Bridged N,N′-substituted bisbenzimidazolium bromide salts (L1, L2, and L3) were synthesized and fully characterized. Reactions of palladium acetate with L1, L2, and L3 afforded corresponding new bridged bis(N-heterocyclic carbene)palladium(II) complexes (C1, C2, and C3) in high yields. The X-ray structure of complex C1 showed that the Pd(II) ion is bonded to the two carbon atoms of the bis(N-heterocyclic carbene) and two bromido ligands are in the cis position, resulting in a distorted square planar geometry. The three Pd(NHC)2Br2 complexes C1, C2, and C3 were evaluated in carbonylative Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of aryl boronic acids with aryl halides and displayed high catalytic activity with low catalyst loading. The coupling reactions of aryl bromides were selective towards the carbonylation product at higher carbon monoxide pressure.  相似文献

Manganese(III)‐promoted cyclization of N‐alkenylmalonamides (=N‐alkenylpropanediamides) gave 3‐(aryl/(alkylamino)carbonyl) β‐lactams as well as 3‐(aryl/(alkylamino)thiocarbonyl) β‐lactams. The relative configuration of the obtained products was unambiguously determined by X‐ray crystallography. The proposed method is very useful for the one‐pot synthesis of a number of 3‐(aryl/(alkylamino)carbonyl) β‐lactams, especially those containing an amino(thiocarbonyl) moiety, which are not selectively accessible by other methods.  相似文献

Chiral oxathianes were designed, synthesized, and successfully used for asymmetric sulfur ylide mediated epoxidation. A considerable emphasis has been placed upon the design of sulfides with suitable architecture in a small number of steps (three or four). The use of (4aR,6S,8aR)‐6‐isopropenyl‐8a‐methyloctahydro‐1,4‐benzoxathiane in asymmetric epoxidation resulted in good diastereo‐ and enantioselectivity in the formation of stilbene oxide, and (2S,6S)‐2‐allyl‐2,3,3,6‐tetramethyl‐1,4‐oxathiane produced even better results. Moderate to good diastereoselectivities with essentially complete enantioselectivities were observed in the formation of alkyl–aryl‐, vinyl–aryl‐, and propargyl–aryl‐substituted epoxides. The selectivities were rationalized and supported by density functional theory calculations.  相似文献

Methyl epiboxidine‐N‐carboxylate ( 8 ) was synthesized from 7 under reductive Heck conditions (Scheme 2). The C? C coupling of the new epiboxidine analog 9 with aryl and heteroaryl halides gave by hydroarylation C‐aryl, N‐(3‐methylisoxazol‐5‐yl)‐substituted tricyclic imides 10a – 10f (Table). The [3+2] cycloaddition of 9 with nitrile oxides yielded the bridged dihydroisoxazole derivatives 11a – 11d with potential biological activity (Scheme 4).  相似文献

Heteroarylation of alkenes with aryl iodides was efficiently achieved with a (MeDalphos)AuCl complex through AuI/AuIII catalysis. The possibility to combine oxidative addition of aryl iodides and π-activation of alkenes at gold is demonstrated for the first time. The reaction is robust and general (>30 examples including internal alkenes, 5-, 6-, and 7-membered rings). It is regioselective and leads exclusively to trans addition products. The (P,N) gold complex is most efficient with electron-rich aryl substrates, which are troublesome with alternative photoredox/oxidative approaches. In addition, it provides a very unusual switch in regioselectivity from 5-exo to 6-endo cyclization between the Z and E isomers of internal alkenols.  相似文献

4‐Arylisocoumarins (=4‐aryl‐1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ones) 6 were prepared from 2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐1‐bromobenzenes 1 . Successive treatment of these bromo styrenes with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine gave a mixture of (E)‐ and (Z)‐2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 . Hydrolysis of (Z)‐isomers with conc. HBr, followed by pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) oxidation of the resulting 1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ol derivatives 4 (and 5 ), afforded the desired products.  相似文献

Two series of novel amorphous poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s have been prepared via an intramolecular ring closure reaction of poly(aryl ether ketone)s (PAEKs) with hydrazine monohydrate. Fluorinated PAEKs, which display solubility in solvents incorporating a ketone functionality such as acetone or ethyl acetate, were converted to poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s to observe if these polymers would display similar solubility characteristics. The poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s have glass transition temperatures in the range of 278–320°C and show 5% weight loss points greater than 500°C in air and nitrogen atmospheres. The fluorinated poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s were not soluble in ketonic solvents. A series of poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s incorporating pendant 2-naphthalenyl moieties has been prepared in an attempt to produce amorphous, thermally stable polymers with high glass transition temperatures. The polymers have glass transition temperatures in the range of 287–334°C and show 5% weight loss points greater than 500°C in air and nitrogen atmospheres. Poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s undergo an exothermic reaction above the glass transition temperature. The major product of this reaction is a rearrangement of the phthalazine moieties to quiazoline moieties, however some crosslinking of the polymers occurs. Cured samples of the poly(aryl ether phthalazine)s show a small increase in the polymer Tg and are insoluble in all solvents tested. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ((2S ,4R )‐4‐Hydroxy‐N ‐(2‐methylnaphthalen‐1‐yl)pyrrolidine‐2‐carboxamide (HMNPC), an amide derived from 4‐hydroxy‐L ‐proline and 2‐methyl naphthalen‐1‐amine, is a powerful ligand for Cu‐catalyzed coupling of (hetero)aryl halides with sulfinic acid salts, allowing for first time the metal‐catalyzed coupling of (hetero)aryl chlorides and NaSO2Me. A considerable number of (hetero)aryl chlorides worked well, providing the pharmaceutically important (hetero)aryl methylsulfones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis of (E)- and (Z)-1.2-bis(p-fluorophenylsulphenyl)stilbenes (2a and 2b) and 1,2-bis(p-fluorophenylsulphonyl)stilbenes (3a and 3b) was carried out and their configurations were consistent with their stereospecific synthesis. The isomeric 1,1-bis(p-fluorophenylsulphenyl)- and 1,1-bis(p-fluorophenylsulphonyl)-2,2-bis(phenyl)ethylenes (8 and 9) were also synthesised and configurations were established by degradative oxidation. Mass spectral rearrangements of all these compounds were examined. Mass spectra of 1,1-bis-sulphide and 1,1-bis-sulphone bears close relationship with those of (E)- and (Z)-isomeric counterparts. Smiles-type rearrangement observed in 1,2-bis-sulphides was absent in 1,2-bis-sulphones. McLafferty-type rearrangement involving hydrogen migration, from aryl group was noticed in both bis-sulphides and bis-sulphones. Vinyl migration to the sulphone oxygen predominates over aryl migration in three isomeric bis-sulphones.  相似文献

A new and facile method for the preparation of 2‐substituted 2,3‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐ones 3 and 3,3‐disubstituted (E)‐1‐(arylimino)‐1,3‐dihydroisobenzofurans 6 has been developed. Thus, treatment of N‐alkyl(or aryl)‐2‐(1‐methylethen‐1‐yl)benzamides 2 with concentrated hydriodic acid (HI) in MeCN at room temperature afforded 3 . Similar treatment of N‐aryl‐2‐(1‐phenylethen‐1‐yl)benzamide 5 with concentrated HI at 0° afforded 6 .  相似文献

2‐(1‐Aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 , obtained by successive treatment of 1‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐2‐bromobenzenes 1 with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine, were transformed to the corresponding phenylhydrazones 3 on treatment with PhNHNH2. When these hydrazones were allowed to react with conc. HBr, cyclization, followed by dehydrogenation with air occurred, furnished 3‐aryl‐2‐methoxyinden‐1‐one (Z)‐phenylhydrazones 4 .  相似文献

The ability to achieve high molecular weight poly(ether ketone)s from the polycondensation of bis(aryl chloride)s with bis(phenolate)s has been consistently demonstrated. The polymerizations presented here help to delineate for specific bis(aryl chloride)/bisphenolate pairs the reaction conditions required to obtain high molecular weight polymers. Polycondensation of 1,3-bis(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-tert-butylbenzene ( 6 ) and 2,2′-bis(4-chlorobenzoyl)-biphenyl ( 15 ) with various bisphenolates as well as of 2,2′-bis(4-hydroxyphenoxy)biphenyl ( 33 ) with 4,4′-dichlorobenzophenone ( 41 ) and 1,3-bis(4-chlorobenzoyl)benzene ( 43 ) were used as representative model systems to select reaction conditions that led to high molecular weight polymers. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The Michael‐type addition of a 4‐hydroxycoumarin (=4‐hydroxy‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) 1 to a β‐nitrostyrene (=(2‐nitroethenyl)benzene) 2 in the presence of AcONH4 leads to substituted (3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylidene]chroman‐2,4‐diones (=(3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylene]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,4(3H)‐diones) 4 (Table 1). High yields, short reaction time, and easy workup are advantages of this novel one‐pot three‐component reaction.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of 2‐substituted 4‐aryl‐4,5‐dihydro‐3,1‐benzoxazepine derivatives under mild conditions has been developed. The reaction of 2‐(2‐aminophenyl)ethanols 1 with acid chlorides in the presence of excess Et3N in THF at room temperature gave the corresponding N‐acylated intermediates 2 , which were dehydrated by treatment with POCl3 to give 2‐substituted 4‐aryl‐4,5‐dihydro‐3,1‐benzoxazepines 3 in a one‐pot reaction.  相似文献

A new synthetic approach is described for building the coumarin scaffold through the Lewis acid‐promoted cyclization of novel aryl 3‐(dimethylamino)prop‐2‐enoates 2a – 2f . The latter precursors were prepared via aminomethylenation of the corresponding aryl acetates 4a – 4f with the Bredereck reagent. This approach was used for the synthesis of biologically active natural compounds 1a – 1f , through a three‐step procedure starting from the corresponding phenols.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the preparation of functionalized 2‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐5‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(phenylmethylidene)hydrazino]‐1H‐pyrroles is described. The four‐component reaction between aldehydes, NH2NH2?H2O, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and 1‐aryl‐N,N′‐bis(arylmethylidene)methanediamines proceeds in EtOH under reflux in good‐to‐excellent yields (Scheme 1). The structures of 4 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS, and, in the case of 4f , by X‐ray crystallography). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献
