Reactions of Ln2O3 and trans-4-pyridylacrylic acid (4-Hpya) in EtOH/H2O or MeOH/H2O produced two new lanthanide/4-pya complexes [Ln(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 (1: Ln = Eu; 2: Ln = La) in low yields. However, reactions of LnCl3 · 6H2O with 4-Hpya/aqueous ammonia in EtOH/H2O or MeOH/H2O gave rise to 1 or 2 in higher yields. Both compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. Compounds 1 · 2EtOH · 2H2O and 2 · 2MeOH · 2H2O were confirmed to possess one-dimensional polymeric chain structures. In the structure of 1, each Eu(III) adopts a monocapped square-antiprism coordination geometry and each dimer [Eu(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 within the chain is interconnected by two pairs of different bridging 4-pya ligands. On the other hand, each La(III) of 2 takes a bicapped square-antiprism coordination geometry and each dimer [La(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 within the chain is linked by two pairs of tridentate bridging 4-pya ligands. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 in the solid state were investigated.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers of copper(I) chloride and pyrazinic acid (pyz-H), namely [CuCl(pyz-H)2]·2H2O (1) and [Cu2Cl2(pyz)(H2O)]·H2O (2) have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic, magnetic and crystallographic methods. The overall physical measurements suggest that 1 is diamagnetic and contains monodentate N-pyrazinic acid, whereas 2 is paramagnetic and contains tridentate N,N′,O- chelating bridging pyrazinato anion. In the structure of 1 as elucidated by X-ray single crystal analysis, the asymmetric units [CuCl(pyz)2] are linked together forming a zigzag chain with tetrahedral copper(I) environment. The two lattice water molecules form hydrogen bonds with the uncoordinated N atom and carboxylate group O atom of pyz-H molecules. The Cu–N bond lengths are 2.009(6) Å and Cu–Cl distances are 2.337(2) Å. Complex 2 has a three-dimensional structure with the chains [Cu(I)Cu(II)(C5H3N2O2)Cl2(H2O)] interconnected by [Cu(I)Cl2N] tetrahedral unit and [Cu(II)NO2Cl2] polyhedra. The Cu(I)–Cl and Cu(I)–N distances are 2.327(2)–2.581(2) Å and 1.988(6) Å, respectively, whereas the Cu(II)–Cl and Cu(II)–N bond lengths are 2.258(2), 2.581(2) Å, and 2.017(6) Å, respectively. Hydrogen bonds of the type O–HO are formed between lattice and coordinated water, and carboxylate oxygens of pyrazinato ligand giving rise to a three-dimensional network. The Cl anions act as bridging ligands in both complexes. The magnetic data of complex 2 have been measured from 2 to 300 K and discussed.  相似文献

The XRD structure of two seven-coordinated Mn(II) complexes with the formula [Mn(phen)(nicot)(NO3)(H2O)]·EtOH·H2O (1) and [Mn(phen)(NO3)2(H2O)] (2) are reported. The 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, nitrato and nicotinato anions act as bidentate ligands, with Mn–N distances of 2.21–2.29 Å and Mn–O distances of 2.17–2.40 Å. In both compounds, the water molecule seems to be the strongest coordinated ligand, with bond distances of 2.139(2) Å in 1 and 2.195(2) Å in 2. The average ratio between coordinated unidentate and bidentate bond lengths less than the unity justifies, from an energetical point of view, the shape of the coordination polyhedra. In the structure of 1, the coordination polyhedron may be best-described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with a nitrogen from phenanthroline and the water molecule occupying the apical sites. The polyhedron shape for 2 is close to a square-capped trigonal prism, the capping site being occupied by the water molecule. The crystal structures are built by H-bonded bidimensional sheets piled up by ππ stacking of the partially interpenetrated aromatic moieties of adjacent layers.  相似文献

The lanthanide sulphate octahydrates Ln2(SO4)3·8H2O (Ln=Ho, Tm) and the respective tetrahydrate Pr2(SO4)3·4H2O were obtained by evaporation of aqueous reaction mixtures of trivalent rare earth oxides and sulphuric acid at 300 K. Ln2(SO4)3·8H2O (Ln=Ho, Tm) crystallise in space group C2/c (Z=4, aHo=13.4421(4) Å, bHo=6.6745(2) Å, cHo=18.1642(5) Å, βHo=102.006(1) Å3 and aTm=13.4118(14) Å, bTm=6.6402(6) Å, cTm=18.1040(16) Å, βTm=101.980(8) Å3), Pr2(SO4)3·4H2O adopts space group P21/n (a=13.051(3) Å, b=7.2047(14) Å, c=13.316(3) Å, β=92.55(3) Å3). The vibrational and optical spectra of Ho2(SO4)3·8H2O and Pr2(SO4)3·4H2O are also reported.  相似文献

Three new copper(II) complexes with isonicotinic acid N-oxide (HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as ligands, [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(NO3)2···2H2O (1), [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(ClO4)2···2H2O (2), and [Cu(L)(phen)Br]2- [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2Br2···6H2O (3) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structures of all three complexes feature a Cu2 dimer formed by two Cu(II) ions interconnected by two bridging ligands. Each copper(II) ion has a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry with elongated axial coordination by an aqua ligand or halogen anion. The isonicotinic acid N-oxide anion is bidentate, being coordinated to two Cu(II) ions through its N-O oxygen and one of its carboxylate oxygen atoms. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show a Curie–Weiss paramagnetic behavior characteristic of one unpaired electron for a copper(II) ion for all three complexes.  相似文献

The enthalpies of dissolution in water of new ternary complexes of four late trivalent lanthanide ions Ln(Gly)4Im(ClO4)3·nH2O (Ln=Gd, Tb, Dy, Y; Gly: glycine; Im: imidazole and n=1 or 2) were measured by means of a Calvet microcalorimeter. Empirical formulae for the calculation of the enthalpies of dissolution (ΔdissH), relative apparent molar enthalpies (ΔdissH (app)), relative partial molar enthalpies (ΔdissH (partial)) and enthalpies of dilution (ΔdilH1,2) were obtained from the experimental data of the enthalpies of dissolution of these complexes. The plot of ΔdissHmΘ, ΔdissH (app) and ΔdissH (partial) versus the values of the ionic radius of the lanthanide element (r) showed a grouping effect of the lanthanide elements, indicating that the coordinated bond between the lanthanide ions and the ligands has some covalent character. The unknown value of the standard enthalpy of dissolution for the similar complex: Ho(Gly)4Im(ClO4)3·H2O was estimated according to the plot of ΔdissHmΘ versus r.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the double salt CoCl2·MgCl2·8H2O has been determined by the X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the space group with a=6.0976(9), b=6.308(1), c=8.579(3) Å, α=81.99(2)°, β=88.40°, γ=84.61(1)°, Z=1, and R=0.027. The crystal consists of two kinds of well separated octahedra, [CoCl4(H2O)2]2− and [Mg(H2O)6]2+. The former is unique as aquachloro complexes of Co2+. In order to elucidate the reason prepared as such unique complexes in the double salts, formation energies for [MCl4(H2O)2]2− and [M(H2O)6]2+ (M=Co, Mg) have been calculated by using the density functional methods, and it has been revealed that the formation energies of the first coordination sphere for the metal ions and the Cl?H2O hydrogen bond networks around [CoCl4(H2O)2]2− play a decisive role in forming [CoCl4(H2O)2]2− with the regular octahedral geometry in the double salt.  相似文献

An unprecedented hybrid solid obtained by self-assembly of octamolybdate clusters into a three-dimensional alkali metal modified neodymium-organic heterometallic framework is described. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/n, , , , β=98.90(3)°; ; Z=2, R (final)=0.0474. The data were collected on a Rigaku R-AXIS RAPID IP diffractometer at 293 K using graphite-monochromated MoKα radiation () and oscillation scans technique in the range of 1.98°<θ<27.48°.  相似文献

本文利用水热合成方法,将稀土氧化物与邻苯二乙酸(H2pda)反应得到了2个新颖的稀土配位聚合物{[Ln2(pda)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n(Ln=Nd(1),La(2))。测定了它们的晶体结构,并进行了X-射线单晶衍射、红外光谱、荧光光谱和热重分析等性质的表征。晶体结构测定表明这2个化合物为异质同晶化合物。属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。晶体学参数分别为配合物1:a=2.629 06(18)nm,b=1.611 72(11)nm,c=0.783 27(5)nm,β=93.173(5)°,V=3.313 9(4)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1 840,μ=3.173 mm-1,Dc=1.878 g·cm-3,R1=0.022 6,wR2=0.060 9;配合物2:a=2.627 1(14)nm,b=1.614 9(8)nm,c=0.796 6(4)nm,β=92.850(9)°,V=3.375(3)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1 816,μ=2.570 mm-1,Dc=1.823 g·cm-3,R1=0.0466,wR2=0.1416。化合物中邻苯二乙酸配体连接相邻的稀土金属离子,形成复杂的具有stp拓朴构型的三维网络结构。  相似文献

Two mononuclear RuII complexes of polypyridyl ligands, cis-[Ru(bpy)2(4,4′-bpy)Cl](PF6)·H2O (1) and cis-[Ru(phen)2(CH3CN)2](PF6)2 (2) (bpy=2,2′-bipyridyl, 4,4′-bpy=4,4′-bipyridyl, and PHEN=1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV–vis spectra. The crystal structures of both complexes have been determined by X-ray diffraction, indicating that each RuII center is hexa-coordinated (RuN5Cl for 1 and RuN6 for 2) and takes a distorted octahedral geometry. The favored feature of both complexes is that they are quite useful complex precursors for further constructing new functional architectures.  相似文献

One-dimensional Co(dien)2(VO3)3·(H2O) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of NH4VO3, Co2O3, diethylenetriamine (dien) and H2O at 130 °C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.1581(6) Å, b=8.7006(3) Å, c=13.9893(4) Å, β=103.1483(11)°, V=1915.13(11) Å3, Z=4, and R1=0.0268 for 3060 observed reflections. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure is composed of infinite one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing VO4 tetrahedra with Co(dien)3+ complex cations and crystallization water molecules occupying the interchain positions, which are held together to a three-dimensional network via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions. The compound, with a new zig-zag conformation of metavanadate chains, is the first example of vanadium oxides incorporating trivalent transition metal coordination groups. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis are also described.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural determination of NdIII and ErIII complexes with nitrilotriacetic acid (nta) were reported in this paper. Their crystal and molecular structures and compositions were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses and elemental analyses, respectively. The crystal of K3[NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]·6H2O complex belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5490(11) nm, b=1.3028(9) nm, c=2.6237(18) nm, β=96.803(10)°, V=5.257(6) nm3, Z=8, M=763.89, Dc=1.930 g cm−3, μ=2.535 mm−1 and F(000)=3048. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0390 and 0.0703 for 4501 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0758 and 0.0783 for all 10474 reflections, respectively. The NdIIIN2O7 part in the [NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic nine-coordinate structure in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly. The crystal of the K3[ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O complex also belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5343(5) nm, b=1.2880(4) nm, c=2.6154(8) nm, b=96.033(5)°, V=5.140(3) nm3, Z=8, M=768.89, Dc=1.987 g cm−3, μ=3.833 mm−1 and F(000)=3032. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0321 and 0.0671 for 4445 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0432 and 0.0699 for all 10207 reflections, respectively. The ErIIIN2O7 part in the [ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has the same structure as NdIIIN2O7 part in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly.  相似文献

A complex of the composition KNa3[Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]3 [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]·32.5H2O (I) was obtained by interaction of FeCl3·6H2O and phosphotungstate K102-P2W17O61]·20H2O in an acetate buffer with a yield of 52%. Compound I was characterized by single crystal X-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. In the crystal structure, the Na and K cations bind [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ trinuclear cations and [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]7− heteropolytungstate anions into infinite zigzag chains. A novel malonate-bridged copper (II) compound of formula {[Cu4(4,4′-bpy)8(mal)2(H2O)4](ClO4)2(H2O)4(CH3OH)2}n (4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine; mal = malonate dianion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. This compound exhibits a novel three-dimensional network being composed of Cu-4,4′-bipyridine layers which are pillared by malonate bridge ligands. Three new hydrated scandium selenites have been hydrothermally synthesized as single crystals and structurally and physically characterized. Sc2(SeO3)3·H2O crystallizes as a new structure type containing novel ScO7 pentagonal bipyramidal and ScO6+1 capped octahedral coordination polyhedra. Sc2(SeO3)3·3H2O contains typical ScO6 octahedra and is isostructural with its M2(SeO3)3·3H2O (M=Al, Cr, Fe, Ga) congeners. CsSc3(SeO3)4(HSeO3)2·2H2O contains near-regular ScO6 octahedra and has essentially the same structure as its indium-containing analogue. All three phases contain the expected pyramidal [SeO3]2- selenite groups. The reaction of the lanthanide oxides, bromotrimethylsilane and water in THF resulted in [LnBr3(THF)x]. If digylme (diglyme = diethylen glicol dimethyl ether) was added to these reaction mixtures in the mole ratio n(Ln): n(diglyme) ~ 1: 2.2 – 3, the ionic complexes [LnBr2(diglyme)2][LnBr4(diglyme)] (Ln = La ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Eu ( 3 )) were isolated. Crystal structures of the two new complexes, 2 and 3 , which were recrystallized from dichloromethane, were determined. The immediate reaction of the complexes 1 and 2 with HMPA (HMPA = hexamethylphosphoramide) in toluene resulted in [LnBr2(HMPA)4]Br·0.5H2O (Ln = La( 4 ), Sm ( 5 )).  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了离子型配合物[Ni(phen)2(H2O)2][Ni(PDC)2]•7H2O (H2PDC=吡啶-2,6-二甲酸, phen=1,10-菲啰啉). 通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶X射线衍射以及热重分析对配合物进行了表征. 晶体数据解析表明, 化合物属于三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=1.0092(4) nm, b=1.4599(6) nm, c=1.4933(5) nm, α=73.982(2)°, β=78.652(2)°, γ=75.184(3)°, V=2.0256(13) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=1004, μ=1.014 mm-1, R1=0.0538, wR2=0.1493. 配合物中的结晶水分子形成一个(H2O)12水簇, (H2O)12水簇通过氢键连接为二维水网, 最终构成三维超分子网络.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (pydcH2) and Co(NO3)2 or Ni(NO3)2 in the presence of 4,4′-bipyridine results in two novel compounds Co(pydc)(H2O)2 (1) and Ni(pydc)(H2O) (2). Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, C2/c, a=9.900(2), b=11.984(2), c=7.3748(15) Å, β=105.37(3)°, V=843.7(3) Å3, Z=4; 2, monoclinic, P21/c, a=7.7496(6), b=15.0496(11), c=6.4224(5) Å, β=108.437(1)°, V=710.59(9) Å3, Z=4. The structure of 1 is composed of honeycomb layers built up from {CoO4N} trigonal bipyramids and 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate bridges. The structure of 2 adopts a three-dimensional framework structure in which the Ni atoms are coordinated by the pydc bridges both within the honeycomb layer and between the layers. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated.  相似文献
