The graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were produced by chemical conversion of graphite, and were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). An electrochemical sensor based on Ni/graphene (GR) composite film was developed by incorporating Ni2+ into the graphene oxide film modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GO/GCE) through the electrostatic interactions with negatively charged graphene oxide. The Ni2+/graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GR/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetric scanning of Ni/GO/GCE in the potential range from ?1.5 to 0.2 V at 50 mV s?1 for 5 cycles. The electrochemical activity of Ni/GR/GCE was illustrated in 0.10 M NaOH using cyclic voltammetry. The Ni/GR/GCE exhibits the characteristic of improved reversibility and enhanced current responses of the Ni(III)/Ni(II) couple. The introduction of conductive graphene not only greatly facilitates the electron transfer of Ni2+, but also dramatically improves the long-term stability of the sensor by providing the electrostatic interactions. Ni/GR/GCE also shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of glucose. The Ni/GR/GCE gives a good linear range over 10 to 2700 μM with a detection limit of 5 μM towards the determination of glucose by amperometry. This sensor keeps over 85% activity towards 0.1 mM glucose after being stored in air for a month, respectively. Furthermore, the modified sensor was successfully applied to the sensitive determination of glucose in blood samples.  相似文献

The highly sensitive determination of ofloxacin (OFL) in human serum and urine was achieved on a novel tryptophan‐graphene oxide‐carbon nanotube (Trp‐GO‐CNT) composite modified glassy carbon electrode (Trp‐GO‐CNT/GCE). The Trp‐GO‐CNT composite was fabricated, and its morphologies and surface functional groups were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy. The electrochemical properties of Trp‐GO‐CNT/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The superior electrochemical behaviors of Trp‐GO‐CNT/GCE toward OFL can be mainly assigned to the excellent electrocatalytic activity of Trp, the great conductivity and high surface area of GO and CNT, and the synergistic effect between Trp, GO and CNT. Under optimum conditions, a wide and valuable linear range (0.01–100 μM), a low detection limit (0.001 μM, S/N=3), a good linear relationship (R2>0.999), good stability and repeatability were obtained for the quantitative determination of OFL. Furthermore, the Trp‐GO‐CNT electrochemical sensor was successfully applied to the determination of OFL in human serum and urine samples, and satisfactory accuracy and recovery could be obtained.  相似文献

In this article, poly(1,2-diaminoanthraquinone) (pDAAQ) and poly(1,5-diaminonaphthalene) (pDAN) were electrochemically deposited layer by layer on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to generate pDAAQ/pDAN@GCE and pDAN/pDAAQ@GCE composite electrodes, respectively. The morphology and characteristics of the modified electrodes were investigated via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy)EIS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and scanning electron microscopy)SEM). The obtained results reveal the outstanding performance of the pDAN/pDAAQ@GCE electrode for electrochemical nitrite sensing where pDAAQ plays a vital role as the inner layer. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) measurements revealed that the oxidation peak current of nitrite was proportional to its concentration. The best LSV results were obtained in a concentration range of 10–150 μM, with a limit of detection of 1.2 μM. Furthermore, the pDAN/pDAAQ@GCE composite electrode was used to determine nitrite ions in real water samples with good results.  相似文献

A selective and simple biosensor was prepared by immobilizing chitosan/nickelnanoparticles/multi-walled carbon nanotubes biocomposite on the glassy carbon electrode surface for voltammetric quantification of neotame. The properties and morphology of the modified electrode surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). Electro oxidation of neotame on this modified surface was examined through cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) techniques. The biocomposite modified surface (Chi/NiNPs/MWCNTs/GCE) proposed in this study showed good electrocatalytic activity for neotame with an improved voltammetric peak current at 1.004 V, unlike the bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface and several other modified surfaces. Under optimum conditions, Chi/NiNPs/MWCNTs/GCE gave linear SWV responses at the range of 2 μM ∼50 μM for neotame with 0.84 μM determination limit. This voltammetric sensor was successfully employed for the quantification of neotame on food samples and showed long-term stability, advanced voltammetric behavior, and good repeatability. Selective, accurate, and precise determination of neotame highlight the importance of this electrode in monitoring the control of food additives and ensures attract a great deal of attention.  相似文献

Dopamine-melanin colloidal nanospheres (Dpa-melanin CNDs)–graphene composites-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared by a simple procedure and then successfully used to simultaneously determine guanine and adenine. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the morphology of the Dpa-melanin CNSs–graphene composite. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to characterize the electrode modifying process. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used to study the electrocatalytic activity toward the electrochemical oxidation of guanine and adenine. The modified electrode exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic behavior and good stability for the simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine compared with bare GCE. The electrochemical biosensor exhibited wide linear range of 0.5 to 150 μM with detection limit of 0.05 and 0.03 μM for guanine and adenine detection (S/N?=?3), respectively. Furthermore, the biosensor showed high sensitivity, good selectivity, good reproducibility, and long-term stability to guanine and adenine detection. At the same time, the fabricated electrode was successfully applied for the determination of guanine and adenine in denatured DNA samples with satisfying results. These results demonstrated that Dpa-melanin CNSs–graphene composite was a promising substrate for the development of high-performance electrochemical biosensor.  相似文献

In this study, an acetaminophen-modified glassy carbon electrode (ACMGCE) was fabricated for the purpose of investigating its electrochemical behavior by cyclic voltammetry (CV). ACMGCE serves as an excellent bifunctional electrocatalyst for the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) and glutathione (GSH) in a phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0). The kinetic parameters such as the electron transfer coefficient, α, and the heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant, k', for the oxidation of AA and GSH at the ACMGCE surface were determined by CV. In addition, detection limits of 3.89 μM for AA and 0.37 μM for GSH were obtained at the ACMGCE using a differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) method. In DPV, the bifunctional modified electrode could separate the oxidation peak potentials of AA, GSH, adrenaline (AD) and tryptophan (Trp) present in the same solution, though the peak potentials were indistinguishable at a bare GCE. Finally, the modified electrode was successfully applied to the determination of AA in a pharmaceutical preparation and GSH in a human plasma sample.  相似文献

Determination of glucose plays very important part in diagnostics and management of diabetes. Nowadays, determination of glucose is necessary in human health. In order to develop the glucose biosensor, polymer modified catalytic composites were fabricated and used to detect glucose molecules. In this work, NiO nanostructure metal oxide (NMO) was fabricated via thermal decomposition method and polyaniline (wt% = 2, 4 and 6) assisted nanocomposites (NiO/PANI) were also prepared. The morphology and structure of synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by UV–visible diffusion reflectance spectroscopy (UV–vis-DRS), Fourier transform- infra red spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm measurement. The modified NiO/6%PANI/GCE had higher catalytic activity toward the oxidation of glucose than NiO/GCE, PANI/GCE, NiO/2%PANI/GCE and NiO/4%PANI/GCE. This is due to the larger surface area of NiO/6%PANI nanocomposites provide a ploform for faster electron transfer to the detection of glucose. The constructed glucose biosensor have been exhibited a high sensitivity of 606.13 µA mM−1 cm−2, lowest detection limit of 0.19 µM, high selectivity, stability, simplicity and low cost for the quick detection of glucose in real sample as well.  相似文献

The study presents a novel paracetamol (PA) sensor based on Pd nanoparticles (PdNPs) deposited on carboxylated graphene oxide (GO?COOH) and nafion (Nf) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The morphologies of the as prepared composites were characterized using high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The experimental results demonstrated that Nf/GO?COOPd displayed excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation PA. The linear range was 0.04–800 μM for PA with limit of detection of 0.012 μM and excellent sensitivity of 232.89 μA mM?1 cm?2. By considering the excellent performance of Nf/GO?COOPd composite such as wider linear range, lower detection, better selectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, and storage stability, the prepared composite, especially GO?COOH support, with satisfactory electrocatalytic properties was a promising material for the modification of electrode material in electrochemical sensor and biosensor field.  相似文献

This work reports the preparation, characterization, and electrocatalytic characteristics of a new metallic nanocatalyst. The catalyst, Pt black–graphene oxide (Pt-GO), was prepared by deposition of Pt black on the surface of graphene oxide nanosheet and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and voltammetry. The Pt-graphene (Pt-GR) composite modified glassy carbon electrode (Pt-GR/GCE) was prepared with cyclic voltammetric scanning of Pt-GO/GCE in the potential range from ?1.5 to 0.2 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution at 50 mV·s?1 for 5 cycles. The electrocatalytic properties of the Pt-GR/GCE for methanol (CH3OH) oxidation have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV); high electrocatalytic activity of the Pt-GR/GCE can be observed. This may be attributed to the high dispersion of Pt catalyst and the particular properties of GR support. The long-term stability of Pt-GR composite was investigated in 0.05 M CH3OH in 0.1 M H2SO4 solution. It can be observed that the peak current decreases gradually with the successive scans. The loss may result from the consumption of methanol during the CV scan. It also may be due to the poisoning organic compounds. The results imply that the Pt-GR composite has good potential applications in fuel cells.  相似文献

A promising electrochemical biosensor was fabricated by electrochemical grafting of ribonucleic acid (RNA) at 1.8 V (vs. SCE) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) (denoted as RNA/GCE), for simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) with coexistence of excess amount of ascorbic acid (AA). The electrode was characterized by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques. The RNA modified layer on GCE exhibited superior catalytic ability and anionic exclusive ability in comparison with the DNA modified electrode. Three separated anodic DPV peaks were obtained at 0.312, 0.168 and ?0.016 V for UA, DA and AA, respectively, at the RNA/GCE in pH 7.0 PBS. In the presence of 2.0 mM AA, a linear range of 0.37 to 36 μM with a detection limit of 0.2 μM for DA, and in the range of 0.74 to 73 μM with a detection limit of 0.36 μM for UA were obtained. The co‐existence of 5000 fold AA did not interfere with the detection of DA or UA. The modified electrode shows excellent selectivity, good sensitivity and good stability.  相似文献

Mixtures of gold-platinum nanoparticles (Au-PtNPs) are fabricated consecutively on a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the electrodeposition method. The surface morphology and nature of the hybrid film (Au-PtNPs/MWCNT) deposited on glassy carbon electrodes is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. The modified electrode is used as a new and sensitive electrochemical sensor for the voltammetric determination of cefotaxime (CFX). The electrochemical behavior of CFX is investigated on the surface of the modified electrode using linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The results of voltammetric studies exhibited a considerable improvement in the oxidation peak current of CFX compared to glassy carbon electrodes individually coated with MWCNT or Au-PtNPs. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed a wide linear dynamic range of 0.004-10.0 μM with a detection limit of 1.0 nM for the voltammetric determination of CFX. The modified electrode was successfully applied for the accurate determination of trace amounts of CFX in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

This study reports a detailed analysis of an electrode material containing poly(phenolphthalein), carbon nanotubes and gold nanoparticles which shows superior catalytic effect towards to hydrazine oxidation in Britton–Robinson buffer (pH 10.0). Glassy carbon electrode was modified by electropolymerization of phenolphthalein (PP) monomer (poly(PP)/GCE) and the multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was dropped on the surface. This modified surface was electrodeposited with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs/CNT/poly(PP)/GCE). The fabricated electrode was analysed the determination of hydrazine using cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry and amperometry. The peak potential of hydrazine oxidation on bare GCE, poly(PP)/GCE, CNT/GCE, CNT/poly(PP)/GCE, and AuNPs/CNT/poly(PP)/GCE were observed at 596 mV, 342 mV, 320 mV, 313 mV, and 27 mV, respectively. A shift in the overpotential to more negative direction and an enhancement in the peak current indicated that the AuNPs/CNT/poly(PP)/GC electrode presented an efficient electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of hydrazine. Modified electrodes were characterized with High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Amperometric current responses in the low hydrazine concentration range of 0.25–13 µM at the AuNPs/CNT/poly(PP)/GCE. The limit of detection (LOD) value was obtained to be 0.083 µM. A modified electrode was applied to naturel samples for hydrazine determination.  相似文献

A novel and useful method to catalyze the electro‐oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) over a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with graphene oxide (GO) is presented. Based on the presence of oxygen moieties in GO, which can be easily reduced, an in situ electrochemical generation of reduced graphene oxide (denoted as erGO) applying a sufficient negative potential. A potential of ?1.000 V was selected to generate the erGO/GCE as a pretreatment potential before the detection of NADH. The in situ generated erGO/GCE system produces a decrease in the overpotential of NADH oxidation from +0.720 V to +0.230 V compared with GCE. The process also produced an important increase in current signals. The modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron (SEM) and electrochemical microscopies (SECM), cyclic voltammetry and by Raman spectroscopy. Amperometric detection of NADH via this straightforward electrocatalytic method provides a wide linear range between 10 and 100 μM, a lower detection limit of 0.36 μM and an excellent sensitivity of (1.47±0.09) μA mM?1.  相似文献

A novel glucose biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing glucose oxidase (GOx) on Ag nanoparticles-decorated multiwalled carbon nanotube (AgNP-MWNT) modified glass carbon electrode (GCE). The AgNP-MWNT composite membrane showed an improving biocompatibility for GOx immobilization and an enhancing electrocatalytic activity toward reduction of oxygen due to decoration of AgNPs on MWNT surfaces. The AgNPs also accelerated the direct electron transfer between redox-active site of GOx and GCE surface because of their excellent conductivity and large capacity for protein loading, leading to direct electrochemistry of GOx. The glucose biosensor of this work showed a lower limit of detection of 0.01 mM (S/N?=?3) and a wide linear range from 0.025 to 1.0 mM, indicating an excellent analytical performance of the obtained biosensor to glucose detection. The resulting biosensor exhibits good stability and excellent reproducibility. Such bionanocomposite provides us good candidate material for fabrication of biosensors based on direct electrochemistry of immobilized enzymes.  相似文献

Xanthine oxidase (XOD) was immobilized on a composite film of zinc oxide nanoparticle/chitosan/carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotube/polyaniline (ZnO-NP/CHIT/c-MWCNT/PANI) electrodeposited over the surface of a platinum (Pt) electrode. A xanthine biosensor was fabricated using XOD/ZnO-NP/CHIT/c-MWCNT/PANI/Pt as working electrode, Ag/AgCl as reference electrode and Pt wire as auxiliary electrode connected through a potentiostat. The ZnO-NPs were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the enzyme electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The biosensor showed optimum response within 4 s at 0.5 V potential, pH 7.0, 35 °C and linear range 0.1-100 μM with a detection limit of 0.1 μM. The enzyme electrode was employed for determination of xanthine in fish meat during storage. The electrode lost 30% of its initial activity after 80 uses over one month, when stored at 4 °C.  相似文献

A nano-material carboxylic acid functionalized graphene (graphene-COOH) was prepared and used to construct a novel biosensor for the simultaneous detection of adenine and guanine. The direct electrooxidation behaviors of adenine and guanine on the graphene-COOH modified glassy carbon electrode (graphene-COOH/GCE) were carefully investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The results indicated that both adenine and guanine showed the increase of the oxidation peak currents with the negative shift of the oxidation peak potentials in contrast to that on the bare glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical parameters of adenine and guanine on the graphene-COOH/GCE were calculated and a simple and reliable electroanalytical method was developed for the detection of adenine and guanine, respectively. The modified electrode exhibited good behaviors in the simultaneous detection of adenine and guanine with the peak separation as 0.334V. The detection limit for individual determination of guanine and adenine was 5.0×10(-8)M and 2.5×10(-8)M (S/N=3), respectively. Furthermore, the measurements of thermally denatured single-stranded DNA were carried out and the value of (G+C)/(A+T) of single-stranded DNA was calculated as 0.80. The biosensor exhibited some advantages, such as simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and long-term stability.  相似文献

Porous Cu-NiO nanocomposites were successfully prepared by calcination of the Cu-Ni(OH)(2) precursor at 400 °C for 2 h. During the process of calcination, Ar was used to deaerate O(2). The structure and morphology of Cu-NiO were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray analyses (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Using porous Cu-NiO nanocomposites, a simple non-enzymatic amperometric sensor has been fabricated (Cu-NiO/GCE) and evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and typical amperometric method. When applied to detect glucose by the amperometric method, Cu-NiO/GCE produced an ultrahigh sensitivity of 171.8 μA mM(-1), with a low detection limit of 0.5 μM (S/N = 3). What's more, interference from common co-existing species, such as UA, AA, and fructose can be avoided at the sensor. Results in this study imply that porous Cu-NiO nanocomposites are promising nanomaterials for the enzyme-free determination of glucose.  相似文献

An electrochemical chiral sensing platform based on amino-functionalized graphene quantum dots/β-cyclodextrin modified glassy carbon electrode (NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE) was developed for enantioselective detection of tryptophan (Trp) isomers. NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE showed high electrocatalytic activity and good analytical behavior toward the oxidation of Trp isomers. The oxidation peak potentials and oxidation peak currents of Trp isomers at NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE surface were observed by differential pulse voltammetry. NH2-GQDs/β-CD nanocomposite exhibited different binding ability for two Trp isomers and selectively bonded with d-Trp, resulting in the higher oxidation peak current of d-Trp at NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE surface. Trp isomers exhibited different oxidation peak potentials at NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE surface, and the peak potential separation between l-Trp and d-Trp was around 0.022 V, which was used for the enantioselective detection of Trp isomers. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the oxidation peak currents were linearly dependent on the concentrations of Trp isomers. The linear ranges of l-Trp and d-Trp were all from 1.0 to 30.0 μM with correlation coefficients of 0.9886 and 0.9800, respectively. The detection limits of l-Trp and d-Trp were 0.65 and 0.12 μM (3σ/K), respectively. Such NH2-GQDs/β-CD/GCE displayed high anti-interference against some physiological substances, good reproducibility and excellent long-term stability toward Trp isomers detection in biomedical applications.  相似文献

A novel array silver nanoparticles and Rutin complex film modified paraffin‐impregnated graphite electrode was proposed in this work (denoted as Ag/Rutin/WGE). The characteristics were investigated by the field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), infrared spectra (IR), UV‐visible (UV), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical techniques. Silver ions were gradually chelated by polyrutin film at 4′‐oxo‐5′‐OH and 5‐OH‐4‐oxo sites accompanying adsorption, then. Silver nanoparticles were highly‐dispersed electrodeposited on polyrutin film. The electrochemical behaviors of tyrosine (Tyr) and tryptophan (Trp) were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques. The Ag/Rutin/WGE electrode shows overlapping catalysis for the oxidation of Tyr and Trp. The linear response of Tyr and Trp were 0.3–10.0 and 0.7–70.0 μM with detection limit of 0.07 and 0.1 μM in a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3.  相似文献

In this study, a new strategy for the preparation of a modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) based on a novel nano-sensing layer for the electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrazine was suggested. The suggested nano-sensing layer was prepared with the immobilisation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on ordered mesoporous carbon. The morphology and properties of the prepared nanocomposite on the surface of GCE were characterised by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray powder diffraction and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical response characteristics of the modified electrode towards the target analyte were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. Under optimal experimental conditions, the suggested modified GCE showed excellent catalytic activity towards the electro-oxidation of hydrazine (pH = 7.5) with a significant increase in anodic peak currents in comparison with the unmodified GCE. By differential pulse voltammetry and amperometric methods, the suggested sensor demonstrated wide dynamic concentration ranges of 0.08–33.8 µM and 0.01–128 µM with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.027 and 0.003 µM for hydrazine, respectively. The suggested hydrazine sensor was successfully applied for the highly sensitive determination of hydrazine in different real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献
