伤模型;应用von Karman板理论,导出了考虑损伤效应的具初始挠度的纤维单一方向铺设黏弹性矩形板的非线性压屈平衡方程. 对未知变量在空间上采用差分法离散,时间上采用增量算法和Newton-Cotes积分法离散,控制方程被迭代求解. 算例中讨论了损伤以及有关参数对黏弹性复合材料板后屈曲行为的影响,且与已有文献的结果进行了比较. 数值结果表明:随着外载荷或者初始挠度的增大,板后屈曲趋于稳定时的挠度就愈大,损伤的影响愈明显;而随着长宽比的增大,板后屈曲趋于稳定时的挠度愈小,损伤的影响却随之增大.  相似文献

A thermal postbuckling analysis is presented for a moderately thick rectangular plate subjected to (1) uniform and non-uniform tent-like temperature loading; and (2) combined axial compression and uniform temperature loading. The initial geometrical imperfection of plate is taken into account. The formulations are based on the Reissner-Mindlin plate theory considering the effects of rotary inertia and transverse shear deformation. The analysis uses a deflection-type perturbation technique to determine the thermal buckling loads and postbuckling equilibrium paths. Numerical examples are presented that relate to the performances of perfect and imperfect, moderately thick rectangular plates and are compared with the results predicted by the thin plate theory.  相似文献

The exploration in this work is how to minimize the stress concentration around the edge of the hole in an orthotropic plate. The study first presents the analytical solution of the stress distribution around arbitrary holes using the complex variable method and then carries out the shape optimization using the mixed penalty function method. In the optimization process, optimal holes and stress distributions under the different factors are investigated, i.e., the loading, the Young’s modulus, and the fiber direction. Finally, we come to the conclusion that in the biaxial compressive load state, the shape and the stress are mainly affected by the loading, followed by the fiber direction and the Young’s modulus. In the pure shear condition, all three factors determine the optimum results.  相似文献

In this paper, applying perturbation method to von Kármán-type nonlinear large deflection equations of orthotropic plates by taking deflection as perturbation parameter, thé postbuckling behavior of simply supported rectangular orthotropic plates under inplane compression is investigated. Two types of in-plane boundary conditions are now considered and the effects of initial imperfections are also studied. Numerical results are presented for various cases of orthotropic composite plates having different elastic properties. It is found that the results obtained are in good agreement with those of experiments.  相似文献

Based on the elasto-plastic theory, considering the effect of spherical stress tensor on the elasto-plastic deformation and using the slicing treatment to deal with the plasticity of functionally graded coatings, the elasto-plastic increment constitutive equations of the sandwich plates with functionally graded metal-metal face sheets can be derived. Applying the weak bonded theory to the interfacial constitutive relation and taking into account the geometric nonlinearity, the nonlinear increment differential equilibrium equations of the sandwich plates with functionally graded metal-metal face sheets are obtained by the minimum potential energy principle. The finite difference method and the iterative method are used to obtain the post-buckling path. When the effect of geometrical nonlinearity of the plate is ignored, the elasto-plastic critical buckling load of the sandwich plates with functionally graded metal-metal face sheets can be solved by the Galerkin method and the iterative method. In the numerical examples, the effects of the interface damages, the induced load ratio, the functionally graded index, and the geometry parameters on the elasto-plastic post-buckling path and the elasto-plastic critical buckling load are investigated.  相似文献

This paper presents a study on the postbuckling responses of shear deformable laminated plates resting on a tensionless foundation of the Pasternak-type and subjected to combined axial and thermal loads. Two different postbuckling cases are considered, namely (1) the compressive postbuckling of initially heated plates and (2) the thermal postbuckling of initially compressed plates. The postbuckling analysis of laminated plates is based on the higher order shear deformation plate theory with a von Kármán-type of kinematic non-linearity. It is assumed that the foundation reacts in compression only. The thermal effects are also included and the material properties are assumed to be temperature dependent. The initial geometric imperfection of the plates is taken into account. The analysis uses a two-step perturbation technique to determine the postbuckling response of the plates. An iterative scheme is developed to obtain numerical results without using any assumption on the shape of the contact region. Numerical solutions are presented in tabular and graphical forms to study the postbuckling behavior of antisymmetric angle-ply and symmetric cross-ply laminated plates resting on tensionless elastic foundations of the Pasternak-type, from which results for conventional elastic foundations are obtained as comparators. The results reveal that the unilateral constraint has a significant effect on the postbuckling response of the plates subjected to combined axial and thermal loads when the foundation stiffness is sufficiently large. The results also confirm that the postbuckling responses are significantly influenced by temperature dependency and initial membrane stress as well as initial thermal stress.  相似文献

Considering mass and stiffness of piezoelectric layers and damage effects of composite layers, nonlinear dynamic equations of damaged piezoelectric smart laminated plates are derived. The derivation is based on the Hamilton's principle, the higher- order shear deformation plate theory, von Karman type geometrically nonlinear straindisplacement relations, and the strain energy equivalence theory. A negative velocity feedback control algorithm coupling the direct and converse piezoelectric effects is used to realize the active control and damage detection with a closed control loop. Simply supported rectangular laminated plates with immovable edges are used in numerical computation. Influence of the piezoelectric layers' location on the vibration control is in- vestigated. In addition, effects of the degree and location of damage on the sensor output voltage are discussed. A method for damage detection is introduced.  相似文献
