The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of artemisia mongolica Fisch. were separated by gas chromatography employing glass capillary eolumns and identified by GC-MS-COM. 30 components have been separated and identified, i.e. 2-methyl-2-butene, methylene cyclopentane, 7,7-dimethyl-3-methylen-bicyclo-(3, 1, 1) heptane, α-thujene, α-pinene, camphene, 1-octen-3-o1, β-thujene, β-pinene, α-phellandrene, bornylene, p-cymene, terpinen-1-o1, artemisia ketone, γ-terpinene, β-terpineol, 3,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo-(3, 1,1)-2-heptanol, α-terpinolene, verbenone, linalool iso-thujone, thujone, camphor, isopulegone, isoborneol, terpinen-4-o1, α-terpineol, myrtenol, trans- carveol, cis-carveol. 相似文献

The chemical constituents of essential oil from the roots of Bupleurum chinense DC. were examined by means of GC-MS technique combined with preparative GC TLC and IR. As a result of the analyses, twenty components were identified namely: pentanoic acid, caproic acid, heptanoic acid, 2-heptenoci acid, caprylic acid, 2-octenoic acid, pelargonic acid, 2-nonenoic acid, phenol, cresol, ethylphenol, thymol, eugenol, 0-methoxyphenol, γ-heptalactone, γ-octalactone, γ-decalactone, γ-undecalactone, messoialactone and vanillin acetate. 相似文献

A new quassinoid glucoside, yadanzigan (1a), has been isolated from Brucea javanica (L) Merr. 1a has formula C26H38O14(M+574), m.p. 243-245C, (α)D^2^3 60.0 (c. 1.70, H2O). The structure has been established as brucein E-2-β-D-glucopyranoside by enzymatic hydrolysis of 1a and elemental analyses, ^1H NMR, ^1^3C NMR and mass spectral analyses of 1a and its aglycone 2a. 相似文献

Xian-Ye-Xuan-Fu-Hua, the flowers of Inula linariaefolia Turcz (Compositae), is a commonly known Chinese medicinal herb and used as expectorant as well as for the treatment of some malignant tumors. The chemical investigation of its active principles by our early work in 1964 resulted in the isolation of a new sesquiterpene lactone (m.p. 190-192`C, (α)D-24 in CHCl3), which possesses significant inhibitory action against Hela cells and fungi in vitro. Besides, it also shows some expectorant activity in preliminary pharmacological tests. Analyses of the spectral data (IR, UV, ^1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS) and our early results of chemical reactions suggested that the compound is the same as britanin 1 (m.p. 192-194`C, (α)D-26 in CHCl3) studied Chugunov in 1971. However its stereochemistry remained unsolved. On careful examination of the 360 MHZ 1H NMR data (in CDCl3 and in C6D6) and the Cotton effects of ORD spectra of its saturated lactone and cyclopentanone derivatives, we considered that britanin must be ambros-11(13)-en-2β, 4β, 6α, 8α-tetraol-12-oic-(12,8)- lactone, 2, 6-diacetate (7). Since the large values for J6,7, J7,8, J8,9, J9,10 and J1,10 indicate the existence of successive a-a trans coupling in all vicinal protons form C6 to C1, the cofnformation of the cycloheptane ring must be in chair from. 从尖山橙(Melodinus fusiformis)全植物中分得15个生物碱, 其中三个为新生物碱,采用波谱分析和化学方法,它们的结构分别鉴定为: 11,19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine,11-hydroxy-14,15a-epoxy tabersonine 和 scandine N~b-oxide。其余12个为已知生物碱: scandine, moloscandonine, 10-hydroxysoandine, Kopsinine,15α-hydroxydopsinine, venalstonine, tabersonine,11-methoxytabersonine, 11-hydroxytabersonine, tubotaiwine(13), vindolinine (14)和deacetylpicraline。新生物碱1和2分别显示有明显的抗生育和抗肿瘤的作用。 相似文献

华马钱(Strychnos cathayansis Merr)产于我国广西、海南岛等地,民间用以镇痛。本文报道其有效成分的提取和结构鉴定。从广西华马钱粗提物中得到的总生物碱,经硅胶离心层析,分得三个主要组分。组分A:高分辨质谱测得分子量352.1704,分子式为C_(21)H_(24)N_2O_3。λ_(max):250nm示有N-乙酰基-二氢吲哚核的特征吸收;ν_(max):1640cm~(-1)和720cm~(-1),说明含有酰胺基及苯环上有四个相邻的芳氢,~1H NMR除证实有四个芳氢外,还显示δ2.27ppm酰胺的甲基信号,说明吲哚核上的氮原子已被乙酰化;质谱m/z352(M~ ,100%),180(碎片c,81),144(碎片b-C_2H_2O,84),130(碎片a-C_2H_2O,36),显示具有Wieland Gumlich醛的骨架,其断裂机理如下所示: 相似文献
