1 引 言 基于荧光熄灭的光纤氧传感器在环保、工业、医药、生化等领域有着广泛的应用前景。水中溶解氧的浓度是水质监测的一项重要指标,经典测定方法为碘量法。本文用自行合成的荧光试剂研制了光纤氧传感器,考察了增塑剂对膜响应特性的影响以及传感器的工作条件和干扰情况,同时对不同样品的溶解氧进行了测定,并与碘量法的测定结果进行了对比,经配对t检验,结果无显著性差异。2 实验与结果2.1仪器和试剂 RF-5000荧光分光光度计(日本岛津公司),双臂石英光纤束(北京玻璃研究院加工),LM-1型测氧仪(中国科学院…  相似文献

在过去几十年中,光纤的应用已经渗透到多个学科领域。光纤的抗电磁干扰、可远程监控、多重监测、体积小及质量轻等特点,使其在传感器研究领域备受关注。聚电解质层层自组装膜构建的光纤传感器自2000年诞生以来,已快速发展成为传感器领域新的研究热点。该类光纤传感器在微量物质的监测方面具有广泛的应用前景。本文从光纤和光纤传感器优点出发,总结了基于层层自组装多层膜的光纤传感器种类、性能、检测原理以及相应的光纤结构和自组装材料;进而结合作者已做的相关工作,论述了在光纤基底上的聚电解质层层自组装及基于自组装膜的光纤传感器的测试;重点综述了近十年层层自组装膜的光纤pH传感器、湿度传感器、气体传感器、生物传感器及其他类型的光纤传感器的制备与应用,并展望了今后聚电解质层层自组装多层膜光纤传感器的发展。  相似文献

与传统的传感器设备阵列相比,由于结构更为简单,具有广泛检测兼容性的光纤系统逐渐成为分布式监测的有力候选者。然而,受工作机制的限制,大多数光纤传感器仍局限于对折射率等物理参数进行探测,一种用于环境化学监测的全光纤分布式传感系统亟待研发。本工作中,我们向化学气相沉积法生长的石墨烯光子晶体光纤(Gr-PCF)中引入了一种化学传感机制。初步结果表明,石墨烯光子晶体光纤可以选择性地检测浓度为ppb级的二氧化氮气体,并在液体中表现出离子敏感性。石墨烯光子晶体光纤与光纤通信系统的波分、时分复用技术结合后,将为实现分布式光学传感环境问题提供巨大的潜力和机会。  相似文献

以奎宁为荧光试剂,通过改变传感液膜的组成及采用非稳态测量法,研制成功高灵敏度的二氧化硫光纤传感器,该传感器的线性响应范围为3.1×10-7~7.8×10-5mol/L,检测限达1.6×10-7mol/L.研究了内充液中NaHSO3浓度、内充液层厚度对该光纤传感器动态响应信号的影响,用该传感器测定了葡萄酒中游离二氧化硫的含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用银镜反应湿法制备了反射式光纤表面等离子体共振(Surface plasmon resonance,SPR)传感器,并结合多巴胺自聚合功能对光纤表面银膜进行快速生物功能化修饰,实现了抗体抗原相互结合的在线监测。通过自行搭建SPR仪器,考察了传感区长度的影响,跟踪测定了传感器各个修饰步骤后SPR信号的变化。测试结果表明,该法制备的光纤SPR传感器具有很高的灵敏度。随着传感区长度的增加,基于SPR峰位的检测灵敏度随之增大,而基于SPR峰强的检测灵敏度无明显变化。当传感区长度为1.5 cm时,基于SPR峰位对蔗糖溶液折射率的检测灵敏度为4 166 nm/RIU,而基于SPR峰强的检测灵敏度为99%/RIU。进一步利用该传感器监测了Ig G的连接过程、Ig G抗体-抗原的相互结合过程,结果显示其可应用于生物传感检测领域。  相似文献

微纳光纤与其他微纳结构的集成可以拓展荧光光纤传感器检测范围和集成度,是光纤传感领域的研究热点。目前,国际上关于荧光光纤传感器这一领域的研究还处于单一检测物荧光响应的阶段,对多检测物的多通道荧光响应仍存在很大挑战。本文结合微纳光纤的光波导性能以及有机荧光材料的光功能特性,制备了能够同时激发和收集多种荧光的微纳光纤,并将之应用于高性能荧光光纤传感器的制备。通过选用不同荧光波长的有机材料与凝胶掺杂,制备了多荧光发射的光纤涂层材料,可控构筑了多组分荧光检测剂掺杂凝胶涂层。利用荧光光谱结合色度图分析,确定检测物与色坐标的关系,实现了多检测物的多通道荧光响应,为实现多荧光光纤传感器的可控构筑提供了有益的借鉴和指导意义。  相似文献

Two different fiber optic sensors were developed for the determination of hydrogen sulfide at ppb concentration levels; a probe-type fiber optic sensor coated with polyethylene oxide containing 0.5 M CdCl(2) and a fiber optic sensor utilizing 0.5 M CdCl(2)-pretreated filter paper as solid substrate. In the first type, CdCl(2)-polyethyleneoxide (PEO) mixture was coated onto the tip of a fiber optic probe and the probe was exposed to H(2)S. The methodology is based on the measurement of CdS fluorescence on the surface. Detection limit (3s) of the PEO-coated fiber optic system was 36.0 ppb for H(2)S and precision at the 0.552 ppm level was 29% R.S.D. For the fiber optic system utilizing CdCl(2)-pretreated filter paper, two different configurations were devised and evaluated; a bifurcated fiber optic sensor and a single fiber optic sensor. Similar figures were obtained with these two systems; the detection limit (3s) was 4.0 ppb for the bifurcated fiber optic sensor and 4.3 ppb for the single fiber optic sensor, and both sensors had linear responses in the range 0.032-1.0 ppm. Their precisions at 0.299 ppm level were also very similar, 10 and 11% R.S.D., respectively, for the bifurcated and single fiber systems. In addition to the fiber optic sensors developed, various surfactants (sodiumdodecylsulfate (SDS), Aerosol OT, Aerosol A102, Aerosol 501), some cellulosic substances (sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), ethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, alpha-cellulose) and several water-soluble polymers (polyacrylicacid polyethleneoxide (PEO), polyvinylalcohol (PVA)) were dissolved in proper solvents and after mixing with 0.5 M CdCl(2), were spread over glass slides. These novel solid substrates were exposed to H(2)S and fluorescence signal on the surfaces of the glass slides was measured with a luminescence spectrometer. The new substrates were shown to be good alternatives to filter paper for the determination of H(2)S by room temperature solid surface fluorescence spectrometry.  相似文献

本文采用溶胶凝胶法和包埋法分别将对pH值和湿度敏感的指示剂修饰在光纤纤芯表面,制成了具有较宽检测范围的光纤pH传感器和光纤湿度传感器。通过X射线能谱仪(EDX)对所制备的pH和湿度敏感膜的表面成分进行了分析,并采用光功率计对敏感膜进行了光学检测。结果表明:当pH值在4.5~13的范围内变化时,光输出功率与pH值近似呈线性变化规律;当相对湿度(RH)在25%~80%的范围内变化时,光输出功率与RH值近似呈线性变化规律,并且二者在其检测范围内均具有良好的可逆性。  相似文献

Micro-capillaries are finding increasing utility in the development of portable analytical sensors. We present design guidelines for optimizing the collection of free propagating fluorescence for capillary waveguide sensors used in the detection of nucleic acids. A dual function integrated opto/fluid connector is also described. Evanescent wave excitation of the coating layer containing a DNA probe is achieved by using a fiber optic ring arrangement for coupling light directly into the capillary wall. The central part of the connector is used for injecting a DNA or RNA target into the capillary channel. In situ hybridization has been used to detect target molecules at a concentration of 30 pg ml−1. The sensor can be regenerated for repeated detection of DNA or RNA targets.  相似文献

Excitation of hexanuclear molybdenum complexes such as Mo6Cl12 and its derivatives in the ultraviolet results in a strongly red-shifted luminescence centered at 750nm. Since oxygen efficiently quenches the luminescence, these thermally stable inorganic complexes are candidate lumophores for real-time, high temperature optical fiber based sensing of oxygen. Sol-gel films containing the acetonitrile complex of Mo6Cl12 were deposited on quartz substrates by dip coating. After drying, the films were heated at 200C for 1 h. The luminescence lineshapes of films before and after heating were unchanged, indicating that heating did not adversely affect the cluster photophysics. Compared to solutions of the acetonitrile complex, quenching by oxygen was smaller in the as-prepared films, but heating at 200C for 1 h increased the quenching, apparently due to increased oxygen permeability resulting from the loss of water or other small molecules from the matrix. These results confirm the potential of hexanuclear molybdenum complexes such as Mo6Cl12⋅2CH3CN as the lumophores in fiber optic oxygen sensors that can operate up to 200C.  相似文献

Fiber optic sensors for nitrite were prepared by first electrochemically depositing a film of cobalt(II) tetrakis(o-aminophenyl)porphyrin, [Co(o-NH(2))TPP], on the surface of indium(tin) oxide glass slides. Then, the slides with the immobilized porphyrin were positioned at the tip of an optical fiber bundle. The response of the sensors was based on a change in absorbance caused by the interaction between nitrite and the poly[Co(o-NH(2))TPP] film. The sensors had a detection limit of 6 x 10(-9)M nitrite. The selectivity of the sensors was determined under both separate solutions and fixed interference conditions. The sensor had a long lifetime and was reversible.  相似文献

Optical sensors are prepared by immobilizing an indicating layer on the distal end of a fiber optic cable. Dyes, enzymes, and antibodies can all be incorporated into the layer using a variety of immobilization techniques.
