研究了转子-密封系统在气流激振力作用下的低频振动——1∶2亚谐共振现象.利用流体计算动力学(CFD)方法对转子-密封系统进行了流场模拟计算,辨识出适用于气流流场的Muszynska模型参数,并建立了转子-密封系统动力学方程.采用多尺度方法将系统进行3次截断,并得到系统响应.采用奇异性理论研究了系统的1∶2亚谐共振,进一步得到系统亚谐共振的分岔方程和转迁集,根据转迁集给出了在不同奇异性参数空间内的分岔图.同时,由分岔方程得到了亚谐共振非零解存在的条件.其分析结果对抑制转子-密封系统的亚谐振动有重要的工程意义. 相似文献

借助于传递矩阵法研究了两轴系扭振的重频条件。必要条件为:存在节点啮合对(JEC);充要条件为:四个边界传递系数(fB)等于零的个数不少于3个。给出了两轴系存在重频时的振型选择。多级轴系重频的必要条件与两轴系的必要条件相同,而如果所有的相邻JEC之间的传递系数(fI)等于零时,频率重数等于独立的fB为零的个数减1.若存在fI≠0,可将它所对应的连接部分删除,从而把整个轴系的JEC分成内部不含fI≠0的几组,该阶频率的总重数等于各组独立解个数之和。 相似文献

基于MATLAB工程软件,研究了薄板结构在简谐激振力下的表面声压分布状况,分析了激振频率、激振位置、薄板尺寸以及薄板阻尼等因素对薄板表面声压级的影响以及规律。研究表明,激振位置对于薄板的表面声压级响应影响较小,而阻尼对于响应的影响较大,且这种影响在激振频率较高时比较明显。 相似文献

圆形太阳翼因收纳比高、供电能力强等特点受到人们的广泛重视。作为大尺寸薄膜结构,为了调节薄膜张力,通常会引入由绳和弹簧组成的张力调节装置,其力学特性具有强非线性特征,但目前还未有研究讨论其影响。该文提出了一种研究张力影响的机理模型,并利用Lagrange能量法建立了系统二自由度非线性动力学方程,以某工程样机为例,研究了张力机构出现肋板不对称时系统在共振激励下的响应。研究表明,激励幅值变化对系统拍振响应特点有重要影响,使其出现了混沌、概周期以及多倍周期等现象。这些结果对张力机构参数设计有重要参考作用。

汽轮机启动过程中,对转子进行应力预测具有重要意义.为满足在线预测国产某350 MW超临界汽轮机转子关键部位应力的需要,提出了一种基于具有外部输入的非线性自回归(NARX)神经网络的应力预测方法.根据转子实际尺寸建立二维轴对称有限元模型,确定了相应的边界条件,并对有限元计算结果进行验证,得到了转子在冷启动工况下的温度场和应力场,确定了转子的危险点.再根据冷启动规则,构建了288个典型启动工况,并对每个启动工况分别进行有限元计算,获取了每个工况下机组运行参数以及转子危险点处应力的时间历程数据,进而建立了神经网络训练样本库,并使用NARX神经网络对危险点处应力进行预测.此基于NARX神经网络的预测方法可以准确预测出汽轮机转子危险点处的应力变化趋势,其预测值与有限元仿真结果吻合良好,可以满足转子应力在线预测的需求. 相似文献

Summary We present a computer-assisted study of the dynamics of two nonlinearly coupled driven oscillators with rotational symmetry which arise in rotordynamics (the nonlinearity coming from bearing clearance). The nonlinearity causes a splitting of the twofold degenerate natural frequency of the associated linear model, leading to three interacting frequencies in the system. Partial mode-locking then yields a biinfinite series of attracting invariant 2-tori carrying (quasi-) periodic motion.Due to the resonance nature, the (quasi-) periodic solutions become periodic in a corotating coordinate system. They can be viewed as entrainments of periodic solutions of the associated linear problem. One presumably infinite family is generated by (scaled) driving frequencies = 1+2/n,n = 1,2,3,...; another one is generated by frequencies =m,m = 4,5,6,... Both integersn andm can be related to discrete symmetry properties of the particular periodic solutions.Under a perturbation that breaks the rotational symmetry, more complicated behavior is possible. In particular, a second rational relation between the frequencies can be established, resulting in fully mode-locked periodic motion. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper dedicates on the rotor dynamics behaviour research on the turbo-expander rotor system involving droplet impact. A stochastic model based on Beta distribution and Bernoulli distribution of droplet generation is established and the formulations of droplet impact forces are deduced, which is applied on the rotor dynamics equations of the tilting pad bearing supported turbo-expander considering the temperature gradient for a further analysis. A time domain research is carried out and a conclusion that continuously droplet impact will perturb the steady vibration of the turbo-expander rotor system is obtained. Monte Carlo method is implemented for a statistics dynamics research and the results suggests that in the design of expander impellers, in order to decrease the uncertainty brought by droplet impact, the number of channels should be as few as possible, the droplet impact should be controlled to occur uniformly, and the collision, entrainment of the primary droplets and the stripping of the liquid film on the blade should be strictly restrained. 相似文献

研究了流弹失稳流体力模型.选取阻尼机理控制下的流弹稳定性问题为研究对象,在多种入口流速下对正三角形排列管束结构中单管可动情况的流致振动过程进行了模拟.用管子速度和位移的多项式函数作为流体力模型,结合流体力和管子位移数值模拟结果,计算了流体力系数.对不同流速工况下的流体力系数与流速之间的关系进行拟合,将流速的影响引入到流体力模型中.最终得到了与管子速度、位移以及入口流速相关的流体力模型.用建立起的流体力模型对管束结构流弹失稳临界流速进行了预测,结果较好.这种以管束结构流致振动数值仿真为基础,结合给定的函数形式建立起的流体力模型,能反映管束结构和流体相互作用过程中的主要特征,该模型对流弹失稳临界流速有一定的预测能力. 相似文献

ABSTRACT In this paper a nonlinear string-mass structure of the vibration absorber is analyzed. This structure is convenient to be installed in vibration damping systems of high buildings for their protection in the case of earthquake. The considered string-mass structure contains a translator movable mass connected with two strings. Due to nonlinear geometric properties of the system the motion of the mass is described with a strong nonlinear second order differential equation. In the paper the approximate procedure for solving of the nonlinear equation of motion is developed. Based on the solution the influence of the string preloading force, slider mass and friction force on the vibration property of the string-mass system is investigated. It is concluded that variation of the preloading string force may be applied as a control parameter for vibration absorption and as the regulator of vibration decay time. 相似文献

The paper offers a methodology for the identification the time harmonic interactions with a strong negative impact on the rotor of a high power induction machine. These potentially dangerous pulsating torques may be effectively reduced by carefully setting the machine’s drive control. A novel approach based on a complex finite element model and further post-processing is used. Results obtained from electromagnetic calculations in the form of pulsating torques are used as mechanical loading of a structural dynamic model. This complex model intended for rotor vibration analysis is described in brief in the mechanical part of the paper. The proposed methodology is applied to the machine used as a propulsion unit for multisystem locomotives of 1600 kW power. 相似文献
