In this paper we present the relaxed inertial proximal algorithm for Ky Fan minimax inequalities. Based on Opial lemma, we propose a weak convergence result to a solution of the problem by eliminating in the algorithm (RIPAFAN) the Browder–Halpern’s factor of contraction. We present after, a first result of strong convergence by adding a strong monotonicity condition. Secondly, we eliminate the strong monotonicity and add a Browder–Halpern’s contraction factor in the algorithm (RIPAFAN) and then ensure the strong convergence to a selected solution with respect to the contraction factor. Some examples are proposed. The first one concerns the convex minimization where the objective function is only controlled with a provided well conditioning. In the second one, we propose monotone set-valued variational inequalities. The last example deals with the problem of fixed point for a nonexpansive set-valued operator.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the finite intersection property, we first obtain two types of minimax inequalities for set-valued mappings, which improve and generalize the corresponding results in Ferro (J Optim Theory Appl 60:19?C31, 1989) and Li et?al. (J Math Anal Appl 281:707?C723, 2003). Then, by using the Ky Fan lemma and the Kakutani?CFan?CGlicksberg fixed point theorem, we also investigate some Ky Fan minimx inequalities for set-valued mappings.  相似文献

This paper is intended mainly to present some generic uniqueness results for a class of vector Ky Fan inequalities. By employing the methods of set-valued analysis, we prove that, in the sense of Baire category, most of the problems in a complete metric space, consisting of vector Ky Fan inequalities satisfying some conditions, have unique solution and that every vector Ky Fan inequality, possessing more than one solution, can be approached arbitrarily by a sequence of vector Ky Fan inequalities each of which has a unique solution. Our discussions are under two different settings. One setting is related to vector Ky Fan inequalities defined on a compact set; the other is related to vector Ky Fan inequalities defined on a noncompact set. The corollaries of our results generalized the corresponding results in the literature.  相似文献

The purpose of this note is to give further generalizations of the Ky Fan minimax inequality by relaxing the compactness and convexity of sets and the quasi-concavity of the functional and to show that our minimax inequalities are equivalent to the Fan-Knaster-Kuratowski-Mazurkiewicz (FKKM) theorem and a modified FKKM theorem given in this note.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors prove some existence results of solutions for a new class of generalized bi-quasi-variational inequalities (GBQVI) for quasi-pseudo-monotone type II and strongly quasi-pseudo-monotone type II operators defined on compact sets in locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces. In obtaining these results on GBQVI for quasi-pseudo-monotone type II and strongly quasi-pseudo-monotone type II operators, we shall use Chowdhury and Tan’s generalized version [3] of Ky Fan’s minimax inequality [7] as the main tool.  相似文献

In this paper, by virtue of the separation theorem of convex sets, we prove a minimax theorem, a cone saddle point theorem and a Ky Fan minimax theorem for a scalar set-valued mapping under nonconvex assumptions of its domains, respectively. As applications, we obtain an existence result for the generalized vector equilibrium problem with a set-valued mapping. Simultaneously, we also obtain some generalized Ky Fan minimax theorems for set-valued mappings, in which the minimization and the maximization of set-valued mappings are taken in the sense of vector optimization.  相似文献

We make use of the Banach contraction mapping principle to prove the linear convergence of a regularization algorithm for strongly monotone Ky Fan inequalities that satisfy a Lipschitz-type condition recently introduced by Mastroeni. We then modify the proposed algorithm to obtain a line search-free algorithm which does not require the Lipschitz-type condition. We apply the proposed algorithms to implement inexact proximal methods for solving monotone (not necessarily strongly monotone) Ky Fan inequalities. Applications to variational inequality and complementarity problems are discussed. As a consequence, a linearly convergent derivative-free algorithm without line search for strongly monotone nonlinear complementarity problem is obtained. Application to a Nash-Cournot equilibrium model is discussed and some preliminary computational results are reported.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply a new fixed-point theorem and use various monotonicity and some coercivity conditions to establish equilibrium theorems for multimaps. As a simple consequence, we give a unified approach to vectorial equilibria for multimaps. We show that, from our results, some well-known classical results, such as the Ky Fan minimax inequality theorem and the Browder and Hartman-Stampacchia theorems concerning the existence for variational inequalities, can be derived easily.  相似文献

This paper establishes a bridge between set optimization problems and vector Ky Fan inequality problems. We introduce a general model, called the bifunction-set optimization problem, that provides a unifying framework for the above-mentioned problems. An existence result in our model is obtained, with the help of KKM–Fan’s lemma. As applications, we derive some new or sharper existence results for set optimization problems and generalized vector Ky Fan inequalities with efficient solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, a new notion of Knaster–Kuratowski–Mazurkiewicz mapping is introduced and a generalized Knaster–Kuratowski–Mazurkiewicz theorem is proved. As applications, some existence theorems of solutions for (vector) Ky Fan minimax inequality, Ky Fan section theorem, variational relation problems, n-person noncooperative game, and n-person noncooperative multiobjective game are obtained.  相似文献

An abstract convex space satisfying the KKM principle is called a KKM space. This class of spaces contains GG-convex spaces properly. In this work, we show that a large number of results in KKM theory on GG-convex spaces also hold on KKM spaces. Examples of such results are theorems of Sperner and Alexandroff–Pasynkoff, Fan–Browder type fixed point theorems, Horvath type fixed point theorems, Ky Fan type minimax inequalities, variational inequalities, von Neumann type minimax theorems, Nash type equilibrium theorems, and Himmelberg type fixed point theorems.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present new hybrid Ishikawa iteration process by the generalized f-projection operator for finding a common element of the fixed point set for two countable families of weak relatively nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of the system of generalized Ky Fan inequalities in a uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach space. Furthermore, we show that our new iterative scheme converges strongly to a common element of the afore mentioned sets. As applications, we apply our results to obtain some new results for finding a solution of a common fixed point of two countable in finite families, a system of generalized Ky Fan inequalities and a common zero-point problem for general B-monotone and maximal monotone operators in Banach spaces. The results presented in this paper improve and extend important recent results.  相似文献

In this paper we establish two alternative principles of the following type: If X and Y are convex subsets of two locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces and \({F,S:X \multimap Y}\) are two set-valued mappings satisfying certain conditions, then either there exists \({x_0 \in X}\) such that \({F(x_0) = \emptyset}\) or \({\bigcap_{x \in X}S(x) \neq \emptyset}\). As first applications of the alternative principles we obtain two matching theorems of Ky Fan type. Next, are given several analytic alternatives and minimax inequalities. Finally we establish two very general alternative theorems concerning existence of solutions of a vector equilibrium problem.  相似文献
