In the paper we consider the weighted Dirichlet spaces , , and weighted Bergman spaces , , , of holomorphic functions f on B for which and respectively are finite, where and The main result of the paper is the following theorem.Theorem 1. Let f be holomorphic on B and .(a) If for some , then for all p, , with .(b) If for some p, , then for all with . Combining Theorem 1 with previous results of the author we also obtain the following.Theorem 2. Suppose is holomorphic in B. If for some p, , and , then .  In this paper we introduce the notion of degree for C 1-cocycles over irrational rotations on the circle with values in the group SU(2). It is shown that if a C 1-cocycle over an irrational rotation by α has nonzero degree, then the skew product
is not ergodic and the group of essential values of ϕ is equal to the maximal Abelian subgroup of SU(2). Moreover, if ϕ is of class C 2 (with some additional assumptions) the Lebesgue component in the spectrum of the skew product has countable multiplicity. Possible values of degree are discussed, too. We investigate closed surfaces in Euclidean 3-space satisfying certain functional relations κ = F(λ) between the principal curvatures κ, λ. In particular we find analytic closed surfaces of genus zero where F is a quadratic polynomial or F(λ) = cλ2n+1. This generalizes results by H. Hopf on the case where F is linear and the case of ellipsoids of revolution where F(λ) = cλ3.  相似文献

We give a Fekete-Szeg? type inequality for an analytic function on the unit disk with Bloch seminorm ≤1. As an application of it, we derive a sharp inequality for the third coefficient of a uniformly locally univalent function f(z) = z + a 2 z 2 + a 3 z 3 + ⋯ on the unit disk with pre-Schwarzian norm ≤λ for a given λ > 0.  In [7], Nogueira and Rudolph proved that for irreducible permutations not of rotation class almost every (a.e.) interval exchange transformation (i.e.t.) is topological weak mixing. It is conjectured that the claim holds if topological weak mixing is replaced by weak mixing. Here we study the behaviour of eigenfunctions of i.e.t. Our analysis gives alternative proofs of results due to Katok and Stepin [4] and Veech [10]: for certain permutations a.e. i.e.t. is weak mixing and for irreducible permutations a.e. i.e.t. is totally ergodic. In this article we study the following problem: Is the covering (packing) density of a Cartesian product of two convex bodies always equal to the product of their corresponding covering (packing) densities? For the covering case we get a negative answer. For the packing case we get a combinatorial version which seems to be important for its own interest.  相似文献

We show that on an infinite set, there exist no other precomplete clones closed under conjugation except those which contain all permutations. Since on base sets of some infinite cardinalities, in particular on countably infinite ones, the precomplete clones containing the permutations have been determined, this yields a complete list of the precomplete conjugation-closed clones in those cases. In addition, we show that there exist no precomplete submonoids of the full transformation monoid which are closed under conjugation except those which contain the permutations; the monoids of the latter kind are known.  相似文献

An alternative proof of the convergence to self-similar profiles for solutions to the Smoluchowski coagulation equation with constant coagulation kernel is provided. In contrast to the previous approaches which rely on the Laplace transform, a dynamical systems approach is used on the equation written in self-similar variables, for which several Liapunov functionals are identified.  相似文献

We show that reversible holomorphic mappings of have periodic points accumulating at an elliptic fixed point of general type. On the contrary, we also show the existence of holomorphic symplectic mappings that have no periodic points of certain periods in a sequence of deleted balls about an elliptic fixed point of general type. The radii of the balls are carefully chosen in terms of the periods, which allows us to show the existence of holomorphic mappi ngs of that are not reversible with respect to any involution with a holomorphic linear part, and that admit no invariant totally real and real surfaces. Let K be a commutative hypergroup with the Haar measure . In the present paper we investigate whether the maximal ideals in L1(K,) have bounded approximate identities. We will show that the existence of a bounded approximate identity is equivalent to the existence of certain functionals on the space L(K,). New characterizations of Bloch functions on a bounded symmetric domain in n are given in terms of the intrinsic metrics. Various criteria for an M-harmonic function to be Bloch or little Bloch are obtained. These criteria establish the links between the M-harmonic Bloch and little Bloch functionsf and other notions including the Laplace-Betrami operator. We also study some basic properties of M-harmonic Bloch and little Bloch functions, extending previously known results for holomorphic functions. The space of M-harmonic functions contains the Poisson integrals of Borel measures and all pluriharmonic functions.  相似文献

We consider (pluricomplex) Green functions defined on , with logarithmic poles in a finite set and with logarithmic growth at infinity. For certain sets, we describe all the corresponding Green functions. The set of these functions is large and it carries a certain algebraic structure. We also show that for some sets no such Green functions exist. Our results indicate the fact that the set of poles should have certain algebro-geometric properties in order for these Green functions to exist.
