The complicated electronic absorption spectra of several picramide autocomplexes were interpreted by the second derivative spectrophotometric method. A linear correlation was established between the values of the intramolecular charge-transfer energy and the ionization potential of a donor fragment of molecules. 在密度泛函理论的PBE1PBE/6-31G(d)水平上对呋喃查尔酮及其衍生物的几何结构进行优化计算.在获得基态稳定结构的基础上,应用含时密度泛函理论计算其电子吸收光谱,探讨了取代基和溶剂对电子吸收光谱的影响,计算结果与实验结果吻合很好,平均绝对偏差仅为3.3nm(0.04eV).结果表明,取代基的引入和溶剂极性的增大均使光谱发生红移.通过前线轨道分析,揭示了该类化合物的主要吸收峰均源自分子中HOMO→LUMO电子跃迁.  相似文献

The results of experimental and theoretical investigation of the electronic absorption spectra of substituted phenyldiacethylenes are presented. The bands in the experimental spectra were assigned in detail using quantum chemical calculations of the electronic structures and spectra of the molecules. 3,3-Dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisocarbostyryl azine (2) has been synthesized by oxidation of l-hydrazino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline (1). The crystal and molecular structures of compound 2 were determined. It has been established that in the solid state, compound2 exists as an azine tautomer. The IR, electronic, and NMR spectral data indicate that in solution the tautomeric form of2 does not change. The 9,10–1,10-anthraquinoid tautomer was found to be characteristic of physcion and emodin and their analogs in solutions using spectrophotometric, quantum-chemical, and correlation methods. Ionization of these compounds was accompanied by a shift in tautomeric equilibrium. In alkaline solutions 1,10-anthraquinoid anions with a single α-hydroxy that were stabilized by an intramolecular H-bond were formed. Potassium 10-methoxy-9-nitroanthracenide was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The central ring of the anthracene fragment adopts an asymmetrically flattened boat conformation. The bond lengths in the C(Ar)−C(NO2)−C(Ar) fragment are indicative of the presence of conjugation between the π-systems of the benzene rings and the nitro group owing to a substantial contribution of theaci form to the structure of the nitro group. Quantum-chemical calculations of anionic σ-complexes of 9-nitroanthracene derivatives were performed. In all cases, the central ring adopts two conformations with the pseudoaxial and pseudoequatorial orientations of the substituents at the saturated C(10) atom, respectively. The relative stability of the conformers and the factors determining the stability were considered. The minima on the potential energy surface have a flattened shape in spite of relatively high barriers to the conformational transition (2–4 kcal mol−1). The deviation of the C(Ar)−C(Ar)−C(sp3)−C(Ar) torsion angle from the equilibrium value by ±20° causes an increase in the energy of the anion by less than 1 kcal mol−1. The reduction of the electronic Schrodinger equation or its calculating algorithm from 4N‐dimensions to a (nonlinear, approximate) density functional of three spatial dimension one‐electron density for an N‐electron system, which is tractable in the practice, is a long desired goal in electronic structure calculation. If the Thomas‐Fermi kinetic energy (~∫ρ5/3d r 1) and Parr electron–electron repulsion energy (~∫ρ4/3d r 1) main‐term functionals are accepted, and they should, the later described, compact one‐electron density approximation for calculating ground state electronic energy from the 2nd Hohenberg–Kohn theorem is also noticeable, because it is a certain consequence of the aforementioned two basic functionals. Its two parameters have been fitted to neutral and ionic atoms, which are transferable to molecules when one uses it for estimating ground‐state electronic energy. The convergence is proportional to the number of nuclei (M) needing low disc space usage and numerical integration. Its properties are discussed and compared with known ab initio methods, and for energy differences (here atomic ionization potentials) it is comparable or sometimes gives better result than those. It does not reach the chemical accuracy for total electronic energy, but beside its amusing simplicity, it is interesting in theoretical point of view, and can serve as generator function for more accurate one‐electron density models. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The development of synthetic techniques has enabled synthesis and characterization of a series of mono and bis‐uranyl complexes of octadentate polypyrrolic macrocycles such as aryl‐lined H4LAr and anthracenyl‐linked H4L, which is complemented by theoretical investigation via extending to more toxic and radioactive transuranics. The relativistic density functional theory (DFT) study has been dedicated to twelve actinyl complexes supported by the H4L ligand. The actinides include U, Np, and Pu elements, and either one or two is rendered in complexes with oxidation states of V or VI. Calculated symmetric/asymmetric An = O stretching vibrational frequencies show the decreasing trend along U, Np, and Pu, which is consistent with calculated bond orders. The hydrogen bonds between –yl endo‐oxo and remaining hydrogen atoms of pyrrolides in mononuclear complexes cause pronounced redshift of An = O vibrational frequencies compared to those in binuclear complexes, so does the reduction from hexa‐ to penta valent complexes. The electronic structures of actinyl complexes were calculated. For example, B‐ pyUVI possesses low‐lying U(5f )‐character virtual orbitals, where f (δ) and f (?) orbitals occur in low‐energy region and π‐type ones are residing further high; the σ*(U = O) and σ(U = O) orbitals are significantly split over 7 eV. The previous experimental observation that the 1:1 reactions between uranyl salts and the macrocycle tend to give a mixture of bis‐ and mono‐uranyl complexes, with bis‐ the major product, has been corroborated by computational studies of the thermodynamics of the reactions.  相似文献

Electronic absorption spectra of complexes of C60 and C70 fullerenes with donors, tetrathiafulvalene and pyranylidene derivatives, were studied in solutions and in the solid state. Charge transfer bands were found in the 680–1300 nm range. The charge transfer energies (hv ct) for the C60 and C70 complexes in solutions are close and almost independent of the solvent polarity. For the C60 complexes in the solid state, the dependence ofhv ct on the ionization potential (IP) of donors was found to behv ct=0.82IP–3.93 eV. In the C60 complexes in the solid state, thehv ct values are 0.15–0.20 eV lower than those in the solution. The linear dependences ofhv ct onIP of donors for the C60 complexes lie 0.6–0.7 eV higher than those in the complexes with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). This is associated with lower values of the electron affinity of C60 and the energy of the electrostatic interaction in the fullerene complexes as compared to those of the TCNE complexes. Two novel complexes [Zn( L )2·(NO3)2] ( 1 ) and [Ni( L )2·2H2O]·2CH3OH·(NO3)2 ( 2 ) ( L = 2-(2-thiazolyl)-4-methyl-1,2-dihydroquinazoline-N3-oxide) were synthesized successfully and characterized by elemental analysis, as well as various spectroscopic techniques. Specifically, the photoluminescence behavior of complex 1 was explored in different solvents. The structural characterization of both complexes has been determined single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It revealed that the metals in 1 and 2 are chelated by two L ligands in centro-symmetrically fashion and the complexes are counterbalanced by nitrate ions which act as coordinating species in 1 , while two water molecules complete the Ni coordination sphere in 2 . In the crystal structures, the adjacent molecules of complex 1 disclosed a ladder-like 2-D network and 3-D supramolecular self-assembly. Simultaneously, an infinite 1-D chain, 2-D layered skeleton, and even meter-shaped 3-D network of 2 was governed by molecular interactions (H–bonds, C–H⋯π). Most strikingly, the research of antibacterial activity proved that two complexes had good activity against two standard bacteria strains. To ascertain deeply the optimum geometric configurations and detect the frontier molecular orbital energy gaps, density functional theory (DFT) calculations were also investigated. Additionally, analyses of Hirshfeld surfaces (HS) and electrostatic potential (ESP) were also performed to quantify the presence of diverse noncovalent interactions.  相似文献

2-(Triphenylstannyloxy)-3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzoquinone (1) was obtained from the potassium salt of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone and triphenyltin bromide in methanol and characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis, electronic, IR, and NMR spectroscopy. According to x-ray diffraction data, the single crystal of1 has the structure of a chain metal polymer with bridging hydroxy-para-quinone ligands; the coordination number of tin is six. Complex1 is reduced by cobaltocene to the corresponding radical anion. Natural 1,5-di-, 1,4,5-tri-, and 1,4,5,8-tetrahydroxyanthraquinones and their anions and metal complexes were shown to be equilibrium mixtures of tautomers and conformers using quantum-chemical and correlation analysis of elecronic absorption spectra. In this review sample preparation strategies used for crude oil digestion in last ten years are discussed focusing on further metals and non-metals determination. One of the main challenges of proposed methods has been to overcome the difficulty to bring crude oil samples into solution, which should be compatible with analytical techniques used for element determination. On this aspect, this review summarizes the sample preparation methods for metals and non metals determination in crude oil including those based on wet digestion, combustion, emulsification, extraction, sample dilution with organic solvents, among others. Conventional methods related to wet digestion with concentrated acids or combustion are also covered, with special emphasis to closed systems. Trends in sample digestion, such as microwave-assisted digestion using diluted acids combined with high-efficiency decomposition systems are discussed. On the other hand, strategies based on sample dilution in organic solvents and procedures recommended for speciation analysis are reported as well as the use of direct analysis in view of the recent importance for crude oil field. A compilation concerning sample preparation for crude oil provided by official methods as well as certified reference materials available for accuracy evaluation is also presented and discussed.  相似文献

In the present paper, a critical overview of the most commonly used techniques for the characterization and the determination of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is given on the basis of 170 references (2000–2014). The analytical techniques used for CNT characterization (including microscopic and diffraction, spectroscopic, thermal and separation techniques) are classified, described, and illustrated with applied examples. Furthermore, the performance of sampling procedures as well as the available methods for the determination of CNTs in real biological and environmental samples are reviewed and discussed according to their analytical characteristics. In this study, a fingerprint-activity relationship modeling between chemical fingerprints and antirheumatic activity was established, and multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the quality of Taxilli Herba (TH) from different hosts. Characteristic fingerprints of 20 batches of TH samples were generated by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS), and the similarity analysis was calculated based on thirteen common characteristic peaks by hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA). Subsequently, nine efficacy markers were discovered by combining fingerprints and antirheumatic activity through grey correlation analysis (GCA) and bivariate correlation analysis (BCA). Meanwhile, the content of 5 constituents in 9 markers was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-linear ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS). The comprehensive quality of TH was assessed using multivariate statistical analysis, including principal components analysis (PCA) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The results showed that a high dose of TH extract could markedly ameliorate arthritis damage compared to other doses, with flavonoids playing an important role in the antirheumatic activity. The comprehensive quality of samples from Morus alba L. (SS) was superior to those from Liquidambar formosana Hance (FXS). The present study will demonstrate the markers associated with efficacy, and provide an applicable strategy for more comprehensive quality control and evaluation of TH.  相似文献

A novel series of isatin hybrids 5a-g was designed, synthesized, and characterized spectroscopically. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against the human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) by in vitro MTT assay. Amongst the tested compounds, 5e compound bearing benzyl moiety at N4 piperazine was found to be the most active with the promising IC50 (12.47 µM). Moreover, the active compounds 5e and 5g were subjected to antitumor evaluation (in vivo) against Dalton’s ascitic lymphoma (DAL) cell line and the results suggested that the best active compound 5e can normalize the blood picture in comparison to the standard drug. An in silico molecular docking study using the crystal structure of Hsp90 protein described the role of significant protein–ligand interactions and revealed more insights into the binding mode. The drug-likeliness of the compounds was predicted based on Lipinski's rule of five and pharmacokinetic ADME parameters. Hence, the synthesized isatin hybrids could be novel starting point anticancer lead compounds demonstrating drug-like properties which can be explored further for anticancer drug discovery.  相似文献
