定量的评判城市老旧居住小区整体交通环境质量并进而科学有效的提出老旧小区交通环境更新与改善措施,对城市老旧居住小区交通环境进行了调查,明确了老旧居住小区存在的突出交通问题,并提出了城市老旧居住小区交通环境评价的指标体系,包括行人跨路出行指数、无人行道路段长度占比、停车泊位供需比、路内非法停车占比、平均停车步行距离、泊位数量户数比、人均步行空间、无障碍通道、盲道设置比例、非机动车泊位供需比、地面停放车辆数小区面积比、外部穿行交通周转量小区面积比等。并给出了具体指标的计算方法与获得办法。以长沙市四个典型老旧居住小区为例,对评价方法进行了论证,并得到城市老旧居住小区存在的一般问题,包括人车混杂、人车交织现象严重,停车泊位短缺、车辆乱停乱放,交通设施、特别是弱势群体交通设施缺乏。给出的评价指标、评价方法与结论可为城市老旧小区改造更新,特别是其中很重要的交通环境更新提供决策依据。  相似文献

A generalization of both the hierarchical product and the Cartesian product of graphs is introduced and some of its properties are studied. We call it the generalized hierarchical product. In fact, the obtained graphs turn out to be subgraphs of the Cartesian product of the corresponding factors. Thus, some well-known properties of this product, such as a good connectivity, reduced mean distance, radius and diameter, simple routing algorithms and some optimal communication protocols, are inherited by the generalized hierarchical product. Besides some of these properties, in this paper we study the spectrum, the existence of Hamiltonian cycles, the chromatic number and index, and the connectivity of the generalized hierarchical product.  相似文献

Varieties of associative algebras over a field of characteristic zero are considered. Belov recently proved that, in any variety of this kind, the Hilbert series of a relatively free algebra of finite rank is rational. At the same time, for three important varieties, namely, those of algebras with zero multiplication, of commutative algebras, and of all associative algebras, a stronger assertion holds: for these varieties, formulas that rationally express the Hilbert series of the free product algebra via the Hilbert series of the factors are well known. In the paper, a system of counterexamples is presented which shows that there is no formula of this kind in any other variety, even in the case of two factors one of which is a free algebra. However, if we restrict ourselves to the class of graded PI-algebras generated by their components of degree one, then there exist infinitely many varieties for each of which a similar formula is valid. In typical stochastic simulations, randomness is produced by generating a sequence of independent uniform variates (usually real-valued between 0 and 1, or integer-valued in some interval) and transforming them in an appropriate way. In this paper, we examine practical ways of generating (deterministic approximations to) such uniform variates on a computer. We compare them in terms of ease of implementation, efficiency, theoretical support, and statistical robustness. We look in particular at several classes of generators, such as linear congruential, multiple recursive, digital multistep, Tausworthe, lagged-Fibonacci, generalized feedback shift register, matrix, linear congruential over fields of formal series, and combined generators, and show how all of them can be analyzed in terms of their lattice structure. We also mention other classes of generators, like non-linear generators, discuss other kinds of theoretical and empirical statistical tests, and give a bibliographic survey of recent papers on the subject.  相似文献

Fundamental to the approach of Complex Impure Systems is the definition of the concept of an s‐impure set as a set of perceptual beliefs or denotative significances (relative beings) of material and/or energetic real objects (absolute beings). But any Subject not only the subject S perceives objects O as significances, and he perceives the existing relations between these significances or, alternatively, he infers them. The study of these relations, conceived not as a singular relation between singular objects, but as sheaves of relations in both directions and forming relational freeways, will be studied here. Covering-based rough sets,as a technique of granular computing,can be a useful tool for dealing with inexact,uncertain or vague knowledge in information systems.Matroids generalize linear independence in vector spaces,graph theory and provide well established platforms for greedy algorithm design.In this paper,we construct three types of matroidal structures of covering-based rough sets.Moreover,through these three types of matroids,we study the relationships among these matroids induced by six types of covering-based upper approximation operators.First,we construct three families of sets by indiscernible neighborhoods,neighborhoods and close friends,respectively.Moreover,we prove that they satisfy independent set axioms of matroids.In this way,three types of matroidal structures of covering-based rough sets are constructed.Secondly,we study some characteristics of the three types of matroid,such as dependent sets,circuits,rank function and closure.Finally,by comparing independent sets,we study relationships among these matroids induced by six types of covering-based upper approximation operators.  相似文献

Discussed are some geometric aspects of the phase space formalism in quantum mechanics in the sense of Weyl, Wigner, Moyal, and Ville. We analyze the relationship between this formalism and geometry of the Galilei group, classical momentum mapping, theory of unitary projective representations of groups, and theory of groups algebras. Later on, we present some generalization to quantum mechanics on locally compact Abelian groups. It is based on Pontryagin duality. We consider a productive asset, called equipment or capital good, and we examine the properties of, as well as the interactions between, the operating policies, which are determined by its optimal utilization and maintenance, and the capital policy of scrapping, which defines the optimal time when the productive asset is retired from its current use. Starting with an abstract model and using the approach of optimal control, initially we characterize the various types of equipment by assigning to them a single total profit index, which indicates how the above policies affect the flow of operating revenues plus capital gains or losses. This index is a function of market-determined prices. So using it we then investigate how the operating and capital policies are influenced by the rate of discount, the price of new equipment, and the rise or fall of the price of new equipment relative to the value of its output. Among other interesting results, we find that the effects of these prices on the nature and interactions of optimal policies depend crucially on whether the equipment is of the usual profit making type, where output is the main source of revenue, or of the antique type, where the main source of revenue is capital gains.  相似文献

How much information does a small number of moments carry about the unknown distribution function? Is it possible to explicitly obtain from these moments some useful information, e.g., about the support, the modality, the general shape, or the tails of a distribution, without going into a detailed numerical solution of the moment problem? In this, previous and subsequent papers, clear and easy to implement answers will be given to some questions of this type. First, the question of how to distinguish between the main-mass interval and the tail regions, in the case we know only a number of moments of the target distribution function, will be addressed. The answer to this question is based on a version of the Chebyshev–Stieltjes–Markov inequality, which provides us with upper and lower, moment-based, bounds for the target distribution. Then, exploiting existing asymptotic results in the main-mass region, an explicit, moment-based approximation of the target probability density function is provided. Although the latter cannot be considered, in general, as a satisfactory solution, it can always serve as an initial approximation in any iterative scheme for the numerical solution of the moment problem. Numerical results illustrating all the theoretical statements are also presented.  相似文献

The efficiency of hot-pressed diamond-containing composite materials (DCM) for various tool applications is greatly affected by microdefects, namely, the residual porosity of the metal matrix, damaged diamond grains, and imperfect diamond-matrix interfaces. An instrumental evaluation of these microdefects, predetermining the quality of a tool equipped with DCM, is rather difficult due to the small size, the nonstandard shape, and the strong heterogeneity of specimens. Proposed here is an alternative, nondestructive technique of DCM quality rating, which includes the measurement of electric resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond-containing composites and processing the obtained data by the methods of composite mechanics. It exploits the fact that diamond, being a dielectric, possesses an extremely high thermal conductivity, which allows estimating the residual porosity of a sintered metal matrix from the ratio of specific electric resistances, one being measured and another predicted by a theory. These data, in turn, are utilized to predict the thermal conductivity ofDCMwith an imperfect matrix. Matching with experiments, after solving the inverse problem gives the thermal resistance of diamond-matrix interface, which, within the frame work of the given model, simulates the damage of both the diamond grains and their bonds with the matrix. Thus, the numerical rating of quality is given in terms of two dimensionless parameters. The first one, 0 < K < 1, reflects the quality of the sintered metal matrix, whereas the second one, 0 < R <1, is an aggregate measure of the integrity of diamond grains and the perfection degree of composite interfaces. The quite satisfactory agreement observed between the theory and experiment confirms the efficiency of the technique and the reliability of the data obtained. A survey of the literature and state of the art of the mechanical aspects of delaminations in laminate composite structures is presented. Surface and internal delaminations of various origin, shape, and location are discussed. The origination, stability, and postcritical behavior of delaminations under quasi-static, cyclic, and dynamic loads are analyzed. Some problems for further investigations are discussed.  相似文献

This paper deals with the notion of residual income, which may be defined as the surplus profit that residues after a capital charge (opportunity cost) has been covered. While the origins of the notion trace back to the 19th century, in-depth theoretical investigations and widespread real-life applications are relatively recent and concern an interdisciplinary field connecting management accounting, corporate finance and financial mathematics (Peasnell, 1981, 1982; Peccati, 1987, 1989, 1991; Stewart, 1991; Ohlson, 1995; Arnold and Davies, 2000; Young and O’Byrne, 2001; Martin, Petty and Rich, 2003). This paper presents both a historical outline of its birth and development and an overview of the main recent contributions regarding capital budgeting decisions, production and sales decisions, implementation of optimal portfolios, forecasts of asset prices and calculation of intrinsic values. A most recent theory, the systemic-value-added approach (also named lost-capital paradigm), provides a different definition of residual income, consistent with arbitrage theory. Enfolded in Keynes’s (1936) notion of user cost and forerun by Pressacco and Stucchi (1997), the theory has been formally introduced in Magni (2000a,b,c; 2001a,b; 2003), where its properties are thoroughly investigated as well as its relations with the standard theory; two different lost-capital metrics have been considered, for value-based management purposes, by Drukarczyk and Schueler (2000) and Young and O’Byrne (2001). This work illustrates the main properties of the two theories and their relations, and provides a minimal guide to construction of performance metrics in the two approaches.  相似文献

针对乡村绿色生态旅游特征,并考虑旅游者个体感受与群体效益,本文从乡村绿色生态旅游开发与适宜评级概念出发,提出乡村绿色生态旅游适宜等级VIKOR评估模型与方法。首先,从等级评估的概念与内涵出发,刻画乡村绿色生态旅游适宜评级问题,避免混淆旅游适宜评级和排序两个本质不同的问题。然后,构建乡村绿色生态旅游适宜等级评估指标及隶属函数,提出评估指标的熵权确定方法。其次,提出乡村绿色生态旅游适宜等级VIKOR评估模型与二元语义等级评估方法。最后,通过案例研究和比较分析,说明本文所提模型与方法的合理性、可行性与实用性。  相似文献

Based on a classification of artificial societies and the identification of four different types of stakeholders in such societies, we investigate the potential of norm-governed behavior in different types of artificial societies. The basis of the analysis is the preferences of the stakeholders and how they influence the state of the society. A general conclusion drawn is that the more open a society is the more it has to rely on agent owners and designers to achieve norm-governed behavior, whereas in more closed societies the environment designers and owners may control the degree of norm-governed behavior. Paul Davidsson is professor at the Department of Systems and Software Engineering, School of Engineering, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1996 from Lund University, Sweden. His research interests include the theory and application of multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, and machine learning. Application areas include logistics, transport systems, district heating systems, building automation, and telecommunications systems. The results of this work have been reported in more than 75 peer-reviewed scientific articles published in international journals and conference proceedings. Moreover, he has been the co-editor of three books on Multi Agent Based Simulation and member of program committees of numerous international conferences, such as the International Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems Stefan Johansson is an assistant professor at Department of Systems and Software Engineering, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden, where he also finished his PhD in 2002. The main research areas cover coordination issues in multi-agent systems and theories of autonomous agents. Applications of special interests are agents in game ai, robotics, telecommunication networks. On his list of publications are more than 35 peer-reviewed papers published in conference proceedings and scientific journals in the areas of agents, ai, robotics and games. We suggest a generalisation of the convex-hull method, or ‘DEA’ approach, for estimating the boundary or frontier of the support of a point cloud. Figuratively, our method involves rolling a ball around the cloud, and using the equilibrium positions of the ball to define an estimator of the envelope of the point cloud. Constructively, we use these ideas to remove lines from a triangulation of the points, and thereby compute a generalised form of a convex hull. The radius of the ball acts as a smoothing parameter, with the convex-hull estimator being obtained by taking the radius to be infinite. Unlike the convex-hull approach, however, our method applies to quite general frontiers, which may be neither convex nor concave. It brings to these contexts the attractive features of the convex hull: simplicity of concept, rotation-invariance, and ready extension to higher dimensions. It admits bias corrections, which we describe and illustrate through implementation.  相似文献

Explaining the maintenance of sexual reproduction remains one of the greatest challenges in biology. The theoretical oddity of sex is based on at least three advantages that asexual organisms have over sexual ones: (1) Asexuals, by not producing males, have a twofold advantage over sexuals, regarding the number of reproductive individuals; (2) sexuals have an evolutionary disadvantage over asexuals, in that a rare alleles that increases fitness of one parent, for example, is not necessarily transmitted to the offspring, due to segregation; and (3) asexuals do not have to find a mate in order to reproduce. Here I present the results of evolutionary tournaments performed using the agent‐based computer simulation Biodynamica. The tournaments explored the relative merits of various features that have been proposed to affect the putative advantages of sexual reproduction, including ploidy, mate selection, large reproductive variance of males, low mutation rates, gamete selection, reduced cost for the production of males, thelytoky vs. parthenogenesis, variable environments, and complex genomes. The model allowed for a quantitative comparison of the effect of these features on the adaptive value of sex. The results showed that the production of large number of gametes (for example “masting” in massive flowering of trees or spermatozoa of most animals) inducing gamete selection, together with nonrandom mate selection, increased variance in male reproductive success and/or low mutation rates, allowed sexual agents to out‐breed asexual ones, despite the three disadvantages for sex cited above. The wok suggests that gamete cycles and alloiogenesis, common to most sexual plants, fungi, and animals, should be viewed as a new level for natural selection to work. Mate and gamete selection are more efficient in the use of biomass, energy, and time than natural selection at the level of organisms, helping to make sexual reproduction an evolutionary success. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为测度环境治理政策波动对产出、减排、要素配置、消费与产业结构的影响及其传导机制,将异质性消费偏好、产出差异性、环境效用和环境损失函数引入E-DSGE模型。政策强度分析发现,技术进步、排污税和消费税政策效果较强,环境控制和治污支出冲击效果较弱。政策效应分析发现,技术进步政策效应最优,能实现增产和减排双重目标,促进要素配置和居民消费、产出与消费结构改进;排污税和政府治污支出政策次优,能实现增产和减排的双赢目标,促进要素供给和产出结构清洁化,不利于消费提升和消费结构优化;环境控制与消费税政策效果最差,以牺牲产出实现减排,不利于要素配置,产出与消费结构改进效果较弱,消费税会抑制居民消费,但消费税政策效果随环境友好型家庭比例提升而加强。  相似文献

Due to the success of differential and linear attacks on a large number of encryption algorithms, it is important to investigate relationships among various cryptographic, including differential and linear, characteristics of an S-box (substitution box). After discussing a precise relationship among three tables, namely the difference, auto-correlation and correlation immunity distribution tables, of an S-box, we develop a number of results on various properties of S-boxes. More specifically, we show (1) close connections among three indicators of S-boxes, (2) a tight lower bound on the sum of elements in the leftmost column of its differential distribution table, (3) a non-trivial and tight lower bound on the differential uniformity of an S-box, and (4) two upper bounds on the nonlinearity of S-boxes (one for a general, not necessarily regular, S-box and the other for a regular S-box).  相似文献
